Its like the TARDIS! So much bigger on the inside. This shop has lots to offer. It took a minute to be waited on, but the person in front of me was a newbie and lots of questions. Patrick kindly answered every one and was very professional. I got the same courtesy. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back. (I have a medical marijuana card)

Great selection but I called ahead the guy told me they had what I wanted I drove far to get it and when I got there they just sold it through the drive-thru 🙄 he didnt ever look to begin with he told me to come and they would give me a good deal. It was more expensive than anywhere else. It was 2 cartons of cigs that were hard to find. I was just doing a favor for someone and it ended up costing me time and money

They always try to get what I want in stock. Very nice people and always friendly.

I have spent a lot of money at this shop like over 1,000 ok I bought a lighter well it was a torch little one you could charge it and everything but they sure didn’t give a charger with it.. I got home and lite one cigarette and the flint went flying well I call them and they tell me that since it wasn’t broke when I bought it then I can’t bring it back the litter was like 10$ ok are u gonna buy something that’s already broken?? NOOO I had it properly l0 min now if it was broken when I bought it they said I could bring it bk lmao.. if it was broken I wouldn’t of bought it… shewww smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ now tell me if that don’t sound like the craziest thing u have ever heard.. I told them I would be down there tomorrow because it’s to bad out tonight..

Do Not!!!! Go to them!!! He marks up princes every single day and think people wont notice. I paid 12.75 for one item 5 hours later I go grab the same thing for Somone else. And hes charging over 15. The other day it was 13. Then 12. Then 14. Now over 15.oakvale is way better, guy is very friendly. Princes are lower then this place to.

I bought a disposable delta 8 pen. I walked out the door to my car and tried to charge it. It wouldnt charge. I took it back in and told them and he gave me another one. I tried it in his shop, one hit, and it worked. Went home, didnt think nothing of it. 2 days later I tried it again. This was the second time, it wouldnt work. Wouldnt charge. I drove back there and told them. He gave me another product that i didnt want. I took it home and tried to charge it and it leaked all out the charge port while it charged. Ridiculous. I took it back and told them that i didnt want a replacement that i just wanted to buy 2 other brands that i know worked. That punk with the thug hat on tried to blame me after i explained all the screw ups Ive had just from buying one bad product. Tried to argue mith me and explain how to use vapes to me. lol. I wanted nothing for free but he kept arguing with me like I was trying to rip him off. They are crooks and i think they make their own stuff and sell it as the real deal. Terrible attitudes in there. Thieves and scammers.

I really like this establishment with way better prices than any of the other ones in my area.

Just went for the first time today. WIDE variety and great prices!!! Also super friendly service!! Couldn’t find a Facebook page to leave a 5 star review there too. Definitely will come a second and probably a 100th time. 10/10 would recommend.

Came from out of town. Small walk in humidor. Good selection to meet any price point. Lots of other smoking accessories available in the main room. Worth the time to go and check it out.

First of all, they have a drive - through which I find very convenient. Second, they have good prices and large variety. The other day one of the employees was nice enough to go above and beyond to help me find a vape that would suit my needs and was very patient with me! It was very appreciated, him being so knowledgeable and kind. This place has become one of my regular go - tos.

Dont bother shopping here. The workers attitudes and unprofessionalism arent worth the wait - and still did not get the requested product. Amidst todays craziness, many other business owners would love for customers to frequent their establishments. So, go elsewhere where you and your business will be appreciated!

They have anything and everything that anyone who smokes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bowled and bongs could ever dream of having. The employees are great and the selection of smoking aids and glass, metal, and wooden paraphernalia is unlimited. They also stock a large supply of digital scales of many makes and models. So I highly recommend you go check it out yourself for all your after hour smoking activities.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT try to get anything from the older white lady that this business has helping them. She would not stop saying she doesnt work here, I dont work here. Im just help. Over and over and over again she wouldnt stop saying she wasnt an employee. She was there to help. She gave us attitude when she kept giving us the wrong coils. We asked for a specific pack and she couldnt find them. She had trouble remembering what she showed us 2 minutes prior. She was VERY rude and asked a friend why she was stressed out. My friend told her truthfully it was her lack of professionalism that was stressing her out. Thats when we got the excuse she wasnt an employee. Friend said she needed to be trained and alllll we got back was NASTY remarks and a horrible attitude. She asked my friend if she wanted to go outside and fight her, then threatening us with the cops. All we wanted was our coils and juice. The owner stepped in and told us not to respond to negativity. Excuse you, but you SHOULD NOT hire or pay people under the table that are untrained and RUDE. She then would NOT stop talking to other customers about me and my friend, talking about looks and that she looked good and we did not. We refuse to come back inside with this woman in there. Until we know she is gone, we will NOT be returning. We have NEVER had an issue with this business in the past. Usually we get exactly what we need, even if we need help. We had to help this woman help us. It wasnt just as simple as us receiving help from a employee, we wouldve been fine with someone who didnt know what we needed, but this nasty, toxic, rude, woman had no clue at all what she was looking at. Asking other customers to read our vape specs and help us. It was awkward and when we got frustrated at the lack of professionalism, she took it out on us. You lost 3 very loyal customers today because of that woman.

Loved customer service and very large selection. Bought the best flavored juice ever and at a great price. Just wish so so bad I could order and have it mailed as I dont live near this or any other vape shop and Im currently using a coil on its last leg 😢

Dude was nice and all but when I bought a thing for dabs the guy took off the piece it came with and I had to buy one you can use for dabs. Maybe Im wrong, but I think I still should have been gave the piece it came with.. Also Ive bought 4-5 pens there and every single one of then broke in half.. Pretty weird actually.

Knows absolutely nothing about vaping. Cant answer questions about vaping. I help more customers when Im there than they do. Instead of helping you he says he doesnt have time he has work to do Horrible customer service. No set hours opens whenever he decides to get there. I will not go back and ibwould suggest this for anyone that is thinking about going there. Dont give them your business. I would rather drive 20-30 to the other vape shops than drive 5 minutes to this place

BEWARE!!!!! They are thieves!!!! Be cautious buying any mods off them as they sell broken products!I was very disappointed with my experience here. I came in there yesterday 11/3/2018 and purchased a new smok Gx350 kit and two containers of oil for $190 and some change. Well when I got home I found out that the vape was broken and would not charge at all. So I went back in wanting to exchange it for a new one, that they had behind the counter, but was told NO! I will have to send it to smok and wait multiple weeks for it to be fixed after owning for only a matter of hours. I would suggest going anywhere else because this guy that works here with his hat on sideways is a thief! He does not give a dam about customer satisfaction. He just wants your money and will do nothing to help satisfy you.

Got a vape there and asked one of the guys if me and my girlfriends vape would use the same coils. He said yes and it turned out to be false. Tried to go get coils for it and they didnt have them in stock. They said they ordered some and they still havent got them. Its been weeks. Seems they will say anything to get a quick buck.

Easy to notice from traffic on Stafford Dr. coming either way. Opposite side from the store strips and KFC/Taco Bell. Very friendly and quick customer service. Very large selection of products from tobacco, tubes, cigarettes, pipes, rolling machines, vaping products, juices, and much more. Drive thru accessible as well.
