Amazing! So kind and professional. I went in to buy just one thing that I needed. Asked about another product that I was running low on and the price. It was a lot higher than what I normally pay so I said no thanks. But, he matched the price for me and saved me a trip and a good amount of $.
Usually I have a really good experience, but the last 3 times Ive gone, the new guy didnt know what he was doing.So, I never remember what kind of coils I use, so there is a note (history) in the system. The new guy doesnt really know the computer system, and EVERYTIME he has to take my vape apart to see what kind of coils I use. Its VERY annoying. He definitely needs more training!When he isnt working, I always have a wonderful experience!!
Both product and pricing in the store are great, that’s what earned them the second star. However the attitude of the female in employee that it’s occasionally working the shop is repulsive. I will turn around and go elsewhere when I walk in and see her working the counter.

I really like this local vape shop. 3 stars for having a nice store and a variety of goodies to chose from. Please be advised that they have a no return policy; defective products that are purchased will not be refunded or exchanged and you will have to bite the bullet with no system in place to make it right by the customer. You are essentially gambling whether the products they sell are in working order or not. I recommend checking EVERY product before purchasing to ensure functionality. More specifically, I have purchased multiple delta 8 cartridges here; some of which were either not completely filled as advertised or completely broken and worthless as a functioning product. Customer beware!! Any [mechanical] and all products sold here, whether in working order or not, will not be given considerable customer satisfaction beyond reasonable efficiency.
What truly sets this Vape Craft apart is the emphasis on customer satisfaction. The staffs genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit truly memorable.
Bad product and bad attitudes. They will sell expired juice, clogged dispos, and intentionally give you the wrong things. Then when you walk out the door it’s too late for a return. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they give a discount for posting them. They should be shut down for selling to minors anyways.

Every time I go in there the people are always really nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to people. It’s always friendly clean and they always answer any questions you have, even if it’s about how the vape tastes.
My experience was great. The store was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The selection of vape juice wasnt very big but it was decent for the size of the store. I forgot to ask if I could do a special order. But I will definitely be going back.

I went in to Vape Craft looking for a cart pen and was helped by the super tall attendant named Thomas. Thomas was extremely helpful and articulate and knowledgeable about everything in the store and it was refreshing to be helped by someone in a vape shop who actually knew what they were talking about. (Buyer beware) We have been Loyal customers since they opened, Until now. I found pieces of plastic in the Kratom we bought from them. (No offer of refund or exchange) The vapes we have gotten have been questionable. One ran SO hot during charging I brought it back after a few days. The store suggested turning the vape off to charge it. This did nothing to solve the issue. There are many other shops in Princeton now we will take our business to another shop.
The best store in the area in selection of any product you would purchase at a vape shop. The staff members are knowledgeable, kind, and will take time to truly listen to you. On a couple of different occasions I tried some vaping products that did not last because they seem to clog up or ran out of juice.
