This place is badass hands down I called them from out of state and Leslie was so helpful and they fulfilled my order n everything I needed I will definitely shop again..

Everyone in this establishment is very nice and understanding . They answered all of my questions and even gave me extra facts . I would definitely recommend the Virginia store as they have EVERYTHING . Again 10/10 and the magic chocolate strawberry smoothie. Amazing !

Love this place, so many edible treats ...yummy!!! They also have an excellent selection of nice fresh vapes and carts!

I absolutely love this establishment, the owners and the staff!! So many quality products to choose from and very knowledgeable about every item! If they don’t have exactly what you want, they will get it! There is always something new and different to see each time I visit and they continue to raise the bar for competition (although there is none). Not to mention, the convenient locations make getting in and out a breeze with ample parking! The attentive staff even gives shoppers with the smallest amount of time available a personalized experience! Ask for Noah when you drop in, although everyone is thoroughly trained!

Love this place. It is convient to me considering it is a five minute walk from me, and while I only started going there for the convince I keep going for all of my vape needs because I absolutely loved the place right away. Not only are the vape juice flavors AMAZING but Ive gotten to try so many flavors that I have never seen or heard of any other vape shop having before. The people that work there are so friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. Ive went in on few occasions just to seek help trying to fix my vape or learn more about the stuff I need so I can do it myself and they have always been happy to show me what I need to know, without trying to rush, they have a lot of amazing qualities but their customer service is definitely top tier

Huge, HUGE shout out to my girl Leslie!!! She makes the trip worth it everytime I walk into soul vapor! Her hospitality and kindness is beyond what I love to see in mankind itself. So although I dont really care for the solo homemade juice blends, I have found some that I look forward to getting when I do take a trip in soul vapor. So with that said Leslie girl keep doing your thing you are a an extraordinary person indeed keep on shining girl. And soul vapor, Rock on!

I won a Facebook giveaway and they were awesome! They upgraded me from (6)12ml bottles to (6) 33ml bottles! He was crazy fast responding to messages and getting it mailed out. Theyre solid juices. Some juice lines have a weird off taste that you cant always put your finger on....but these are clean tasting. Im not sure what sweetener they use, a couple hours after dripping several flavors there was a crusty sugar on my drip tip. It tasted good😊but make me wonder if some of these will be coil killers...well see! Some are a tad sweet for my sweet spot but many commercial juices are to me. What matters the most to me is1. CLEAN flavor profiles - A+2. Prompt replies - A+3. FAST shipping - A+Thank you Soul Vapor!

I was going to spend every bit of 200 dollars tonight for Christmas presents, but upon walking into the store, that was unlocked and lit up with open signs, there was no one in there. We waited at least 10 minutes, probably 15 minutes, and no one ever came. We called THREE times and no one answered. We could hear the woman in the back and knew she could see us on the cameras. She completely and totally ignored us. I went out to the car because I was going to leave a note. As soon as I got to my car, the woman (who has mixed juice for me and rang me up several times before) came out into the store and locked the door. So I get out and holler for her and she tells me the store owner is not there and wont be back. She could have rang up what I needed and chose not to. I am appalled at the complete and utter lack of customer service and will take my money elsewhere from now on. I suggest you go to East River Vapor in Bluefield, VA. The drive is worth the savings and excellent customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could!

Hi gang! I would like to take a moment to rave about Soul Vapor. The first time I ordered from them, it was a 12pk sampler. Boy was that a great choice! It gave me the chance to try different juices! All I can say is DELICIOUS! I love all the juices that Ive ordered! Their service is great and quick. Theyre just over all a great company! Ill forever be a fan! Love you guys!

Visiting from out of town, we went during the grand opening so it was pretty busy and hectic but definitely worth it. We waited longer than we should have for the juice and the worker kindly gave us 30 ml of juice instead of 10 ml at no cost. Friendly staff and GREAT prices and flavors

If youve been in one, youve been in them all right? WRONG!! My fiancé and I walked in this shop last night and the blonde lady running the counter was talkative and super friendly. She took her time showing some of their best products and my fiancé was able to walk out of there with items that far surpass expectation! The hemp flower rolled in wax and keffe was intense and their edibles? Lets just say my recommendation for you is the blue raspberry cube candy lol. If you love hemp, enjoy edibles, or are just looking for a vape and some new juice, check this place out! Fair prices and great employees!

Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and well organized. Prices are good. Selection of juice and devices are wonderful. Open later than other local vape stores. I enjoy supporting this local business.

They have great favors and prices, but it seems every time I go to the store they are close. Like right now I’m sitting out side, at 12 o’clock, looking a note that says “will reopen at 1”. This is not the first time this has happen. I wish they were more reliable.

Id give zero stars if possible. My husband literally just went in there to get me a coil and some vape juice and he rung the bell and no one came. He seen a sign that said if someone wasnt out in 20 second to knock on the door, so he knocked on the door and still no one came out or responded. Do not recommend this place at all cause it seems no one cares to have your business..

Save your money! My husband and I just recently purchased 2, 6 pack samples. So 12 bottles in all. A variety of flavors from cool waters, just berries, butter cakes, zombie blood, tigers blood, bomb ade, strawberry short cake, sanguine nector, and 4 others. We ordered MAX VG which is what we use and get a week out of our coil on our Falcon tanks. This juice, all the juices we got are so thin there is no way it was max, and if so then their 70/30 would be like running water through your tank with sickeningly sweet sweetners. All the juices just tasted so sweet. No distinguishing flavors at all. When we got our juice we put new coils on ready to try out the flavors and within a day both our coils are black and gooey, already ruined. Wont be getting our business sadly.

Aurelius & Leslie (the owners) have come SO FAR w this business, & I am SO VERY proud 2 know the both of them, as well as shop here for n e items that they carry that are of interest 2 me. Honestly in my opinion the best juice around, and Ive tried A LOT of juices. The flavor is amazing and on point with the profile, I never get vapers tongue, and unlike most juices I vape daily I dont get headaches. Soul vapor knows what theyre doing as far as creating good quality flavors thatll make you come back for more.

Delicious juice. The flavors taste like the real thing. Lemon Spice Cookie, taste just like it sounds. What I like most about their flavors, it last. No vape mouth. The flavor is good the first day you vape it, all the way to the last.

Yes my wife ordered a coil for her vape there and when we went to go get it there was someone in the store and my wife waited 15 plus minutes waiting on him and never came out from the back room so she left.
