Terrible selection. And rude customer service. I was unsure about what I wanted and the girl just ignored me. I started going to giggles and they are the best! Even ordered a flavor I wanted from years ago .. called me when it was in stock. I bought them all! Yall could learn something from giggles !

Rude manager or owner here. Acts like he owns the parking lot lol Was parked to finish my lunch before I went into this store and he told us we couldnt be parked there. Missed out on a lot of business. Rents out the little store, definitely doesnt OWN the parking lot. Who would want to spend money in there after? Never again

Weekly regular here absolutely fed up with the quality of products now offered here. Brand new batteries that won’t charge, or if the new charger? Both bought from the same place, here. Geekvape products are absolute trash. Please stop selling them. If you do continue to sell them, make sure your employees are well trained on the different parts and coils for them so they’re not selling useless coils and spare glass that won’t work for the customer and cannot be returned. Moving on to Vape Cave.

If your choice is to vape then V.S. is the spot with all the great flavors. Big smoke or little smoke they have the right apparatus to meet your needs. Personally vape breath is better than tobacco breath!!!! 21 and older so please wait till then and then you can spend your time and money on the juice!

I really like this store, better than any other Ive been too. The staff are always really nice and helpful, they have a pretty good selection of product. The store is always really clean and well put together.

I live out of the area so I stopped in when I go through town. Every employee is different every time I go and I dont know what happens to them or where they disappear to but its always somebody different. They seem to be knowledgeable but theyre young enough that generally most of them I dont think really care about your questions or solving your problem I think its more of trying to get you to buy new equipment.

First order of business, Ive gotta say that the people that work here are great. They are super fun to deal with, and they are always cheerful and willing to help. They arent shy of having a quick conversation and they are really good at finding what you want, even when given just simple details.The store is clean, open and bright, with the shelves neat and the floor clean. They renovated the inside not to long ago and frankly, its a pretty store theyve got now.Finally, my one single complaint is that the parking lot is sort of a pain, theres just not much room for maneuver. I know theres not really anything that they can do about it but it is a bit of a pain getting in and out.To sum up;Service 5/5Cleanliness 5/5Selection 4/5Location 3/5

Pueblo people are SOOOO friendly!I was an online customer for over 10 years from another part of the state, this was the first time I walked in to the store, I was greeted warmly and before I was ready to make a purchase the young man at the counter said something like, Its nice to finally meet you, couldnt wait to see what you look like. I looked around and it was obvious he was talking to me. Then he kind of chuckled and said, Your daughter is a regular, she said you were moving to town. I work in the other store and send out the mail orders.

I had a hard time finding someone who would take the time to explain products to me thoroughly. So I switched to the Northside store and found a very knowledgeable young woman named Ami who has taken care of every question I have had. Highly recommend this store over any others in pueblo

This store is good. Staff is friendly. FDA is just putting their foot down so rewards are being taken away and flavors of juices nearly cut down by 2/3. But this is not their fault. I did buy a tip to my tank on my mod and it did not end up fitting. (No returns) I shouldve tried it on in the store but the associate said that was the right size for my vape. Got out to the car and tried it on to find out it did not fit. Now mind you when I did go back in the associate did try to find another one at same price that would fit but unfortunately did not have one. Offered some tips I could try to get it to work. So just a little frustrated a 15$ piece of plastic doesnt even work for my vape but what can you do. Its policy, so I just suggest that you make sure everything is correct and works for you before you leave and even purchase.

The guys were knowledgeable and very kind when I came into the store, I got a new tank from them and two flavors that I bought based on their recommendation and it came out to be a good recommendation. Give these guys a chance, if anything they have improved from their last two reviews here. Check them out!

Stopped in on a whim from Denver and absolutely love this place! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Juice quality is amazing and they had a great selection of mods. Definitely one of the best stores weve ever been to.

I went in today to buy a pen with my boyfriend which we did. And the employee was rude so we made our purchase and left. Then we returned hours later and my boyfriend stayed in the car as I was running in real quick to buy a second pen upon entering the same employees were working. Again they seem rude off the bat. So I had $60 on hand and was short for the device I wanted so I went out to my car to get the extra money. Then Amy the employee proceeds to follow me to my car to I.D my boyfriend remind u he didnt go in the store. So she refuses to sell to me when I tell her thats the reason for not going in Is that his wallet was at home. Needless to say I wont b returning I would rather drive farther to deal with more courteous people.

I ran out of vape juice omw to go buy my roommate more vape juice and was hoping they would fill my tank up with a sample vape juice! In Little Rock, AR the vape store I went to would let you sample the product and even the vape! They had special mouth covers to go over the vape if you are sampling the vape. And, since I am a regular costumer they wouldve had no problem sampling a flavor of some sort bc I am a regular customer! I guess people just dont even offer the customers perks any more. Im not in love with CO, but I believe that CO needs to work on their customer service!

Straight up didnt even take 1 second to verify a coil on the shelf I waited patiently to purchase, instead I was just bold faced lied to with a smile on the salesmans face. I have over 50 dollars store credit on my account yet just continue to get blown off by everyone in this establishment. I want my money back you can keep your $hitty products!

Customer service is amazing. They are really good at recommending new flavors and they let you smell it before you buy it and they have a huge selection of liquids with so many flavors to pick from. They have a really great selection of vapor pens

Friend people. They know my name when I walk in. I used to buy all my stuff from there until I started buying name brand products eg juice for cheaper than they sell their own brand juice for. I paid 90 for my voopoo drag 2 starter kit and the other day I went online and bought the voopoo drag 2 Platinum kit for 60, the regular one was selling for 50. And I got free shipping too. But its a great place that you can actually go compared to online shopping.

Great lil place to pick up the odds and ends. My only downside is they dont have a raspberry lemonade flavor. Other than that, you cant beat the help and expertise, these guys know about their products and that is a HUGE help!

I walked in said I have 5 minutes to buy a mod and 2 juices and be back in the car. I was walked over to the mods, the flavors I wanted, and the cash register. Great shop excellent experience and was back in my can in 5 mintues.

Vapor Sources workers were not helpful with my first time experience buying an e-cigarette. They told me what I needed and after I bought everything I felt pressured to leave the store. About 10 minutes after I bought my e-cigarette it stopped working. I went back in the next day and they were not helpful and told me I needed to buy a new one. It was also a hassle trying to test any of their juices they offered. I wasnt sure what flavors were good and what ones werent. I chose a flavor that sounded good, but was not. Overall my experience at vapor source was terrible and would not recommend

The customer service is unrivaled.-Shout-out to Christian, who was extremely helpful in trouble-shooting my leaky Smok-tech and set me up with a new ValYrian, which was set up, primed, and made sure everything was working correctly in-store before I left the shop.-(although this location is over 100 miles away from me, I cant find a better vape-shop elsewhere, I look forward to my next visit.)[sorry for the 2 week delayed review. Ive been a loyal customer to vapor source since they opened years ago, but its been getting ridiculous the last couple months.1. I couldnt use my shared debit card (it has both mine and my husbands name on it)2. They wouldnt accept my i.d because it was too close to expiration (it expired in the beginning of december but it was November 23rd when they refused it)3. Today I was told I could only buy one new mod because they would need to see the i.d of the person I was buying the second one for.I went straight to vape cave and bought the two vapes I wanted for $70 less than the price at vapor source.

It was hard for me to write this review because I still have mixed feelings about this particular location. In a positive light, this location more or less introduced me to the world of vaping. I say “more or less” because I feel that the first time I entered the store, I had to ask most of the questions (which I barely knew which questions to ask) than the employee actually giving me detailed breakdowns on all the different types of vaping pens and oils. The employee acted more like “Just tell me what you want?” than “How can I help you make the best decision on how to start vaping”.In another instance, I had purchased some new coils for my vape pen and was not even informed on how to replace them correctly, so I pretty much burned through two of the pack of five learning how to first prepare a coil to prevent it from burning up. As a novice vaping consumer, this information should be given out anytime someone purchases coils instead of assuming EVERYONE knows what they are doing.Since I started vaping about a year ago, I spend around $50 a month on oils and coils at this location. I know it’s not record breaking, BUT I still somewhat feel like a regular at this location. Which brings me to the proverbially “straw that broke the camel’s back”. Today I was running a little late getting out of work and this particular location closes at 7:00 PM. I raced through Pueblo trying to beat that time and when I realized I might be late and arrive around 7:02 PM, I quickly called them to see if they could stay open for just five more minutes. I talked to an employee named “Mike” and told him I was a few streets away and just wanted to buy some oil and asked if they could just give me a couple more minutes past 7:00 PM. He told me he had to ask his manager and ten seconds later he came back and told me the manager stated they close at 7:00 sharp and that I had to get there before that or the doors would be closed. I couldn’t believe it, but knowing I wouldn’t make it I had no choice but to turn around and just go home.I understand a business has hours of operation and I know the employees want nothing more than to close the doors after a long day and go home, BUT as a business major and business owner myself, I would never tell a customer I WILL NOT keep my doors open for an extra five minutes to help them and send them home happy. I literally asked them for a few extra minutes of their time to buy some oil and I was told “have a nice evening sir”.So it goes without saying, I will now look for another vaping business to buy my oils here in Pueblo and will no longer visit Vapor Source.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that actually listen and care about their customers. They also have the patience of a Saint. Yes their top line juice is pricy but it is not them that set the price for Sicboy or other lines of juice, but if you stick to the Vapor Source line, I can say without a doubt that it is absolutely delicious (try Shattered Carmel Flan, it is an amazing ADV!)and affordable! VS also has a large variety of hardware and juice than other vape shops, I have found it much easier to get what you need from them right then and they make sure you are educated on how to use your new hardware before you choose anything you purchase before you ever walk out of the store.I would highly recommend going here for ALL of your vaping needs!

This was my 2nd attempt at trying to buy a vap that wouldnt leak all the time so I went to the store right next to the fair grounds and spoke to Ryan. Ryan hooked me up with a great package as I didnt wanna spend to much. I live in la junta and when I got home I noticed my new vap was leaking and thought here we go again. I called the store and spoke to Ryan again and he told me it was probably the coil that came with unit. The unit came with 2 coils and since I was new to this type of unit Ryan went way out of way and actually used facetime to walk me through putting in the new coil now this is where this shop and Ryan are the best ever to deal with. Ryan said when I came back he would give me a bigger tank and new coils. this surprised me. When I showed backup to the store Ryan was there and not only did he give me a bigger tank and new coils but also hooked me up with a big bottle of vap juice for all my problems. This blew my mind because the 1st time I bought a vap from a different store and company I went and showed them how bad the vap leaked and they just said all sales are final. this really pissed me off. so of course when I bought this 2nd unit from Ryan at vapor source and had a leak I expected the same would happen but TRUST ME DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Go to Vapor Source ask for Ryan cause this the greatest employee Ive ever met! Trust me Ryan will take care of anyone cause u can tell he really enjoys his job which actually made the whole time in the store a great and fun time. I cant thank Ryan at vapor source enough for all of his help! Thanks guys

I love Vapor Source. I go to the one on 29th street. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Ive been using a vape pen for about 2 years and since theyve opened Ive always gone there. The staff knows my name, my favorite e liquid, and on more than one occasion have gone out of their way to help me if I had a problem with a product. As long as I vape, Ill only go to vapor source. People say theyre pricey but I think theyre just looking at the wrong products. $8 for a bottle of the house liquid, and that lasts me about 2 weeks. WAY less pricey than buying cigarettes! I would recommend Vapor Source to anyone, from beginner to expert vapor(er).

Went with the Ole man... sat in the car while he went in... I dont vape I smoke cigarettes like a normal human. I give it 2 stars cause while waiting in the car, there was only 2 or 3 visually pleasing things to look at...

Took a friend here to purchase her new vape. I helped her pick out a similar setup to what I have, and she spent about $275. We were I the parking lot setting everything up for her and she mentioned how she would like a vape band. I said Ill go in and get you one because you just spent a bunch of money here, they should give you one. I go in and explain the situation to the girl working who is a different associate then the one who rang up my friend l. I tell her hey my friend just bought a mod and tank and batteries and charger and 2 bottles of juice and she wanted to know if we could get a vape band to protect her tank. The girl proceeds to ring me up for a vape band for a total of 0.54 cents. They charged my friend for a rubber band after she just spent the better part of 300 dollars in the shop, and they cant even offer a complimentary vape band?!?!? Vapor source needs to work on customer service....

Great since ive started vaping any time I go in they are always so helpful and everything even today i went in and something was wrong with my vapor and the manager was so nice i didnt hsve enough money to get another devuve at the discounted price and she gave me one from her own they are great.

Lame! Just bought a kit that comes with two batteries about a week ago. One of them doesnt work. Vapor Source wont honor THEIR receipt and replace it. I still have the original receipt which states that the first 45 days of the 90 day warranty is the replacement period. They said they would sell me ANOTHER one at a discounted price. Lmfao yeah right! Thanks Vapor Source but you lost my business, not that you care Im sure, but what a great way to treat your customers. Vape Cave her I come! Wish I could post a negative star.

This is not a review of bad product but a bad review of bad service. I’m a truck driver and was dropping cars off on Sunday across the street from them. My wife, who is pregnant, really needed to use the bathroom. I asked if she could use theirs and they said no. My wife was in the lobby about to pee on the floor and they still said no. Very disappointed with this place.

The service.You can buy vape gear at a lot of places, but unless you get the right gear for your needs its worthless. The associates at this store are extremely knowledge and willing to hear about your lifestyle and vaping habits to help you choose whats right for you. This is an invaluable service to those of us who dont spend hours a day keeping up with the fast moving vape industry.This morning I stopped by on my way to work and got a new mod and tank. Its been a few months since Ive bought vape gear and I was greeted with the a huge assortment of mods and tanks Id not seen before. Thankfully, I was also greeted by an associate with a deep understanding of vaping.This gentleman was super helpful in getting me going on a set up that was PERFECT for my job and home habits. He was so patient listening to my needs! He even got it when I described my picky flavor preferences! Ha! Then he took the time to set me up fully so I could enjoy my vape on the road to work! Look, I get it. Its a vape shop. You can vape in the vape shop. But the haze I walked in to the other day was abysmal. It practically choked me. I couldnt believe they didnt have a fan or a door open. I always come here, because their products are NOT bunk. The employees usually know what their talking about. But guys....yall.....open a window. Turn the vent on.
