I really wish I could give them 5 stars, but I have to deduct a star for their loyalty program. I’ve been going here since they’ve opened, multiple times a week and not only have I not received any discounts, perks, anything, but my accumulation of points seems very low. It’s almost like they have it for the sake of having it, but they do not honor it. It’s kinda a sham to offer a program to incentivize customers to go there and not honor it.Also, the app is trash and barely works. The app does not have the same offerings as the website.I wish I could give 5, but I feel like they’ve been open long enough for these things to be addressed already.The pluses. The staff is amazing! You always see the same people and they are all extremely pleasant to deal with. They’re awesome! The specials are getting better and better, which is nice.

I come here all the time and the service is always INCREDIBLE! No one rushes you in your decisions and the preorders are always ready early! Huge shoutout to Dan who I just met today, he was incredibly helpful and cool as hell. Cannot recommend this place enough for their huge quality selection as well as deals!!! I came in today and the general manager went above and beyond for my needs. Helped me navigate which strain was best for me and got me the best deal for my buck. I will most certainly be recommending this place to my family and friends and of course be coming back!

For those of you that said they were too expensive when they first opened up, go back and check them out now. I’ve been getting fire bud for under $25 lately. Take my word for it, I’m a seasoned consumer 😉. They are cool people too. I always feel welcomed when I go there. I moved from the area but I still drive back over there when I need bud.

First time here however was not so happy with noticing that the staff was friendly with other customers and one of the girl was free did not call me, the other one literally walked from the register in-front of me to the other one spoke to the the girl that was not doing nothing and then called me, okay however what got me was beside I had to $3,50 because I paid debit card not cash (which made no sense for me nor I got an explanation why she just said that it’s how it works wow beside me paying $70 you want to charge me for paying with card? Never hear about that) now the tips bucket is beyond like for real? Tips for what? For me to buy online and go pick up my order and have to tip you? Well not sure I will come back! I didn’t feel welcomed at all unfortunately!

The WORST dispensary I have been too. I drove here to get a specific product that they have IN STOCK on their website. I get here and they dont have it. So I decide to get the hybrid verison of what I orginally wanted which they only had one left of (they told me this). After 10 minutes the girl comes back to tell me they dont actually have it. I had to settle for something I didnt want since I had already drove 40 minutes to get here.The woman was NOT friendly and seemed annoyed that she was even working.The another woman hyped up the product that they didnt even have.Organization and attitude needs A LOT of work. I will never return here and I suggest you dont even try either. They wont have you want anyway 🤷‍♂️

Kinda disappointed. I stopped in to buy two batteries earlier today and asked the sales rep if they charged via USB-C. She assured me they both did. Come home to discover that neither of them do! Guess I should have checked in store.Other than this experience, the place is pretty nice. Clean, friendly staff.

Reading some of the complaints on here I gotta back these guys up since I stop in once every week or two and have seen all the different faces of the staff, honestly they all act professional and have good customer service skills no matter age or gender all of them are polite and easy to talk to and carry great customer service skills from the employee directing people in the parking lot, the check in window all the way through to the exit Ive never had a poor experience. Their prices are no different from any other dispensary Ive gone to before this location opened. Price complaints are really your own fault seeing you chose what you wanted off the large variety of choices they offer the customer and if anything is to be priced a little bit higher its due to convenience since they are the only local walk in dispensary in the area within a 15-20 minute drive to the next closest store similar to Encore casino being a bit more pricey due to being the only local casino to the area. Also, when I compare the product quality to some of the other local stores, Quincy poorest choice product is still better than the local competitors lowest quality products, they sell good quality products whether its low or highend I def prefer this store over the others for numerous reasons, they are doing everything right Ill always come here.

Ive been coming here since you opened, the service here has been so awesome, I have a medical card, used to go to Revolution in Cambridge (Yes saved $ because I didnt have to pay taxes. ). They are a great place, but honestly the personality of the people I have had the pleasure of meeting here, Honestly horrible with names, anyway 71098, has always has made me laugh and feel happy. Very nice young man. Thank you 😊 P.S. everyone there have been awesome, from the front door to leaving. But honestly wanted to give a heads up hes awesome.

Coming from southern california to visit my non-binary partner who grew up in quincy, i was excited to introduce my in-laws to their local dispensary!we’ve spent the morning running errands before our last stop to grab their ounce of flower 🌸 for $99 from saturday to tuesday deal and this was the best experience! we didn’t catch the name of the beautiful blonde budtender in the corner but we loved her energy ✨ and really are keeping our fingers crossed that her and her girlfriend (congrats on graduating with your master’s degree yesterday!) will move to LA and hang out with us!we’ll be back (and mostly because of her because i have been trying to chat with everyone out here and no one has been this nice 🤣) thanks again, queen!!!!

Their website has categories of “Relaxed” & “Calm” products but then they have caffeine in them. Clearly not paying attention to details. And their prices are higher than any one else in S.Shore. Once a new dispensary opens in Quincy they will have to change.

Website showed an ounce for under $100. When I got there they said yes they have that. She came back with 2 half ounces of the same product and told me I had to pay $40 extra since they didnt have an ounce in and I am buying 2 1/2 ounces. Wow.

I go to this place all the time and i usually just stand near the divider between the entrance and exit but this time i was asked to move to the wall. everytime i’ve come here i’ve had no issues. now with a new guy at the front he is enforcing rules that probably don’t even exist just for his enjoyment. oh god excuse me if i want to wait in the same place i’ve always waited and the guy in front of me waited. very tempered to not come back. buds goods and cannavana here i come!

Went here a month ago. Highly recommend, quick, easy & open late for all the people that work 12 hour shifts. The stunningly gorgeous brunette was definitely the icing on the cake, helping me decide on what to try and also recommending her favorite 😍 Even when her eyes started to water she kept it professional. I wonder if she finally tried dabing yet 🤔 after my visit.

I waited to write this but a few weeks ago I was coming out the store I noticed this guy that I know from Brockton he was arguing with a worker that was yelling at the customer for having his phone in his hand thinking he was trying to take a picture I should have mind my business but this guy I know from Brockton and let’s say he doesn’t play at all I seen that it was an old white guy that works there I didn’t want him to get hurt so I start asking the young customer different questions just to throw him off the argument and just realize it was a silly argument as I’m riding off on my bike he calls me racist that blew me back I go in to tell the people at the desk what happened she ended up telling me just don’t come back .At this point I’m furious I talk to the manager he assured me everything was gonna be ok from now on but now when I go in a few employees are very rude maybe it’s the questions I ask about the product I’m buying either way it’s sad the energy I get now is crazy either way if you sell cars you are going to have a little knowledge. Not budtenders only a few people know cannabis and it’s properties from thc and cbd y’all should educate the staff a little bit on the product and customer service

Manager refuses to conduct interviews for jobs like a normal person. Insists on going through an outside company who never responds or answers the phone. Been trying to get an interview set up for weeks now. I called last week and left my number again insisting on a normal interview and still haven’t gotten a response. Ridiculous.

Came in and asked for their nicest cartridge, bought what the budtender recommended. Upon getting home and opening the product it was completely crystallized, and almost looked moldy inside. I called the dispensary and left a voicemail to which got no response. The wax they sold me also was not pleasant either. Don’t make the mistake of wasting your hard earned cash here

The staff was knowledgeable but the dude at checkin was checked out and the flow is awful. There is no organization in the vestibule to check in. It should one person in and one person out depending on capacity in the store. People should not even be allowed inside the vestibule from the outside until they are buzzed in then trickled into the store after being buzzed in a second time.

I am 68 yrs old, I stepped into a world today that I never thought I would ever see in my lifetime, Quincy Cannabis Co. at 715 Washington st in Quincy, 1st impression, they really were very nice, I forgot my glasses and the young man behind the counter took me from A to Z on what I wanted and what they had, a good size crowd for around 12, probably me taking so long!! Next time I will bring the glasses! Overall is was a fun experience and I will return, and I loved what I got. Would like to update on what I purchased, it was the Pax era with a Blue Dream live Resin with diamonds, Kudos Pax on flavor alone, although not a big cart fan, lots of fakes starting with TKO but these pods are almost like a wack off the rig, they are made strong w/ diamonds, give em a try, flavor city, and potent, waiting to see when the couch will be ready for landing. Update 6/17/23, stopped in so my daughter could get me a fathers day gift, boy does she know her dad!, well I got the Strawberry caugh live Resin Pax Pod with Diamonds, I got the Blue Dream last time and I think I would ask for that again, also got a gram of this delicious Peach Cresendo Live Rosin which clocked in at 85.5% thc but my God the flavor from my Puffco Proxy is incredible.

I called in advance to ask if they take credit cards, they said yes but when I came in, they couldn’t take my credit card. This was for a preorder that they would take payment for online. This place is a waste of time. I recommend going somewhere else.

I got a good deal on an ounce that was supposed to be around 25% thc. As soon as i opened the bag i realized it was mid. Just cuz its a good deal doesnt mean i want that. Its dark brown colored, tastes weak, smells weak, smokes weak. Its a strain that i buy regularly from other dispos too so its not like i had nothing to compare. That was the first i last time im shopping here.

Clean and nice but I much prefer south shore buds in Marshfield. Better product selection and sales on product. The customer service is also superior

Great advertised prices compared to other nearby dispensaries, but 3 out of the 4 times Ive asked for 1 Gram Carts Ive misleadingly been sold half Gram carts that cost as much as the 1 Grams.

She was so informative about particular characteristics between each strain she has either researched or consumed herself. Going into such details as to how she intakes the product, aroma, potency, appearance, and effects. Taking the time out of her day to start her own research papers as to how the flower effected her to better help people understand cannabis. She truly is remarkable and need much more recognition! I actually really love this place I go here all the time I’m taking away one star only because I had picked up weed and then when I got home an 8th was missing from my bag so I called them and I want down there and I was standing there for 20 minutes while they went in the back and tried to bring up the video footage to see if I actually took it insinuating that I was trying to get free weed Meanwhile I had an Uber outside waiting for me. Had to pay to go back-and-forth multiple times just make sure everything’s in the bag before you leave.

Benjamin who works there helped me and saved my day from going very bad to very good thank you man every dispensary needs a worker like him I will for ever go to this dispensary just because he works there great location great bud prices a little high but hey everything can’t be perfect lol but great store great people I give it 10 stars

This place is horrible and lies about their products!!!

I only go there for convenience sake. Otherwise its a rip off, their amounts are ALWAYS shorter than they say, and they charge more, for buds that are cheaper elsewhere else because they dont sell very many varieties plus they dont have higher potency pre rolls. All of their prerolls are the basic cheap prerolls that you can find anywhere else, thatre more expensive. So you get lower potency weed, some of the lowest potency pre rolls, that are definitely not the size or the weight they say online, and for much more money than everywhere else. Tonight I bought a preroll that was supposedly infused-supposed to be a half gram each preroll (2 prerolls inside one tube, equaling out to the weight of a full gram) but when I opened it, there was absolutely no way that each of the prerolls were even close to a half gram, it was blatantly obvious and it is NOT the first time.You end up spending more money, for less bud, thats a lower potency (and sold cheaper elsewhere else and isnt considered a high selling item at every other dispensary, plus you definitely do not get the amount weight wise, that they claim online!)A preroll that I could buy somewhere else, would cost me around $10, and isnt shorted in weight, and isnt falsely advertised.

This is not the type of place for a first timer! They want to get you in and out, its small. Definitely know what you want before you go. When going to pay we went to give her our debit card and she said cash only. When my husband went to their atm to get the cash, I inquired why cash only? The sales clerk said oh we take cash but there is $3.50 charge for it, its just easier you know cash & cannabis. She said $21.00 please and my husband gave her $40, she asked for the dollar which I gave her, she then put all the money in register and said ok, I owe you $20 back and gave us 2 $10s.....ummm ok.....not the brightest bulb. Fun fact.....the ATM charge is $3.50.....They must own the ATM.

Good product but theres usually an issue with them accepting my military ID (I am a retired and 100% service connected disabled veteran and currently I am waiting for some paperwork to get my state ID since moving here) But the state cannabis website says military id is accepted as a form of ID. However this place tells me its not an acceoted ID.Ive not had a problem using it at NETA in Brookline. But its a constant issue here. So I am forced to now only go to Brookline which stinks because the quincy shop is within walking distance. But I just have to make the trip via the T I guess.Other than that the stuff here is pretty good. Again, pity that I cant utilize their location anymore

U guys have ZERO deals going on in here. Every other dispensary in the state has cheaper prices 29 for an eighth? U can get 30+ THC for 22 bucks an eighth. Prices definitely need a makeover this is way to expensive rip off if u ask me

Bought their pre-ground flower but it was actually overpriced shake. $90 before tax when other dispensaries sell it for $40-50. Rip off. Travel an extra few miles for much better prices and selections. Dispensaries are everywhere now. Will not come back to this overpriced grift.

Friendly staff and nice place but 50-60for a 8th is a little crazy especially with all the deals others dispensary have on south shore for same exact product for 25$ cheaper you have to wonder if people are going to drive the extra ten mins to save $

The prices are ridiculously high . I bought 2 eights of weed here for 112.00$ that didn’t get me high at all the bud tender was really nice but i got 3 eights for 75$ at different local dispensary in the area . For the prices I was charged alone I would never go back really disappointed.

Very different from maine stores you cant see any products and your taking chances on what you actually get because no display of products you cant even see a preroll or any buds not happy
