V & K Smoke Shop - Quincy

This is the best smoke shop around, guy didnt give his name but he was super nice and knew his stuff. A store on the Frontlines of the War on Nicotine.Ive been driving 45 minutes to get my Solvent Cleaner and its in my backyard the whole time. What are the odds ?Also thank you for not selling bad pipes.

I decided to try switching from cigarettes to vaping, but didnt know where to start. I walked into this store and asked for help with my choice. I love V&K!! I’ve been going there for many years and it’s the only smoke shop I do go to. The owners and their staff are always kind and extremely helpful. They all are attentive and communicative with their clients.. they answer all questions all If there’s something someone needs that they don’t carry, they’ll go out of their way to find that product and purchase it for you. They are committed to serving their customers. I recommend this store for anyone that is looking for a great smoke shop in the area or otherwise. 😁

Its telling story where they dont let you give your review with the amount of words that you want to and they cut you off do not go here do not go ahead do not go hair So many other places that will take care of you And without the rudeness and explaining on why they cant do certain things do not go to this place. I spoke till 1 gentleman and 1 woman although I would say gentleman is used in a loosely term thinking he is a hard guy and probably in a power struggle in his own mind just dont go here theres many other places I love to see these sales go way way down cuz thats what they deserve based on purely customer service

Went in to get a dab rig and was grateful for the help of the person at the counter. Dabbing is somewhat new territory for me and the guy helping me was cool about showing me the exact tools I needed without breaking the bank. Enjoying my new piece and will definitely be back!

Mike was fantastic! He gave amazing customer service and was so friendly and knowledgeable. This store has an awesome selection of glass for great prices. This is definitely my go to smokeshop in the greater Boston area. Definitely check them out!

That feeling when you need something specific and live in South Shore... Randomly found this shop and had low expectations that were quickly blown out of the water. Fair prices, large selection (both heady and basic). Owner was extremely helpful, will be back for sure. From Puffco to Volcano, Acrylic to Collectible they have it all!

I have been going to V&K for about 8 years now. They have always pointed me in the right direction no matter what I was looking for. From the beginning stages of vaping all the way to there selection of CBD products. Prices are good and the guys are always helpful and professional.

Ehhh. Not a wide variety of high end products and while there are realtively helpful employees, the majority are unfriendly, unhelpful and have a way of making you feel you are inconveniencing them. Overall, a below average experience. Their merchandise is a small selection of the basics. So, if in a pinch, and local to Quincy, it is convenient.

Called in for help in an atomizer problem with my exseed dabcool rig (a device they do not carry.) Owner told me to being it in and he could see if he had anything. Awesome customer service and super helpful. Always check out this shop before going online!

I bought two aspire K4 starter kits. A few months back for around 55$ each. Not to mention numerous packages of coils and liquid when I need them because it’s right around the corner from my work. So anyways one of the devices randomly stopped working the button seems like it’s stuck and won’t turn on. Spoke to one of the staff members today on the phone and he offered next to zero help. The device was not dropped or anything obviously some kind of issue with power button. They told me I can reach out to China where the company is from. I’m sorry but I think they should replace it or replace the battery part free of charge. Especially since I’ve spent hundred of dollars at this store if not more. Oh and to boot the guy said I can buy a new device which is now 75$ for one. Apparently they don’t sell the battery section where the button is you have to buy the tank that screws into it also. I’m sorry but that’s terrible service and I won’t be spending anymore money there until this is rectified.

When I went into the empty store, the staff were all talking among themselves as you would expect retail workers to when there are no customers. They asked me if they could help with anything and proceeded to promptly answer my questions throughout the rest of my visit. Their service was excellent and promoted this review. Next time I need to go to a smoke shop, V & K will be my first stop.

I meant to do this sooner but I was in the shop a month or two ago and they really helped me out. I have found it hard to find a place that doesnt look down on you for not knowing every detail about vaping. My vape was close to exploding, it was a Sunday, and I was freaking out. He made it very easy to find what I needed and made sure I knew how to work it before I left. I would def recommend and will be a returning customer.

I purchased a new aspire pocket x today! He is amazing, relatable, and so kind, behind all those awesome tattoos is a beautiful hearted man. He took the time to educate me on a vape that was right for me. I must have asked him dozens of questions , and he was happy to help ..with it being first thing in the morning also :) he was so patient , and also he was so experienced and knowledgeable about all of the different vapes , and smoke cloud power. That was so impressive, given the large varieties of vapes! It’s a nice local business, I’d be glad to help support in any way, such a wonderful experience and I won’t go any place else. Clean, comfortable, and great location. It’s worth the money in my opinion. The products are amazing but he is what Sells it for me ;) Thank you Soo much !

The place is awful the big guy in the back does nothing but blow smoke in your face,he looks like he crawled out of the trash can and sits there while the help does everything.very high price $ go online and order can get better deals or go a few stores down to elite vape.much better deals.1/11/2017would like to add my third and last experiences in the store.bought some coils 2 days ago .Was the wrong one came to exchange for the correct one,was told to get out as soon as I stepped inside because I gave a bad review,was called names bye both employees in front of customers. I had to video my experience was scared and worried they would do something . Its crazy the way they both attacked me the swears n names I was called its funny my money was good 2 days ago, the world is now all about reviews .I really think the owner should see how I was treated for no reason, except I did give a review,cause they where fine when I came in Tuesday. I would be fired.I will be posting the video and should show city hall what kind of people is working in our city.ive never experienced anything so crazy and scary, cause of a review!!! In these days of online and a billions smoke shops customer service is important. Not the biggest shop, but dude is very helpful and cool.definitely worth a look. Support small businesses .

The credit card reader was broken so bring cash. Need to research independently the best pipe for you as sales staff not well informed how to demonstrate most appropriate persons specific tastes and preferences.

Very friendly and courteous staff who are willing to help you and discuss their products. They have a wide array of vaping equipment and e-juice/oils. After my first visit, they are my choice vape shop in Quincy. Im particularly fond of the laminated sheets they have for you to browse through which inform you of what each e-juice tastes like. The location also makes it incredibly easy to get to.

The owner was rather rude and a bit cocky. I went in looking for a product and he essentially said that I was foolish for looking for the product and that hed never carry such a thing. He vehemently recommended another product, which I tried, stating that he had many returning customers. I tried the product- it was awful and did not do its job. I will never be going back and suggest you go to another smoke shop too.

Friendly shop but items are overpriced. I bought a vape pod system there for $35 and it’s sold for $25 elsewhere. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra to support a local business but 40% on top of other retail prices is too high.

There great they never once tried to force sell me anything i was new to vaping and i wanted to buy a tugboat mod that i knew nothing about and he actually advised me agents it because i wouldnt know how to use it and he was right so then he showed me some beginer box mods that were simple to use and i bought it and i love it it works great for me and its so simple i seriously recommend you go here for any of your smoking needs.

The one guy with the face tattoo is really cool and the owner is pretty chill too. I wish they had some cigars and a wider variety of cheaper vapes but, you know, Massachusetts...

Prices cant be beat!

First I want to say I go to this store, over all, and I stay in Brighton.They have the things I want, Im a picky vaper. I use mesh wire, by vandy vape , and native wicks religiously. Problem is I made the mistake of pulling out a little wad of cash and they decided to charge me 51 dollars exactly for the keep it 100 blue slushie juice,and a roll of mesh, and native wicks, which online only cost about 25 dollars I understand you need to make money but the price was pretty steep compared to last time. And theres elite vapor right up the street another store that Carries mesh wire and native wicks, and they sell for a lower price but dont really have a juice selection that appeals to me. So all in all props to them for having the stuff I use but the price was almost insulting.

Crazy 75% tax on tobacco products. Mass. No flavored nic salts. (Marketing to children?) The nanny state strikes again. I got the sweetest tobacco flavored nic salt and the wrong size coils. If I lived there Id go back. Or just order online.

Huge selection of e liquid.i am a Halo Tribeca vapor.v&k is the only place that carries all sizes and all mg of Halo in all flavors.they even carry 120 mL for 40.00 . definitely worth the trip

V & K Smoke shop is one of the only places that has Russian Cream Backwoods. Easy online payment was accepted and I had my cigars in 3 days via the USPS.

Great variety of glass on glass water bongs and scientific ones too for beginners. Best thing about the store is the glass cases showing off all the custom local hand blown bowls. Bought a stemless ice double perc with a inline perc 18mm as an extention. The bowl that came with, thick with rollstops. Definitely coming back once in a while to see more custom blown bowls.

If you vape then this is the store to go to. They are all very knowledgeable and have a great selection. They know how to talk to you as a customer which is a great considering what you do get out there nowadays.

*** DO NOT PURCHASE ANY DEVICES FROM HERE..*** Purchase a MOD, 1 week later battery door failed. Staff contacted owner and they DIDNT want to exchange or return the MOD. Will never come here again...

Just left this place and it is AMAZING. Guy was very helpful and explained the entire process to me for a hookah and a pipe. I will defiantly be going back for more products.

Employees were very nice. Mostly a vape shop though, only carries Marlboro and Newport basics types. Overall good experience and would suggest it to others.

They charge you double for a lot of the stuff in there. $15 puffco coil, they charged me $30. The actual pen is $50 they have it for $100. The guy in the lawn chair told me to buy a new pen cause they didnt have coils? Get outta here.
