Although my massage was great, it was only 46 min long. When I asked the front desk why my 60 min massage wasn’t 60 min, they said “we only do 50 min hands on to allow for questions” when asked if I could skip question time I was told no… personally if I’m paying for a 60 min massage I want a 60 min massage, this feels like false advertising…

I had a massage with Hadrian last week and it was amazing! Before he started, he introduced himself and asked me what it was that I needed him to focus on. He was checking with me throughout the entire time to make sure of my comfort level. His personality was calm and very pleasant. I walked out of there feeling so relaxed!Needless to say I will be back and I highly recommend him!

This was my first massage and WOW was it amazing. I never knew what I was missing out on but will now be a regular here! The atmosphere was calming and so relaxing! Jamie M was phenomenal!!! She easily found my problem areas and spent extra time on them. I was worried that it was going to feel rushed for the rest of the visit but it didn’t. She took her time on every area! She has gained a long time customer that is for sure!!!!

We have gone to this location in the past and always had a great experience, however, our last experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The appointment was cancelled 45 mins prior the appointment. We were offered an additional 30 mins to the massage to compensate for the cancellation, I did not feel as though this adequately addressed the cancellation and last minute nature of it. I shared the concerns with the owner and she proceeded to share health information about her employee of why she was out sick, detailed information on complexities of running her business, and was told that I was threatening her and her employee when I shared that I would be writing a review and sharing my feedback with corporate. Overall, it was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and a frustrating experience. We will not be coming back to this location.

The total experience was amazing! The office setting was beautiful and the staff were amazing! Betsy made me comfortable and massaged me until I drifted away into a peaceful place. 10/10 recommend.

I love Amanda! She was so personable and sweet. I enjoyed our conversation as she massaged me. She gave extra attention to a problem spot in my upper arm/shoulder area which worked wonders. Disappointed by what felt like false advertising. I scheduled 60 min massages ($99/hr) for my mom and I, and arrived on-time for our Appt. We both were in and out in 45 minutes including the time it took for dressing. That’s a lot of money for a 35-40 min actual massage. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

This was my 2nd visit. My 1st was about a month ago and I received a massage from Betsy. She was warm, very kind, and attentive. Today, I received a 60-minute massage from Nick. From the initial interaction, his personality was cold and unpleasant. When I expressed that it was cold in the sitting area and that I hoped the room Id be in would be warmer, his response was, Youll be ok. When he returned to start my session, he asked if the headrest was OK. I asked if he could lift it and his reply was, I wouldnt have asked if I couldnt. Rude. I do appreciate the silence during the session b/c I like to relax during massages, so that part worked out. He did a great job with the massage, but his cold demeanor and lack of personable characteristics made it very weird and a bit uncomfortable. He also was not gentle when moving my arms and legs. When he put the cushion under my legs, he let me know so that I could lift them, but he did not warn me or support my legs when he removed the cushion. At the end when I realized my time was up, I inquired about my arm and hand massage and he said he said that I didnt tell him so he focused on my back and shoulders since I shared that as a problem area. When Amy (receptionist) asked how things were, I shared that he did a good massage but that he wasnt very nice. She said that some of the people dont talk much but I shared that him not talking was not my issue, it was the fact that he wasnt kind or personable when he did speak. Her response was, Well did you want to leave him a tip? Is that all youre concerned about? Wow. There are far too many options for massage locations for me to spend my money for an experience like this.

Betty did awesome deep tissue! Really … everyone is great :) Heather is just great at managing the schedule and helping me be seen when I have so many massages bill up from Covid and moved away and have a hard time using them. She always keeps me in mind and provides personalized care.

Just want to update after response. My biggest issue isnt what happened as far as the appt being canceled. It was the rudeness I encountered when there. Unacceptable.Did not actually receive a massage so I cannot speak to the therapy itself. However, the customer service was subpar to say the least. I arrived and said I had a 10:15 appointment and was told in a terse tone of voice You dont, actually. She then proceeded to explain that my appointment wasnt approved because they didnt have a credit card on file to place a $25 deposit. This was my FIRST visit and the app through which I scheduled the massage never prompted me to leave a credit card # nor mentioned anything about a deposit or I would have done so. She then mentioned off-handedly that the therapist called out sick anyway. So how about leading with that instead of saying it was canceled because I didnt make a depsoit?! Next issue is that I never received notification regarding the cancellation. They had an incorrect phone number (not sure if that is my fault or theirs) but supposedly an email was sent as well and I didnt receive this in my inbox or my spam. Their promotional emails certainly show up in my inbox though.I have multiple gift cards for La Vida but I wont be returning even to use these. If I heard one of my staff members speak to a patient this way in my office I would have reprimanded her. And this wasnt a teenager or young receptionist. She looked to be in her 40s at least so I expect a little more from someone that age.

Ive had nothing but extremely positive experiences at LaVida. Every therapist has been great when listening to my needs and providing subsequent services. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful when scheduling for my next appointment. Highly recommend!!!

I felt like I could float away! I felt the weight of stress leave my body and drifted off to sleep. Will definitely be back. We made plans to do this yearly before school starts! ☺️

I saw Anthony for the first time, and he was wonderful! I already had the membership, but he will be my new go to therapist. I may even start coming more frequently. He is very knowledgeable of the body and muscle structure, and truly caters your treatment to what your body needs. I really appreciated the combination of different techniques, such as stretching. I can not wait for my next appointment!

The massage was really good. But when it came to the payment the receptionist charged me extra knowing I was a first time customer (first time customers get charged 59.95 for their first massage) I left the man a $25 tip and she automatically charged my card once the massage was over. I left and checked my bank account and saw I was charged $100. The initial total without the tip was $75 and with the tip the total was $100. Not only did she charge me extra but she also charged the man that came in before me $75 extra. I’ve been calling for the past two weeks to get a refund but the receptionist keep telling me that they’re gonna get their manager to contact me which I have yet to receive a call or even a email. At this point I’m just going to have my bank deal with this cause they don’t have capable staff at all.

The value is incredible. I get a fantastic massage for a very reasonable price. The facility is clean, relaxing, and quiet. Ive worked with a few different therapists and they have all been very professional and skilled. I love my monthly membership and look forward to enjoying my next massage soon!

I went to Lavida Massage for a birthday treat and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had as far as customer service and massage/therapeutic services. The receptionist was very kind and helpful with the check-in process. I had Key for my massage and she did a fantastic job as far as pressure and focusing on my problem areas. She was super friendly and took her time throughout the massage. She was really great with pressure points as well and recommended some ways to reduce my tension on my problem areas on my own. I also had a facial with Lata and she was awesome as well. She was very polite and was really interested in my experience with it being my first facial. We worked together to figure out what would work best for my service and it was delightful. She was very gentle and extra caring when massaging my face and I truly felt great. This is the most relaxed I’ve ever been and I definitely will be returning. 10/10 for me.

Ive been a member for a few years now and I drive 45 mins monthly for my wonderful massages! Heather is always so helpful. My only complaint is the availability of the massage therapist that I like, but its because they are so good.

I was so excited because I had been searching for a spa for two days straight that does Prenatal massages ! My mother informed me that Adam is amazing and was able to ease all her upper shoulder stress and her lower back tension! She said that he was so polite, informative about her massage and it was the best massage she ever had! I also met Adam and he was so nice and I informed him to upgrade my mother if she requested. This was my first visit to LaVida. It was nothing short of fantastic, from their initial greeting to a wonderfully soothing environment and a phenomenal massage that made me feel like a new man. Brooke N was amazing, she learned quickly what was in need of attention, relieving the tension that had my back muscles feeling like a board nailed across my back. The tension melted away as Brooke used hot towels and deep tissue massage to return much needed flexibility to taut muscles. The visit was one of the best tension reducing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

I received my first massage and it was a great experience! I had injured my neck. My shoulder was swollen and I couldn’t lay on it. The specialist that worked on my shoulder and neck did a amazing job.my massage was an hour long and when I finished I was able to move and relax my shoulders. I felt a night and day difference after my massage. I got in a car accident, a year ago. As a result, I have two bulging discs in my neck and one in my lower back. I feel like Im constantly in pain. I have been going to LaVida massage for several months now to help relieve the pain. I have had three massage therapist all of which were great! However, the massage therapist I had last Saturday was the greatest thst Ive ever experienced. Brooke was absolutely amazing, she made sure to take special attention in ensuring that my pain areas were taken care of and I was comfortable through the entire experience. She is truly a gifted massage therapist, with amazing attention to detail. She showed the most up compassion to my needs and what I was suffering through. Being a massage therapist and having that kind of attention to detail paired with absolute hands from heaven left my whole body in a state of total Bliss. There is not words to explain this amazing and relaxing experience. I can honestly say this was the first massage that Ive had where my body actually left feeling no pain from my neck and back, and my whole body was tingling from how relaxed I was from the experience. Brooke is the most amazing massage therapist in the world, I highly suggest if you get a chance to get a massage, ask for Brooke! I got 90min. deep tissue massage with Anthony.My massage was amazing. Great pressure, great technique and hot towels 🙂.Anthony was very attentive, a great listener, working out tough tension spots in a way I didnt even know was possible.Cannot recommend enough!

I have been seeing Bonnie now for about 50 sessions and its definitely a 5 star massage. I like a really deep pressure and shes one of the few that can deliver to what my liking is. the front desk staff is always very pleasant as well and helpful with appointment setting. just allow for a few weeks as some therapists are booked up pretty good, which is a good sign if you ask me.

If you’re wanting a very calm, relaxing scent infused aromatherapy massage? This is the place and PLUS it’s very affordable! My fiancé and I went for our Anniversary and it was amazing. Do not even get me started on the facial! 10/10

Bad customer service!!!....I came in for a massage as a birthday gift and I was taken care of by Amy. After a great massage I was then offered to sign up for their monthly membership offer where you pay $60 or more to receive a facial or massage of your choice. I was then told to sign a form and give them my bank details. I then made another appointment for that same month and pay was due June 1st. I wasnt able to make the appointment so I called to cancel and I explained to the lady that I had to go back home to Europe because of an emergency so I wouldnt be able to use their services. She said its fine and that she was going to send me an email to confirm the cancellation. Well that email didnt come and on June 1st I was charged $60 and I hadnt used their services that month. I called the to ask why I had been charged and they told me that I should have filled out a cancelation form which NOBODY told me about. They told me that the Manager was going to call me back the next day. The next day came and no call so I called them, the Manager explained that she couldnt refund me because you are supposed to give 30 days notice. She basically blamed me for this and said I can can come in for another appointment. I declined and told her I wasnt happy with their customer service.I dont want this happening to anyone else so please make sure you read the contract if you sign up for the membership as you need to give 30 days notice even if you use their services or not.

This was my first professional facial and it was such a great experience! Table was warm, the room was calming and comfortable. Juliana was wonderful! I enjoyed talking to her and she gave a great facial. Loved the whole experience.

Was not satisfied with my massage at all. I went in to get a relaxation massage (so I thought) and received a lot of stretching instead. I had Anthony and he stated he had recently started on Monday, so that explained why I didnt get what I came for. I did speak with the receptionist the next day and she explained that Anthony had a lot of experience before coming to them, however the massage that I received from him didnt match with his experience. Make sure when you book an appointment to ensure you will receive a massage and not a stretch.

I had the Reflexology done with therapist Brooke. She was outstanding with her calming attitude. She explained what she was going to do and during the session she would tell me the pressure area that related to my body. She knows what she is doing!! Going back in a week. I would highly recommend her.

I recently became a member at LaVida and I have been nothing but pleased.The atmosphere has an upscale spa feel and the massage therapists are excellent. I have gotten massages from chains for years and didn’t know what I was missing. The “worst” massage I’ve gotten at La Vida was a thousand times better than any massage I got at a chain. My husband and I have tried at least 5 of the staff and we have never been disappointed.Getting a massage can be awkward or uncomfortable but not at La Vida. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They don’t time you to the minute and it feels like they really care about making you feel better and more relaxed. They also really listen to what you want (or don’t want) and truly customize your massage to fit your needs. It is clear La Vida only hires qualified people that enjoy what they do.

Adam was phenomenal. I always carry all of my stress/tension in my neck, shoulders and shoulder blades. Typically when I inform a massage therapist that they will spend time there, but Adam worked on them until all the knots were out. LaVida employees are extremely welcoming and it is always clean and smells wonderful. I will return the next time I need a massage.

The first time I went I saw Colton for a massage and I was very disappointed. I felt no difference after I left. About 5 weeks later I went back (even though I really didnt think I would). I saw Brittany and told her I sit at a desk and had horrible neck and shoulder pain from sitting. SHE WAS AMAZING! I cant wait to go back to Brittany, she did everything I asked and gave me some tips to do at home.

This place is simply amazing. Everything about it is relaxing. I have seen Robert and he has the magic hands. I have been to other places, seen many many therapist is the past, no one has ever made an impression like Robert has.Had previously given this place 5 stars. But i have to edit my review. I was very pleased before with tge therapist that I was seeing, he had since left. The staff never seems to have appointments that fit my schedule available, regardless of how far in advance I plan. The therapist that I last saw there hurt me instead of helped me. Ive becomed very disappointed. Staff isnt as friendly anymore.

I can tell you about the great experience my wife and I greatly enjoyed, but I would highly recommend to anyone, treat yourself to a one time experience that leads to life time experience. My first massage was fine, but a little under time but it seemed like a good idea to get a membership so I did. After that the next massage was from a different therapist and was not okay. I asked to cancel my membership but it I was give such grief. I wont be back.

The establisment, the staff and receptionist are very nice. The room setup is very well put together and soothing. The massaging staff also are very good and knowledgeable at what they do. Only complaint I have is the distance from my home is far. I wish they were closer.

Best massage of my life! I went to see Daniel because I had been having major issues with knots in my upper back. He was amazing and seemed to know exactly where every knot was and how to get it out with minimal effort. I cant even describe how much better this massage was than previous ones I have had elsewhere. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you are suffering from muscle pain.

LaVida is unique because their focus is providing therapeutic massage. Spa treatments like body wraps and Ayurveda treatments are nice, but for consistent massage therapy and maintenance, LaVida sets the bar! The center is clean and the staff friendly. Love coming here! I signed up for the membership and I have not been disappointed! The customer service at reception is amazing, I never wait longer than 3 minutes before being taken to the back to the quiet area and even less than that for my massage therapist to come get me!!

Idk who I spoke to on the phone but she was very rude, we had to reschedule our appointment and the day of our appointment we canceled last minute due to work issues and we accepted their charge for last minute cancellations and then that was it. Well someone at the front rescheduled us anyways without us knowing and then I get a call saying I missed my appointment and I told her that I didn’t reschedule it and we werent coming obviously unaware we had an appointment and she had the worst attitude and kept saying well I have you down after I told her we didn’t reschedule because we didn’t know our future work schedules, and she wasn’t accepting that and continued to give me attitude. I will never come here.

For three months now weve been trying to freeze/cancel our account with no success! They just keep billing and billing and billing.Today I call and find out they want a form filled out and they will be billing us for another month of service. What. A. Scam.I suggest you take your business elsewhere.Edit: The owner called me and promised to resolve the issue with our account. I did give them a 5 star right before the pandemic but I had to chang it ......I did not know where to post this but please do not support lavida message business they racial profile me today...Employee named heather really refused service to me and my boyfriend ....we did not get our tempeture checked or greeted when walking in the building as they say they do on their page.....the lady upfront named heather said she was a manager but basically refused service for me and my boyfriend and said i never made a appointment their and she did not even ask to reschedule a appointment. I felt wierd so asked for my money back that I had on a gift card for their business. I told her I never will be returning. Heather then stated that its a bot that set up my appointment and the on the app sometimes it happends. When I made it to the car heather texted me from the so called bot number that tried to set up the appointment for me ...it said in the text..Ashly, I am truly sorry for this error. I love having the ashiatsu massage from Leyna! You would never think that she is using her feet except that she can get much deeper than a normal massage. Ashiatsu also gets a great massage without the pinching that can come from using hands. I’ve had several Ashiatsu massages now and haven’t gone back. The relief just lasts so much longer!

Will be canceling membership, they are not accommodating whatsoever. I try to scheduke appointments way in advance and they always tell me they are working on hiring more help. Its been 2 months with the same excuse. Not worth it anymore.
