My experience with Robert is excellent every session! He is professional, and really makes me feel better. You can tell he puts his heart into what he does, and really wants to make a difference. On top of being a great MT he is so sweet! I definitely will recommend Robert to my family/friends! Thanks for all you do!!

I’m going to praise my therapist Robert again, but I also want to give a shout out to the Desk staff. They always have a smile on their face and greet me by name. They checked me in as soon as I walk in the door without even giving my name, and they’re sincerely interested in me as a client and a human. That’s really nice and I appreciate them very much.When it comes to Robert, my therapist, and the staff ask me how my massage went, I often say “it was average.“ Why? Because it is normal and “ average” for Robert to give EXCEPTIONAL, personalized, need-focused, healing care every single time!!!

Cass has a great rhythm like she’s playing my back as if it’s her drum. And boy did my muscles respond to that! She “may or may not” be The Ultimate Muscle Whisperer. I loved how she got under my back, while I was ON my back and manipulated my sore muscles with her hands under me. Also, 90 minutes is a must. Thank you, Cass! 🫶

No AC - which staff should have told us befor appt - so too hot in room. Also I had an 80 minute apt. - scheduled for 3:30 . We didn’t start until 3:50 and he ended at 4:58. When I told him that he stopped 15 minutes early , he said he have any choice - had to get ready for next customer. When I told this to the front desk- they didn’t apologize/ just said the AC was being worked on. All this said , Zachery was good - liked his technique and pressure. But ME is definitely slipping. Second disappointing appt. In 2 months. I will be looking around for a more reliable spa.

Robert is always exceptional. He treats me like a king and is genuinely invested in making me feel my best.

Karon was very thorough, she applied thr right amount of pressure, in the targets areas. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed.

Robert is an exceptional massage therapist. Very perceptive about how to manage specific pain issues. Tries to personalize treatment. And a friendly, personable therapist.

Zachary was extremely polite, professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job a delivering a very much needed massage.

The staff was very nice and Zac was a nice guy but my massage was painful. When I opted for my massage I asked for medium pressure. I asked him was it supposed to be painful and he told me yes. Usually I fall a sleep during messages but I was tense during that one.

Robert is a wonderful massage therapist. Very skilled with a patient and calming presence. Everything you want in a provider! Highly recommend.

This was my first time getting a massage. I walked right in, and was helped by the ladies at the front desk. They were quick to help, and very nice. My therapist was Maria, and she did great! I am now 6 weeks postpartum, and my body was aching all around. She had great techniques and was very gentle. Pricing is also accurate. Not sure why this location does not have good reviews. I would definitely come back !

A friend treated me for a massage three years ago in Covid, lol. I finally got to use it yesterday. The experience was excellent. My therapist was Cass. She was very attentive, professional and she’s got the touch! I felt like flying coming out of there :)) I’d definitely recommend Cass. She is great at what she does 🌸

I didnt get a chance to actually get any services because I was just going in to pick up a gift card for someone else. I can say that the environment appeared to be very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a calming and relaxing energy I felt just walking in. I plan to actually go for my own pampering soon!

I have been a member at this location for four years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff up front is always very friendly and accommodating. Amanda Rose is my therapist. She customizes every massage to my current needs and does a great job every time. The manager, Michelle, is great with client relations. She has worked there for years and has always been very helpful. This is a great clinic and location.

Robert has healing hands and provides such a therapeutic experience.

**UPDATE!! **** THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!After 1 YEAR of trying to resolve this they continue to try to charge my credit card OVER & OVER & even have raised the amount of the charges! My bank has refunded them for FRAUD several times and even canceled my card but they somehow are able to charge me. I moved from Raleigh over a year a go and notified them at the time to cancel the services!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have scheduled appointments months in advance, wait for a over a month then get a text message 2 days before my appointment saying its canceled because they have no one available! Then when I call to reschedule they have no availability so I ask to cancel to he told no you have a 12 Month Contract for A SERVICE WE CAN NOT PROVIDE! THEN MANAGER WANTS TO GET SASSY AND SAY DO WHATEVER YOU THINK YOU NEED TO DO BUT WE ARE NOT CANCELING YOUR CONTRACT, YOU OWE 9 MORE PAYMENTS! I would have no issue paying if you could ACTUALLY GIVE ME A MASSAGE!!

So Massage Envy is up to it again!!! As a business owner, I do everything in my power to make sure my guest are completely satisfied with our services. And if they are not, then I do everything in my power to make it right plus one. I have to say, today, I have had the worst experience ever dealing with another business. I have never been treated more rudely by management (both assistant and manager). Not only was I lied to about the memberships and being able to cancel if we were not satisfied with the services, I was also told with no compassion that they will continue to charge my card for the next 8 months. After my wifes last visit, she was completely unsatisfied with them and the fact that they charged exorbitant extra fees for additional products on top of the facial charge. We told them to cancel the membership and was also that we were not locked in. (LIES) WELL apparently that is not the case. After speaking with two managers today, I can see why there are other reviews that have written about the same experience (1-Star). I signed for a 6 month membership not a 12. And when I asked the manager a hypothetical question so are you telling me that if you have customer that is not completely satisfied with your services, you will keep charging them for 12 months?.....and her response....wait for it!!!.......a resounding YES.WOW!!! what kind of business practices are these? So if I were you, I would steer clear of this place...AND if anyone knows the Franchise Owner, I would like to get in contact with them and please pass this review on to them. STAY AWAY if you do not want to be lied to.

I have a membership with them and the first 3 months were great, but then I could barely get an appointment even weeks prior to the date. I have all these credits and I cant even use the so Im just get charged by my membership for nothing. I booked an appointment a week ago in advance for tomorrow and they just called me today telling me my massage therapist is actually not going to be in and that I had no other person to be seen by. Its like I cant even get a massage anymore .

I did not enjoy my massage. It was a bday gift. I came out feeling worst then I went in. I feel like the massage guy could of done better. I paid for a 90 min in reality you get 80 bc they wanna talk to you first 5 mins and the last 5 mins.

I am very disappointed with myself for agreeing to a 6 month membership with Massage Envy. When I joined, I expected to get massages twice a month. Unfortunately, my first massage was canceled by Massage Envy roughly 90 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I attempted to readjust my day to accommodate Massage Envy, however was unable to do so and ultimately rescheduled for two days later. My second appointment was also canceled by Massage Envy roughly 75 minutes before my scheduled appointment time; on Father’s Day. I asked to cancel my membership and was told I could not. This is unacceptable and an enormous inconvenience. I am very busy and cannot continue to be let down by Massage Envy, but more importantly keep readjusting my schedule. The only gesture that was offered by staff was to reschedule my appointment…again. That totally defeats the purpose of me getting two massages each month – which is why I signed up for the membership. I work 80 hours a week and cannot continue a relationship with a company that has started off as an inconvenience to me. Not to mention the excessive phone calls the company makes – I am at work, I cannot stop my meetings to answer Massage Envy phone calls. After working all week, I was thoroughly looking forward to my message on Friday. I am very frustrated and unhappy.

If you have an appointment, there’s no guarantee you’ll actually get a massage. I’ve been a member for almost 10 months, and there have been 4 occasions where I’ve shown up for an appointment and the person I’m scheduled with happened to not be there and no one was there to take their place. No apology, no discount for the next time...nothing. Not even an acknowledgment they screwed up. There are other places that offer massage memberships that are actually reliable. Do not waste your money here.

Had my second massage at this location. Loved it! Diane was in tune with exactly what I needed and worked a lot of my back and shoulder discomfort out. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Thank you!

Wow talk about customer service. Such a friendly staff. Aspen, Tony, Casey, and another girl with a uniquely beautiful name serviced me at the front desk with the most pleasant attitudes I’d ever witnessed.My therapist DREW was AMAZING. Highly recommend him for all pressure types.

I must say that my experience was outstanding when I went to massage envy yesterday for my pregnancy massage! Vennita was very professional, knowledgeable and was very welcoming upon entering the building! Sammi was my masseuse and she did a great job as well with making sure I left there with all of my needs met! Keep up the good work ladies !

This is my go to Massage Envy. The staff is so nice. As soon as you walk in they are greating you with a smile. Appointments are easy to make. Even last minute. Ive done it serval times especially after a long day of work. The facility is always super clean. The therapist are so nice and friendly. Sutton, Kyle, and Maria are wonderful. Would definitely recommend them. They take the time to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. MJ is great for a facials. They are all very professional. I love this Massage Envy. Always my first choice.

I am a monthly member and have been going for a few years. The majority of the therapists are very good. Ive received expensive massages at many high quality spas over the years, and I have found most of the therapists at Massage Envy to be just as good. In fact, many massages I have had there have been better. Chelsea at this facility is excellent, especially for deeper tissue work.

My experience with Massage Envy wasnt a pleasant one. Especially at this location. About 3 weeks ago I had called ahead of time to make my appointment for a massage, the person I made appointment with put me down for the wrong Saturday. She put me down for the following Saturday. So went to Raleigh for the weekend, got to Massage Envy on time for well needed massage & she had booked me for wrong day & week. It messed up my whole weekend. It was birthday also I was so disappointed, I live 2 hrs. away. The store manager responded so non caring. I truly know we r all human & we make mistakes but she was actually not trying to make thing better. She was standing in front of me like WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!. Again I was very disappointed with her service. And wasnt able to get my well needed massage. I did get in contact with the corporate office. I know there are many massage envy locations, but I do know I will not ever go back to that one at this location. I will not give up on Massage Envy just yet, just not this one. Still very disappointed with that visit. And havent been back yet.

Not all Massage Envy salons are created equal - this Oberlin Road location is hands-down the best salon around. I cannot get over the dewy renewed texture of my skin after Kels treatment. Kel is the best!!! She is so knowlegeable and trustworthy in skincare and what would most benefit your skin type specifically. Highly recommend without reservation! Thank you, Kel!

Ive been a member with Massage Envy for three years. Ive never had a problem with my membership. This was my first time at this location. My therapist was great, she listened to my needs and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this location.

I will NOT return. I had my second massage by Johntae she receives a 10. It is the front desk environment that I am placing this at a 1. I called to reschedule my appointment it is a $50 fee on top of the $120 fee on your rescheduled date. If I have the Covid they want u to come anyway. Contaminate the whole staff. I did not have Covid but it is ridiculous to be charged a fee to reschedule. This conversation was over the phone when I inquired about rescheduling. I went to my scheduled appointment because I was not paying $170 for a 50 minute massage.This establishment take away 10 minutes from the consumer not their time. You do not receive 60 minutes.My appointment time 5pm I arrive to be told I was canceled and they charged my daughter card $60. I never canceled & why would it be a charge on my daughters card when I advised on my last visit to remove her card. Provided a $50 tip my 1st massage... My daughter treated me for my bday Iadvised front to remove her card.

As a team member of the Massage Envy at Falls Point I must say, it is a pleasure to speak to fellow FDA members that care about their job. I have called a few times in the last few weeks and would like to thank Haven Cotton for being so polite and helpful! Awesome team!

Robert’s the best always a great experience!!

I have had some periformis muscle issues and neck muscle issues and the team at Oberlin Court is outstanding. They have helped with focused deep tissue massages and gone over specific stretches that I do on my own to keep muscles from tightening back up. I’ve also seen them for excellent stretching work. I highly recommend this team and the front desk staff is equally as excellent. They are always very patient and polite, and are always trying to accommodate your appointment needs.

Just had my fourth facial treatment visit here today with my esthetician Amber. She is very knowledgeable about products to help whip my skin into shape! I am very excited about the results I’m seeing and would recommend seeing Amber at this location for your skincare needs. :)

Called 4 times to cancel my appt & change it to a different time day prior. Received a text message the next day to be ready for my appt when it should of been cancelled. I called the establishment no answer , so I text cancel & they charged me ! General Manager not helpful and stated She can not help me! Receptionist new and shared with me that they are very understaffed which I guess is an excuse for terrible customer service.

I have been going to Massage Envy on Oberlin road monthly for at least three years now. I have had a long history of periodic lower back problems. I undertook a regimen of regular yoga and massage, which helped greatly. I had to drop the yoga when my work schedule changed, but continued the massage therapy, which I feel to be quite effective. I find the quality of massage I receive to be quite good and responsive to my situation week by week; the therapist asks and listens carefully as I describe how I am feeling before and during the massage, responding accordingly. The front desk staff are always courteous and efficient, providing reminder emails and calls before every session like clockwork. Overall Im highly pleased and recommend Massage Envy and give gift cards to family members.

I’ve seen a few different massage therapists at massage envy and Kyle is by far the best! He really listens when you tell him what’s bothering you and I always walk away feeling pain free. I suffer from tendinitis and carpal tunnel and he always makes my hands/arms feel brand new! Thank you, Kyle! :)

Without question, the worst massage of my life. I cant believe I paid actual money for that.I went in last night for a Sports Massage with Daniel — and it became immediately clear that this guy has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what hes doing, nor does he care. I detailed four specific muscle groups that needed work, and he didnt even touch them. He just dug his elbow into my quad for 50 minutes — I mentioned 50, because he stopped my 60 min appointment short. From his sloppy attire to his resigned and uninterested attitude, this guy was straight-up awful at his job.Props to the girls at the front desk for being friendly and helpful. I cant speak to any other masseurs, but if they try to line you up with Daniel, dont waste your time.

Had a terrible experience with a membership here. Tried to cancel several times but continued to be charged for over a year. Was told I’d have a year to use the >$1,000 of massages that had accumulated and then they expired in 2 months.

This place is absolutely the worse ever be a client at there employees are liars and need to be retrained on customer service management is terrible at resolution any type of issue especially money my card. Was charged over 400 dollars for a contract that i never use and was supposed to be cancelled at this point nothing has been resolved with me being reimbursed so I will be contacting my local news station that massage envy takes advantage of their clients and steals money off there clients credit cards please do better

I got a text to confirm my reservation for 2 services I had the next day, in the same day you get a notification if you dont cancel by 9pm you will get charge a cancellation fee, what they do they cancel on me on the day of my services, do they pay me a cancellation fee, of course not a simple im sorry is what they give you. I plan this day ask for the day off in my work. Now i tried to look for the same services in other location and nothing is available. Dont go to this unprofessional location.

I did enjoy this spa until they cancelled an appointment I had scheduled a month out. That in itself wasnt that bad, but they charged my boyfriend for a message after I cancelled. They called and left a message that we a had an appt. When I called back they said we had no appts scheduled, then they charged us. Will not return to or recommend to anyone.

My wife had a rough day at work. Needed to find her some R&R ASAP. Staff was very helpful and accommodated a last minute appointment. They made sure I was aware of cancelation policy in case she wasnt able to make it in time. She felt great after. Thanks for getting us in!

The atmosphere of this spa is pretty sterile, and the walls are very, very thin. During my massage I heard other people talking, coughing, doors opening and closing....it was a completely different experience than Im used to when getting a massage.I will not be returning, but its an alright massage for the price.

BEWARE! If you are considering falling into the trap of the $59/mo program. I made this terrible decision and hoping I can help others avoid the same mistake. They sell it so well and make it sound so flexible, but here are key takeaways for you to consider:-If you have a busy schedule, expect it to be very difficult to find convenient times to schedule an appt, especially on weekends and evenings.-If you end up collecting multiple credits like I have (due to the issue above), they will not allow you to pause the program until after 6 months, then they charge you $10/mo to pause. And they require you to pause for 3 months and pay the $30 upfront.-They will allow you to give credits to others, but only 1 per 6 months to a single person, and yes you guessed it, they charge a $10 fee overtime you do so.-And regardless of how it sounds when you are being sold to sign up, you are locked into 12 months no matter if you like/get value from their service or not.Key takeaway is that Massage Envy appears to be a well-oiled business model, but you get the feeling that they are all about the money and not the satisfaction of the client. Too bad...would much prefer to be writing this post as a recommendation of how they were an awesome company.

Always appreciate being able to get in and out of this location unlike North Hills. Since Covid though I have had a number of therapists. As soon as I get use to one, they leave.

I went for my birthday and among them booking me with a brand new massage therapist who was less than effective with her hands on, she missed various areas I wanted her to work on, the pressure was not on point for me to relax and get a good massage nap, and I was misquoted on the price and overpaid for my massage, I tipped because I am in the business myself and I know we work hard, but needless to say I left there very disappointed...unhappy birthday to me.

Fun and great massage. Well run. It was a gift so I dont now the cost but recommended tip for 1hour massage is $14.00.

At the end of the massage the therapist asked if i wanted anything extra done. Im pretty sure i know what she meant but i said no. Would have been nice but didnt want me or her to get into any trouble.

Great place for a massage once youve picked the therapist best for you. Their office staff are very friendly, but their on-line scheduling system is terrible.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Theyll sell you on signing up monthly, then if for some reason a Pandemic happens, theyll keep charging your account for almost a year despite going to get massages might not be the best move during a public health crisis...So then say you change card numbers, theyll then demand you pay them to reinstate your account for cutting them off from your bank, and then threaten the limited time you have to use accrued services, with no possibility of any refund for unused services... Scam of a business.
