New Horizon Spa & Therapy

This was my second time coming here. I came years ago when I went to visit my family and I had to come back. Read the reviews and requested Amy for back and foot and she was AMAZING. It was as if she could see through my body to address every bit of pain and discomfort. She was kind and friendly so we’re all the staff. I can’t wait to come back. She is the best. The place is clean, kept and quiet. It’s a literal gem of a place. So grateful

Treated my grandmother to a Massage for her 80th Birthday. Let me just say this she hasn’t stoped talking about it. She was ready to set up her next appointment before leaving 🤣 No seriously everyone came out please and rejuvenated. Thank you for making everyone comfortable. I will definitely be going back .

This morning I had a massage scheduled with another spa in Raleigh. While I was driving to that spa, I received a call that the therapist was out sick. Obviously that’s out of her control but I was bummed because I had taken off work for the massage. My friend recommended New Horizon spa and luckily they had a morning appointment for me. This is not your typical upscale “day spa” so I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re looking for the “aesthetic experience” over the actual massage. I wanted a full body massage and for someone to focus on my shoulders. Coco gave me the BEST 2 hour massage I’ve ever had in my life! She is so sweet and took her time. I highly recommend her! This might be a monthly thing for me! It’s so worth it! Thank you New Horizon.

My fiance and I had the most amazing experience here today, I couldnt wait to leave a review to tell about it! From the last minute booking to get us in for an hour couple massage to surprise my man on his birthday, to the amazing customer service from start to finish, and of course the wonderful massage! 👏🏻10/10 recommend this location to everyone! Both ladies who worked with us were absolutely amazing! The massage was okay- not the best I had but it relaxed my body a bit. My focus area was on my lower back and shoulders the massage therapist rubbed my shoulder blades rather than the top of my shoulders that I pointed to- I stopped her to move to correct location of pain. I would suggest more time management to give each part of the body equal time. May return

Did a couples massage with the hubby and it was amazing. We have had massages elsewhere that didnt even come close to the experience we had here. Very relaxing, clean, professional and rejuvenating. We will be back!

I got 30 minute table back massage with Amy. She is absolutely amazing! Got a deep tissue and thats exactly what she did. Very strong hands, no mushy mushy massage from her! I would highly recommend Amy and I will definitely come back the next time I visit here from Ohio to see her again! Ty soooooo much Amy!

First massage after recovering slow from spinal surgery and this felt amazing. Perfectly massaged and I am going back.

Wonderful and relaxing just doesn’t sum it up. This massage felt so good I didn’t want it to end. My masseuse would ask if she was too hard or too soft and had a perfect amount of pressure. I honestly fell asleep for a short amount of time. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be going back again soon!! I give New Horizon Spa 5 STARS…. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and would give more !!

Tui na was amazing! I moved to Charlotte a year ago today and literally travel back at least once a month to come here. I do hair and serve on the side so in constant back and foot pain. They never miss you hear me! 2 hour massage 128 you can’t bet that!!!

Coco is amazing, they always have availability to squeeze me in too. Only con: It can get a little loud when customers come to check in but only last a few seconds.

Amazing! We did a 30 min table. Very well timed. Kept contact with the body while changing sides of the back, very important for energy flow. We will be back. Its an hour from our house.

I absolutely love this place. I have a job that puts my neck and body in tough positions. All of their massage therapists are great. Peter was amazing at my last visit. I cant see ever getting massages anywhere else again. Their prices are very reasonable too!

Got a couples massage while on vacation. Very sweet people. The room was beautifully lit and comfortably decorated. The massage was both relaxing and invigorating.The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because you are able to hear everything from the lobby and hall, including loud voices.

Wonderful! I felt relaxed and the massage was a full body massage! They’re very attentive and work hard!Only issue is the room does not have a door and it was loud hearing people outside.

This was the best acupressure massage I’ve ever had.I’ve been to a lot of places in Raleigh and Cary and hands down these guys are the best.Extremely professional and very adaptive to what I needed.Everything was extremely clean and they actually look over the medical form they have you fill out and ask follow up questions.On top of that, they’re the cheapest around.There’s a lot of acupressure places around but these people make it into an art.

I always get the best massage here! Very friendly staff and a very clean facility. Sometimes I make an appointment ahead of time and sometimes I walk in and rarely have to wait. Highly recommend!!

Incredibly professional, very clean facility , and genuinely polite staff make this place a hidden gem. They’re very willing to customize a massage to what you need, and if you can describe a problem within the realm of their profession, they can solve it! Tight muscle? Knots? Odds and ends of muscle ache? Say no more fam! And their prices are reasonable, and again, they can customize based on what you need. They really want you to focus on relaxation, and let them handle the details. I work with my hands, and they built a custom massage around relieving pressure on my hands and the associated joints. 10/10 will go back.

My best friend is getting married and we booked her an appointment here. The appointment was confirmed TWICE and the lady cancelled it because her excuse, she didnt know if we were coming when it was confirmed TWICE. Dont go to this place. They will cancel your appointment.

I visited the establishment recently and it was the worst experience of my life! The staff didn’t speak very good English so I assume they were fresh off the boat. It was very apparent that the massage therapist was untrained. I later found out that this establishment, in particular, the employ unlicensed-untrained massage therapists which is illegal and dangerous!. Stay away from this establishment!!! They are rude to their staff and rude to their customers!!! I reiterate this is an unlicensed establishment. They are untrained and could injure you! I will be contacting the district attorney for unlawful business practices!

Ive been here at least a dozen times and have always gotten a great massage with firm pressure. I visited for the first time since covid earlier this week and besides wearing a mask (that I forgot about after putting my face down) it was the same great service.

I was Massage Drunk when it was done. Anna did a wonderful job. Deep pressure, but very accommodating to communication. Incorporated massage,pressure, and table work. Will be going back.

Worst experience i’ve ever had for a massage. I’m a female, they gave me a male. He was rough and made me very uncomfortable.. they do not speak good english either.
