This was a great place and my go to for all of the vapes that I liked. It’s not showing it on Google maps but this location is now closed. I heard from a manager that they were bought out. There are other locations that are still open but I haven’t been there yet.

Best spot in Raleigh! Have almost everything! They also have an awesome rewards system and great staff!

James, Jason, and everybody amongst the staff have always been the best experience. There truly is no better option when it comes to service or selection of options for all the various vaping products. I appreciate this whole staff, anytime I have a question, they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Best store in Raleigh by far. Always a pleasure to see you all!

Just moved to Raleigh a few months and about 2 mins from this location. I have been for this shop well over 15 times for numerous needs and they have been courteous, professional, and very helpful every single time. Not to mention good prices and regular sales. If I move to another part of Raleigh Ill make the trip to this shop. Customer service is exemplary. Highly recommend for any vape, delta, or glass needs.

Spent a lot of money on a new t200 mod with zues tank, batteries and juice. I was completely let down that they sold me juice that expired 03/2023 on 01/02/2024. The fact that juice that old is being sold from the shelf is a real let down. I didnt really notice the juice was expired till I saw how red it looked after vaping it some; I really recommend checking the dates on any juice purchased here; as you cant expect the products to be fresh or expired products removed from their shelves..Service was good. The gentleman was friendly and helped me find a new mod. The expired juice ruined the whole experience.

Hands down, the best store in the area for vapes and juices. Everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgeable, to the point where this place has become my go-to for questions on devices and, particularly, flavor profiles. They generally have great deals and a wide selection of coils, including some for older or harder to find mods. We’ll be coming here for as long as we live in the area!

Highly recommend this shop for all vape and smoke needs. Extremely well stocked and with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whenever I’ve had a question, need something new, or want a recommendation they’ve been able to help. Been going here for a good while now and it’s always been a positive experience.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff, and best vape prices I have found in Raleigh. Where one place might charge $25 for a vape, these guys only charge $17.Plus, very large selection of disposable vapes.

The staff that works here is absolutely the reason that I drive past 4 vape shops from Durant rd. in 20-25 minutes of traffic. Generally when I go to a vape shop, I already know what I want but inevitably it is not always available. The staff makes sure I have options to choose from that are right on the mark.Quite frankly, if the staff were not here, I would not drive so far every week. It would benefit this business to work extra hard and ensure they are happy where they are, because I will follow them wherever.

Usually have great service and a great selection, but my recent visit took me roughly 20 minutes to get help when only 1 person was up front, already helping someone, and 3 people on the back. 2 ppl in the back were sorting out juices, but the third dude was just chillin and looked my way a few times. Even after being asked if I needed help with anything, and I responded I was just waiting, I wasnt helped til the other guy was done helping their customer.The guy who helped me was probably a trainee, because he would not bring up the juices to let me see them, where usually staff let me look at the bottle and read its label, and he was not knowledgeable or helpful in assisting me with finding a flavor - since they got rid roughly over half of their original inventory that I was familiar with.Hope this experience was a one time issue, because otherwise Ive gotten the most helpful and quick service.Hope yall being back the clearance bins too.

This is the BEST vape shop! The staff are friendly, personable, knowledgeable about their products, and very helpful. They have specials often on merchandise and have a huge selection of juices. The store is neat and clean. If you are new to vaping, definitely stop here. They can educate you on the different types of vaping options available. Its a no-pressure environment and their policies are clearly displayed. Sara, the manager, does an amazing job of keeping the store well stocked and running smoothly. The guys behind the counter want their customers to be happy with their purchases and to know how to use them properly. Definitely my go-to vape shop!

I was super happy with the service here - all the employees were friendly and informative, and they have a wide selection of smoke and vape products. However, when the silicone on the bubbler we bought started melting on the same day we bought it, we brought it back. For some reason, the owner has decided to have a rule for no returns or exchanges, no exceptions whatsoever.I can understand not accepting returns for buyers remorse, but when you have sold a clearly defective product, its insulting to not fix the problem. I dont recommend shopping here only because the owner has decided that the store is not accountable for any item they sell. Thats a policy that is only acceptable at thrift stores, in my opinion.

Super wide selection of juices, from larger, low/no nicotine all the way to small bottle salts. Juice prices are a little higher than a couple other shops in Raleigh, but its still a good deal if you dont want to wait to order online and/or want to support local business. The employees are friendly and super helpful.

The jucie they sell is expired. I specifically asked if the jucie is expires as the last 2 bottle of jucie I bought was no good from cloud 9. Employee proceed to tell me the jucie was good for 5 years. Complete lie. Beware. I have spend good money here and get expired jucie that taste terrible. I want my money back.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and selection is decent. They really need to get their rewards points system back up and running. Seems to have been down for weeks. Still recommended.Update 3/10/2022 - The rewards points system is up and running now!

This store was my final destination in my series of visits to vapor stores. You know they say save the best for last? This visit should have been the first according that saying. Upon entering, I noted that the store was rather small. Perhaps it was the door I had entered out of the three for I am entirely unfamiliar with the stores layout. A customer was speaking to the employee tending the shop so I patiently waited for my turn to speak to the shopkeep. A string of individuals were hanging out in the tightly quartered area that one may call a vapor store. I think the employee noticed I was waiting on him but certainly didnt intend on starting a conversation with me on what I was here for. So after he gave me a look and his prior conversation died down, I asked him if I could try some e-liquids since I was in the market to purchase. He led me a step to the left and showed me a hardly organized rack of flavors with no listings, profiles, descriptions or anything as the such. By playing a random picking game in my mind, I tried maybe four or five flavors and immediately decided it was time to leave. The employee did not make any effort to sale me the products he is in charge of for the time being. The string of teens hanging out in there carried on for a while; however, that did not bother me but it may have bothered other people. The employee immediately shifted his attention after simply pointing to the flavors back to the previous customer and began a series of jests with her. I, feeling incredibly unimpressed, left the store without a word. I believe strongly that the employee hadnt even noticed I left. The store was earned one out of five stars due to the insatiably high level of apathy displayed by the employee on duty. The prices are currently unknown to me but I imagine they are just as inflated as most stores in the area. This isnt to say that all stores have high prices, for some I have visited have fantastic prices and deals. This store did not qualify for any stars that I base my reviews off of. I absolutely, under any circumstances, would not recommend this store to friends or even acquaintances.

Walked in, Robbie and Mike (names later learned) chill as could be. Both enthusiastic about the product, helped me purchase and build my first updated mod w/coils, incredibly knowledgeable about their stuff! Very, very nice in terms of pricing, helping me out with building the coils/cotton setup, and generally just very cool guys! Will be coming here very often!

Large selection and good prices. The woman working that night was super helpful, and set my tank up before I hit the road for the trip home. I usually frequent the location in Greenville NC which is my go to spot for vape products.

I visit this Cloud 9 Vapor store on a regular basis with a variety of questions and needs and they have never lead me astray.The staff that has been there a while are all incredibly knowlagable of not only tobacco free vapor products but also their large selection of CBD products.Sarah is usually there when I visit and she is always kind and receptive to my needs.I have been baking for years and this is the best vape store I have visited to this day.

Hands down best vape shop around... Prices are average to some stuff a little high. They have just about any juice you have seen or heard of in stock and a massive selection of mods and tanks both regulated and mechanical and any wire, coil, cotton, etc you are ever gonna want or need.. and they have the knowledge to help you out and teach you no matter how long youve been vaping. Id give it 10⭐if I could. They have multiple locations only been to wake Forest road location but Ive heard the same about the other locations. Always has my recommendation

Cloud 9 is the place to go for all your vaping needs.I had been going to a local tobacco shop for my juices and hardware, but always felt they were trying to get me to buy an unfamiliar juice or a cloned mod. Since the tobacco shop lets customers smoke in the store, it is often too smelly for a non-smoker to stay in the shop for more than a few minutes, and you smell awful on leaving.Cloud 9 is a vapors store... plain and simple.Malvin is awesome with his ability to sense what I need in a juice, and has turned me on to some wonderful flavors. I can tell him, I want something not too sweet, maybe a fruit or citrus, etc. and he can help me pick out the perfect juice.Ms Chellsea is also wonderful and helps me with the latest mods and juices, and always has a quick smile to make my day a bit brighter. Her knowledge of their products and flavors makes her one of my go-to people.You cant go wrong when you have such great people. Give them a try!

This store has the best and most friendliest customer service I have ever seen in a vape shop. With such a wide selection of juices and devices I can see why it has such a high rating on google. I truely believe that this is one of the best vape shop in North Carolina.

I love this store and would honestly give 5 stars, save for one person who clearly doesnt want to be there sometimes...and I get that, everyone who works retail gets it lol. I have gone to a lot of vapor shops here in Raleigh and Wilmington, I always go to cloud 9 vapor and hope Malvin is working, he knows about all the flavors well and I have never been disappointed in what he recommends for me. He is also knows about the new tanks, batteries and all the accessories, so its a great vap shop and Malvin is the best!

This isnt a store, these are theives, avoid at all costs!! I was sold a defective, used mod as new. I think that i dealt with a drug addict employee who needed money for a fix that pulled a switch-a-roo on me, giving me a broken vape and stealing the new one I paid for. i dont mean to be judgemental of drug addicts. Honestly - for the shop, thats actually best case scenario. the other option being that they knowingly con people. maybe it goes deeper because the store policy is they refuse to let you know the owners name or contact information but I like to think that most people are good. just be careful! I brought this new $175 purchase back in saying it didnt work before I even left the parking lot, and they sold me on buying something else for it.. another $45 down the drain. well upon returning the next day to say, no this still doesnt work, a very nice woman that worked there told me that clearly this unit is defective and used but suggested I file a warranty claim with voopoo since i had my receipt and awarranty card. so I did file one with the manufacturer. I spent over a week filling out forms and making videos and jumping through hoops for the warranty. then finally, voopoo (the company) said that I was eligible and that the store I bought it from would replace it. then cloud 9 told me too bad, get lost. clearly they arent an authorized dealer and they just buy stuff online and mark up the price because voopoo said they would refund an authorized dealer on a detective unit. i didnt even ask for a refund. i just told them what I was told. I didnt ask for anything. I wanted to be treated decent and not robbed. youd think that someone who comes in and buys one of their decent products would be a customer that theyd want to keep. youd think theyd offer at the bare minimum, to swap it with a much cheaper but working unit. or give a discount or something better than being dismissive and not allowing me to even discuss it with the owner..oh well. hopefully my experience will save others ! spread the word!

Good variety of products. Always have the newest items. Mid- to top of the line products can be found here as well. You can find the best quality mods and all kinds of pods, tanks, and drippers. They have alot of e-liquids ranging from sweet candies to custards to coffees.

Pushed buying juice for a Monday discount but they ended up charging me full price for the juice anyway, gave me no receipt, and wouldnt take it back. Theyre over priced for juice and poor service all around. Go anywhere else but here.

I was sent here to grab something for a friend, which they did have. I dont know anything about vape products, but I would say that since they had her product, in two styles, that must say something as to the variety they offer. Also, while I was there, I bought some CBD for myself. I wouldnt mind a bigger selection there, but lets not kid, this isnt a CBD shop, and compared to other stores Ive seen, they actually do have several products and brands to choose from, including one of the most potent and cleanest brands I know of, Pharma CBD. Also, the guy who helped me out was informative, patient (considering I barely knew about what I was sent in to buy), and personable.

Puts a sign on door, be back in 15 minutes, returns after 15 minutes, gets out of car with 3 other people with food. Understandable. Enters the store and begins waiting on the people she went to lunch with, without even saying a word to me. Poor customer service

Vaping... what more can i say... skinny jeans and feel the burn decals... this shop was friendly. Helpful. And even though they didnt sell cbd (for pain management) they were helpful in getting me the parts for my rig that they dont even sell. Got some silly juice stuff to mix with my cbd... reads lable... female friendly... something about lips... im comfortable with my gummy bear flavored e juice... lol

This shop has the best selection of vape juice in the area and a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Prices are average, but if you sign up for their emails, you can get some pretty good deals.

If I could give it no stars I would. I just wanted to leave the place. No suggestions even though I stated I was looking for fruit like juice. All I got was a sour face. Another people came in and wow what a difference in customer service and behavior. They left and once again with the sour face.

The staff is friendly and helpful but twice I have gotten a product that was misslabled as non menthol when it was Deffinatly menthol- which makes me gag and when I tried tell the staff Both of them kept telling me that it Wasnt menthol because the bottle didnt say it was - as if I was a liar or idiot - Bad customer etiquette

Aside from only really having mass produced juices, this is a great shop. Everyone is knowledgeable with the products, and they have all the latest gadgets.
