I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and they’ve never let me down. Nacho(pretty sure that’s what he said. Sorry if I’m wrong 😅) and Tyler helped me today. They were pleasant to do business with! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Especially Amber! Highly recommend checking this place out(:

A very great experience! Staff member Nate very friendly and knowledgeable of their product. And they have disc golf discs! Definitely Im going to revisit for that and many other goodies.

Love the environment right after a long day at work. Tyler makes sure my normal items are available and graciously helpful with trying and selecting new products. I usually stick to what I know but not here. Ill always recommend this shop. 10/10

The best staff Ive ever gotten to know. Im blanking on names, but I believe its Tyler and Amber that Ive gotten to know over the last year. The rewards system is better than any other, because everything counts towards rewards, not just Vapes. They have an extensive variety of smokables, edibles, and vape stuff, they are always willing to stock what their customers want. 10/10 I will go here as long as I live in the Raleigh area

Friendly staff, clean shop. Epic selection of glass. Saw a lot of pieces I really, really wanted. They have a fancy place to keep all of their cigars. Best selection of White Owl wraps Ive seen in a while.

I love this store because of AMBER! She is so knowledgeable. The first time I walked in I had no idea what I was looking for. She spent time explaining everything to me, very patiently, even while she waited on other people (she was handling the store all by herself). She always says hey! when I walk in. I would drive 10 miles out of my way to shop at this particular store because of Amber. I never go anywhere else.

The store carries good brands. But..non existent customer service --What you get instead is curt, impatient, and rude statements. Dude supposed to help me was rushing the transaction, rolling his eyes, and visibly impatient with simple questions or musings. (It would have been okay if hed told me he was finishing his shift. I would have understood and moved on to the next salesperson). So, is this how you treat folks who give you money? Wow. Bought one item. This will be the first and last time.

I wish I could rate this place 5 because most of the time the people that work here are awesome and the selection is good. There is one guy in particular here that acts like you are wasting his time every time you enter the store. He makes passive-aggressive comments, literally rolls his eyes and genuinely seems to think he is better than you. I have shopped here for years and spent literally hundreds of dollars here. I have had plenty of conversations about music, anime, and other things with the other clerks, but I am going to take my business elsewhere because of this dude. Hope that was your goal bud.

My experience with Tyler has been great.

The guy that works here is incredibly rude. Always has an attitude. Today he stopped my girlfriend and caused huge scene accusing her of stealing, when she was helped by another associate. Tha associate let him know she had paid, and told the dude to calm down. But we wont be back and had been going there 3-4 times per week. What a disappointment

Its my favorite vape shop. Only draw, is they often do not have the one flavor of lost mary (Cherry Peach Lemonade) that I love.

Amber runs a perfect shop with friendly and intelligent staff. A near-perfect smoke shop experience.

Awesome customer service! Good options on juices, decent prices. Ill definitely go back. The blonde girl with tattoos was very cool and sweet, she knew a lot about the different types of juices they have there. She helped me pick a new one and its very good. I give her customer service 10 stars!

I’ll never come back to this place. I got here before they closed and they were closing, I pulled over to clean my car out and I accidentally throw away a receipt I needed. The owner comes up to my car and tells me to leave or he calling the police cause I’m searching through trash cans like I’m so bum. The nerve. I drove 45mins to go there for a brand I wanted.

I love Revolution! I have been going for three years now and I can genuinely say I’ve always had a great experience there. The employees are so helpful and always give their honest opinions about products. Their prices are some of the best I’ve seen in Raleigh!

Very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond and not BS to make a sale. Ive been to about every vape shop around Raleigh and always have a great experience in this one. Always seem to run into the same young guy named Odie and really knows his stuff and takes his time to help and noticed the same with every person that walk threw them doors. Check them out!

Ive only had good experiences dealing with this shop. I wish I could give you examples of when they righted an issue... But Ive never had a problem, the staff is always super nice and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Incredible customer service, beautiful products and a wide selection of just about everything youre looking for.. Onyx has assisted me every time Ive been in and her knowledge on all there product they carry are unmatched, not only is she well informed but she is amazing at being able to relay that information in and easy to understand maner leaving you confident and wanting to come back for more, also her patience should be idolized as well Im not an easy customer.

Asked to use the restroom, was told no. Went two doors down to use the restroom and returned, when greeted and asked if there was anything they could do for me, I simply said I wished you had restrooms for your customers then an employee who claimed to be the manager named Odie claimed my statement was rude and demanded I leave without making the purchase I came there to make. He also refused to give me the owners contact information so I could file a formal complaint

I went there looking for disposable vapes because I couldnt seem to find a flavor that I enjoyed but the girl who helped me suggested a flavor, and I went with it. I wasnt disappointed! They seem very knowledgeable about their products.

Been a few times at this point. Staff has always been very helpful and more than willing to give me recommendations and answer any questions I have. The atmosphere is very casual and it is by far my favorite smoke shop I have visited.

Worst experience in a vape shop. The cashier was a younger guy, who seemed to not give a crap about his job. Never once asked if he could help me. Was very rude when I asked certain questions about juices. When checking out he tossed my card back at me... unacceptable! Will not be going back here.

Got upsold on a product that didn’t even work and then when I tried to return it because it didn’t work, they told me I was out of luck and down $30

The best smoke shop I’ve visited in the Wake county area. The staff is highly knowledgeable super helpful and they have everything you need CBD, Delta-8, Kratom, tobacco products etc.

Every time Ive been there theyve been super helpful. Once when my gf had broken the glass in her vape they spent like 20 minutes trying every glass chamber they had to try and find a replacement.

Affordable prices for vape juice and nice selection of glass, staff is very friendly and attentive and will try to help you with anything they can to the best of their ability. Really convenient
