Bought a Funky Republic vape, tried it in store before I left & by the time I got to the car it wasn’t working. So the cashier, a young man (regret not asking his name because he was SO kind) exchanged it for me. Got home & the second one I got started messing up. Called the store & he told me to come back in. Got there & once again he was so nice trading in the broken device. Apologized even though it wasn’t his fault by any means. Hands down - Best experience by far from ANY vape store I’ve been to. I have been a regular customer for a while but unfortunately this store has lost my loyalty . the girl who works in the mornings has the worst customer service ive seen. most times when i ask for help or have a question about something she will act like she doesnt want to or be on the phone with friends not paying me any attention. she has a very nasty attitude and is not a good look for the face of the store especially to have in the mornings upon opening.

I went to this store Sunday and i asked for 2 items a soda and a pack of cigarettes. The guy Mlek took my card and closed the drive thru door. After a few minutes i honked my horn. He had no customers in the store. He came to the window and said i charged your card for the wrong thing. He swiped my card for a carton of cigarettes and my Pepsi. I am immediately upset because how do go from $9.31 to $63.28 . He then says he knows its looks sketchy but its not. I asked for the owner name he said he was the owner. I called the police after fussing him out. Please be careful using your card they could have a ghost card reader and you not know it.

I love going there. They have good prices on their products. And theres just one guy that really helps me a lot when I walk into the store. The only thing I have a problem with is they wont take back products that are stale. Like the zigzag wraps. The girl wouldnt take them back said I needed to contact the company. So now I went to rolling papers. So I hope I dont have that problem again and I know I wont. The one thing rolling papers do not do and that is dry out and crack up. But besides that theyre a really good place to go. Im not going to stop going there. Theyre really nice people and they try to help you out the most. I just had that one incident with the zig zag wraps and thats it. But they have good prices good customer service and most of the times good product. So my recommendation for this place is very good.
So long story short, my boyfriend and i go thru drive thru, it’s 10pm and we go for 2 dutch packs. usually for 1 it’s 1.06 after tax so we assumed 2.30 would be enough and drive off as he did not tell us the total….come to find out one of the dutch packs (flavor is royal haze), are 1.49!!! we turn back asap and head inside and explain what happened and didn’t mean to just dash. guy was respectful and said “i got the rest, i love you guys honesty” and i just left feeling bad but happy he understood as usually it says 99 cents for 1 pack!! this is my go to place, they make me feel welcomed! if you need a shop go ahead and stop thru here and pleaseeee make sure to double check the price and don’t do what i did
I am so glad that I decided to stop in at The Right Shop when I first noticed them opening at the end of the shopping center on New Hope Church Road. I was very happy with the tobacco shop where I have been doing business for the past 6 years, however, I have switched my business to The Right Shop now. The prices are competitive and the customer service had been outstanding since that first visit. Even though I am just another random old man the staff, which are quite q bit younger than me, have always been very friendly, attentive and respectful. They are very patient and helpful even when I am struggling with a decision on cigarette tubes and having them jump through hoops to pull products down from high shelves and give me prices for comparisons purposes. The store is extremely clean and the wide variety of merchandise is well organized. I am almost afraid to stay in there too long because I know I will start buying lots of things. I did buy some smoke eliminator candles that worked really well. Need to remember to get some more of those next time I visit. I have yet to try the Drive Thru because I actually enjoy going inside and engaging with the staff. The two young ladies that assisted me today, Talia and Hanan, really brightened up my afternoon after a long day at work. They were so personable and helpful that I felt compelled to write this review as soon as I got home. I highly recommend The Right Shop.
