This is honestly one of, if not the best vape shops in the Raleigh area. They have a great selection of products here. I would highly recommend this store. Absolutely five stars!

Vapor Max has got to be one of the best vapor stores in the Raleigh area. They have a huge selection of anything that you could possibly want. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: leaving my old review simply so you all know how well the owner handled the situation! As soon as I posted this review he reached out, found our receipt, refunded us, apologized for our experience, and promised he was taking it seriously with the employee as well. I trust he’s totally on top of his employees, his store, and his product!Paid over $60 for a disposable THC vape pen that was broken. They refused any exchanges, returns, replacements, or money back. Within the week after purchasing, the pen was leaking from a small hole on the bottom. I took it in and showed the manager. He said there was nothing they could do. Claimed it was against FDA policies to reimburse me or give me another pen. He told me to contact the manufacturer of the pen. Then he said, and I quote, “but the manufacturer will probably give you the ring around. So I’m not sure what to tell you to do.” I then asked for a receipt of purchase to show the manufacturer, to which he couldn’t locate in his system. So I left. Now I’m YouTubing ways to disassemble the pen and transfer the oil to a new cart. Oh, he did tell me as I was leaving that he would give me a small discount next time I wanted to come back and buy another pen, to which I told him I definitely would not be buying another pen here??? WTH? LmfaoThey had an entire shipment. Literally atleast 75-100 of the same pens stocked on the wall. They are still selling them! They must not vet out companies before they sell their pens. ELF THC is not the same as ELF nicotine pens.

This is one of the best stores in town. Diego and all the staff at this location are great! Tonya who works at this location helping out but is as well over in Cary is so great and knowledgeable! If you are unsure of a product or have questions she can explain everything so well for you to understand the product and what it is for. If you haven’t gone to Vapor Max here or the one in Cary definitely go check them out!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Fast and friendly. Has most anything you’ve seen online but at higher instant gratification prices that are fair. Good for salts and parts too.

I had a great experience today at Vapor Max. I live 30 mins away and this is the only store that caries the juice I like. I got here a little after closing and saw Diego walking out and asked if he could help me out and he did with no problem. Thank you for giving great customer service!

I have been going to vape shops for over 10 years and Vapor Max is better than any other shop I’ve been to. I’ve been going to Vapor Max for a few months now and have not gotten a faulty Vape Pen and the Customer Service is excellent, Danny is normally the guy that helps me out, he is extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this shop.

Went in to buy two new mods and they didn’t have but display mod I agree to purchase them and the first one they did not have the batteries for they told me I would have to wait till Monday to use my vape the second one kept saying short atomizer took vape apart and the coil completely fell apart they tryed to give us a new mod and the thing wouldn’t even turn on the guys working was walking around clueless of what the hell they was supposed to be doing I requested my money back and I will not return to this store if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time or money I went 8 mins down the street to Esmoke and spent my money

Beware: me and my coworkers all go to this store regularly, a couple weeks ago me and my friend bought two of the same vapes we always do, something about them tasted off, and like mildew. i returned the following morning to exchange them and was faced with an argument about returning vapes i had bought the night before. eventually i spoke to the owner on the phone and he allowed me to exchange them for a different vape. HOWEVER: 3 weeks later my coworkers went to this vape store, purchased the same vapes and were gifted 2 of the same vape me and my friend returned in early december and told merry christmas. the vapes in question were gifted without packaging and tasted like the same mildew flavored vape that was returned 3 weeks ago. some packages come with issues and are easy to exchange, but the issue here is with the pure neglect for the health and safety of their customers. try everything in store and do not accept anything outside of the plastic packaging they come in, because its more than likely that someone you dont even know has already put their mouth on it.

Awful customer service!I walked in and I was greeted by Efran (dude with the clown’s wig hair). I said hi and asked if they had any gummies. I started asking questions around milligrams and types of gummies. From the jump I can feel a bit of an attitude. I guess because I was asking lots of questions. I asked what delta 8 was and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said: “you never heard of delta 8”? So he continued to talk and was saying stuff, but I wasn’t even listening at this point because I am trying to make my own conclusions of the product I was looking for. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to get. So I asked he can show me a few of them. He asked, why I wanted to see them? And that what I was looking for wasn’t on the label. I pulled my phone to do the math about the milligrams, and he said, what? You didn’t believe? At this point, I was annoyed with his attitude and call him out for it. So he said, “you know what, I don’t want to sell you anything and just go”… I asked if he was the owner and he replying by saying that he is not but he is the manager and the longest employee that has been there. Place is nice and has variety but this dude is just a moron. I was asking questions NOT to do small talk or become your friend. I was asking questions to find out what the best products met my needs.

I used to shop here often. But the last couple of months, they have gone downhill. The service is not what it used to be, employees are not as friendly anymore. To top it off, they refuse to refund or exchange products that are defective. $25.00 each for vapes and three out of five are duds. I am looking for another shop.

Absolutely the worst vape shape Ive ever walked into! Prices higher than Ive ever seen (and Ive been vaping since 2009), terrible selection, and CANT EVEN TOUCH THE PRODUCT YOURE INTENDING TO PURCHASE!!! If Im going to spend the $80 your company sells a tank for, Id like to feel how the lid opens to know its not going to open in my pocket! Unbelievable.

Refused to exchange an expensive vape i bought two weeks ago and couldnt even fully remove from the package because its entire contents had exploded outward. The employee that was working at 8:30 10/3 even said that exchanging it would be illegal after 1 day.

Employees are cool, variety of flavors. The downfalls are, you can barely try to taste anything, so how can you buy. Seem supplies are limited. They need a consistent way to be able to try flavors. Seems employees are restricted to do anything, and are always waiting on the manager/boss to approve everything.Store needs to step up there game and knowledge to cater to customers.Thanks for response, Definitely deserves a star, but has been several occasions, not just once. Hands down my favorite vape shop in Raleigh. The only one I go to and the best overall. All the employees are spectacular they know my juice and mod style and always tell me when new stuff is out they I might like. Me and my wife went here yesterday and spent about an hour in the store. Both employees were very knowledgeable about the vape machines and the juices that go in them. They made sure we knew about the machines and which ones were top notch. They allowed us to try juice after juice after juice to make sure we left with a product that we loved. I can not remember the other guys name but Eli was the one who took the time with us and never rushed us. We left out of there wanting to come back and we will. Both guys are super nice and friendly.

I had recently bought a Elfbar BC5000 Strawberry Cream disposable and man was I disappointed in the product and how they handled the situation. They had sold me a defective vape and said can’t return or exchange EVEN if it was defective. Never going to them again

Horrible. Just horrible. Overpriced, no selection, and cant even hold an item before you buy it. Never heard of anything like that. Apparently they have no intention of making money. Either that, or there are enough people with too much money and not enough brain power to keep this business afloat.

Friendly staff always eager to help almost never unsatisfied. The rewards offered for savings are great with the help of the clover app (perka). If you’re ever looking for something in particular all it takes is a quick phone call or drive right up to it’s convenient location with plenty of places to park.

I loved this store until they sold me a bottle of juice that was menthol that was not labeled menthol. When I asked if theyd swap it out they refused. Selling mislabeled products then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. The associate that did this was named stephen. Horrible customer service. The bottle I purchased was blueslushi from humble. Open bottle or not you sold me a mislabeled product that I would have never purchased had I known. Thats on you not me. All I asked for was to make it right and swap out for what I normally purchase from them. If youd like me to update this post feel free to make this transaction good by swapping it out.

Best Shop in the area, ever since I first went in Efrein always made sure I had a good experience, and always being honest about the product so I walk away a happy customer. As someone who worked in the vape industry for 4 years I cant think of a better shop to recommend.

Best service at a vape shop I have ever received. Returns&exchanges are a breeze, and they’ll always help you out or direct you to the right place if they can’t provide assistance. Very VERY friendly and helpful staff. I go every/every other week. And sometimes I just go to buy a cheap bottle of juice and hang out with the employees for 45 minutes.

Have been going to Max Vapor for a few months for juice and finally decided to change over to a smaller device.Went inside one day for a suorin air specifically, after a few minutes of talking to the man, he insisted the suorin drop is better and said it was on sale (ironic?) and that the other version I intended to buy was very problematic.I made sure before I left to asked about returns as I knew the drop had issues but I gave it a try and trusted the guy. He told me I could return it if I didnt like it, and that’s what I tried to do after a week.Once I went in to return it with the receipt he said their owner doesn’t take returns if the device still works. Even though I was told if I didnt like it I coupd return it. It was very leaky and autofired in my pocket (very hot).So I had to wait until It stopped working to return and even then they were reluctant to return it.And funny enough, the air was cheaper after the fact. Wish washy people here.

Very VERY clean vape shop. Was helped immediately with warm positivity and a welcoming vibe. Felt very safe and not judged. Was kindly educated on the difference between devices specifically for salt nic vs my tank and the ejuices available to me. Affordable prices, will definitely return. Purchased a 100ml juice yo try on a reccomendation and it’s lovely. Don’t know the name of who helped me, but he had a Venom face mask and Kingdom Hearts gloves and curly blue hair. Super nice guy. Glad to make this my go-to vape spot.

Smh. I drove Almost a hour to get here and buy juice. I get back home and open my juice up. The seal was broken and the bottle half full. Here it is 3 days later and a 60ml bottle is almost empty. I got unlucky and I guess they used it for other customers to smell and sample. You would think that they wouldn’t resell what they broke the seal on for the customer to smell and or sample. This really sucks

Vapor Max has the best staff around and a great selection N only are they knowledgeable, but they remember you and what juice you are using. Eli here was so helpful he recommended a great flavor to me and when I tried it I literally bussssssed. Also the shop is clean. Keep Eli around he is VERY attractive ;).

When I first went in they were great, came back 14 days later to make an exchange and the staff was condescending and told me I didnt actually have a problem when the SMOK brand model I got was complete garbage and the coils were burning out after 300 puffs. So basically they didnt help at all and didnt honor their 14 day exchange policy when I didnt ask for money I just wanted a vape that worked like it should. Ive shopped all over NC because I move a lot and this is by far the worst vape store I have ever encountered. They will not be getting my business anymore and Ill make sure I steer everyone I can away and to shop anywhere else. Horrible customer service.

Theres a lot of elitist vape shops in the world. Although its a chain, this is not one of them.Devante, E, and Robert have all been superbly helpful and kind every time I am in there. Well let me first off by saying the staff is extremely nice and an absolute pleasant to work with on the other hand their prices are absolutely ridiculous I recently purchased a bottle of juice and a starter kit come to find out every other Vape shop in the area sells exact same stuff for half the price I feel like I’ve been ripped off and I will never return unfortunately it’s really saddens me because I have such a pleasant with their staff the first time I’ve ever walked into vapor max will be my last I happen to stop back by and ask them about their pricing and was informed that the owners are pricing the way they are due to the location and that they figured with it being in Briarcreek people are willing to pay more because the area has more money in my opinion this is a terrible way to run a business hopefully the owners will sit down and realize that they’re overcharging their customers and will fix their pricing

A bs store just bought a vape juice for my dripper and the dude said it was good for dropping please it runs like water . They know nothing about what they sell . Oh well I just being nice giving them one star . They dont even deserve that .

Could not test device in store. Also couldn’t return it if it doesn’t work. What a joke. A warranty does NOT help in the case that my container could be special and only works with certain devices as it may work but may not work with my device. Deceiving.

I just love everything about this store and everyone always willing to help you. If it a vape flavor they don’t have they order it for you.

I purchased a juul 2 months ago and it no longer holds its charge. Went to store with receipt and they would not replace the item, although juul has a free replacement policy. Totally dissatisfied!
