Gentle Crane Wellness Spa

I love this spa! It’s so affordable and most importantly professional and clean. My massage therapist was experienced and knowledgeable. I definitely felt relaxed and comfortable. As a new momma, it was such a treat!This spa is similar to other big “chain” spas in professionalism, cleanliness, ease of scheduling, and quality of massages but without the strict memberships and high prices. I was lucky enough to receive a great discount by buying a package from their current promotions.The only negative is that it’s a little hard to find. It’s in the same parking lot as Trader Joe’s (so convenient), so keep your eye out.You do have to reserve a time & fill out intake information so they can tailor your massage to your specific needs. I think that’s a plus because they can remember my specific concerns, areas of concentration, and current stressors.Overall this is a great spa with skillful staff. I highly recommend.

I dont live far from this plaza and Im at Trader Joes, the vet, and Aloha Kona frequently so I noticed Gentle Crane open up. I started following them on Instagram and checked out their website. They have a promotion for 20% off for new clients so I thought why not?! Its been years since I had a massage and my neck and shoulders have been so stiff lately. I originally booked a 50 minute massage but decided to add on the hot stone therapy. When my time was up, I decided to extend it another 30 minutes hahah. I just didnt want it to end. Anyway, Jenny was amazing and I finally feel more relaxed; Ive been so tense and stressed out lately. Ill definitely be coming back again. Tell them Charlene sent you! :)

Hi, I was able to book a last-minute request for a facial and a full body massage. Amber, the receptionist was outstanding in assisting me and making a inform decisions regarding the treatment package that I was seeking for the date of my massage. (Note: it was only her second day on the job) Crystal, my masseuse; who is in the picture was outstanding. I told her what my expectations was and she met all of my expectations! Thank to all the staff at Gentle Crane Wellness Spa!

What an amazing place to go to get yourself a multiple variety of massages. I went in with my wife and we both got a couples massage. Amazing service and greeting from start to finish. Thank you Jenny for a great back massage. Highly will recommend my friends and family here.

Honestly one of the best massages Ive ever received. Jenny is an amazing massage therapist and her years of experience definitely shows. This place offers a professional grade massage experience for a good price and is a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend it to others!

I just had a fabulous massage, the rooms are clean and tidy. The therapist did an amazing job on my back and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay. I can’t wait to come back!
