I placed an order online over a month ago. They never shipped it out. Sent multiple emails with no response back on my order. Now having to file a payment dispute with my bank. If you want to be scammed order from them online. This place is a complete joke!

SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I placed an order online and was provided tracking info with an expected delivery date. I was home during the entire delivery window but received a “missed delivery attempt” notice in my mail box. I scheduled a re-delivery for the next day which never happened. The “product” got sent back (if it was ever sent out in the first place) and only 50% of my money was refunded. I reached out several times regarding the remaining 50% and was completely ignored. There isn’t a single policy listed in their terms and conditions that they have the right to keep whatever portion of my money they feel like, nor is there a policy about carrier issues. This is a common scam practice where purchases are made, nothing is shipped, and only partial refund is returned to placate the consumer while the faux business makes a profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING OR ANY HELP FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered online. At the time it said ready to ship and when going through the check out process it very clearly says said ships within 1-2 business days.Ordered early on a Sunday and it didnt ship for atleast another 3 business days(or might have actually been 4 days, as i cant even remember at this point considering i waited to write this so not to be easily linked to the order, but i was aggravated enough by it i told myself id never forget to atleast write this review) and the only reason i purchased from there in the first place was the fact it said id ship out in 2 business days or lessWas hoping with a name like Flawless i could expect no flaws in the process, but nope...Decent prices though

I gave 5 stars for the quality of the product but .5 for the experience. My grandfather said this when I was 12, and I pass this on to the graduate students I’ve instructed, “Some people want what others have, but don’t want to do what they did to get it. Typically, they don’t want to go to school, any type of training or the military…. In essence, they don’t want to make any sacrifices.” But when someone (traditionally seen by most as poor) comes to shop and spends more than they probably make in one day…… they have the audacity to be bewildered or suspect fraud or theft and begin PROFILING. I find it hilarious, but also kinda pathetic. People like this, especially those who’ve traditionally had the upper hand in society, have nobody to blame but themselves… and deep down I believe they know it’s true. Unless you have a disability, or a life threatening debilitating illness, you might need to get up off your a** and get going! I’d also suggest trying to understand that there are all sorts of people besides those that have existed in your bubble for however many years. Having lived and taught in several countries and states, I’ve had a panoramic view of the capabilities of all sorts of people… men and women, young and old and rely on this when interacting with others. Suggest also, keeping and open mind… you’ll be much happier as will the people YOU interact with. Peace

More like FLAWFUL Vape! Ordered just over $100 in juices/coils. Received the 10% off coupon 20 mins after ordering. Reached out to their customer service. After 6 emails, they finally responded. Their answer was to simply use the coupon on my next order. This coupon was for FIRST time customers. Another reason why their would NOT be a second order placed, was because I received a partial order. One of my juices didn’t show up. They sent me a picture of their worker with the items just before packaging, which doesn’t prove anything. All in all, I lost $22, which isn’t too bad. I was more upset because of the way they handled my complaint and the number of emails I sent to them before hearing back. Will NOT be placing another order with them. Completely unprofessional!!

The little girl she needs to learn customer service just because you got a bunch of customers and youre all stressed out doesnt mean you need to treat other customers rudely I spent a lot of money in your store a lot and for you to say that I cant come back to your store its not even your store like rude

Amazing prices, and always have what Im looking for. I switched to salts two years ago, and Flawless always has what I need. Very fast shipping, and shipping price is perfect. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great stuff, at a great price. Also, to all my fellow vape warriors, stay away from Loaded Cookie Butter, it will ruin your could or pods.....and it taste like absolute shyte. I didnt get it from Flawless, but just wanted to tell everyone who might be interested in that particular juice.

I read a lot of reviews about this place b4 going. I wanted to have my own opinion and experience. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. I was able to sample various flavors. I end up getting the product that they make. I was happy with my visit. Im sure i will go shop there again.

Me and my friend have been looking all around for a specific vape but nobody had it in stock. Before going to the store we made a phone call to see if they had it. Right off the bat the guy that helped us was super nice and imformative. We made our way down to store and he got us set up with everything we needed. Rudy was very nice, professional and actually made us feel like he wanted our business. We will definitely be back for anything we need to get in the future!

They wouldve gotten 5 stars if it werent for the fact that they do not answer their phone. Ive been in there and seen it busy. So not answering the phone could be forgivable. I totally understand. Especially when the person working has answered the phone 50 other times that day just to tell someone how late they are open. Its frustrating....I get it. I dont know about the other locations but the Rancho store; I have never gotten a phone call answered there. But, like I said, I completely understand.The problem is that being paired with the customer service email being pretty strange, it is a bad combo. What I mean, Is if you ask if their store locations have a certain item in stock (because the actual store wont answer the phone) and the CSR email answers which store would you like the phone number to? yeah.But ordering from their website is great. The shipping is pretty fast. Be prepared for their system to not update status on your order though. It could still say processing or whatnot and the item is in your mailbox already. Lots of companies have that problem, no big deal.Oh yeah, and the shipping price is reasonable too. Their site showed that they had a particular item in stock that many other places were sold out of. I almost couldnt believe it. Which is why I wanted to to call and ask, and possibly drive over there (kinda far if they didnt have it). It was the Bruce Pro Sumo RDA. Lots of B&M stores do not carry RDAs anymore, such a shame.Anyway, the product was new in a sealed package, works perfectly, looks great, exactly what I wanted, shipping was fast and cheap.EDIT: I forgot to mention that the product was of a good price. Less than any where else. And I ordered on a Friday late afternoon and had it the following Wednesday. That is pretty good!

These guys are real cool cats, they hook it up for repeat customers and have a point system that gets you free items after you have saved up enough. Usually they have the latest and greatest flavors, and they have a few good flavors in their own brands for a cheaper price. It sure beats the hassle and wait time of online ordering, so go and support your local vape shop.

I forgot to get the dudes name, but he was about 59, glasses, that dude was super nice. Very knowledgeable, wasnt trying to upsell me on anything. He listened to what I needed, and gave me options. Im just visiting from out of town, but I wish I had a spot like this where I lived. 10/10 would come back again

They are most worse company in the wold. The product very cheap and what ever you order they send you something else . Management are so bad . Dont deal with this company and find real good one .

I just walked into this establishment. Was desperate in finding more juice so decided to purchase some here. When I walked in I already felt awkward. The guy that helped me had poor customer service. He looked high n gave me one word answers. Their prices are really high as well. Gave it two stars only because the flavor is decent and because the place was nice. Just not worth 14 bucks for juice... I wont be visiting again.

Only people giving a 5 star review are most likely the friends or loungers who go in and suck up all the free samples at the bar. Place sucks. Inexperienced and unprofessional. Theyll be out of business soon unless they get better employees.

Hundreds of great flavors. They usually have some type of promo going on to help you save a little cash. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I lactually got a free bottle, buy 5 and get 1 free promo. Great place if your a Vape fan.

Even though I was skeptical after reading the reviews we decided to stop by and am so glad we did! Was greeted right away and helped with some Favorite juice we where trying to replace by another shop. Lounge shop after another we went to until ( I think ) Brian helped us. ...can not thank you enough.

I would recommend going somewhere else because not only are they mean to you but they are of not very good use. They are bothered wen you come into your sop and when you need something done in an effective manner, forget it. I would seek elsewhere for a cape shop that is worth a great review.

Sent me wrong mg juice and will not let me exchange for THEIR mistake. If I wanted 0mg vape juice I wouldnt even vape. Makes zero sense. Fraudulent company. I will be contacting BBB. Over $200 for zero mg? Really? Horrible Fraudulent company.

They seem more into the regulars and the new people that come in there. When I walked in there they werent very attentive. Maybe even say will be right with you although they did see me. So I have a initiate like can you help me.

The customer service there is pretty bad. Ive been there quite a few times. Typically Id go elsewhere if I need to buy something significant but when it comes to small things like juice and coils Ill go here. Every time I go in its the same thing: a bunch of kids huddled over by the fat counter, vaping, talking, & ignoring anyone who walks in the door. Im lucky if someones looks up & gives me a short sup?.. within the first 5 minutes. I cant usually tell who works there or who is just hanging out. The owner? Or manager maybe? Its the older guy who ignores you the shortest length of time so Im assuming he might be in some position of authority there is pretty bad too when it comes to customer service. They use to give out punch cards & when you reached 10 punches for previous purchases you got a 30ml juice of your choice for free. Which was pretty cool actually. One time I came in specifically bc I had 9 punches & needed coils so I figured Id spend $20 on 5 coils & get myself a free juice on top of it. I buy the coils & hand the owner my punch card & he literally tears it up & throws it in the trash & says oh were not doing the punch card thing anymore, were tracking your purchases automatically with your phone number. Here let me get you to sign up for it so I do & ask well what about the 9 purchase I had prior to today? I was suppose to get a free juice today & he tells me oh well get all your prior purchases transferred over which is literally not possible bc he just tore up my punch card and tossed it. Thats just an example of what Im talking about

7/14/18 @ 3:20pm. I gave date and time for anyone who sees this in the future I cant speak for everyone else who came here prior to me but I was semi greeted by the group hanging at the center table of the shop which is whatever I dont much care but I was helped almost immediately as the shop wasnt busy. It started to pick up though so I can see you being ignored if theres a few people already there.Anyhow I went in for a new mod but things here are heavily marked up. The asmodus m2 which I can get for $45 online is $90 here and thats just for the mod itself its not a kit. The smok majesty I had that crapped out on me was only in the kit and that was $110! I got my original one from vapor boss in Fontana for $60 same exact kit...I have no idea why everything is so much more expensive here but what I can say is the guy who helped me was very casual, not trying to push a sale. And this shop unlike VB actually has the q4 coils for my beast king. The pack of coils is about $5 more expensive here than anywhere else but I need them.All in all I can say if you want juice they seem to have a decent selection of vendor juices and I was told theyre a decent price as well. But if youre looking to buy a mod and dont need an emergency replacement go to vapor boss in Fontana or even better buy it online. VB youll save $40+/- over here and online $60+.

Prices are a bit more than fair compared to other shops.. Ill be spending my $$$ there, very friendly & seemed knowledgeable of their products & even gave a fantastic deal/sale.

The service was phenomenal I couldnt have asked for better service thank you guys its definitely nice getting off the stinkys the gentlemen that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient while he walked me through different devices and juice. Vaping isnt new to me but returning was pleasant Ill definitely let people know about the shop.

Ive been in the store once, had a good experience the employees were rather young but they seemed to be knowledgeable about their products. Prices were good, a box of coils for my vape was $10, The prices on their juices are about the same as the other vape shops in the area. Their store stays open till 10 PM which I like, I always seem to run out of juice at night and its nice to have a store open late near my home. I will go back to this vape shop again.

Didnt buy juice so cant say if its expensive but the tank that I always buy when I drop and break mine was about half the price of a different store I buy it at. The k1 tank costed me 10 bucks. I sometimes go to cape plus in Redlands. But when I asked about the coils for my tank they said it was almost double what I pay at the vapour lounge. 17.50 for 5 coils and I pay 10 bucks for 5 normally. Does seem interesting though that the five star reviews knew they had 200 flavors and had no complaints about price and what not.. could be employees and friends I suppose.

Best brick and mortar vape shop. Prices will always be a little higher than internet shops, but Flawless is as close as you can get. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable on their vast selection of ejuice flavors. The latest and greatest tanks and mods usually in stock.

A Joke. Kids running the place and it shows with their HORRIBLE customer service. I was prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars on various Vaping supplies but when I walked in I noticed a group of young people gathered on one side of the store chatting and Vaping. I didnt think much of it until one of the kids walked over and helped a lady I walked in the door with. However nobody came over to me. When the lady was done picking out her vape and was about to pay the employee called over another employee from the Vaping session to finish the transaction for him. Then he simply walked right by me without even acknowledging me. At this point I had been there for at least 10 minutes while being completely ignored by every single person in there. Needless to say, I left. Personally, as a previous Buisness owner Id fire every kid there and would hire adults who know the meaning of customer service. Employees like the ones I came across today will do only one thing right, and thats put you out of business!So if your thinking of visiting this shop, my advice is DONT. There are other shops out there that deserve our money and loyal business, but Flawless Vape is the definition of a fly by night joke of a Buisness that does not deserve any of it.

This place is legit af they treat you like cool peeps, even when your new to the vape game. Cant say the same about some of these other spots in Rancho.

Whatever you do dont order from their website. They are still shipping illegally which means that your package can be confiscated by authorities and then you lose you money. They are still using USPS even though they arent supposed to.
