I have been coming to the Woodhouse spa for years now. I recently moved to NY and still make the drive to come to this spa! The staff are amazing! So professional, attentive and friendly. I usually get facials and massages here and I always leave relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Joey for your kindness, great conversation and positive vibes!!!! I would 100% recommend this spa to anyone looking to have a truly great experience!

I really enjoy this spa! I had a facial and a message and both were excellent! The relaxation room is newly renovated and it is a super cozy place to chill before and after the service(s). Everyone I have met here are professionals and they treat you like you are valued! Treat yourself soon, you won’t regret it!I would like to see the price of facials come down a bit, seems high.

It was my first visit at Woodhouse spa and I am really impressed. The front desk ladies were very kind and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy any extras, which is common at many other places. They were patient, helpful and informative. Rashmie was wonderful. She clearly explained each stage of the treatment and listen to my concerns, addressing and answering all my questions. My 80 minute massage was just what grandma needed. I am soon to be 64 years old and I came up from Florida to be here two weeks before the birth of my newest granddaughter. I came two weeks early to help with my three year old granddaughter who is very active and likes to be carried up and down stairs and play allDay. 😊. My daughter treated me to this massage. Ive been seeing Elyse for deep tissue massage for about 6 months. She is truly a gifted healer and a knowledgeable body mechanic. I have chronic shoulder and back pain and am very grateful to have found her, shes an essential part of my wellness regimen. I also appreciate the kindness and warmth of the front desk team, Joey and Sari are a delight. Absolutely recommend!

On a girls getaway, we were deciding on what to do during a rainy day. Me and another friend have been to the Woodhouse and loved it but what are the chances that there’d be 6 openings that day?! Well Joey made it happen! Without skipping a beat, he managed to arrange 3 massages and 3 facials! We spent most of the day there relaxing in the quiet room drinking delicious cinnamon tea. Everyone was amazing and we all felt very well taken care of by the staff. Rainy day or not, I highly recommend the Woodhouse spa!

What a luxurious experience. Finally, using my gift card, I was welcomed to an extraordinary experience. They suggest you go in 30 minutes early to hang out in the relaxation room, which was the perfect thing to do. I went for the upgraded massage package, which was well worth it. Alyssa was a true expert in her field. Then I was treated to a signature facial with Laina And she just knew exactly what to do. I spent over three hours, and I only wish I hadn’t waited so long. Joey at the front desk was super fun and friendly.

It was my first time at Woodhouse Spa for the Holistic Rejuvenation Pedicure.Fatima was very friendly and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience and I was pleased with my pedicure.The staff was friendly and the atmosphere soothing.

From the moment we walked in, Joey greeted us with a smile and showed us to the ladies lounge where we left our belongings and officially entered relaxation mode. I went to the spa today in Red Bank for the first time. I was extremely happy to find Rashmie working here. I was a previous client of hers and to be able to get another facial with her today was a 5-star experience! The hydrofacial was a very interesting experience. Worth the splurge if you can swing it.

I absolutely love, love my 80-minute HydraFacials with Rashmie. My skin looks amazing - it glows. She is so experienced and competent - I can actually feel confident leaving the house without foundation makeup…of course, never forgetting my sunscreen!

I have been coming to this spa for three years now, and this is the only spa I will ever go to! I get facials with Rashmie, and she is a miracle worker! She is so kind and intelligent. I love how she shares her lessons with you throughout your service. I have sensitive skin, and she takes care of me very well. I wish I could see her every week! I cant thank Rashmie enough for how she has not only transformed my skin, but has helped me maintain a proper skincare routine!

Went to get a massage recently here and during my small talk with the masseuse, I find out that he was asked to perform on me even though he was still training. Not sure how legal this is.. but regardless, I spent good money and would like good service. Im sure the New Jersey Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy wont be happy about this either

This spa is so amazing! From when you walk in you already feel the relaxing vibe. The customer service is fantastic, from making the appointment to getting me to the service. It had such a luxe feel. My husband and I did a couples massage and a facial. There were lockers, a shower, and very quiet rooms. There was also a waiting room there too which the most comfortable day beds. If you’re looking for a place to relax the moment you walk in the door this is the place!

From the moment I checked in, to moment I left, my experience was wonderful. Rashmie is incredible each time I come in for a facial. She takes the time to assess my skin, recommends the best treatment based on my needs and concerns. She is patient and explains every step. I always feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been going to Rashmie for my facials for almost three years, and there is no one I trust more. Just to let everyone know that, I use to be a student of the massage school Elite Touch Institute that this spa is connected to. They are using unlicensed students massaging paying clients. That’s so illegal and when I refused to do it, they terminated me from the school. Someone can get hurt. Hopefully the board will investigate.

The facials with Rashmie are always AMAZING. I always leave feeling so relaxed after sitting after my treatment with a cup of cinnamon tea.

The facility was clean and offered locker rooms and comfortable sitting areas.The services were all great quality. The scents and music were relaxing. My experience was and always has been wonderful. It is a very special atmosphere with great people. I have had the best experience over the past 1.5 years with Rashmie, her knowledge and skill as an esthetician is by far the best I have experienced and my skin has never looked better.

Rashmie is an AMAZING aesthetician and I am so glad I found her! She is my skin fairy! I came to her a few years ago for my first hydrafacial ever. Since then, I have kept coming back because my skin feels flawless when she is done. She gives me valuable advice on methods and products for my skin in between appointments, all of which are very accessible and affordable. Rashmie has also worked on my mother who was also very pleased and felt beautiful after her facial. Rashmie is great at customizing the services to each individuals skin care needs. I just had dermaplaning done for the first time. I was nervous but Laina made me feel at ease and was so knowledgeable and professional in how she explained everything. Today I had an incredible experience with Kelly, doing a dermaplane, at Woodhouse in Red Bank. everything was done very calmly and well executed. Air-conditioned environment, and the music was pleasant. The treatment began with a facial massage that extended to the neck. Right after the sensational dermaplane, I am happy with the result, my skin feels clearer, deeply cleansed and hydrated like a babys. The treatment concluded with another extremely relaxing massage that extended to the arms and hands. My sincere thanks and satisfaction, I will definitely return for more treatments.

Honestly disappointed that I spent $180 on massage and tip that was not even a massage. I booked a session after recently having a baby as a birthday gift to myself, and was given a Chinese reflexology session by my masseuse? He was not going to use any oil or lotion until I asked him to, which was very uncomfortable. His massage style was to kind of press on an area or pressure point rapidly, shaking my body back and forth. At one point he was massaging bones in my back. Rather than giving a full body massage and asking about on where I wanted him to focus, he just kept asking me to tell him where to massage. Before I realized it the session was over and he had only massaged the right side of my body. I left feeling worse than when I went in. Such a waste of money. I shared my experience with the front desk but just received a halfhearted apology. Do not recommend.

Youll get a better pedicure at a normal nail salon..After having visited the Woodhouse in Charleston, SC (and absolutely loving it) my friend and I decided we wanted to live that experience again, at home. So we booked two pedicures. We were eight minutes late due to weather and parking so when we arrived the front desk receptionist said it would be taken off of our hour time. We just went along with it because we knew we were late so, lets get the appointment started. The relaxation room was not relaxing. For reference, we compared our experience to Charleston and it was incomparable. Charleston had multiple rooms with recliners and fireplaces. This spot had one room with an uncomfy couch that you couldnt even put your feet up. Charleston offered mimosas and fancy cucumber water. This place offered tea...Then we went for our pedicure and the chairs didnt work. The pedicurist said the one was broken because someone spilled something on it then the other one they didnt know didnt work. One setting only. Also, our feet were just sitting in buckets of water. There was no jets or anything, just stagnant water. The pedicure experience was okay but for $80... no.When we were checking out, I asked the receptionist where I could find the policy on being late/grace period/cutting into appt time. I could not find anything on the website nor did anyone say it when we made the appt over the phone. She got the manager. The manager said that as of right now, there is no policy... So, understandably we were late but, it seemed as though they just made their own rules..I know this is long winded and if youve made it this far, I hope youve already made the decision to not come here :)

False advertisement. I got an email for an offering to buy 9 services get 3 free. I called to purchase this and they said they are no longer offering and that I can buy 5 get 1 free. I called during the promotional period. Really unfortunate that they do not honor what they promote. I will no longer get my facials there.

I went 2 weekends ago for a facial and a full body scrub / massage and it was incredible! Rashmie was the sweetest individual and made me feel like I was floating on a cloud during the entire appointment. It was really comforting knowing that Rashmie understood my skin and what it needed to look incredible, and I surely left that appointment with my skin looking like glass! I will definitely be back and recommend everyone go to Rashmie if they want their skin to glow beautifully!

My favorite day spa! As soon as you walk through the doors you immediately feel peaceful and relaxed. Every masseuse if absolutely wonderful and the bathroom/locker room is always kept spotless. I enjoy the massages mostly but also experienced wonderful facials and pedicures as well! I’ve recommended this spa to many friends and bought many gift certificates for them, so far they have all been happy too! Thank you for every wonderful experience!

The manicure and pedicure is ridiculously expensive and was done horribly. They don’t even provide quick dry polish. It was streaky and thick and uneven. I showed the manager and she agreed that it was a bad job but still charged me for it. I’m never coming back here again.

I was in need of an emergency hydra facial & I rarely trust anyone with my skin but I was pleasantly surprised that they immediately recognized that I have thick skin (many people don’t). The bed was warmed & the price was unexpectedly on par with other spas. (I was expecting a higher price due to the area) I will absolutely be back quality service & that’s coming from someone who is so extremely selective.

Yes-the place is exquisite and the environment is very tranquil. Every aspect is top shelf: the linens, robes, products, lighting-loved it all. Unfortunately do I have mixed reviews. The front desk staff can be a bit unaccommodating and at times seem not very genuine.I wanted to return again on a 3rd visit for a better massage experience. My first one with Katie was very nice-lovely girl,good technique- except she talked WAY too much-which is not the most professional massage experience when you are exhausted-or anytime- unless if the customer is seeking that type of experience.So today I called to book an appointment with one of their other top therapists, but none were available.Jamie tried to talk me onto another person.I found Jamie to be very uninformed when I was asking specific questions about the therapist that was available. I inquired about the training, tenure and technique of the therapist and Jamie could not answer these questions. Her service approach was not very efficient and she seemed annoyed at my detailed questions. I felt like she didnt want to earn my business.For 130$ after gratuity, I surely would like to know what I am getting myself into!I hope the owner sees this review and reaches out to me to discuss. I intended to become a frequent customer-but in doing so, I certainly expect to be given the respect and provided the right information when it comes to my body and mind services!

I went for a mani/pedi. It cost over $200. Regular shellac, no extras, no gel or dip powder or tips or designs just regular polish. No paraffin or massage upgrade. It took about 90 minutes all together. Thats the most Ive ever paid despite having visited spas all over the world in some of the most expensive cities. Im talking top spas in NY LA Paris. I cant figure out why they charge so much here. It was an extremely basic service. My nails were not shaped at all. They were left uneven with no consistent tip shape. They were not even polished well and the selection of polish options was very limited. Treatment space was not warm or spa like at all. I just went home and took the polish off. The next day I went to a walk in nail salon a few doors down from this spa and paid $100 with tip for the same service but much better quality because you could not tell that I even had a manicure or pedicure.

Ive been receiving services at this great and beautiful location since 2013 & I look forward to coming each time! The place is clean, relaxing and quiet. I love the music as well as the ambience and I love that we are given a choice of tea or infused water each time! The Minkyti facials by Daniella are awesome and so are the pedicures by Jewel! Ive also enjoyed the body treatments and massages from Olga & Heather. The front desk girls have been great to me for booking and rescheduling appointments especially Jamie, Melissa and Lindsay!

Thank you Olga for an amazing massage! Olga is experienced, and friendly. She concentrates on your problem areas but is not intrusive and lets you have a relaxing experience. Im so happy my husband recommended her to me. Laina gave me an excellent pedicure and was super attentive and kind. Tina was knowledgeable about skincare and gave me a glowing facial. This place is Top Notch, and I do not give credit easily, Having experienced the best of the best it has been difficult finding anything star worthy in NJ! Best spa I have ever experienced . I have been to a few in the jersey shore area and Woodhouse hands down was by far the best . The establishment is very clean and classy . The staff is very friendly . As soon as I walked in I was Greeted By Alexandra, she was very professional and stood up out of her chair with a huge smile. Right then and there I felt welcomed . I went in for a Paraffin wax , before I walked in the back I was offered tea and water as well as a hot neck wrap I was in heaven already. Thank you to the staff for making me feel welcomed and taking care of me.

I have been to the Woodhouse in Denver and Red Bank, and each experience was nothing short of wonderful. The staff is very professional and very good at what they do. In addition, I left some jewelry and in my robe pocket (the most comfortable robe ever!) and didnt realize it until later that night. I immediately called and the staff retrieved the jewelry for me. Trustworthy and very capable! Thats a great combination. I cant wait to return.

I went to Kimberly today for a 80 minute hydra facial and it was amazing! She is also very sweet and did and amazing job she is very talented! I was so relaxed and my face looks amazing! I can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend her and Woodhouse day spa !!

I went here for a little pampering for my wedding! We wanted to get massage and facial, but they forgot to schedule the facials and couldn’t do anything for us but give us 20% coupon! To say sorry we messed up on our end by not scheduling a facial! They had me fill out the massage paper work after the massage! I wish they would of known how I like my massage before getting one! Also not impressed, for quote upscale day spa! The bathrooms where dirty, my robe smelled like mildewe and my sandals where oily! Gross! Upscale alright! Not worth the money! I get massages all the time, this was a huge disappointment!!!!!

I booked WH SIGNATURE: CALMING RETREAT massage.When I arrived I found out Lissette doesnt do stone massage, which is part of the service I ordered. No one called me before that to notify me. I ended up- with 80 min swedish massage- underwhelming, Ive had better massages.A lot of time was wasted trying to arrange that.Booking is almost impossible online- it does not work properly, e.g. when I tried to book the WH SIGNATURE: CALMING RETREAT it showed no availability for months.When I called - no one picked up and no one ever called me back. Only emailing finally worked.And on top of that- when I took shower after the massage- water did not drain properly, it stayed at the floor of the shower cabin, I mean thats a new low for spa.Overall - horrible experience, unfortunately I have gift certificate.

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Red Bank has been my favorite for almost 3 years now. I love the sweethearts at the front desk, Melissa and Jamie, the amazing massage therapists, Katie Rockwell, Olga and Heather, the fantastic aestheticians, Daniella and Krista, and also the nail technicians, Barbara and Jewel. I am a proud regular and visit a minimum of 2x per month, if not every weekend. These women treat me like gold, and the spa is absolutely gorgeous. If you ever want to leave the outside world and be treated like a princess, or give a gift that will be make your loved one experience the best pampering life has to offer, make your appointment now.

While waiting in the tranquility room for my 9am double appointment for a massage and pedicure, already changed into my robe, I was informed that my massage was canceled because the therapist was sick. How did they compensate me for this inconvenience? By telling me I would still have to wait an hour for my pedicure but not to worry because my credit would still be in my account for next time. Oh, and they offered me free soap. Not once did the manager try to fit me in for a later appointment the same day. Sad that a chain, Massage Envy, with cheaper prices has much better customer service than a swanky spa such as this. When a similar issue occurred at Massage Envy, the manager went out of her way to fit me in for a later appointment the same day and offered the massage to me for free. If my package at Woodhouse wasnt already prepaid by my husband, I would NEVER return.

Ive been coming to this spa for years for massages and facials. The Hydrafacial is the best! I love getting gift cards for my friends and family so they can enjoy services here too! The therapists are exceptional and the receptionist are always warm and welcoming. Love the Woodhouse!

I’ve come to this place about four or five times with my wife. We’ve usually loved it every time. We went in for a couples massage together and I got one of the worst massages of my life. I asked for a deep tissue massage and ended up getting what felt like half a Swedish massage. I could have gotten better work done at a stand in the mall. I brought it up to the girls at the front desk. They offered me 20% off of my massage so I ended up paying 175 dollars for one of the worst massages of my life. The masseuse was walking in an out while I was complaining about this making things very awkward. Then at the end in front of the masseuse who just gave me the massage the receptionist asked me what I wanted to tip making it even more awkward. Definitely not what I’m used to from this place.

I am extremely disappointed with the front desk manager - Caroline and the owners skills to keep customers. I had an appointment for 3 services at the spa. I have been going to this spa for a long time, I dont think it is the best spa in town, it is old looking with some outdated instruments inside but because of the convenient location I usually end up going to them. The day of appointment mins before the actual appointment, they called me to let me know that the person who was performing the service didnt come in. Later on I do find out that was a lie. The person was actually exposed to COVID. I wanted to rebook my appointment with the same person as I really liked her and the front desk told me she is going to be out of town so I need to wait 2 weeks (this was not true I later find out). I was okay with it and waited 2 additional week for my service. The day of the service they had a glitch in their machine (found out they are using really old instruments). They made me wait full half hour until I got up to ask what is the situation. Out of my 3 service, I was asked to choose 2 and come back again another week. When I went to pay for my service, I was given discount on the 2 service, I asked them to consider the discount on my 3rd service as now I had to wait 3 weeks. Caroline told me she will call me back. When I spoke to her, she mentioned that her and the owner didnt feel that I need to get compensated for my 3rd service which now I had to wait 3 weeks over. They didnt care for the fact I was being loyal to their spa by not giving my business to better spas in town. To me they have complete disregard for customers time and loyalty.

Last September my boyfriend took me here for a Duet Massage and it was amazing. Staff were friendly. The people who worked the desk were so helpful, my boy friend and I never went to a spa at that point, so we asked what is the recommended tip, and they explained and showed us where to get our robes, and where to lock up our stuff. When my boyfriend called to make an appointment they were very helpful as well. It was so relaxing, there was a middle room that had tea, and we were given a mini questionnaire asking us questions such as what were we interested in to get out of the massage, pleasure, health, etc. and also if we had to avoid certain chemicals in lotions. Everything smelled so nicely and not over powering, and Im pretty sensitive to smells. I cant recommend this place enough!

The front desk greets you warmly and effeciently. The place is very quiet, very relaxing. Although i would prefer lighter, airy decor - its very dark and heavy. But immaculate.The locker room is a bit small as is the relaxation room - more a place to perch and wait for your service than to truly relax with tea. But the treatment rooms are spacious, very quiet and comfortable. And Olga!! What can I say about her except she has almost cured my pain in my neck and glutes. Shes as much physical therapist as massage therapist. I am so glad I found her - and this place. Love the feeling of escape at Woodhouse, even if its only for an hour and a half.

I visited the Woodhouse for the first time after my boyfriend gave me a gift certificate there for Valentines Day. I booked online (which was quite easy) for an 80-minute deep-tissue massage & arrived half an hour early, as instructed.The crux of my review is this: The massage was excellent. My massage therapist, Olga, was friendly & kind, asking a lot of questions (Hows the pressure? Does that feel OK? etc.) throughout to make sure the experience was a good one. I explained to her that I have some nerve damage from an old surgery & that I carry my tension in my neck, & she tended carefully to those areas. At times, she explained to me exactly what muscle she was working on so that I could learn more about what works to make me feel better. Of course, she tried to upsell me by telling me I needed to get a massage every two weeks. Who wouldnt love to get a massage twice a month? Unfortunately, if I did that, my life would be nothing but massages & Ramen noodles; $400 a month in massage hardly leaves room for anything else.Though Olga was excellent, I have to dock a star for the friendliness (or lack thereof) of the front desk staff. The woman working the front when I came in was quite reserved bordering on unfriendly, which felt surprising for a spa; typically, spa greeters are warm to the point of effusive, welcoming new guests, in particular, & trying to make an overall positive impression. This woman couldnt be bothered to smile or to even pretend like she gave a damn about the client experience. She walked me into the changing area, muttered some muddled instructions, & left without ever cracking a smile.A different woman was working the front desk when I left, & I was blown away to find her equally cold. Im a friendly, jokey person, & I was willing to give employee #2 the benefit of the doubt (as Id initially done for employee #1), but she, too, couldnt be bothered to display even a modicum of personality or warmth. She was polite in a way that feels unpleasant & forced, like she couldnt wait for me to be out of the room. When I handed her my gift card, I told her I wasnt sure how much was on it, & yet she ran it without telling me that OR the cost of my massage. When I asked how much my service came to, she just told me, Your card covered it, which of course didnt help me determine how much to tip my massage therapist, so I had to ask again - awkward. Honestly, I was glad to get out of there & not have to deal with the stuck-up desk staff anymore.My massage was absolutely worth five stars. But my overall experience, unfortunately, was not.

As soon as you walk in here you are immediately more relaxed. We were pampered princesses! This place was immaculate and the services were outstanding! I had the facial, massage, and the pedicure. Everything was outstanding! I keep asking for this for my birthday present every year. You will LOVE this place!!

Just terrible. My massage was trash. Overpriced with 99 cents service.. yes and you need to double check your record because I have pictures and receipt I can post. Like I said the experience was trash!

I love the setting, the services, and the staff are very skilled. However they are always trying to upsell you, when you just want to relax. It can make it impossible to fully enjoy the experience because you need to have your defenses up. I have gotten amazing results but the spa part gets ruined by the upselling.

It was my first time getting a hydro facial. I loved it. It removed all of my impurities. It was so relaxing and my aesthetician was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

I have been using the services provided here for about 5 years. It has been lovely in the past, but I must say the staff, specifically the manager has changed and it is no longer a pleasant experience. The new manager was very rude to me. Unfortunately, I will no longer be using this Spa. The 3 stars were given because the actual technicians are wonderful. Too bad management does value my patronage. I dont recommend this place anymore. Maybe if management reverts back to the respectful approach, but not under the current circumstances.

I thought I had just had a disappointingly mediocre massage until about an hour later when my muscles began to feel hot (like I had a sunburn) and stiff to the point I had to use mineral ice. When I contacted them they added insult to injury by telling me its normal and to be expected to feel muscle stiffness or pain after a massage (mind you I didnt get a deep tissue-type massage) while simultaneously suggesting I injured myself in some other way and should contact a doctor. Their relaxation room was overcrowded to the point that you couldnt find a seat and every table was piled with used cups.
