I would recommend Lotus for laser hair removal to anyone. I have been to other spas and there is no comparing the friendliness, professionalism and results I receive from Lotus. I saw results on my legs after the first visit. Katherine does an amazing job and always makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Prices are reasonable, as well, and definitely worth it.

I am so glad I finally decided to take the leap of faith and added the weekly Semiglutide injections to my overall wellness journey during the menopause transition. I have been coming to lotus for over a year now and it is always the best experience. I have gotten facials, laser hair removal, and now trying the semi glutide injection, which has been life changing in the best way. They have the best staff and the best prices. Highly recommend!!

I had been told by dozens of people that they dilute their Botox Products and Lio Fillers and not to go here, I have gone here several times and got Botox and another name brand of Botox and lip filler 2 times and absolutely nothing, Just the 1st day from whatever they are filling it with, They dont keep their words or promises either, they definitely dilute their bottles, every-time I go in the syringes are already filled never saw them pull out of a bottle but the bottles are diluted just ask people who used to go their, I feel so ripped off. Be careful and dont go to places like this that the owner is a scammer and does all the body sculpting herself and they are connected to no doctors or registered nurses, this is not a chain, only go to chains that are own and ran by a doctor, be careful where you go. They also tell you that everything has gone up, Botox went up LOL. Everyone is running specials. Everyone is doing nine to $10 per unit now on Botox go to peaches they’re the best they do unlimited units for a $425 and they’re the best in the country. They’re all over the place in the world is called peaches they are the best. They guarantee you if you’re not happy you get your money back you go to places that are connected with doctors. Everybody’s having sales on Botox and lip fillers. The prices are lower than they’ve ever been. Yes, maybe bottles went up but prices went down because they used to charge very low for bottles and they used to charge very high for units but now everything’s bouncing out where bottles may have gone up but prices came down a lot so they’re not making as much money as they used to be so that’s why these places are diluting their bottles. Go to places that are only connected with doctors when you call them ask them how many locations do they have? Are they connected with doctors and certified nurses and always make sure you see them pulling it out of the bottle with the syringe and make sure that the bottle is sealed. This is the most sketchy place I ever been to and the most sketchy owner I ever met.

I had such a phenomenal experience at Lotus Spa. To start off- very clean facility and comfortable as well. I recieved the cool sculpting treatment on my neck in January and it was absolutely astonishing the results I saw just a few days later. I was told exactly what to do from the very first visit and what to expect the following days. One month later I had my second treatment and it is truly incredible what results I am seeing in just TWO sessions. Just like that my neck has contoured perfectly! Not only was my aesthician so knowledge but told me everything I needed to know about the procedure. I am so delighted by my experience and results that I am going back this week for a laser session. Thank you to the team at Lotus Spa! Cant wait to get more services done in the future!!!

Heard of Lotus from another spa who recommended me here for laser hair removal & I would recommend this spot to anyone personally as well!Especially Kathryn, who has been so helpful & accommodating - she really understands her craft and it shows. At first I had no idea what to expect but she made me feel comfortable during each session - I still have 5-7 appointments left and I’m already happy with the outcome!Don’t go anywhere else this Med Spa provides REAL results.

At least a dozen people have told me not to go here that they delute all there Botox and lip filler products to try to sell special prices at times but they charge more than others, this is a single owned spa and not a chain that’s ran under a doctor or nurse, the owner even does certain weight loss body fat procedures, doctors and nurses should always be under or connected to these places, I wouldn’t trust this place and all syringes are pre loaded when you walk into room and the delute everything as nothing works properly, beware , go someone safe where they are u see a doctor and have multiple locations

She works with her clients to figure out the best facials for their skin care needs. The environment of the spa is great. They offer herbal teas in their lobby for their clients and the staff is always so kind and welcoming!

Basically you’re implying “I’m sorry you had a bad experience, but others had great experiences, so don’t post about your bad experience” this only belittles how frustrated and upset I felt after a terrible hour. Sure it’s only one hour, but that is still someone’s time and money spent, discounts or not, I hoped a small business like Lotus would value. Maybe Anna was overbooked or having a bad day, and it still doesn’t change that fact it was a rushed service, she didn’t explain a thing, and did not make me as a new client feel welcomed. At the place I normally go to in the city, I’ve purchased facial packages for years. I was only in the area for a short time, since I travel for work now and did not want to travel all the way to the city. My past reviews I ever posted were to praise places or services, unfortunately this is one of my first to post a bad review. Also… I know the use of warm washcloths… I have never had a facial where they smelled dirty.Please do not waste your time or money at this place calling itself a medical spa. I am very selective to where I go and I happened to be in the area visiting family. My esthetician in the city was booked, and I didn’t want to travel all the way there since I was home for a short time. I’ve gotten facials for years, I know my research and what to expect from a good medical spa. Sadly, Lotus only provided me a horrible experience. First of all, the place is not very clean… the bathroom was unsanitary with the garbage almost overflowing and the countertops were not scrubbed. The rooms had a strong perfume scent and did not feel clean either. Anna, the esthetician, was not welcoming or friendly. The facial was rushed, all she did was extractions since there was “not enough time” (I came 15 minutes early and she took me back 5 minutes late to my appointment time) and then washed my faced with a smelly washcloth. Disgusting. I would ask what is she putting on my face and she barely responded or gave a good explanation… “Just some acids.” I’m not new to facials, but you should explain things thoroughly…. especially if I am new at your spa. Did she even know what she was doing? It did NOT feel like I was being taken care of by an expert. I’ve never experienced such terrible service, it is almost a joke how this is called a spa. You will not feel relaxed here. Also, when she was doing my extractions she was literally just using her fingers and didn’t have the proper tools… I can’t believe it. So unprofessional and underwhelming. Thankfully I found another place to go closer to home with an actual professional who took care of me and my skin— she washed my face with proper facial scrub/massage, used proper tools for extractions, made a mask, explained everything, etc., and did NOT make me feel like I was being timed. Lotus needs to retrain their staff, clean the facility, and not use dirty smelly towels. Please do better. I wish I could forget this bad facial ever happened.

I’ve been going to Lotus Aesthetics Spa for 2 years and I’ve been extremely pleased with the entire staff & all of the procedures that I have had done there. The owner, Neelam, is very attentive, and always willing to answer any questions that you may have. The assistants that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting are extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Kelsey, the practice manager & laser technician, assisted Dr. Singh on my Smart Lipo procedure and she was nothing but wonderful at easing my apprehensiveness. She also helped me with aftercare and was willing to answer any questions whenever I called the office. Then there is Dr. Amar Singh…Board-Certified Cosmetic surgeon & Clinical Professor of Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at Columbia University. I almost cannot believe that I found him. When I read his bio, I was extremely impressed with his credentials and experience. And after meeting him, it was like he was too good to be true. He’s not only knowledgeable, caring and an experienced surgeon but he’s also a wonderful person. You will feel completely at ease with him. I was very hesitant about getting any procedures done but after speaking with him, I knew I was in the right place. I completely put my trust in him and let his judgment and his expertise do the work. The results were amazing. If you are thinking of getting any procedures done do not hesitate to come to Lotus and meet the Team and meet Dr. Singh. You will feel like a new person.

My friend raved about this place for laser hair removal. She got a great deal from Groupon and had an awesome experience and results. So Im a bit of a novice with laser hair removal but wanted to give it a try. I bought the Groupon for a small area and booked my appointment. The staff were very friendly and I had Erica. Lotus Health is beautiful, clean, professional and full of extremely friendly employees. I go to Kelsey and she is 1. hilarious and 2. AMAZING at what she does. Not to take anything away from Lotus because every time I had a laser hair session, it was truly a great experience and I felt good after each session. Unless you desire unwanted hair only for an upcoming special occasion, keep in mind that LASER HAIR REMOVAL IS NOT PERMANENT! Do not be fooled. I anticipated and had very high hopes for laser hair removal on my face. While going here for approximately 8 months, the laser treatments seemed to be working. As time went on, I noticed hair growing back slowly which I was not expecting. One of the staff members even told me that the hair will continue to grow back regardless. Of course, I did not learn this until towards the end of my treatments. To date, and long story short, I feel like I never had laser treatments at all because all of the hair (and some) has grown back rapidly and my last session was approximately 7 months ago. I am very disappointed because I honestly wasted my entire time and money for this experience. Laser hair treatments are a BIG joke! You are stuck with unwanted hair for life!

So far I’ve only visited Lotus twice and both experiences were lovely. From booking your appointment to checking-in, the process is so easy and the staff is very friendly. I was a bit apprehensive when I scheduled my first appointment but Katherine is always so sweet and she has made me feel at ease and comfortable during each session!

I love this place! Very clean and everyone here is so nice. I’ve been before for laser hair removal and decided to try their cool sculpting. I did 4 treatments on the stomach area and 2 on the hips. I am SO happy with the results! Would highly recommend Lotus for any treatment. Neela is great about giving you and honest opinion on what you need vs don’t need. The spa is clean, & you are always taken in for your appointment shortly after arrival. The whole staff is professional & lovely but I have seen Kelsey for laser & she is an amazing laser tech! She explained everything to me when I was a first timer & will make sure youre comfortable throughout the session. I intend to return to Lotus for other services because the prices for their services are worth the quality. I drive about 40 minutes to get there & its worth it. I highly recommend Lotus!

I go to lotus for laser hair removal and just tried dermaplane today for the first time. The spa is gorgeous. Lots of parking and a relaxing vibe. The staff is amazing. I am finishing up my laser hair removal sessions and I wanted to share my experience. I originally saw a promotion so i called and got pricing/booked a free consultation. I started laser on two areas and loving my service and results. I am 4 session in (of 6) and the results have been incredible for me. I have been seeing Kryssa (pronounced Kris-a) and she has been incredibly friendly, comfortable and professional. I even bought a gift certificate as a gift for my sister! Their rates are incredible, their facilities are beautiful and clean and the service was friendly and comforting. Make a consultation!

I have been coming to Lotus for a few years but recently just got finished with EmSculpting. It’s been 4 weeks and I already see a big difference! Neelam the owner is amazing and very knowledgeable. I have done laser hair removal as well and the whole staff is so nice. I definitely recommend them for any service you need. I will be coming back for facials and touch ups in the near future.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone here is so wonderful and caring. Neelam was great, she made me feel very comfortable and she followed up with me after my procedure. Today was my first laser hair removal session. I was a little unsure exactly what I wanted to have done, what was entailed and what the process would be. Frida greeted me and almost immediately I felt at ease. She was kind, knowledgeable and very honest with her answers. She was patient while I decided and never made me feel rushed. During the session I thought I would feel uncomfortable being half nude in front of a stranger, but oddly enough I felt really comfortable because she was so professional. She explained what she was doing before and during. Surprisingly it didn’t hurt much. There were some tender areas and she made sure to check in with me and said it would be no problem to take breaks. I made sure to book my next two appts with her.

I would not recommend this place at allGot 8 laser hair removal treatments and only had about 50% improvement, of course when discussing with Nilam, got all crazy excuses that it depends on hormones and skin tone. I understand you can still have some hair growth but if you still end up waxing like before for that 50% hair growth what’s the point of wasting your time and money.

This was my first laser hair removal experience and I have to say I am very much pleased. The office was great with telling me what to expect, it was clean and they were very friendly. I get my Botox treatments at Lotus health and each appointment has been great. The office and patient rooms are super clean, staff is very nice and informative and the Botox treatments are very quick (I’m never waiting for more than five minutes in the waiting room). Over all a great experience each time.

I went to Lotus on 2/16 for lip filler so it’s been 9 days since the treatment. I had an appointment with Brittany (I believe she is a Nurse Practitioner) and I voiced my concerns from my previous experience with a different provider who gave me Vienna sausage looking lips a couple years ago lol. She listened carefully and went with a different type of filler that she said was softer and would give me the end result I was looking for. I will admit it was pretty painful but she did what she could with the numbing cream and the filler itself contained lidocaine so it was my own sensitivity. Brittany constantly paused to check the progress and symmetry and I really appreciate her perfectionism. My bruising has now gone away and the swelling has gone down and my lips look absolutely gorgeous. The filler has completely changed the symmetry of my face. I would absolutely recommend Lotus and especially Brittany who is a master with injectables! Also should mention the facilities are beautiful and clean and the front desk ladies were welcoming and efficient. Will be back when it’s time for a refresh.

Very professional and cleanliness top notch. I’ve been to a few places for Botox injections but Lotus is by far the best place I’ve been to. Brittany, NP was completely professional and told me what she was doing every step of the way and also told me what I DIDN’T need. I will never go anywhere else ever again for my injections. I had a basic chemical facial. The experience was rushed, so it didn’t feel relaxing, whatsoever. The esthetician was unfriendly and explained nothing. The facial ended abruptly with my hair guard being snapped off my head and told “it’s done” I was quickly rushed out of the room with a greasy face and wasn’t even offered water after the service. It’s also above an urgent care, which didn’t appeal to me at all. I didnt care for anything here.

Every treatment I have had here has been amazing. Not only are the results great, but also the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for any of the services they offer. I look forward to all my visits!! Today was my first treatment at Lotus Health and what an experience. It was amazing! I went for the laser hair removal and at first had a little anxiety because of previous experiences. Ive had laser hair removal in the past, but this was a completely different experience. The treatment was painless! The staff are so friendly so informative and professional. I immediately felt welcomed. They are compliant with keeping distance and sanitizing which was a big plus me.Surprisingly, my session was 5 minutes or less! I am removing hair from under my chin which is considered a small area. My previous experience was 45 mins to an hour.I never thought that I would hear myself say that I cant wait to go back but that is the truth, LOL I cant wait to continue my sessions. Im looking at the many other services offered as well. Im planning to become a regular for as long add I can afford it.Just an FYI. If using your navigation system to provide directions to their office, be sure to add East after Newman Springs Road. If you dont, you will end up at a very strange house! I purchased a massage on Groupon to try out Lotus Spa. When I came to the door they greeted me immediately, checked my temperature and walked me inside to a chair to wait comfortably in. I felt welcomed right away. I was blessed to have Janine as my masseuse. She was unbelievable and really helped my headache. She was able to work on my tmj pain and knots. I will definitely be coming back again for more treatment and possibly other services they offer so much!!

I cannot rave enough about Lotus- they are a spectacular Spa. the staff & owner are always warm & welcoming & go out of their way to accommodate every need. Upon arrival you are taken to a room with 2 different types of saunas - it is advised to relax in either one for at least 15 minutes prior to a massage/facial; there is also a shower located in the same room as well as a locker for your belongings & plenty of coffee/tea/water.The massage/facials are extremely relaxing, especially if you’ve been in the sauna prior!My husband & i thoroughly enjoy every second of Lotus & anticipate our next appointments.PS: if you’re a candle junkie you MUST try their very own ‘peace’ candle- a soy blend with a light but fresh herbal (very spa-like) fragrance.

I have done 6 treatments of the em neo sculp and have seen nice results. I had liposuction 15 years ago and I had some rippling in my stomach. I wanted to try this machine to see if that would even out the skin tone and I did and I do think I lost some inches in the process. It is a little expensive but I would recommend this for a skin tightening little bit of fat loss. I am 55 years old and at this age our skin is really starting to change and I do feel like that made a bit of a difference

Prices are reasonable and there is parking in this location which is very nice. They offer so many different treatments and services. Wish I didnt live so far away from this spa but it is worth the travel to be pampered and spoiled. Give yourself a treat! Youll be glad you did. I had a lovely time.

I’ve been coming to Lotus for a few years now and they are AWESOME. They’re always on time, all the girls are super friendly and helpful. (I tend to ask a million and one questions) The environment is beautiful and calming too. Love this place! 5 stars ⭐️

Oh my goodness. This place is absolutely wonderful, and so unique. My friend and I scheduled massages and facials and we were able to go there early to use the amazing lavender steam room, eucalyptus sauna, and hot tub. By the time we left we were floating on air. I honestly cant remember the last time I felt so relaxed. The aesthetician and massage therapist, Jeanine and Anna, were just great, AND Anna used organic coconut oil for the massage instead of gross synthetic massage oil! I fell in love with Lotus, and I cant wait to return.

I’ve been struggling with my skin for a while. Today I tried microneedling with Anna. It was an amazing experience! Very professional and informative. I feel so positive about my skin now. Can’t wait to come back in one month for another treatment!

You can feel the loving and calm energy of the wonderful staff that works at Lotus from the moment you walk into the office. I booked my first appointment for “PRP” for hair loss, a procedure to help with an issue that has long been a source of stress, and I was very nervous. Neelam, Dr. Singh, and Kelsey made me feel cared for. I have since gone back for another round of PRP, and I was just as comfortable as the first time. My mother is also a patient at Lotus, and I have had the pleasure of seeing the results of her PRP treatments over the past year and a half. Thank you Lotus for helping us!

Went here to get my lashes done for the first time ! place was very clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs and questions . my lash technician Maria was beyond wonderful - walked me through the entire process step by step and made me feel extremely comfortable !!!! i thought the prices were fair based on the work she had done !! The office is super clean, all Covid precautions are taken, and the staff is so professional. I recently saw Brittany for botox(shhhh), she is amazing! Literally the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. Staff was rude, and didnt care about the quality of my service. Got eyelash extensions that were finished in under 30 mins, applied poorly, and all fell off within 24 hours. Took days to hear back from the salon, and they were rude on the phone and sounded like they couldnt careless. It was a SCAM of my money. I would rather have 0 eyelashes on my eyes than ever return back to such a unprofessional business.

Anna Gave me a facial for the 2nd time, she is amazing. I felt so relaxed, my facials leave my face feeling so good. The environment is very clean with a relaxing room. The owner Neelam is so sweet. Definitely going back soon.

I get monthly hydrafacials with Alyssa and shes fantastic! Always giving me guidance on what my skin needs that month, and the maintenance I should be doing between sessions. Very professional and helpful at each visit.

Went for coolsculpting, and while Im still awaiting the full results, I already see so much progress. Im already more comfortable with the way my clothes look and feel! Neelam is really professional, friendly, and easy to get comfortable with, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. She even directed me to a website that can help me save money on future procedures, which I will definitely be returning for because, honey, aging is real!

I purchased a gift certificate for my mom for mothers day from here. The gift certificate never came in the mail so I followed up. They sent an email asking to confirm the mailing address which I did. I never heard anything back and the gift cert never arrived. I followed up again and got the same email as before asking to confirm the address. I did and yet again didnt hear anything back. Im sorry but after already confirming it twice I think its obvious the address isnt the problem. After several calls on the phone (including with the owner who swears she mailed the gift certificate out - clearly she didnt) they finally agreed to just have my mom schedule the appointment without the paper certificate. Her mothers day gift was now about a month late but at least she was going to get it. She scheduled the massage and then the morning of her appointment she gets a call saying the masseuse is out and they need to reschedule. She had already planned her work week around this appointment and told them they needed to find someone else. They did but its ridiculous that they didnt even think to find another masseuse themselves. She said the massage was good but overall the experience was mediocre. For example, there was no water out after the massage for her to get. All high end spas Ive been to have water readily available. So overall the massage was good but overall experience was frustrating and time consuming - the exact opposite of what we were looking for. I would have expected them to at least offer something for the hassle of my mom and I needing to make several calls to sort this out and the gift certificate being weeks late but they never did. Its highly unlikely we would return due to poor customer service and management.

My experience here was terrible. I bought a groupon to get cool sculpting and when I got there the lady told me it only covered the small piece. And the small piece wasnt gonna cover my stomach so she told me I needed a bigger piece which was an additional $600. Its. Its like they lure you there just or just to ask for more money. Anywho the owner ended up giving me the bigger piece. But I got no results! They tell you to diet and exercise after getting the cool sculpting but then what is the cool sculpting for I might as well save my money and diet and exercise alone. Then we decided to do smart lipo for me but she didnt have the doctors schedule on hand so I was supposed to receive a call back with his availability. Its been months and I havent heard a word. After my experience I didnt even bother with the follow up call.. I wasted $600!

I Brianna have been using there laser treatments for almost a year now and it’s the best results I got ever I have pcos and i have hair growth like no tommorow I have tried electrocist waxing no results like there laser treatment. I used to shave daily and now I just shave every 3-4 days with how much hair I grow which is a huge difference

I have been going to Dr. Singh for awhile now he is fabulous..... I feel like I am visiting with friends when I am at Lotus. Dr.Singh is the best at what he does never doing more that what is needed.He is extremely patient and always listens to your concerns. Neelam is the absolute best.

Get my lashes done here by Maria. Never was the type to get lash extensions because my skin is fair and natural lashes light but she does a great job making them look natural! She is friendly and works quickly!

Neither you or the help provided an apology for the mistake.Terrible customer service. If my daughter was not leaving for Europe she would have gone some place else.Terrible experience. My daughter had a groupon and they treated her terrible. She was having eyelashes put on and it didnt even look like they were done. The only reason it was corrected because I intervened. I ended up paying full price for their mistake. Think twice before making an appointment. The owner tried to remedy the situation. The right thing to do was not to charge for their mistake. The owner was only concerned about the review.
