I had my first ever massage in 55 years and I think Barbara Was amazing! Hospitality hands-down was a 10 Barbara kept me informed of what she was going to do next and explained everything. I Would love to go there regularly, but I’m not from this area! But next time I’m in the area, I will be sure to stop back and ask for Barbara!
I just had my first massage at this location, never had one before. Sadly I dont recall the name of the very nice masseuse I had, but she provided an excellent and comfortable first experience. She was clear with me about boundaries, and while she did encourage me to speak up if anything was uncomfortable or painful, Im happy to say I didnt need to. She focused very well on the muscle areas I requested. If Im to come back, Id be lucky to have her again!
I had a lovely experience at the Milagro Spa in Red Bank! The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Katie, the esthetician who did my facial, was wonderful! Katie was so professional, knowledgeable, and a lovely person! I would highly recommend Milagro Salon and Spa, and Katie!
Was not happy with the pedicure. Didn’t even last a week. The polish chipped within a few days and my calluses have not been smoothed out. Should have just saved my credit for a facial instead.
I will start off first by saying the massage experience was nice and the employees working here are great at what they do. I would suggest visiting here but be sure to confirm things constantly as that is the issue I ran into today.I visited the Milagro Salon & Spa today inside The Atlantic Club in Red Bank and have just discovered that the massage that I received and confirmed not once, but twice, was changed.I received a gift card from a family member that paid a balance of $125 to be put on the card. $125 is the amount of the deep tissue massage, which I was supposed to get, and it was entered into the spas system as far as I understand. Then, when my sister and I planned to get our massages today, my sister confirmed that the massage I would receive is the deep tissue massage. We arrived, received massages, and paid via our gift cards. I was charged $117, less than the determined $125 for a deep tissue massage, which did confuse me at the time, but I figured it was cheaper than I remember reading (I should have confirmed what massage I received before and afterwards, so that fault lies on me.) My sister did receive her correct massage, but I did not - I was charged for a classic/signature massage instead of a deep tissue. The classic/signature massage charges $110, and with tax, it would come out to around $117. Normally this wouldnt be an issue - I got a cheaper massage and did not have to pay anything due to having a gift card, but that is not the issue here, rather, it is that I did not receive what was confirmed, not once, but twice with this place. I still appreciate the experience and the fact that I got a massage anyways, but I am disappointed in how many times you have to check if what you are paying for/going for is correct. I also witnessed another customer who requested for a female masseuse, and she was given a male masseuse instead, so it seems like there is an issue with confirmations here. If you plan to visit here, OVERLY CONFIRM EVERYTHING just incase. I hope this confirmation issue is resolved in the future.

My fiance just had an amazing experience in the Red bank Location. She received a Prenatal massage from Barbara who was amazing! She was very gentle, but fantastic with providing pain relief. Her understanding of pressure points on the body, while providing a safe experience for a pregnant woman left my fiance feeling amazing. The Spa experience overall was enjoyable, with all employees making her feel special. She will be back for sure.
Booked an 80 minute massage, and it was ok. I feel like maybe the therapist was having an off day, seemed to be kind of bothered. I’ve been going for professional massages for over 15 years, and I was a little disappointed.
Scheduled myself for a “maternity” massage, figuring they would have special accommodations for a pregnant woman to get a massage comfortably. The massage table they have was horrible, the removable piece for a pregnant belly was tiny and did not allow for a comfortable laying position if you have even a small pregnant belly. If there is a maternity massage offered at a spa, this should not be an unreasonable ask. I was then asked to lay on my back which in late stages of pregnancy is not only uncomfortable, it can be contraindicated and dangerous to mom and baby. I was told i would be propped up on pillows to make it easier which was not a great compromise but i went with it. The massage itself was good, the masseuse was very sweet but in no way was this a “maternity” massage! When it came time to have my back massaged, unable to lay on my stomach, i layed on my side and was given a massage to the one side of my back she was able to reach. I should have been told to switch to the other side so she could massage both. Poor planning, poor accommodations for pregnancy. Would not recommend this maternity massage to anyone.

Front desk phoneResponse seriously needs help.I can’t imagine the amount of business this location loses because of the front desk, lack of ability to do their job. Before Covid I have gone to this location to have my hair done on Fridays because I belonged downstairs to the gym. I never had a problem getting an appointment or having a response from the front desk. now there is no response from the front desk. I have been in the queue as number one person , and been on hold for 25 minutes, how is that possible?? Out of frustration. I leave a message with whom I like an appointment I have never gotten a call back.. please fix this situation. It is totally broken. I would like to continue to be a client at this location. Thank you.
It was my first time ever getting a massage. Laurel gave me the 50 min signature massage and it was SOOOOOOO amazing. She is very knowledgeable of her craft and very experienced. She made me feel extremely comfortable and had a very conversation during my massage. I dont live in NJ, but if I ever get the chance Id definitely return and request her. She was amazing! My favorite place to get a relaxing massage. My daughter and I enjoyed an hour of bliss at this beautiful spa. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
I took my 96 year old mom with me for a massage at Milagro and it was incredible. The place is beautiful, clean, relaxing. The staff is friendly and the actual massages were really wonderful. The whole experience was great. I loved it and so did my mom (who used to be a massage therapist, so she knows quality!)
Terrible!!! Scheduled an appointment and drove out for appointment 1 hr just to be told they accidentally placed Mr in the following day. Will never go back considering Ive been a client for years.
Stay far away.Booked for a Classic Massage at 80 minutes. Requested an experienced technician after not coming back here for over 1.5 years and switching exclusively to the Manasquan location.Got a massage that was 60 minutes. Not 80.Paid the up charge of aromatherapy that was never delivered.Was pushed (sorry - had my pressure points adjusted?!) on for about 3 minutes in each section of my body. The rest of the time she spent readjusting the blankets.This place is STILL the worst. The kicker is the manager told me I should have booked a better masseuse! They sure stand by their product.

Wow! I had a treatment with Lisa, and I thought she did such an amazing job. She was just a great, sweet person who also did a fabulous job and deserves a lot of praise for her talent/expertise. Just great!
C+ at best. Place has not been renovated in over 10 years - very outdated. No sauna and no steam room with very tiny locker space and its freezing in the winter and in the summer. Ive had some decent services but customer service is clearly not a strong principle here. There are many other local Red Bank options that are so much more luxurious /better for the same price.
Sent this email to the spa Manager, but forgot to share this within the reviews of my wifes and i visit there on 02/14/18.Good morning, i was inclinded to reach out about our recent experience at your spa. I have purchased and booked a Valentines day package for my wife about a few weeks ago beforehand, and i added an extra service later on. Upon arriving at the spa, we checked in, she was accomponied and led to her procedures while i, myself stayed to pay the remainder of the balance for the additional services. After which, i was confronted if i wanted to put the gratuity on the card or tip in cash later. I was stunned. First off, to be clear, we only attend professional most highly rated spa and clubs not only in US, but internationaly. I have never experienced this typw of rudness, given that no services or experience was performed as of yet. I was stunned that i was asked point plank with no option to not to, to pat extra gratuity, wheres we have yet to see how the service was. I do not know if this is your whole staff training , or just “one bad apple” in the bunch that we happen to encounter that stunned us with this type of request. No other spa or service inour life has ever asked us to pay gratuity, not to mention BEFORE any services were performed. So the great seemles and professional experience that i thought i was going to get, happen to be exuberent street like extortion/racketeering/upcharging whatever you want to call it and ended up leaving me extremely dissapointed with the type of client front desk experience. The services were great, that my wife received afterwards, she enjoyed it immensely, and i would have no problem tipping the professionals that worked there, however the front desk with their childlike low class rude gratuity demanding ruined it for myself and for the staff as well as i was not going to be told to basically give more money for something that even did not happen. For this reason, i am reluctant to purchase anything else for my wife there and extremely dissapointed. I hope the managers do a way bettee job with the front office, because as a professional business owner myself, i know whats a supreme customer service and that the front desk either makes it or breaks it. This time, it hasnt even compares to a lowest class mom and pop shop “spa” on a street corner. I hope this experience will warant as an valuable i formation to better your establishment. Thank you
What a terrible experience I had today. I received a gift card for the spa and scheduled myself a salon hair service. I had never been there before and I noticed after I booked that they were offering a Groupon for a the same exact service I booked for $136. So that said, I asked if they would honor the price, they said no. I then asked if they would honor the more expensive Groupon price of $152, which was for the same service but the entire head of balayage, cut and style and I was only getting a face frame balayage cut and style... they would not. So I get the hair service and I was told $180 is the real price because the face frame alone would look funny so I would have to do a half of a head and I would have put on a glaze after the face frame balayage which would cost an additional $30 more dollars but it was absolutely necessary. So, I said ok just do the balayage and glaze and forget the cut and style. So once we were finished she had to dry it to see the highlights which she had to retone in certain areas and then re dry it to make sure they came out properly. She said don’t worry I’m just going to say I needed to dry it to see the highlights and she was also like, it’s a little uneven on the bottom so I can just trim it dry but just don’t mention it. So...after she flash dried it, hit it quickly with a round brush and literally dusted my ends, I was on my way. I also let her know that it looked ok but I would’ve rather the two front pieces stand out a bit more next time like all of the balayage pics I showed her before we started. It was doable but I left looking like I had gotten regular highlights as opposed to balayage. I get to the counter and they charge me $180 and another $50 for a “cut and style.” So $230 for a mediocre hairstyle and a trim. I belong to the gym and I can say I will NEVER return to that hair salon again. I normally don’t complain but the customer service was really terrible.
My friend and I had pedicures done for a birthday celebration. Friendly staff. We will definately come back.. This is a crazy time but everything was done very professionally. thank you Milagro Spa for a truly relaxing experience.
I bought a 6 treatment package of reflexology treatments for my mom upwards of $500 and we were finally able to go this weekend. Both of us were disappointed. The sessions were awful! Felt like my nieces were playing with my toes after falling asleep on the sofa. Womens Bathrooms were dirty, overcrowded,toilet had no toilet paper...what happened to this salon???
Excellent job tonight by Emily and Dani on perfecting my hair. Emily’s expertise with color his my greys and gave my hair new life. Dani finished it off with an awesome blow dry. I wish I could share a picture

I gave them a 1 Star because I had to !!!I was over charged and my massage therapist wasn’t certified in The treatment I asked for. ( not his fault)I was told the receptionist wasn’t aware of special?????? And that effects me how?AWFUL FRONT DESK !! I will never go back there!
I wasn’t 100% happy with my balayage - I called the next morning and they brought me in right away and fixed it. I was very appreciative and happy with the cut and color.
