Excellent service. Excellent massage.I arrived late for my appt because of bad traffic. The front desk had me signed in and ready to go within two minutes. Vickie was my masseuse. She provided the perfect level of pressure and asked if I would like to target any specific areas since my session was going to be shortened.Excellent service, fair pricing. Would certainly come again.

Cecilia rude as can be on the phone when I told her I recived a gift card when I spoke about that I was then treat it like a subhuman and then was told that I could only get a 90 minute massage not what I actually asked for which was a 60 minute and then the prices that are listed on the website I was told we’re not the actual prices that I would receive the mine would be higher. This is completely unethical, unprofessional, and I will never ever use this company again they need to be shut down and investigate it for fraud.

I had a great experience. France was wonderful. For those leaving low star reviews due to the time- please read the website prior to booking. It clearly states the 60 min massage has 10 min for changing/consult which means your massage is 50 mins. They also use a tablet with a timer, so at any time you can see how much time is left. Yes, I understand the initial tablet “consult”could seem impersonal, however you can also voice your areas of concern prior to your massage. Personally, I thought the tablet was very easy to use and allowed me to pick which areas I wanted more work on. I ended up getting a membership because I enjoyed my massage that much!

Hated it came out of there feeling greasy. I wanted a woman massager and got a male. They took my reservations but never asked me if female or male. The people who work there talk about you behind your back. Lousy experience. Never again. Do Not recommend it.

This is my second review of this facility, having enjoyed their services for over a year with a membership. I have had massages from several different therapists, each unique and with a different approach to wellness. All the staff are courteous and attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this particular Massage Envy.P.S. I do have a message for those who have written reviews with complaints. At the beginning as you are interviewed about what your needs are, please speak up. Stipulate exactly what you want, including no talking if necessary. It is up to you to get the experience you want.

I was disappointed. The tablet to answer questions had a very impersonal feel. While I get thst there is info needed, it would have been nice to have a conversation with the actual person doing the massage. The women who did my massage was not very good. She even ended the massage saying that she could tell I wasnt pleased, and maybe next time, someone else would be a better fit. I have not returned and dont plan to. Smaller locations with a personal touch and someone who talks with you before hand is so much better.

Its been a while since I was there, but what I liked was they had a person who could do deep massages. It really helped. Now its difficult to find an opening and it has gotten a lot more expensive.

Did not enjoy my massage at all my massage therapist talked THE WHOLE TIME and did not do my feet or legs which was very disappointing considering I customized my massage before going in there... I treated me and my boyfriend (he seemed to enjoy his and the Therapist did his whole body said Evelyn was very professional and did a great job). Highly disappointed with mine considering I am a new mom and was looking forward to this thinking I was gonna have an hour of relaxation... DEFINITELY NOT.

First time client and I left feeling so relaxed. All staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable and the massage therapist was so great!

This location is terrific! Very professional and friendly staff. Has been doing an outstanding job meeting safety standards during COVID and therefore made me feel very comfortable returning for my monthly massage. Request Will as your therapist - he is intuitive and talented.

My fiance and I loved our couples massage today. Pressure and placement were perfect, heated and tables and all around ambiance were appreciated, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. If I lived nearby, Id buy a subscription.

The BEST massage spa I have ever been to! The whole staff is amazing from the point I enter to the time I leave. Even when something could have gone wrong, they managed to make it perfect! I couldn’t recommend them more🌸

Ive had many massages and often have need of them due to fibromyalgia. Laurel has to be the best therapist Ive ever had. I was ready to sign up for the monthly program just because of her, but when I saw what an incredible value it is, there was no way, even on limited income, I could not sign up. This will do me more good than pain killers!

Completely horrible though my expectations might have been to high. I received a gift certificate from my wife and that part was good, but I believe the hire anybody. There is no way this was a trained masseuse, The man didnt use oils or lotions, even jumped up on the table to stretch my legs with his legs, he then did everything really slow like he was just waiting for it to end. I didnt complain, and I was nice about everything. Even after filling out their app showing I my tension issues are at my neck, and telling him 3 times that my issues where at my neck? After doing my feet and legs, he went to my neck for 2 mins, then finished the appointment 5 mins early, like I said my expectations were too high, it seems like this place is barely above one of those back ally massage parlors.Nothing was explained to me.Im guessing what I wanted was a deep tissue massage, no one asked, it seemed like they did what they wanted making sure that it also required the least effort for them.I would like to say thier reputation was great, and I do belive they have good masseurs, but do not count on seeing a trained one coming in with a gift certificate.I Never complain about anything either and Im not looking for a refund, its just wrong to ask people to pay that much for a service that is Sub-par.

Very professional massage studio, Ali my massage therapist is spectacular, always on time and always tuned in to listen to my needs. Love massage envy I am very grateful that we have one close to my house. I would highly recommend anybody if youre stressed out, to destress, treat yourself to a great massage at massage envy.. Also the girls on the task are the absolutely the best !!

Worst experience ever! I left there in more pain then when I went in and was sore for a good 2 weeks. I informed them I had never had a professional massage before and didnt know what to expect. I was tense the whole time because it hurt and I told him it hurt! His response was I had deep knots. No thank you, never again!

Lauren is amazing. Ive been to her a few times now and I have no plans of seeing anyone else. The best massage Ive ever had. I highly recommend her!

I had a simple facial with Jessica and she was so amazing!! Such a friendly person who made me feel so comfortable and was an absolute delight! Made my vacation here that much better! Will absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Had the WORST massage! The deep tissue therapist seemed untrained. Worst of all he had horrible hygiene!! He smelled of body odor, cigarettes, and even his feet/shoes smelled very strong. I will go back to the Berlin Ocean City location.

I recently moved to the area and am very happy with my new Massage Envy location. Every massage and facial I have had so far has been top notch! And great customer service at the front desk too!

I can say enough about Will Phillips! He know he’s body structure more then most. I have some real issues with my body and he has done more for me then anyone can. I wish is would had thought of putting in a review from the start. He would have several. Long story short, BIG Shout out the Will in Rehoboth Beach Delaware.

Did a couples massage never got a full massage. Husband was joking with me and the two ladies said they felt uncomfortable with us. Worst experience every!!! Will never go back!!!
