Every time I walk in this store, I am greeted by the kindest people.Everyone is also so informative, patient and friendly.I wholeheartedly am a little behind in the times when it comes to vaping and there is 0 judgment each time but support and encouragement.10/10 wonderful conversation and customer service.

I bought a Geek Vape coiled unit here. From what I can tell a similar unit would have cost the same online.The skinny woman who was there when I went was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the best one for my needs.I bought vape juice on a previous visit for $25 100ml which while is fair for retail is how much i paid for 3 120ml bottles online for better flavors.Still knowing this place doesnt markup the tech much Ill be back for coils and batteries to support local businesses.

The entire shop is amazing. Entire staff is friendly. Owner is a great guy, I always smile when Gabby is working though.

Ive been meaning to write a review on this place forever. I really do prefer this to any other vape shop, theyve never steered me wrong. For example, when I have purchased refillable devices, they ask appropriate questions to determine if Im going to actually stick with what Im buying (what kind of juice I prefer; how often and in what situations I use it, like do I need something that easily fits in my pocket, etc). Even when I have asked amateurish questions, Im not looked down on or laughed at, and I have definitely felt stupid because of such treatment at other places before. And like I said, Im not steered towards things they can ascertain I wont like. Its beyond annoying when Ive bought a something from a vape shop I wont wind up using, for instance a mod that coils may be hard to find for. The staff is the primary reason I love this place (great customer service, honesty/transparency) and second is the selection. I think theyve got decent refillable and disposable mods, usually have whatever I need in stock as far as juices, coils, etc., and when I went in yesterday (for the first time in a couple months) it looks like a huge new selection of disposable mods in intriguing flavors. Ill post all of the photos of them I took (11/7/2023) because I find that really helpful. I ended up purchasing a really cool disposable device, RAZ brand, Pumpkin Pie Frosting flavor. Its 9000 puffs and has a digital display that shows remaining battery and juice life. Ive been away from disposables for a while, didnt even know they had ones with digital displays! And it came with a lanyard, which is so much easier than digging around in my pockets or purse! So far so good with the flavor; it has adjustable airflow and also I charge it with a USB -C.Personally, Ive interacted with probably every staff member there, and I really do adore all of them. Which is saying something because I have terrible social anxiety and hate talking to people in general. Im mad I cant remember any names, but the pretty young lady with the green streak in her hair helped me yesterday and shes always extremely helpful. And Ive dealt with the man whos likely the manager a lot, wont butcher his name but Im pretty sure it starts with an A. Hes always gone above and beyond in assisting me as well. The staff is probably all younger than me but they know their s***. Honestly I could probably buy a lot of these things a bit cheaper online but Id rather deal with a local business I trust that has such excellent customer service.Sorry so long - take a look at the pictures of the disposable devices I took!

My name is David McAllister from lewes Delaware. Ive been coming to e vape since the doors opened. And Ive seen the store go through all kinds of changes. But the manager and his crew are absolutely the best Ive ever seen. The customer service is out standing and the manager really cares about his team. And it shows! If I could remember everyone by names I would list each and everyone one of them here. They are honest and hard working and know there product very well. And I know when I walk in. Im going to walk out completely happy. Its so much more than A vape shop its family. And the staff makes you feel that way. Keep up the good work guys !! From one of your loyal customers!

Came in close to close after driving from oc where nothing was open/selection was slim. Gabby was AMAZING- incredibly friendly and the most helpful person I’ve interacted with in a vape shop. I live out of state currently, but come up to the beaches regularly and will definitely be back after this experience.

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Knowledgeable about the product and quickly looked up any information they didnt have on-hand.

Nice staff and absolute best disposable vape selection in the area. I make the 45 minute drive specifically to come here on a weekly basis. Everywhere else is inconsistent and subpar.

People are friendly, pries are fair and the selection is great. They greet you right when you walk in and they are very knowledgeable.

Lost my vape and ended up finding it crushed in the street. Came here in a pinch and it was perfect. GREAT selection and variety. Will be back when Im down here.

I go in frequently. Love the owner. I think the prices reflect good service. However, I either love the people that work there, or cant stand them. One guy called me boss like ten times, and some girl with green/hair called me friend like 20 times. Sounds petty but it just gets under my skin. Owner is a super cool guy though.

I just wanted to say the staff always makes me feel welcome and they are extremely helpful when trying to find a flavor I like. I definitely recommend this store to any vape users.

Been coming here for two years and always leave with a great experience. Everyone who works here will try to get you the best and cheapest options. These guys wouldnt even dream of stearing you the wrong way. Extremely helpful and informative. I was having issues with two of my devices and they took the time to spend almost a half hour figuring out a fix and eventually did fix it. 10/10

The staff here is so nice and welcoming, as well as helpful and informative about all products. they help u pick a juice if ur not sure what u want! i love this store and continue to come to it for tanks, batteries and different juice :^)

Been going to these guys on a weekly basis since August. There are always friendly and knowledgeable staff members who are happy to throw some recommendations your way.

If they sell you a defective product, they will make you buy some stuff saying a new part might fix it. When it doesn’t, they will try and sell the same product in brand new condition AGAIN. They will literally expect you to buy the same product twice in the same week. Great business plan.

Staff was awesome at helping me find exactly what I needed. They helped me pick out the right device and choose what flavors I would actually like. They helped me set everything up and gave me recommendations for anything Ill need. Best place to go if youre looking to switch from cigarettes or pick up some needed supplies.

Great shop with great prices. I was totally expecting to pay a high price just because I was at the shore but their prices are very reasonable. The guy was helping 2 people decide on their first vapes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He got them excited to make the switch. He took a quick break to help me with what I needed. It was a very nice experience.

Efactor has become my first choice when it comes to vapes - not only because of the huge selection, but mainly because the staff is TOP NOTCH. theyre friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They go above and beyond to answer questions, show you products and make recommendations based on stuff theyve already tried themselves. Prices are fair for the current market - and they are always open before everywhere else which fits right in with my busy schedule. I love efactor and highly recommend this place.

Walked in and was immediately greeted, the guy working lead me right to what I was looking for - had a huge selection of flavors in stock. Price was good and what Id expect to pay anywhere else. I visited this location 2 or 3 weeks ago with my sister, and I debated on posting this, but after replaying the associate being incredibly rude and annoyed at our presence I just had to say something. The store front was nice and clean, I really liked how put together everything was, but the guy was really rude. He talked to me and my sister like we were stupid and talked to my sister like she was wasting his time. We wound up going to my preferred vape store and getting her a mod and juice there. I dont know if he thought we were tourists or what, but his attitude really sucked. Ill stick to Delmar Vapor in Milford, Ive never walked out of there feeling like I had just been judged unfairly and treated like an annoyance.

This place is top notch. Came after they closed and the staff even though they were locking the door were more than welcoming. Got me set up with new coils and hooked back up. You do not see customer service like this anymore if you are in the area it is worth the stop.

Just came in today for the first time to buy some juice and coils. Long hair dude was working there (didnt get a name). He was super helpful and explained to me how the coils work and even tried to save me some money. Much better than my first experience in Middletown where I bought my first vape.

Every time I go in, I have an excellent experience. The staff is so well versed in the entire vaping industry. They are so friendly, sometimes, I go by just to hang out me say hello. The selection is massive, the staff is awesome, and even the customers are sociable. A definite five star experience every time.

Every time Im here the guys, especially Brandon because i see him the most, are super helpful and friendly, answer all my questions and let me take my time. Even over the phone they are helpful and polite. Prices are really good, would never go anywhere else

It’s very rare to have great customer service these days. My first time here and Ed was SO helpful and SO friendly. I’m new to the vape world and he made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions that I had. He also helped me with an issue I had with my coil. Yay Ed! Thank you very much!

I picked up a nice, glass waterpipe/bong for only $25. A bargain, I say.

Over-priced everything. Spouse got bamboozled and bought a $50 new tank and mod for their retail price of $89. I understand small businesses and minimal profit margins. But even given the fact the item was unused they wouldnt return it. Will never do business with them again.

This store is one of the best locations on Delmarva for any vaping needs! If you want to do research, or have any questions: ask for Jeremy. He is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Awesome customer service. I went to the only other vape shop in Lewes for a year until I started coming here. Efactor is so much better in every way. I dont feel like Im walking into a used car lot. Keep up the the good work

The selection is too limited and there juices are too expensive. I really enjoyed the juice that I bought but the atmosphere and juice selection wasnt the same as when I went there a couple of years ago. The guys there were friendly and helpful but the hardware and juice selection were sub-par compared to other vape shops. Gotta step up if they want to compete with online stores.

The guy there seemed cool but sold me the wrong coils for a vape I bought from them then told me he cant exchange the coils for the correct ones even though he was wrong about the type of coils for my vape(a vape that I purchased from them at nearly double what it should of cost). So long story short I am out 21$ for coils i cant use and he was being a dbag about it. Prices are high they dont have much of a selection and they arent the only vape shop in the area.

Nice as could be when selling you something, but looked like exorcist when questioned about wrong coils and juice, like I was stupid,if it were my kid I’d come across that counter!👎

My visit was quick and easy. I came in explained what I was looking for in a tank and the guy helped me right away. Only thing I would change is I wish this store would still carry Fivestar juices.

I have been coming here for years. Recently they have made some changes and I am not impressed. They are more expensive, and staff isnt as knowledgeable. Go elsewhere

Won’t be shopping here again, I purchased two slim vape pens, not knowing they had lengthy complex click on off starts. Returned 30 mins later asking if I could exchange, no signs posted for there strict no return or exchange policy. The clerk politely said that the policy was on the receipt, I said so I don’t find out that I can’t exchange it until I’ve purchased it.

Cant find a cheaper place to get juice with a massive selection. Staff can answer any question you throw at them. Very relaxed and friendly environment. 5 star rating hands down.

Came in looking for a specific flavor and they did not sell it however the guys recommended me something else close to it which worked out great. I don’t live around the area so I can’t always stop in but I would say others should give them a try

Great service from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door. I was able to find a vape oil that tasted like fruity pebbles in milk! It smells really good.

Closed during coronavirus? Not essential? Why do we have to have to return to cigarettes uptake 2022 store is literally a front for drugs because they have nothing in stock and refuses to order specific things for customers screw this place

I have PTSD. I have been using the sublingual CBD drops for about a month now. I got them from a friend of mine that works for a pyramid company and I wasn’t too sure how I felt about it. I came into the shop tonight wanting to try a vape pen for my cbd and also get more oil. The staff couldn’t of been nicer. I will definitely be back when I need more oil.

I love this vape shop. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They have a vast selection of tasty juices one of my favs are NFK, tastes like Trix cereal, you know ,Trixs are for kids. NFX,=not for kids, Pretty clever and tasty. The one thing that separates this store versus other shops on Delmarva is that this group of young peoples attitude is contagious. The scene is reminiscent of that 90s television show Cheers. When i walk in i feel like Norm ! I grab a stool at the counter,there is usually a friendly vaporer to converse and vape with. The only thing lacking is a water cooler, That would be a corporate decision.I drink a lot of water while vaping.Best regards,Scott
