Port 251

The food was amazing, glad we found port 251. Our family loved it. Soft shell crab special, the lobster deviled eggs were delicious! My husband loved the Mussels . Our server was friendly! Great find on our many trips to Rehoboth

The Hostess BJ, was very friendly, and took the time to hit the high points of the menu as I walked up. I ordered the Crab cake entree, and a margarita; both of which were excellent. Shannon was my server, and she was attentive and treated me as if I were her only guest on a busy evening. Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service.

My husband and I were in Saturday 9/17 1:30 PM and I ordered the Strawberry Salad. It looked good enough until I came to the end and found a silver 1 inch screw laying at the bottom. The waitress said they didn’t know where it came from and It will be something funny I can look back on and talk about. So, I thought why not share my “funny experience” here incase this isn’t the first time this has happened to someone!

We stopped in for a snack and the to go orange crushes. Service was quick, the staff was super friendly, and the crushes were great. Will have to come back for dinner sometime. Thanks for the hospitality.

Came for a late night drag show on Friday, just passing by. The queens were great, host was great. Only suggestion is to invest in a sound system instead of temp buildup. So instead of one large set up trying to fill a whole space, have many. The set up was piecing at times. No I’m not old - been to plenty of dance clubs and parties. It hurt. 😘

We love this place! We went to the bar on a Saturday night and had SO much fun. Zane makes the best drinks! The next night we wanted to try dinner and it did not disappoint! The chicken satay was so good and my husband loved the BBT burger. And again, the orange crush was delicious! Our waiter Micheal let the wonderful singer who was there that night know we were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and they played our wedding song and we danced. It was so nice. We will definitely be back next year! The staff is so welcoming, everything is clean and the drinks are awesome. Shout out to the host at the front too! Everyone here is great.

We were very excited to try a new place. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to any expectations. The appetizers and food were way below expectations, and were not worth anything close to what they charged. The cocktails were beer taste on a champagne budget. The espresso martini was sweet and tasted overwhelmingly of coffee. The other cocktails were similar; sweet and with vague flavors and a strong flavor of cheap. Huffing gasoline is more pleasant.The wait for the entrees was inexcusable. Our entrees arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after we put the order in. We were not even given an update until we waited for 45 minutes and were told that the “kitchen is backed up”. After the entrees finally arrived, half of the dishes had clearly been sitting for a while and were lukewarm. As noted, they were not good. Cheap carbs covered in from a jar sauce.Take heed and avoid this place. It only looks busy because everyone is trapped waiting for the food.

The vibe and environment was great, but the service left much to be desired. The waitress was not very attentive. The food came out cold and she even forgot one of the plates for the table. 3 out of 4 plates came out at the same time, while the 4th plate came out 30 minutes later, and only after she was reminded that she forgot a plate. Everyone in our party understood that it was a bit busy, but our waitress mostly ignored us and it did not escape us that the other wait staff was more proactive and attentive. At one point, we even went to the bar to order a drink, since it had been a long while since the waitress came to our table. After we paid our bill, the waitress rudely came to our table and complained about her tip. Normally, we tip fairly, but the service was so lacking that we did not tip more. And it was quite unprofessional and rude that she came to complain and inquire about the service she offered only after we had paid. We asked a party at the next table if their service was poor and they agreed that it was. If you choose to dine here, just be mindful that the service may not be at the caliber one is accustomed here in Rehoboth.

COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT in every way! Drove past this place dozens of time admiring the location and music. First, the seats are extremely uncomfortable - tall plastic IKEA type stools not at all suited for dining. The food was awful - just awful! Port 251 is a drinking spot and they should give up serving food. From the moment we walked in the host said “are you having drinks today?” Then our waiter’s first words were “will you be drinking?”I ordered Chicken Romano and my wife ordered Butternut Squash Risotto. Both were completely bland with absolutely zero flavor. It all tasted like microwaved canned food. The cream of crab soup was SO salty it was hard to eat. The octopus which the waiter described as “calamari-like” was SO NOT. It was just boiled or steamed with a rather rank flavor and smell. We are not particularly picky eaters and we eat out in the Rehoboth/Lewes/Dewy area a great deal and we are almost always quite satisfied. I could not find a single redeeming part of this dinner other than the great location. Maybe we should have had a drink.

The food we ordered ranged from meh to atrocious. Cocktails (aperol and kir Royale) were memorably bad. If you come here, stick to beer.

Fun spot! The owner is very hospitable and friendly. Had a dog menu, generously gave our dog a huge bone and filled a giant dog water bowl including ice! Staff was wonderful, Alex was our server and had the best recommendations. Try the red curry! Live music and lively but just the right amount.

We stopped in for a few appetizers and drinks. Great atmosphere on the patio and live jazz music. The green mussels were delicious, as was the ahi tuna and chicken satay. It was exactly what we had in mind for that sunny evening.

I give 2 stars it just because for the live jazz performance other than that everything was below expectations. Very unprofessional staff, meats were not cooked or were different temperature what we ordered from.Soups came with entrees , kids pasta was dry , half was cold half was hot. My kid threw it on the side after he tasted it.

Small bar nice friendly bartender. Good pour. Party to my left had the sloppy Joe w fries, he raved about it. They closed earlier than expected as I was the only one at bar due to heavy rain. So they asked me to leave so I chugged my drink. Id give it another try and see what happens.

Not one to leave a bad review, but the experience and food here was beyond awful. Multiple staff members openly bad mouthing customers, work environment, etc. Food was the worst Ive ever had in Rehoboth. For example, on their pasta night I ordered Lasagna and it had no sauce (not a hint of tomato product in it). Old, tasteless crab soup that was cold. In addition the singer tonight projected via a single overly loud speaker. Perhaps spend a few dollars on a sound system. Had high hopes for this new establishment but will never go back.

The restaurant was beautiful. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. Best of all was the awesome customer service from Sandy. Excellent service, attention to detail, and down to Earth. Sandy gave great recommendations and provided a wonderful experience. We will be returning again the next time we visit the area..

We ordered the Impossible Burger and were served something completely different. After mentioning it to the server nothing happened. My friends medium burger came out well done and not good. This place has a nice atmosphere and is a great place to grab drinks but I would avoid ordering food here.

Wonderful new restaurant in a fabulous downtown location and offers much needed outdoor seating. The menu changes, so it’s fun to stop in and see what is new. The stacked eggplant is delicious. The Aperol Spritz and the Negroni are made to perfection.The place has a fun vibe!

Horrendous service, food was okay at best. It took an hour to get our food with a nearly empty restaurant. Apps and mains came at the same time for some, no mains for others, so we sat there waiting for another 20+ mins for the other mains. The salad came without dressing and then the side of dressing was tiny. The waitress said she would bring another and never came back.

Took my mom and sister in law to drag brunch on Sunday. The Dolls were amazing. Three rounds of great music and performances. The food and drinks were also great. Get there early to get a table, and bring your dollar bills!

Wish I could give separate ratings for different categories.I would give the customer service 5 stars. The employees there are very friendly and everything came out on time both times I went there.I give the food 2 stars. On both occasions I went for brunch and the food is subpar. 14 dollars for an average breakfast sandwich, looked like something I could have gotten at the diner for 7 dollars. I also ordered the over priced Eggs Benedict which has absolutely no flavor.If we were to come back it would be because of the fun atmosphere the restaurant offers but we will not be coming back to brunch a third time.I recommend this place if your looking for a fun place to have drinks.

There was six of us for dinner and everyone ordered something different . We all were kinda skeptical about menu and was first time here. We’ll all were very pleasantly surprised as the food was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Mgr Scott stopped by making sure everything was good and most certainly was 👏👏👏💯

This restaurant was such a disappointment I took a friend out for her birthday celebration and everything just was wrong the service was terrible the food no bs took 1hour and 40 minutes to our table. When the food was out mine was cold in area’s obviously they microwaved it. There excuse was short of help. Why would they open to full capacity if they don’t have the help and talent to run a restaurant properly. I hope the manager gets his staff together I still would like to see this place be successful sometime good luck!

Being that it was my 1st time at Rehoboth Beach I was expecting amazing food, but to my dissatisfaction, the food was bland. I had the filet mignon and my lady had the salmon . I must say the band was very entertaining.

Stopped in because we heard great music. Then we had awesome food and drinks. Lemon drop martini and blueberry mojito where great. My wife and me will be back soon. Yummy

My family wanted to try this new venue this past Tuesday. IT WAS THE WORST restaurant experience we have ever had in downtown Rehoboth! To capture,we received our entrees BEFORE our cocktails.We FINISHED our entrees and then our cocktails arrived. My cocktail had changed into a dark pint filled beer in which our server insisted it was my Smores martini. AFTER insisted she take it back(which she did with an attitude),10 minutes later she returned stating she put in the wrong order.I told ever to simply cancel the drink ,as we had finished our meals and just wanted our check. She was again left with an attitude, returned by simply placing our check on our table and walking away! Just a sweetie! Never again will we visit.

The Green Curry was amazing tonight. Was the best we have found since living at the beach for the past six months +. The band was great and the drinks were cold. Thank you!

I havent had such a bad experience at a restaurant in years. Drinks were weak and the food was out of a can. The service took 1.5 hours for a pasta dish... A family sat down and didnt even get water for 30 minute; got up and we recommended restaurants around that blow this place out of the water. Never will return.

Wonderful ambiance, food is fabulous! Love the Eggplant and Caprese salad. Best take on Ravioli!!!!Just had breakfast! Bananas Foster French Toast YUM!Best cup of Coffee!!!!! Hard to find here at the beach if your fussy!!!!!!!!

Port 251 is a new restaurant in Rehoboth . We have been a few times now. Service is great. Friendly Staff. Our food had lots of flavor as we tried everything now on the menu and my cocktails I have tried were fantastic.

Expensive prices for subpar service and mediocre food. Drinks came to the table late and were watered down due to the fact that the ice was well melted already. Outdoor seating arrangements were awkward and uncomfortable. Would not recommend. Only pro is the gay friendly environment.

The place being gay friendly and the location was one of the only things I liked about the restaurant. The drinks were Very watered down versions of your favorite alcoholic beverages. Felt like we waited forever to get simple drinks and food.

The food is wonderful and the staff is great. Doesnt matter who you are, stop by this amazing place. Jillian is awesome. The French fries are unique and excellent.

Rehoboth has been waiting for a place like this for a long time. Even during COVID, Port 251 still manages to keep the energy positive, fun and safe. Amazing Sunday Drag Brunch, diverse menu with great food, and amazing cocktails!

The location is the highlight, everything else couldn’t have been much worse. From service to food, this place is subpar. We thought it might be good based on the ratings, but as i read them closer, i realized they were inflated by fake reviews (see 5 star ratings from people with 1 review and the response from the owner saying to mention one of the owners who literally left the 5 star rating right above the response).

One if my favs, food is flawless, beautiful out side dining.Love the high chairs outside, the barrels are slightly awkward but you forget about it when you see your platter. Lil pricey

Fun place to go watch the ladies show off their stuff! Went with a large party and had a great time!! The only complaint I have is that they sat us way in the back so we couldnt see the show very well and the girls didnt always come back to see us.

So disappointed, overpriced diner food in my opinion. Skip the CRAB CAKES!! so much $$ for crab cakes with fillers :(We also had to send back some food because it was cold.

Uncomfortable chairs. Food was okay. Had bruschetta and clams as apps but decided to mosey on. Cute atmosphere.

Just, lots of things off about this place. Tourist trap for sure. No lettuce greens with the Caprese salad. Maybe just because it’s Monday? Either way, not a good value for cost.

Very sorry to say ... Bad Service.. Didnt have what we wanted to drink ... Then we get our drinks .. up charge for a Wine $15.00 bucks ... I dont mind if I was told and only got like a 1/3 of a glass... my friend. got 1/2 of glass as it was not an up charge ... Really need to train your help a tad better

Amazing staff, great food and drink menus, cool vibe, and plenty of parking. Also very covid safe with clean indoors and lots of outdoor seating.
