SoulSpa is phenomenal. The front desk representative, Cynthia, was lovely. The environment was beautifully maintained and soothing.Nikki was a magnificent massage therapist! She made me feel so comfortable, and was very intuitive and well-intentioned. She has a way of understanding what you’re in need of, and incorporates her spiritual understanding to make for a great experience.I walked away feeling amazing, and I intend to go back. After a ton of research for a place to get a massage done, I don’t think there’s any place that could compare to how good SoulSpa is. I had an amazing experience, my massage therapist did a fantastic job with the deep tissue massage, it really worked out the knots in my muscles. The environment was super clean and smelled so nice, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Allison is an intuitive massage genius!! Wow! First massage in Reno and it was amazing 💓 I haven’t had a real massage since Covid hit so, I was gifted a massage and by the luck of availability I was booked with Allison. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Soulspa is a beautiful, welcoming and chill location for relaxation and self care, I highly recommend Allison for massage and I look forward to trying out their facial services!

Atmosphere: The lobby is so beautiful. Ill have to get in early next time so I can enjoy the teas and water they have available and enjoy the space. The atmosphere of the entire business was soothing and relaxing. The scent they use in the front desk area is lovely.Massage with Anna Maria: Anna Marias massage was a 10 out of 10 experience. The whole massage was extremely soothing and relaxing and the atmosphere of the room of the room was perfect. I especially appreciated her spending more time on the areas where I hold the most stress. It was exactly what I needed.

I have gone to Soul Spa many times but hadn’t been massaged in a long time. I went and saw Nikki Lord, a newer message therapist that just started there, and let me just say- she is incredible! Very intuitive, supportive, light, kind, and keen to your needs and wants. She has super strong hands and adjusts pressure as needed. Checked in with me throughout. Explained her background beforehand and what the service entailed. Gave great advice on a few other body ailments I am dealing with and it really helped. I admit I am particular and she nailed it. Thank you Nikki!

I love the atmosphere at soul spa! They also provide a nice area for purchasing goods! Nikki is the best!!! I knew her from the peppermill when I got a massage there! Now I found her again!!! So lucky because her knowledge of the human body really translates in her massage and she individualizes each session for YOUR needs at that specific time. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. Preeti really took her time in the areas I needed the most tlc on and took the time to ask me questions prior to best customize my experience. They’re all incredible therapists: adjusting modalities and pressure to match my preferences. They not only remember my preferences, but also have great intuition: blending new techniques and sequences, so every session is wonderfully unique!The space is very clean and relaxing. Teya, Aleana, and Cynthia do a fantastic job at the front desk & working scheduling magic. Nikki did an excellent job finding and working out all my tensions in my overworked, overwhelmed body in my 90 minute session. I have been to SoulSpa twice now, and both experiences were fantastic! The building is very clean and comfortable with cozy couches and tea in the waiting room. The receptionists and my massage therapists, Nikki Lord and Anna Maria, were all very welcoming. The deep tissue massages have helped relieve my chronic migraines and neck/upper back pain. I would definitely recommend SoulSpa!

I met Aleana at Diva’s Day Out. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and it was wonderful! The Spa is very clean, beautifully appointed, and very nice. The bed I laid in for my massage was the most comfortable ever! I loved the combination of hot stones and warm towels during my treatment. I will definitely go back!

Everything about soulspa was relaxing and welcoming. I was lucky enough to get a massage appointment with anna marie! She asked if I had any spots id like to focus on and did just that on top of doing an excellent job focusing everywhere else as well. It was relaxing and I felt so amazing afterwards! The building is clean and inviting. The rooms are quiet and dim with relaxing background music. I have seen Peyton twice now and have been extremely impressed both times. She is sure to ask for focus areas beforehand and it is clear she has them in mind while she works. She seems to know exactly where your tension points are and that speaks to her expertise and intuition. I always feel much better walking out after seeing her.

Finding Lisa has been such a blessing! After moving to NV my skin was having such a hard time adapting. Lisa saved me! Her facials are not only effective but she also leaves me feeling pampered and relaxed. She’s absolutely the best!

I had my first deep tissue massage with Gloria H. yesterday. It was an extremely relaxing environment tucked away in an older house. Gloria did an outstanding job and even my husband commented this morning “your shoulders and traps have never been so loose”. I’m top heavy and she knew exactly what muscles in my neck, traps, rhomboids, and etc to work out. I will absolutely be back!!!

After working a 16 hour shift my back was destroyed. I was able to get a last min massage with Steve and he saved me. I was in so much pain with any position aside from lying flat on my back. He worked out all my knots and while I am not 100%, I am sooooo much better. He was kind, professional, and empathetic. I was able to do a 24 hour shift the next day and I don’t think I would have been able to without the massage.

Came in for a full body massage with a foot reflexology add on. The massage was wonderful. Preeti was professional, thorough, and responsive and the environment was very warm and welcoming. When Im back in Reno, will be my go to.

Have been going for a few years now for facials. Love the atmosphere, the calmness and my facials have been wonderful.

Alaina is a definite asset.She is pleasant and efficient. The atmosphere is clean, well maintained, and soothing.Steve is kind, easy to talk with, gentle, and affective in his touch.He worked out some of my muscle kinks and I left, feeling revived.

Wow! First time at SoulSpa two days ago for a 90 minute facial with Lisa. I LOVE to spa and have gone to spas all over the country and beyond. This was seriously one of the best spa treatments Ive ever had. Easy parking, welcoming staff and vibe, and the facial -- omg! -- absolute heaven from the time I slipped into the warmed treatment bed. Awesome massage and my skin looks better than it has in a long time (I was way overdue for a facial). Lisa is an excellent esthetician. Just booked my next appointment! Thank you, Lisa & SoulSpa.

Holy moly. I got a sacred seasonal massage from Preeti and it was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I could feel the good intentions from all of the staff, especially my massage therapist. I dozed off a couple times, if I could give this place more stars I would.

Had an amazing massage and reiki add on today with Allison. Wish I could afford to go more often but this will be my new splurge on ME event.

The name says it all, Soul Spa. I have been going here for over 7 years and cannot rave about it enough. Every massage is so different because the therapists really know how to read your body and energy and give you exactly what it needs. I love that they offer infrared saunas and have a cozy lounge to rest in before or after your treatment. If youre looking for a place to release your mind, body, and soul, Soul Spa is definitely the place for you.

My massage with Jaqueline was one of the most relaxing Ive had in the US. She was very warm, communicative, and friendly. She was also very thorough, including the belly and chest in a full body massage.The tradeoff with a thorough massage is each area gets less time. 90m didnt feel like enough. Their pricing is weird: 90m actually costs more per minute than 120m. 90m gets a $7.50 discount; so I would have expected at least $15 off for 120m.Its expensive, but I was happy overall. Ill come back.Tip: Book your appointment early in the day so you can relax in the waiting room afterwards. If you get the last appointment, it will be closed when you get out.

After my massage therapist of many years moved on to a different type of career, I have spent the last three years trying to find the right fit for me. I have to say the energy is soothing; everyone I have come in contact with has been kind, helpful, and took the time to make me feel welcomed.I have been to AnnaMaria twice, and I have to say, the first massage was good but the second was great! I have had such a hard time relaxing, and she didnt disappoint.I have to say; I may be addicted. I cant stop thinking about the next time I can get away to SoulSpa for some self-care and a little mini-vacation from reality.

I got my massage from Steve. I can’t say how happy I was with him. I suffer from chronic migraines and back/ neck pain. He really zeroed in on my problem areas. I loved the relaxation and felt amazingly calm and relaxed afterwards. Thank you Steve.

This is the best place in Reno for massages. I’ve been to a handful of different places but so far, this is my favorite. My dad , brother and I all go here and it is nothing short of amazing. I’ve seen both Marina and Jamie and they are really great at what they do. Not only are the massages incredible, but the entire atmosphere at SoulSpa is really rad. It’s very laid back and I love the energy in there. Really excited to see how they continue to grow!

I visited Reno over the July 4 weekend and decided to treat myself to a massage. It turned out to be the highlight of my visit. I had the best massage from Mallory. She truly has a gift and is so intuitive of what my body needed to feel relax and restored. She also provided me with some local tips and shops to visit during my vacation and all of her recommendations were amazing. I had a wonderful trip because of her magic hands and great local advice of the area. When I return to Reno I will for sure book her again. I highly recommend Mallory.

Mikey is a miracle worker! I have titanium rods and hardware along my spine so I often have headaches and knots in my upper back. The signature deluxe was exactly what I needed and the salon does such a great job of creating the perfect serene environment. Can’t wait to go back!

I first went to Soul Spa after a gym session left a nerve pinched in my left arm. I set up an appointment after comparing some reviews between Soul Spa and a few other practices in Reno.I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda and having her work on my aches and pains for a 90 minute session. Long story short, when I went back to the gym I no longer had an issue with my pinched nerve.I saw Brenda weekly and always was always fairly sore or stiff as I’m active with lifting, playing sports, and working as a manager at a warehouse where I am often in process.More importantly, I went to Soul Spa during a difficult time in life (my mind was often racing and in another place). I dealt with this in several ways from staying active to seeing Brenda. While she is an incredible masseuse she was, more importantly, very relaxing and had a way of calming my mind. For 90 minutes a week, I knew I had a space where I was guaranteed to have peace of mind. Brenda would help me reach this mental state before working on my body.The rest of the Soul Spa staff is also wonderful. Always kind, welcoming, and very caring about the people they work with. They are just nice people, and in a difficult world, it is a grand thing to find nice people.Overall, I would highly recommend Soul Spa. The only reason I no longer go is because a career opportunity has led me out of Reno. Brenda and everyone at a Soul Spa is wonderful and I know if you go you will be pleased with the results.

I thought I had allotted enough time and it just didnt line up.. We felt so fortunate to be able to schedule massages online for the next morning.Marina called before our appointments to ask if we would like a couples massage or individual ones. We opted for the couples massage.This place offers a very calm atmosphere.Marina and Adrian gave us each a very thorough therapeutic massage. We left all our stress in that room. Thank you Marina & Adrain for the wonderful experience.Our only regret is that we live so far away.

I cant say enough great things about Soul Spa and my massage therapist, Adrian. I had not had a massage for about 10 years when I went in because of problem with my hip. They got me in as soon as they could and the place was very welcoming. Adrian assessed the pain I was in and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. He even showed me stretches to do on a regular basis to avoid getting to the pain level I was in again. I was even more impressed when I got a follow up call a few days later asking how I felt. There was no sales push to come in for another massage, only pure concern that I was feeling better. I highly recommend Soul Spa to anyone needing a massage.

I thought I had been receiving great massages in the past, but come to find out I wasnt. My experience at SoulSpa today with Akimi was nothing short of perfect. Right when we walked in the in the door I could tell that we were . going to have a great time here. Everyone was so friendly and Akimi really took the time to address some areas that had been bothering me and I felt like she was truly there to help me and make me feel better. Im not one to pre-book appointments, but Ive already set up my next appointment with Akimi and I cant wait to go back. My fiance also really enjoyed his massage and when he uses up the remaining massages he purchased at Massage Envy, hell be returning to the SoulSpa as well. Came to Reno for my bday weekend from july24th to July 27th - from the bay area. Love the energy of the establishment. Called at the last minute to get a facial, massage and microderm and was able to get it! Two high-vibrating dolls greeted me at the door. Not only was the energy amazing but the aesthetician Lisa even came in for me on her day off! Like who even does that lol - Lisa is a freakin doll by the way! You can tell they really care about the people they help whether its a massage, a facial or just having small talk. Did I mention that Lisa is super knowledgeable about skin and gave me so much great insight about my breakouts? I loved being in the room with her and learning about my skin! Only issue I had was there isnt a Soul Spa in the bay area lmao.Microderm experience: My face peeled for 7 days. Thank god for shelter in place in the bay lol. My new skin is POPPING & this is only the first session and i will definitely be continuing this process until I successfully complete 6 sessions. I can say I wore makeup that same night I got the facial and my makeup has always laid pretty well because my pores arent noticeable but it was super impeccable like I dont even know what else to say. If youre thinking of getting the microderm just do it!Lisa even followed up with me via text to check on how my skin was doing. Now by this time I am back home in the Bay Area and she did not have to do that clearly, but again, it reinforced they really love what they do and care about people. Did I mention she recommended me a brand for my skin she thought would be helpful? She could have easily upsold the product in the spa to me but felt another brand would better suit my skin and I just love that. I totally pay attention to stuff like that and she soooooo passed my test with flying colors! Shes like a friend in my head. Super easy to converse with. Thank you Soul Spa

Wow!What an amazing experience, I just recieved one of the best if not the best massage Ive ever had. Mallory King is so very talented, her knowledge and intuitive sense of the body is profound. She projects an air of confidence and understanding that made me feel safe and secure. Her expert use of essential oils, draping technique and hot stones allowed me to comfortably melt into the table. The addition of CBD oil was an excellent touch, her energy was peaceful and bubbly and I quite literally left my body for a moment.I couldnt recommend Soul Spa enough and sincerely look forward to another transcendent experience. I have chronic back pain and could barely walk this week (I was climbing my legs to stand up). I decided to see Pagie at Soul Spa for a medical massage this weekend. After an amazing 90 minute medical massage I could not only walk but was able to put my socks on!!! The next morning I was sore but by the mid-afternoon I was a new man. I will be using Pagie at Soul Spa once a month from here on out. I can’t thank her enough for the thoughtful approach.

Working here at Soulspa is a gift! I get the opportunity to meet people in my community and those who visit our biggest little city and connect with them in a way that is magical. OMGeeeeee! Where do I even begin?!? From the moment I walked through the door I felt completely relaxed and excited to see what was in store. I am 8 months pregnant and have always been hesitant when getting prenatal massages because sometime I feel the the therapist is nervous or may not know what they are doing but that was not the case here. I have had the blessing to get (2) 90 min pre natal from both Jamie and Marina and I left both feeling so relaxed, restored, and connected with my baby.Each one has there on style of movement but let me just paint you a picture of how it all went down....It started out by laying on my side on the most comfortable massage table (no joke) with the right amount of down pillow and bolsters in between my arms and legs..they each started the massage by setting an intention for the next 90 mins as I inhaled and exhaled the wild orange aroma I had picked out. Relaxing music in the background as I literally began to melt into nirvana. My body was holding so much tension in my hips and shoulders and they gave me the right amount of pressure and stretching to release it all. I truly felt like they were so connected with what was going on in my body that it almost made me emotional...in a good way. I needed that touch, release, and space to get my mind and body back together.At the very end of my massage they ended with a mini sound healing...it was the sound bowls vibrations up and down my body...I literally felt high...it was pure magic.After the massage had ended I enjoyed a fresh squeezed ginger shot that made me feel completely revitalized. I cannot wait to come back for more!

My daughter goes to Lisa for facials. Shes done an amazing job helping with the teenage acne.

Their location is kind of funky with the funeral home across the street and the local psychic office about 2 houses away. The front office and staff has a nice vibe and are welcoming.
