Best place in Reno for anything vape-related, and more! Mike was awesome, really friendly but not overly -- did not bother us whilst browsing but came over immediately to help and explain when we had questions. Amazing incense -- they stock a wealth of flavours, and were suggested some great new scents. Vape pens are excellently priced, and enjoyed some awesome deals. Will be back next time we are in Reno, thanks!

Nicest worker ever, and great products!

All the glass there breaks... The people are nice but i shouldnt have to replace every piece of glass once a month. Also it said 7.99$ 2 for 1... Bought 6... Thats 3 x 7.99 plus tax... Ends up being 27 after tax.. The charged me 35.. Kinda of scamming. I would just not go there. They bait and switch. Dont get thin glass. Im going insane thinking this place has the products i need.

I was honestly not very impressed with this shop. I read reviews and went in with great expectations of good prices and quality glass but the few I looked at were super expensive and felt thin at least to me. I ended up leaving and went somewhere else and found the exact same rig for almost $100 cheaper. They definitely didnt live up to my expectations unfortunately.

Be aware of them mixing in counterfeit with real disposables!! Every time I’ve come here my Dispo goes out in a day or 2 and then it tastes burnt! It’s a gamble every time you buy a Dispo cause you never know if you’re getting a real one or not!! Done with this place!!

Pretty cool place. Good pricing on their vape goods. Ive seen bigger selections on mods, but it still wants bad. The staff was awesome and helpful though. So, not a bad place for your vape needs.

Walked in and looked around as the shop owner followed us to the back.Arms crossed and staring, only acknowledged us when we walked to the front. King palms are expensive for 2 and palms are dry. Will not be returning!

Equipment broke days after purchase and was not offered a replacement or store credit. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

This place is awesome and il tell you why. Every time I come in i am impressed with the customer service. The most recent time I went the guy let me use his phone to look up information about my battery, I ended up not being able to purchase his product but he was honest enough to let me use his phone and make sure I didnt buy it for no reason. His name is mike and its people like him that make the world a better place.

Lol this is a well placed business. We were staying at the motel 6 next door and stepped in twice for a pipe and some raps. Both times we came in the staff new exactly what I needed and it was very fair prices. In and out no problem. When we bought the raps the lady helped us pick them out and find what we really wanted. So friendly. She made me laugh. But lock your car if you know what I mean. Worth the risk though. They had so much in the shop. It is way bigger than it looks on the outside. I didn’t even really look at the whole shop. Lots of the glass pieces for sale. Some pretty big fancy stuff. If you are looking for a new impressive glass piece for your circle this is where your want to be. Tabaco products too. They had the walls just covered in ever flavor and brand imaginable. I saw some pretty cool wear too. Things like sweat shirts and hats. The staff seemed to really know what they were talking about. I got good vibes. Reno is so weird you can go into three shops all right next to each other and one will be the scariest place you have ever been and the other will be a nice quaint coffee shop.

Quite possibly the best head shop in town with very reasonable competativ prices on glassware. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you have never been here I highly recommend that you check it out. You wont be disappointed!

Love this shop. The one in S Reno by IGT ohhhh no. The guy is so grumpy and pushy. Now I know what I need and why Im there. Im confident and comfortable in a smoke shop. This guy had me buying things I still havent used and I never got the nectar collector like I wanted. Sonnys is a GREAT FUN smoke. Just dont go to S Reno.

So the the tall dark handsome and by the way very buff tattooed man helped me, Sonnys actually have Kratum which I cant find everywhere and their variety of CBD products is pretty extensive. Ill be going back for sure for the customer service was more than I had expected and their staff has a serious amount of knowledge on their product. Awesome ppl and awesome place !

This is the only shop that I will go to. I switched to vaping about two years ago. I was having a particularly bad day and trudged into the shop ready to put out the money to buy a new vape because mine broke (through my own fault). Mike can tell its not my day and just HANDS ME A BRAND NEW ONE! Free of charge. No questions asked. All the guys Ive encountered here are so nice and helpful and always telling me what the best deals are and they are a local business I like to support. Ill only buy from them.

Not really a 5 star kinda person, but........They earned it!Great selection of pieces, good quality, and the best service I may have ever received at a glass shop from coast to coast.Spent $70 and got a great triple head dice style perc bong and a glass carb cap.Both pieces function above standard quality.No splash back when taking large hits on the mouthpiece. Hits smooth and there is no noticeable loss of suction, thick glass, good look and aesthetics, great size.I use mine for concentrates, so a large rig is actually not ideal nor is too much water or too many percolaters.The temperature most of us go off of is the temp of the nail, but that vapor will be cooled significantly after passing through a long chain of filtering meaning youre not actually inhaling the full product, most of it is typically lost to cooling and becomes the build up you see in your rig.So high temp if you have a large rig or long cool chain, and medium to medium low for smaller rigs or minimal water and short cool chains.Your highest boiling point is 428°F and thats CBC (cannabichromene) so ideally you need to start at a minimal temperature of 503°F as youll likely lose 50 to 75°F from cooling and thats low temp, high temp would be roughly 630° F as long cool chains can easily eat up to 200°F off of your starting temp.Hope this helps, go buy stuff from these people, theyre worth every penny!!!#5 stars
