The owner is not shy about expressing opinions though politely not to mention the Fountain of Knowledge that he gives away freely. For the beginner the expert was a competitor this is the best place in Reno to buy your fakes and supplies

Nathan was absolutely amazing. I don’t know that I’ve had such helpful, friendly, patient customer service anywhere.. ever! He helped me get exactly what I wanted and answered so many questions. juice and accessories! Also.. Scooby Doo welcomed me into the store and he’s ever so cute! This is my new vape store!

This place rocks. Love the fact that they are very helpfull..very polite..its the only vape shop that i go to. Will not go to any other place at this point. Even if im out of supplies. I love the fact that there is no Sales pressure when you walk in. The owner is always really polite, and is always ready to help.

Nate and Dane are two of the most helpful guys Ive met being that Ive only been vaping for a couple of months. They helped me get started with a starter kit. And then later an upgrade. Just stop in and see for yourself

Do not go anywhere else for vape they will disappoint you, this fine business will make you feel like a person not a customer like lost relative not a number enjoy there almost 700 flavors of juice that are all made of the highest quality but with out that high end price

I asked them to help me by helping me put on a pre build if I bought one from them and they they said no, I asked do you know how to put a pre build on they said yes so I than asked can show me how to do it they also said no again they know what they are doing just not going to help anyone.
