Serenity Foot Massage

Only received 50 minutes of service when I pay clearly one hour. I pay for the deep tissue massage half of the massage free like Swedish massage. I am an returning customer but after this incident I would prefer a selective person to do my massage. I have three other did my massage before and they were excellent! That why I always come back to this place and I am a regular, But this new person which clearly don’t care about customer service. I guess the standard have drop. Worst of all she ask for how much tips I pay to others which make me feel uncomfortable. I pay in tips base on your performance and I don’t pay less than 15% even though your massage wasn’t as good I still pay more than 15%. I feel very offended. When coming to a massage parlor you should feel great not feel like uneasy. The vibe feel weird. I would come back to this place but I will have to arrange a reservation. I never thought I have this day coming where a professional place like this become an average massage palor. It was definitely not worth the $75 could have gone to federal way and get the $60 massage and still feel better. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. My body still tense like I have had the massage at all.

I absolutely love and recommend this place! I’m very picky about massages and I’ve had two full body massages that were so well targeted, great firm pressure, and catered to what my body needed. The space is peaceful, clean and relaxing. Emily is such a skilled therapist, I will definitely continue to come back.Update: I just had another great massage experience, this time with Grace- her deep tissue pressure was great for working out my tension especially in my shoulders!

Prices are higher than at most places. They straight up ask how much you are tipping. Even though both my husbands and my massage finished five minutes early we felt like we tipped well.Place is clean, relaxing atmosphere, no talking between employees.

I’ve been looking for an authentic Chinese message place since moving to this area in 2019 and glad that I finally found it. This is a life saver. My new favorite massage place! They opened fairly recently and Ive been very pleased with their customer service. Place is clean and the therapists really work the kinks out of my office worker tight shoulders and hips. I get the 75 minute massage for $85, including warming oils (camphor maybe?), and hot stones. The beds are warmed and its the perfect self-care treat for the winter (and any month of the year, really). Therapists always check on with me to make sure Im satisfied with the massage and the pressure, always a lovely time at Serenity.

Really great experience! We’d originally came in for just foot massages then decided to try the hour massage consisting of 1/2 hr for the feet and 1/2 hr for the body. It was wonderful! The room, as is the whole business, was very clean with a nicely lit, relaxing and professional atmosphere. The two ladies that did our massages were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The heated table plus the use of hot stones and warm towels were the perfect extra touches and we left feeling so relaxed. Prices are very reasonable. They’re happy to answer any questions and go over their other options such as chair massage. Easy parking right out front. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them!

Love this massage place! Nick is my go-to guy for a deep tissue massage. I struggle with finding a solid massage place that will actually deliver in the firm massage...but Nick always delivers! Ive recently moved away and sad I cannot go to my massages as often, but have recommended this place and the previous location he worked at in West Seattle to my friends and they too are happy with the services. Very reasonable pricing and the ambiance is very relaxing.

This is a peaceful, comfortable, and very clean spa with a set of excellent massage combinations including hot stones. Everyone is professional, respectful, efficient and accommodating. Peter is an excellent massage therapist and it is evident he has studied massage for so many years.

My wife treated us both to a couples massage. Lucy was amazing with customer service and booking our appointment. Best part was the actual massage. Amazing service! I recommend everyone go here for massage. My favorite was the hot stones! Thank you Nick and Lucy!

I dont normally have a bad experience here, But this time was wired the massage was really good at times then really rushed at others. Another person came in the room a few times and started talking and left the door wide open when she left so the one giveing me my massage had to go close the door im not really shy but was just rude. Then ended 20mins early and charged me full price. Then asked if I would add a tip I said yes. Then she didnt ask how much I was going to tip just put a tip on didnt let me see kinda like she was hiding it hit the ok button then just printed the recipe for me to sign. Now Im normally a generous tipper anyway but after all that I am not really happy. All that and $200+ kinda bothered 😕

Absolutely professional massage at the most affordable pricing. Everyone so accommodating! It is now on my weekly list of things I must do for me! And that’s my 2023 goal — as a nurse for over 40 years, I think it imperative that a small part of me must focus of me to keep going! 💃🧨

Nick and the other massage therapists here are super skilled! My parents and I have had some shoulder, lower back/ leg discomfort and the therapists are able to relieve some stubborn knots! We’ve been seeing them several times now for treatment.Our muscles/ feet feel so much better afterwards and we know this type of massage is essential to our health and well-being. We’ll be returning for sure.Thank you all!

This is at least the best massage Ive seen in the last six months! They have the most professional massage techniques, its a new store, the environment is very nice, and they have do ten times get one free discount, which is awesome! I wholeheartedly recommend this store to you!

Have been an old customer. Now this is their new store. The environment is polished, providing a perfect atmosphere for massage. The staffs are professional and friendly, from whom I enjoyed the best service in my life. Recommend them!

To start the charge in advance which I didnt have as big a deal with except that she actually asked if I would tip before or after which I have never took before and defeats the purpose of it being a tip and my understanding, but when the massage started it was very light and I had to ask for an increase there wasnt much inquiring about how and what I wanted and then got into conversation making small talk which she used as a segue into saying how tired and sore she was basically just complaining which felt like a way to increase the gratuity through pity or sympathy and did not use the time well kept leaving the room to grab things which should have been prepared in advance and stopped right on time if not earlier. I still felt a tip was necessary because she did work a little bit on one knot that I had and it wasnt completely horrible so I did tip but she complained about the tip.Wont be going back.
