Ginger Springs Day Spa

My daughter and have been to Ginger Spring Day Spa a few times, weve had massages and facials every time the service was great the staff is superb. We like this spa so much for Christmas we got my sister and niece a gift card for a day at the spa. I love that its close to where I live and they are very accommodating. Whether a massage or a facial this is a must place to visit. 🙂

This place is my favorite since 2009 . I finally found a clean spa with lots of kindness and incredible masseurs . My last two years Ruby has been my masseur and I can say that every appointment is better than the last one , She is AMAZING!!!Waxing is pretty good too.🤩

I had my wedding beauty services done here, and my massage and facial were absolutely unforgettable!!! My face was perfectly smooth and my makeup was flawless. By far they are the hidden crown jewel of the East Bay.

Got the body scrub and massage. Enjoyed both and will do again.

I made an appointment for my partner for a Christmas gift with a gift card and an hour before her appointment they sent her a text cancelling the appointment without an explanation. We tried calling back for three weeks and left messages and no answer or reply. Very unprofessional and she was heartbroken because she was so looking forward to it.

Have been going here for YEARS, how awesome to have such a wonderful place in Richmond!!! Excellent massage therapist, fun body products and just an all-around great place to go.
