As we all know, its hard to please a preteen. I took a shot on a recommendation of someone who worked at a neighboring business and took my son to Euphoria, I was also told to try Olivia for his hair. Thankfully, I took both recommendations and left with a happy son. He didnt want his hair cut but ended up happy with the new hair. Thank you Olivia

Elena did a beautiful job on my hair that I spent a year growing out after a not-so-good experience at another salon. I had very choppy layers that did not blend at all, but Elena fixed them up and now my hair looks beautiful and flows seemlessly. Well worth it. Thank you for your kindness and expertise!

Was immediately able to tell that she is quite experienced, and genuinely passionate in what she does. Elena was immediately able to assess the state of my hair as soon as I walked in, and managed to give me exactly the cut and style I wanted, leaving me with beautiful and healthy hair. I had my hair appointment yesterday with Elena at Euphoria Hair Studio. It was an awesome experience and Elena was very friendly even though I ran late.Elena was amazing and she gave me some good expert advice and told me good home remedies for my damaged and thinning hair. We did the Root touched up, the Protein Moisturizing Treatment and the haircut. My hair looks amazing after the color and treatment which she also gave me a complimentary message. The hair cut is perfect too, she listened and only cut 1/2 inch like I had told her and gave me the best long layers. The customer service is awesome and I got a discount too. 😃. It was my first time at this salon. Olivia took care of me today and gave me such a cute cut I was in love with the outcome and she is such a sweet person and amazing at her work. I did not catch the name of the girl who shampooed and styled my hair but she was super sweet and had me as relaxed and comfortable as ever and she styled my hair so nicely! Definitely will be going back regularly 💗

My first experience at Euphoria with stylist Faye was a nightmare, the cut and color was awful… BUT, I came back to a different stylist Olivia, she was amazing!!! Cut and color is perfect, I am so glad I stepped out in faith. Faye is the absolute best!! We went from my natural black hair color to platinum in 2 days! No damage, exactly what I showed her from a google search picture. She was extremely knowledgeable and so sweet! She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results. 100% recommend 🤩 I’ve gotten so many compliments on the color. See you again soon Faye!

This place is amazing very chill atmosphere even gave me wine I have gone to Dominique and she is the nicest hairdresser ever ! She took my hair grey it was a total transformation from purple/ brown she did a fantastic job and she also does waxing and makeup she did a great job on my eyebrows as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here.

Update!For hair coloring and highlighting, I recommend Olivia. Shes so detailed, patient and proficient in hair coloring.This is my first time here and Faye is great stylist. She makes me look 10 years younger. Love my new hair style that she did for me. Definitely come again for hair colored.

This is the second time I’ve come here for wash haircut and blow dry and it’s been amazing both times. The first time I came I went to Olivia, and the second time I think her name was Elena, both have done phenomenal job. They kept my hair exactly as I wanted and made it look so healthy. They’re also very nice and there’s never too long of a wait. The owner Faye was also very sweet. Looking forward to coming back soon!

So, the place was okay, Olivia was nice, and the overall length is fine. However, I’ve never been so overcharged for something in my LIFE! I’ve been to Aveda salons in the past, and they were amazing! This one did not live up to my expectations. The way she cut my hair was weird, she basically just combed my wet hair, and cut across the way it was laying. Not sure that makes sense, but it definitely came out uneven. They ended up “styling” my hair, didn’t realize she was going to curl it, looked okay at first but already started falling before I left. Also, the hairspray was like glue and I had to brush it out when I got home from how tangled it was. I wish I would’ve just said blow dry it and that’s it. My hair is capable of curling, just not with the curling iron that she used. There were also clamp marks in my hair. Although I didn’t mind the slight communication barrier (she’s Russian) it also didn’t help our situation of figuring things out. Overall, I’m unhappy with the uneven cut and the overpriced “style” that lasted a total of 5minutes, also it prevented me from noticing the ends were uneven. Not interested in returning. You can see the curls not existing much anymore in my picture that I took when I got in my car.

I walked in with a dye job that I wasnt happy with from another place I got a few months ago. I tried to fix it myself. I had a lot going on in the hair color dept. I showed Olivia a video for some inspiration, she worked some magic and...Im so happy with my hair color!! Elena (I believe was her name) gave me a great hair cut! My hair feels light, healthy, and my color is awesome. Not only are they great at what they do, but they were also super friendly.😊 Thanks ladies!

My wife made a last minute appointment with Dominique a few weeks back. Dominique fit her into the schedule without issues and took care of my wife from start to finish. I can say that this is easily the best stylist my wife has gone to. Dominique was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave my wife the exact haircut she wanted. Her hair looked gorgeous when i picked her up from the salon. Dominique will definitely be my wifes go-to stylist!!

Elena is the best! She did my moms haircut and she knew exactly what fit her face and made her look 10 years younger. Olivia does my hair and she is amazing as well! Definitely recommend!

I have to say I was really anxious and stressed about highlights. I was concerned about the products, the damage, and results. Fay reassured me the products used were organic and about the color. I had to apply a base color because of my existing highlights, although I thought perhaps it was a bit dark for me, Fay reassured me with the highlights. I communicated I really wanted low maintenance color.I have to say I was pleased with the color and highlights. And I absolutely loved the hair cut. Olivia did the highlights and cut. GG recommends her!I struggled to let go of my existing highlights. They were really nice but I didn’t want to keep damaging my hair to keep up. No regrets after all.These ladies will help you figure it out. Just let them know what you are looking to do, and if you don’t know, ask them for their opinion. That is their expertise.I hope this helps.

Dream hair!!! I have Keratin straitening on my curly coarse hair. It is amazing!!!Elana is so warm and helpful helped! She helped me understand my hair. I had been getting the Japanese straitening and my hair was breaking off.My hair is so much healthier!!!

They pay attention to exactly how I was picturing my hair to look after getting it cut. All around great place to get a haircut!

This is my first time visiting Euphoria Hair studio. I went there to get hair straightening permanently, so they suggested me to get the Brazillian blowout. This is my first time getting Brazilian blowout, so I didnt know much. The lady mentioned that its going to keep my hair straighten for at least 6 months. I was very excited about that. However, after the shower my hair became wavy again, so I went back to them again. At that time they mentioned its supposed to get wavy after shower and told me I am supposed to use blow dryer after shower. I prefer airdry because I didnt want to go through blow-drying hastle after every shower. I am disappointed that they didnt mention this before this treatment and I had to spend so much on something that didnt meet my expectations. Their service were good and gave me a good haircut but I am very disappointed with the treatment. I wish they had told me what should I expect on a daily basis before getting the Brazilian Blowout.

Updated: Feb 2023- Got haircut today and asked for a trim with layers… she took OVER 6 inches off. My hair was long and healthy and just needed a trim- now is just a few inches past my shoulders. I’m really upset but there’s nothing I can do… haircut looks cute but it’s NOT what I told her I wanted.10/2022: Seriously fantastic! I had an amazing experience here. Faye cut my hair & did excellent! She also helped give me some great ideas for high/low lights to help because my hair looks so drab. She uses safe, plant based products that I am not afraid of using. That is the very reason I never did them before, I do not like using chemicals in my hair.Claudia cut & styled my 16 year old daughter’s hair. I took me and my grandmother here so she could get her hair dyed and a perm while I got their shine treatment! My grandma’s hair turned out wonderfully both the colour and perm was just amazing. I had made an appointment at noon for highlight, haircut, and hairstyling; and she was completely prepared, and my hair appointment was underway, as soon as I walked in. No wait time. While I was waiting for my highlights to set in, I was offered a bottle of water and a snack; and I observed Ms. Faye approach her other customers with the same friendly demeanor. She was generous with her knowledge about hair care and really listened to the preferences of her customers at the same time.At the end of my appointment, upon seeing the final product, I could not stop studying my reflection in the mirror and was amazed at how she had transformed my lackluster hair into a truly beautiful and natural look I wanted to flaunt right away. Faye did an amazing job! I have had very long hair for over a decade but was ready for a change. She cut my hair in stages rather than all at once assuring I was comfortable with removing more length and to help ease my anxiety. This place is amazing! The people are friendly and Faye was really helpful with what I had to work with! My designer was Marta, and she was fabulous! She did partial highlights with color to hide the gray and made me look like a million bucks! THANK YOU! My experience at Euphoria Hair Studio was amazing! It was my very first time getting chemical treatment with my hair, but I had no doubts going to this salon. Fariba has very good hands, and I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. Everyone here was so attentive and nice—they asked me multiple times if I was comfortable and whether want s anything to drink. My hair treatment took a long time because I have a lot of hair, but they did not have a problem with my entire process going 1.5 hours past their closing time. They truly want to ensure that you have an incredible experience with incredible results here. They are very professional and worth the money. I will most definitely be back in the future :)

Called last minute on a Saturday and was able to get in thankfully. Nina was my stylist and after listening to me about what I wanted for my hair, she gave her professional opinion on what would look best. I was super happy with the results! My hair felt so much lighter and healthier afterwards. Reasonably priced I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love the wonderful job that Faye did on my cut and highlights here at Euphoria salon!! She listened very carefully to my concerns based on previous bad coloring experiences I have had at other salons and did such a wonderful job on my hair. I had been accustomed to making the drive back to Dallas to go to my old hair salon there, as I had yet to find anyone in this area who did a great job on my hair, but my days of driving to Dallas to get my hair done are over. :) I have found my new salon!

I went in to straighten my hair and get some highlights. They did a perfect job. They worked so hard and it was genuinely amazing. I was scared and thought the chemicals would damage my hair, but they assured me they used natural products. And it’s been weeks and it’s still the same as day one. The stylist, Olivia, was amazing and lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

The ladies that worked here were amazing. While the price may not work for some people, it is understandable they only use the best stuff for there clients and treat them with care and make sure sure that the clients wants are met. Im only 15 but going into the salon i knew what i wanted and the ladies that helped me did a fantastic job. Even though getting extra things can be a little bit more expensive, its not like they overcharge or lie about the costs of things, in fact before you even begin they give you the cost of what you plan on getting and are extremely helpful.The cost was not beatable for such amazing work and the stylist that helped me was very nice to talk to. I hope they read this review and know who i am, because i will definitely be going back !!

Today I went there for haircut and style for a special occasion and she surprised me with an amazing job with the hair. Everyone loved it and I recommend her services to everyone. The stylist did not show up to the salon on time. Not just one time but 2 times. I had the 1st appointment of the day both times. The first time I understood because people can be a little late. The 2nd time I found to be very disrespectful. It turned out being a total waste of my time. The second time I left before the stylist showed up. I was not able to get an estimated time of arrival.Update after salon response. The staff that was at the salon tried to contact the lady I had my appointment with. If she was ill she should have communicated this with the staff. This sounds like a lie to cover up not being on time. If this only happened one time I would have been understanding, but this was the second time thar she was late or did not show up.

They did a great job. I had a pretty shoddy haircut when I came in (sthg I gave myself lol). They fixed it up and I am so happy with the results. I have 2C curls: my hair cut was 60 which I felt was very reasonable (plus tip). God bless.

I have lived in Richmond for 4 years and I get my hair done regularly but had failed to find someone good until I tried Faye. She is wonderful. She advised me on things that could improve the health of my hair and her color jobs have been fantastic. I cant believe it took me this long to find her! I also lo e that this salon uses Aveda. I think these are the best products on the market and love what they do for my hair and skin.I also had a facial with Anila, and it was fantastic. She assessed my skin and determined what needed to be done to me. The treatments felt wonderful and I left feeling moisturized and relaxed. I recommend her facials to everyone!

I had appointment set up for Saturday morning at 10:15 with Faye. I was a first time customer but I read a ton of reviews on this place and was excited for my appointment. I get there at 10:10 and Olivia was there and she says “Faye said she had no appointments today so she’s not coming in.” I told her I had an appointment confirmed and everything. She then says she can do my hair if I want. I told her yes and that I needed highlights and a haircut. I go to her chair and then she gets really frazzled and seems disorganized. I told her how I wanted to do my hair and she said that wouldn’t work. But then she says my hair will cost me around 270$. I then got up, thanked her for her time and left. She seemed relieved. I called Zena salon right down the road and they got me in right away and did an amazing job. Highly recommend going there instead. They won’t forget your appointments and know what there doing.

I accidentally found Faye when walking in on a day Euphoria was closed. She gladly cut mine and my sons hair without hesitation. She is hillarious and does a fantastic job when cutting my hair. Falon is your girl for any type of hair extensions! She moved up my tape in hair extensions and did a fabulous job. She made them blend in and lay flat - so nicely. I’m in love with the results. Yesterday was my first visit at Euphoria and Falon was amazing! She cut at least more than 8 inches off and made my hair look FANTASTIC! She has a charming personality and she knows how to make her fellow women walk out of the salon feeling like a million dollars.

Initially she was pleasantly nice that she would fit us in and I understand she was busy and stayed open for extra time. But NEVER again will I step foot in your salon!! Drove over 25 mins to get my daughter’s haircut (with a messed up curl, that the hairdresser said that she styled)!! I have never been so disappointed. Was never offered a receipt and my daughter paid $60 for a really bad cut and style!!!

I am extremely disappointed in this new salon and I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. Heres what happened to me: I had found a stylist I loved, who worked at a different salon at the time, and I wanted to stick with her. When I found out she was working here now I was thrilled as it was still close to home and seemed like a nice place. I made an appointment about 6 weeks ahead of time as I knew I would be off work that day. It was for 10am so I would be the first appointment of the day. I got there around 9:55am and it was locked which I figured was fine as I was running a few minutes early (I didnt want to be late). The receptionist got there just a few minutes after me and was very nice and let me in. Then, right away, I could tell she was stressed and kept saying she didnt know why the stylists werent there yet and she was trying to call them and no one answered their phones. About 10:05 she apologized and let me know she would need to have me reschedule; I said I would call back as in my head I knew my experience was ruined and I would not be coming back. Well they called me a couple of hours later (I couldnt answer so they left me a voicemail) to let me know they really apologize and the owner would be coming in to the salon to give me a haircut for free to make it up to me. I thought that was really nice they were trying to amend the situation and take care of me - she even said on the message to just call or come whenever was convenient for me. So I thought perhaps all would be well and I had still found my new salon if they could fix what they messed up that morning. By the time I called back it was about 2pm so I let them know I would be there in 30 minutes. Then they killed their second chance by telling me they had another client on her way so they couldnt take me anytime soon and would 3:30 or 4pm work for me...really? Obviously this place is unorganized and customer service is low on their priority list. Maybe they have some kinks to work out as a new business but like I said I am pretty upset as I was really looking forward to going here and getting a great haircut (truthfully I really just needed a trim!), but they ruined my day and I will not be giving them a 3rd chance.

As a guy it is always intersting to go to a salon, but Faye always makes me feel so welcomed and as if I am not out of place. The best part aside from the awesome haircut, is the amazing massage during the shampoo. The environment is very relaxing and it is always a great experience there. Faye is the best stylist I have had.

Best place to go for a haircut especially if you have thick curly hair. Everyone there was nice and welcoming. I had an issue with online a scheduling the day before and they happily helped me though phone calls and when I went there the next day they were on the phone with the IT guy fixing the issue.

Odd experience lol. I call to make an appointment for an up do. I showed up and a young lady started working on me while the owner? older lady was there. The young lady kept talking as I know realized she was probably nervous. Was not liking how my up do was looking the young lady asked for help and the other lady didn’t do much to assist. Long story short when I was checking out the older lady stated that she has never done a hair up do before that normally she just does color? Lol as that why she did not assist. OK? I see pictures of up dos on google that’s why I booked appointment. Again odd experience lol not for $65 plus tip.

Took a leap of faith based on the reviews from other customers and made an appointment with Faye to touch up my highlights and give me a little trim. After meeting with her, I felt confident enough to allow her to do a pretty significant overhaul on my color....and WOW! Im so happy with the results. Thank you, Faye!!

Niloc is amazing!!! ‘Am new to the neighborhood, it’s always hard to find a good hair stylist, but my heart brought me to this Hair Salon. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The ladies at the front desk always greet people as soon as they walk in the door. Niloc has a great ear for listening what I really want done with my hair. She has a unique & creative eye to make it happen. Having a great relationship with the client is what I was looking for. Loved my great color, highlights & cut. OMG, FALON IS AMAZING!!! She knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain anything. She took control and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. I have already given her name out. Within a few hours after getting my hair done a lady at the grocery store was asking how I got that color, Falon at Euphoria. I highly recommend her for all your hair needs and wants. I have never had a dry haircut before, hands down the best haircut I have ever had. And that scalp massage, let me just tell you; she almost had me in a coma. I had a very bad experience at this salon, the hair stylist which is also the owner of the salon when I went to have a partial highlight to my hair, she turned my hair to a very bad orange and for her to fix it, she turned my hair too dark and I still have orange in my hair as well, then she said I don’t know how to fix it, and she refused to return the money I paid back so I can go to another hair salon to fix what she had destroyed as she did not not know how to fix it. She treated me very rude and in a very impolite way, she also shouted in my face and said that she will never give my money back. This place should not hold Aveda name at all with all the unprofessional way they have and they do not have the enough skills and training to work with Aveda products for hair coloring and highlights at all. It’s the worst hair salon. Zero rate for hair coloring /highlights, and very unprofessional staff. I wish there is a zero rating to give to them for bad and poor service.

Loved it! Last minute call today and they worked me in. Great job on my color. I booked for touch-up plus trim, but they did all over to make sure it blended smoothly. I came to Euphoria for the first time and showed a picture of what I wanted. The stylist looked at the picture and said it was balayage. Since it was a long process for me to dye all my hair blonde, they brought me wine and water. It was a great experience. She did a fantastic job! I get so many complements on it. I will definitely be going back.

I booked with Falon twice. Once for a trim and second for an extended ponytail. Both times she has been pleasant, friendly, and educated me on service she’s providing. I absolutely love my ponytail. It’s lightweight, full, and gentle on my edges 😉.

Awful quality for the price of high quality cut, never been so overcharged for something so bad! The stylist was nice but something is off with the bangs and the length of the layers, really wanted a short cut but felt like the stylist didn’t know what they are doing so didn’t want to risk it so pretty much $60 for a poor trim! The cut is sad, the weird oil and the blow drying made it even sadder ! I should have known better though, as soon as I entered the salon, the owner asked someone to do my hair and that person just looked at the owner like they were asked to donate a kidney, anyhow the owner was really nice, tried to immediately lighten up the super awkward situation and asked someone else to do it! Anyhow, never going back!

I went in to get a haircut and told the lady I wanted to keep my hair long with layers. She cuts my hair to medium length then only adds a front layer. I cannot believe a spent $40 for a trim without shampoo, conditioner , or any styling. The management needs to reevaluate their price point and the quality of their service. Very disappointing will not be coming again.

I went to get a facial at this place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facial esthetician is also good with the resources and space she had. I did, however, think this place was not geared towards providing facials. The facial room had me lay on a small massage chair, it appeared to be a small office like space, turned into a facial room, with stuff piled up on the side. I was not given any eye cover and as a result, products went into my eye. I was also not provided with extractions. A big thing that I noticed was that this was the first facial in which my neck was not included. I found that strange. But, if you would like a simple and basic facial to freshen you up with no significant expectations, then try this place!

Ive never had my hair washed at a salon, and wow did these women make me feel so beautiful. They gave me the best hair cut of my life!! I cant wait to go back!

My son and I both use Nina for our haircuts. She does a great job and we are never disappointed. Why would you risk a bad haircut at one of the “chain” haircut places when you can get a reliable good looking cut every time?

When I went in for my third haircut here my desired pixie faux hawk looked more like a ww2 brush cut. Came back the next day after washing and attempting to style my hair for a refund and got yelled at, yes yelled at while she was working on another client. She said the cut was all my fault and I wanted it like that. Tried to tell her Id wait to discuss when she was finished with the client but started ranting. The client looked freaked out and I left no refund. Never going back.

I just get my hair done today and they really took a great care of my hair while adding extensions and then curling my hair on later on, it looked so pretty at the end. Thank you for everything!!

Nina is fabulous! She does excellent color and precision cuts. I had someone stop me in the airport to ask me who cuts my hair! I trust no one else to do my hair styling.
