Massage Envy

I was very well received, they asked several questions regarding pressure preferences, asked if there was specific places to focus and I said legs and pointed waist down, preferably with higher pressure and said I did not like pressure in my shoulders. I got a very long time of head rub with gloves that tangled on my hair and a massage up to my knees only. So I am not sure why they even bothered to ask what I was looking for. Very disappointed. And sadly enough my husband had gone in just before I did and said he was going to warn me that the massage was bad. I wish he did. Definitely not going back and don’t recommend!

My 1st massage with Anthony was amazing! Followed by my 1st time stretch.... Unbelievable, how my body felt. Seriously, I came in bent over and in pain all over. I went out feeling 30 yrs younger and standing tall. Needless to say, I had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on going back.

I tried Woodlawn ME for the first time to help ease a pinched nerve. Zimori kindly greeted me at the front desk and got me quickly checked in. My massage was with Kasmer, who was amazing! I left feeling much better.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment and frustration with the service I have received. — -1000 starts if is possible, My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of abysmal!To put it bluntly, my interactions with this massage envy location have been a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was bombarded with aggressive sales tactics and pressured to sign up for a membership under false pretenses. The level of dishonesty and deception I encountered during this process was truly appalling and has left me feeling both cheated and exploited.In addition to the unethical practices I experienced during the membership sign-up process, the lack of customer service at this location is simply unacceptable. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the manager over the past week ( several emails & phone calls), I have received no response whatsoever. The utter disregard for customer inquiries and concerns is astonishing and speaks volumes about the level of professionalism (or lack thereof) at this establishment.It is evident to me that massage envy prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the complete lack of follow-up, accountability, and basic courtesy extended to patrons like myself. The blatant disregard for customer care is not only disappointing but also highly concerning, as it reflects a systemic issue that needs to be addressed immediately.I feel it is my duty to warn others about the abysmal experience I have had at this location. So people stay away! They will take your money and after that they never going to be available and never going to answer your emails or phone calls.Good afternoon, Ms. Smothers,Review #2 (Follow-up)I find your response difficult to understand, given that you claim to have no record of my information. I have been a member for a long time, visit monthly, and have been calling almost every day, leaving my information each time. This demonstrates a significant lack of organization and professionalism in your management.For potential future customers, particularly military families, I want to provide an update. Due to Ms. Smothers claim of having no record of my information, and my frustration with the lack of response to my calls and emails, I decided to visit the location in person. Unfortunately, Ms. Smothers was not present. I asked the receptionist to contact her, and while they did so kindly and respectfully, I could hear Ms. Smothers yelling at her for no reason, from the other side of the counter. This incident highlights the poor management and unprofessional behavior at this business. Despite being on-site, Ms. Smothers did not have the courtesy to address me directly or apologize, continuing the avoidance I have experienced for the past three weeks.I left my information and copies of all the emails I have sent at the reception desk. There should now be no excuse for not knowing who I am. I hope the owners read this review and recognize the need for more careful consideration when assigning managerial roles.To others, this has been the worst experience I have ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this business and seeking services elsewhere.

I prepaid for my little sister to have a prenatal massage because she is 7 months pregnant. She had a great time and they were extremely pleasant. 😃😃

Booked two sessions over the phone for my wife and I, and when I arrived for the appointment they were completely confused and told me their system cancelled them. While they did offer (only one) free voucher, definitely was a deflating experience and I won’t be going back

Today was my first visit to Massage Envy since 2016. The customer service was terrific, and my masseuse, Orlando, was great!! He listened to me list all my problem areas, and all I can say is that my back feels 85% better. Thank you guys again; Orlando is the top tier.

Bobbi is an awesome massage therapist! She listened to my concerns, and really focused on the areas that I mentioned. She even incorporate a few stretches during the massage to really make sure I was getting the best treatment. I left feeling so much better! The front desk staff were also very kind as well!

The front desk was so inviting when I arrived & George was very kind and accommodating, knowing I had a bad taste in my mouth for massages after a poor experience on a cruise. He checked in with me frequently and made sure that I was comfortable. I’ll be back 😂❤️

I had my massage today from LaMark and let me tell you I literally felt like a new person after my 90min session. He worked my shoulders and my ankles with just enough pressure. He was very welcoming and always made sure I was comfortable. He is my new go to from now on!! 😊The staff there is very sweet and understanding when I was running a little late. This location is kinda in a busy area but it’s worth it. I was so happy with my appointment I signed up for a year membership. Can’t wait til my next one! Thanks so much!

Kaysie was wonderful! So knowledgable and experienced. Absolutely amazing service!! The best chemical peel service I’ve ever received :) Annette at the front desk was also very friendly and talked me through the membership services all the way! Love this branch!

Let me just start by saying that I booked a massage for someone as a Christmas gift and it has been nothing but poor customer service since I began the process. This location in particular has been terrible. First I never got an email confirmation, second I call then told they don’t send email confirmations but they will send me a text confirmation(which I never got), third I check the website today to make sure everything is ok and I see that there is no longer an appointment so I call and I am told by a very rude woman on the phone “oh your appointment has been cancelled” no explanation or apology just it’s canceled and then I ask why she says oh idk I think the person isn’t going to be in that day. Then she looks again and says ohhhhhh it’s not canceled they just changed the name on the massage and didn’t notify you. I tell her this has been bad customer service she says nothing then says ok thanks bye and hangs up on me.

Masseuse massaged my feet first then immediately went to my FACE. Are you serious? She seemed to hate her job and has extremely long fingernails she dug into my skin. I was so stressed out and disgusted. Front desk is rude if you don’t fall for their sales membership trap. Waste of time and money. Left pretty disturbed.

My favorite massage envy in the area. The staff is great. I had a decent massage but wasn’t exactly what I wanted and the manager took the time to make recommendations for a better experience in the future. Highly recommend!

I think its just this location but have not been thrilled with massages nor general experience in location. Im canceling my membership bc Id rather pay more for a better quality massage and experience. I showed up 10 minutes early and the front desk girl did not check me in properly even though she said she did, my appointment was at 4, therapist didnt get me from waiting area until 415, massage didnt start until 420pm, then when she finished and I got up, it was only 526 and I had scheduled a 90min massage. Then when I went to check out, the front desk tried to charge me even though I had credits to use.

I visited yesterday for my massage and it was the first time having Chris work with me. He was fantastic! The pressure applied was wonderful but even better than that, he was so knowledgeable about what I could do at home and in my car to alleviate pain. He went into great detail of what he was doing and what muscle groups are affected and why. I immediately booked another appointment with him for next month. My sister came with me and worked with Tamara. She has anxiety issues and Tamara was so patient and kind and worked so well with my sister, that she also booked another appointment immediately after her session. We so much appreciated them both in taking the time and effort to alleviate our pain and not rush. Would highly recommend them both!

Today I had my facial with Kaysie she was absolutely AMAZING! She thoroughly explained my skin type and educated me on products that I should try to help work on my skin. My skin felt so smooth and was glowing after she finished my facial. I have already booked my next appointment with her and cant wait to return!!!!I look forward to my monthly appointments at Massage Envy. Self Care is so essential ❤️

Ryan was great! He really was gem! It was my first time ever getting a professional massage and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I signed up for a membership AND scheduled ahead the next two months! The whole vibe was awesome , this location definitely has won me over

First, Id like to thank the front desk staff for hearing me and putting me with a therapist that was able to meet my massage therapy needs. George is an excellent therapist! He reviewed my history and let me know the techniques he would be using. He applied the deep tissue that I needed and did well to cover my problem areas. He also gave me stretching techniques to do in between sessions. I highly recommend George!

There was no attempt by the massage therapist to build rapport at all, which felt really awkward considering this person would be massaging me for the next 90 minutes. I got the feeling I was just cutting into their Saturday evening.Worst of all, none of the areas where I mentioned I had tightness were focused on.After paying $140, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived.

It was my first ever massage experience and I will definitely be back! Kelsey took her time to go through the process with me and what to expect, what to consent, and even went over the membership and what services they offer. Being that it was my first time, I decided to pass on a membership for now but I am seriously considering it! Herbert did a great job focusing on my trouble areas and had recommendations on what to do in the future to ensure an even more relaxing experience as well. I felt really great afterwards and it was an amazing first experience. The rest of the staff seemed very helpful as well!

Had a fantastic 90 min massage with Herbert who provides firm pressure. I left feeling relaxed and also like my body and muscles got the attention they needed to relieve stress. I left pre-booking an appointment with him for next month - it was that good.

Lamark was awesome!!! He stuck to the pressure i requested the entire time and was able to pinpoint every area that was paining me. He has hands of gold, after a massage with him you’ll feel relaxed, stress free, and pain free. He is my favorite therapist!

10+ for Matthew - He is always positive, polite, friendly, checks in with me throughout the session (pressure, intensity, feeling,etc), listens to my feedback as well as to how my muscles respond to the work he is doing AND willing to adjust the pressure or pace of the massage to ensure my sessions are FANTASTIC!! 🔟 💪 ‼️ Highly recommend at the risk that his appointments will fill up .10 for Kelsey who did my 30 stretch session. This was my 1st appointment with her and I was her first stretch appointment. She did a great job giving directions as to where to look/focus/turn head to assist in obtaining maximum strength. She also let me know what she was going move before moving it. I have already schedule with her to do my stretches before my massage appointment.I feel blessed to have these people on my health team.

Booked a session because my husband got me a gift card for Valentine’s Day. Kelsey was awesome! I felt great afterwards. The front staff was awesome too….brought me a chilled glass of water while I waited for my session to begin.

Julienne was my massage therapist. The massage was excellent! She was proactive to ask helpful questions to make sure it was the experience i wanted. She focused on areas I informed her about. Also, i am one that just wants to relax during a massage, not socialize. Appreciated her following my lead in that and not talking unless seeking understanding of what i needed. Would definitely recommend Julienne.

Ryan is a GREAT masseuse. I had a little apprehension about getting this massage. He was very professional and had good communication skills. He asked several times if I felt comfortable. He also had great knowledge about my back pain and could explain what he was doing and how it would help. I feel so much better. I’ll definitely be booking him again.

By far one of the best massages Ive ever had. Matthew came highly recommended. Took a min to get an appointment, but well worth the wait! Pam and Matt are both excellent, and Im picky, so only post when worth it!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for over 5 years, and have always had great experiences at both the Short Pump and Willow Lawn locations! I’ve been seeing Matthew for several months now and he’s been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, listens, and was able to fix my back the other day when I didn’t even think my issue could be fixed with massage!

Had a 90 minute session with Travis yesterday and it was amazing! I was gifted a massage for my birthday and it was the best experience. Travis took his time to work on my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He was very professional and made me feel like I was floating away on the table. Definitely 10/10

Go see George if you’ve looking for someone with a heavier hand! I loved it! I have very tight shoulders and he was able to pinpoint and release all of that tension! He also had such wonderful communication throughout the massage. I felt very comfortable and was able to fully relax. I will definitely be coming back! 😄

The communication at this place is terrible. My boyfriend booked a mother day massage as a gift I was told I can use it whenever I like spoke to someone named Lydia. When I finally decide to get my massage no one communicated that the massage gifted to me expired and pretty much charged me again for a massage and this massage was more than the original price. When I called the receptionist pretty much admitted she was new and didn’t know how she could help me. The Manager stated she couldn’t help because I was not a “member” the lack of communication shows poor customer service. I won’t book here again.

Orlando has just the right pressure. I felt so much better after my 90 minute. It was so relaxing and therapeutic that I dozed off a few times. Each time, Orlando checked on me to make sure I was ok and that the pressure was good for me. I could not ask for a better therapist. He is definitely my next massage therapist in the future!!!

Kasey was very thorough. Everything she was doing, she told me step by step. She would ask me several times if the treatment was sensitive to my skin, to make sure I didnt have an allergic reaction.Very friendly. I would strongly recommend her to my girlfriends.

Herbert is my favorite therapist. I receive a massage from him every month. I strength train several times a week. With my monthly massages from Herbert I can perform in the gym with confidence, and with optimal power and strength. He’s kind and professional. There’s a new massage tool they use to loosen muscles. At first I wasn’t sure how it would benefit me but he did a little demonstration on me while I was checking out at the front desk and I am definitely going to add the service to my 90 minute massage. Herbert at willow lawn office is the best! Thank you Herbert!

I booked a 90 min massage for Valentine’s Day two to three weeks in advance and a representative contacted me the DAY BEFORE my scheduled appointment to advise that they overlapped my appointment with another and would have to shorten my appointment to 60 mins. Completely unacceptable! I know that mistakes happen, but this mistake should’ve been caught earlier so I could have been given additional options besides shortening my desired massage time because of someone else’s mistake. This location also doesn’t offer the introductory pricing and do NOT have that listed on their website. And to make matters worse, I’m unable to book with another company because everyone is booked for Valentine’s Day now. Completely wasted my time!

I am a new member but so far I did not experience good customer service. They say that credits can be transferred but with a charge. Nobody mentioned the charges before so I felt they were less transparent and deceitful.

Always a great experience at this location with the front staff, management and therapists! Orlando, Chris and Ryan I have gone to and they are all very in tune with their work and really care that you get an excellent experience. Heather was amazing but I believe she is no longer there :( 10/10 would absolutely recommend any of these three here! Thanks for always being great, friendly and professional!! :)

I was seen by Herbert on my last visit and, at the risk of making further bookings with him more difficult, he was one of the most skilled therapist that I have worked with. Great flow, technique, pressure, and communication. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your massage needs.

I have always enjoyed my experience at Massage Envy at Willow Lawn. Everyone is professional and the establishment is clean. They take every precaution to ensure everyone has a relaxing and safe environment to go to. Annette (aesthetician) always has a smile and my massages with Ryan and Hunter have been amazing (I prefer deep tissue, but they do all levels). I’ve had a great overall experience there for years.

Alexander at the Massage Envy @ Willow Lawn location is a wonderful masseuse. He listens to what you need before and during your session, makes suggestions, is always professional, and has an overall great personality. Every appointment that I had with Alexander, I always leave relaxed. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with him!

Matthew is hands down the BEST therapist at Massage Envy. I have been a member for quite some time, and honestly he is truly the best. Extremely attentive to ensuring your massage is targeted to your needs. Simply great!!

Christopher was the best! I usually go to the same massage therapist but I had to reschedule due to a change in my schedule and he was extremely accommodating. He offered me a breast pillow which I didn’t know was available and it makes a huge difference (especially for well endowed ladies)! His pressure and technique were on point! He also gave me pointers that I use in my day to day e. I cannot wait for my next session!

I love going to Massage Envy at Willow Lawn! The front desk staff is friendly, the facility clean and inviting. Ava did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. If you are looking for some self-care, I definitely recommend them.

What a wonderful experience! As a first timer, I really didnt no what to expect. Everyone was friendly, eager to assist and made sure I was comfortable. The place was pretty large. As you walked through to your personal room, there were many doors that you pass by. The atmosphere was serene, with calming music playing wherever you went. Leighanne was my therapist. I was there for a 1st time bacial(back facial) and I must say she was very knowledgeable of skincare, very communicative on what she was doing and going to do. I was so relaxed and felt like I was in good hands during my treatment. I was pleasantly surprised but, disappointed that I had not treated myself to such a relaxing experience before. Well, I will be visiting Massage Envy again in 2 more weeks. I deserve to be pampered....you do too!

My husband and I have enjoyed getting our couples massages for the past seven years. The facility is very clean and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful.Tamara has been with me from the very beginning and I thoroughly enjoy her awesome, awesome, awesome massages! She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She has magic hands LOL I always float out the door when I leave Massage Envy 😁

George is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. He is professional, positive, and his technique makes my whole body feel better. He works tension out of places I had no idea it existed in! He is also a great communicator. Please go see him if you want a great massage :)

Lamark was great and very professional ! I prefer light pressure and he did a wonderful job with my request. I had been so stressed lately, but, after my massage I was very relaxed. Lamark was able to relieve the tension in my neck and back. Awesome experience!

I went to Massage Envy at Willow lawn for a 60 min session. My massage therapist, Orlando, did a great job! My experience was very relaxing, he was super professional, and made sure I was comfortable through the whole session.

Herbert is an excellent masseuse. His level of professionalism and skill are excellent! He was running late (literally like 2 minutes) and he thought it courteous to let me know. And I was a returning customer, but he treated me as if it were my first time. It was ahhhmazing!

Chris, my massage therapist is absolutely phenomenal. He takes care of any kind of injuries that I may have and targets the areas. He’s very easy to talk to you and very easy to work with. He’s very professional and I would highly recommend him to anybody. A+ when it comes to deep tissue.

Ive been going here for the pass 4/5months ! Ive had no bad experience all have been amazing. I have my top two which would be Orlando and Ryan GOD both treat my body with much care and professionalism. I book Orlando with much relaxation and bliss & when I get that I go to Ryan and he definitely knows how to get all the tight knots out ! Both are truly my only go too here ! Every since the membership my body truly has lifted a huge change and I feel overly amazing ! Thank you so much to Orlando and Ryan for such an amazing experience !

Julienne did an amazing job focusing in on my problem areas. She listened to me explain the issues I’ve been having and really took her time to work out the tense/painful muscles. I plan on scheduling with her from now on. I HIGHLY recommend her! My back feels so great now!

Chris is my favorite! If you’re in need of a great healing massage and fun facts Chris is your guy! If you go to any other Massage Envy outside of VA you’re going to want to request that he be flown in because he’s just that great LOL!The front staff is amazing everyone is kind and a joy! Will H at the Willow Lawn location was excellent. This was the second time and I left feeling like a new person. I was so impressed I brought my husband along as a Valentine’s gift. He loved it and signed up for monthly visits. When your body feels good, all is right with the world!!!

Kasmer is a wonderful therapist! I went in with a horrible migraine and she knew just how to help! I walked out feeling so much better and within an hour after my massage my migraine was completely gone! She’s fantastic!

From start to finish my experience at Massage Envy was Amazing! Front Desk (Lydia) was the perfect amount of fun and informative!! My therapist Kasmer was informative...attentive and really listened to what I had to say. I left feeling more relaxed and calm! Will be going back!

Will has been my massage therapist for a year and a half... He always gives suggestions on how to ease my back pain at home with aerobic and anaerobic activity. The care and tenderness he applies to my pressure points always gets the kinks out and makes me like a new person when I leave. Will’s hands are like magic, working all the tightness and knots out easy as pie.I’d also like to acknowledge Zander, the front desk consultant. He was simply amazing. The consultant that was checking me out was impatient and unnecessarily rude as to why my card was no longer on file. However, he stepped right in, easing not only the tension in the air but explained the process efficiently and with a sense of kindness that was impeccable. I wanted to leave him a tip as well, simply for his show of love and humanity. His smile ended my departure from the facility amazingly.

Xander is an excellent massage therapist who is consistently developing his skills! I highly recommend him for all clients, whether you are new to massage or have been going for years.

My massage by Kashmere was fantastic. Not only does she work out all of my knots but she also provides information on how to better take care of my body. Kashmere always encourages stretching and how to find the best stretches to combat the aches and pains from working at a desk all week. I really appreciate the extra care and encouragement she provides.

Xander is AMAZING. I have had him as my massage therapist for over six months, and now I never go to anyone else. Every single message he gives is customized to my needs that day. He is dedicated, caring, and personable. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

I had a great experience so much so that I signed up for membership! I had Orlando- he focused on the areas I preferred and did such an amazing job. After telehealth all day in which I’m on a computer my neck, back, and shoulders are on fire. Going on a Friday, the end of my work week, was much needed! Orlando hit the spots Just right! Also, all the up front staff were friendly and professional! The manager, Annette ensured she checked in on my experience afterwards as I had never been before. Positive energy!

Orlando is amazing! This is the 2nd time I have had him and he is able to get my fibromyalgia under control. He is super skilled and thorough. My only wish is that I could see him more than once a month. I have already scheduled my next appointment with him.

All my interactions with the staff at Massage Envy Willow Lawn were friendly as well as professional. Matthew is a fantastic therapist. Highly knowledgeable and intuitive about the human body. He uses minimal but effective verbal communication during the massage while also being keenly aware of nonverbal cues that tell him what each part of your body needs from the session. I personally want/need very deep pressure in certain areas and have often struggled to find a massage therapist that effectively hits that mark. Matthew has the skills for intense work precisely where it is needed and also just a great overall sense of touch. My body felt 1000% amazing afterwards. Will be back (obviously).

I have had great experiences here. Cashmere is the therapist I usually see - because she is amazing!! She has a wonderful calming presence and really listens to whats going on with my pain. She is able to trace that to the root of the problem - and then addresses that. She has really helped me to get a handle on my chronic pain. She is also very professional and kind. Im grateful to have found her.

Tenea Tenea Tenea! She got me right! Woke up with a lot of tightness in my lower back and hip area. Tried stretching… didn’t do much. Was hopeful about grabbing an immediate session as I was going out of town. Got an appointment in the next hr. Got the 30min stretch session & the gun. I left relived! I am comping back for a full he. She was knowledgeable and intuitive as I could feel when she would identify problem areas without me having to say anything.

The staff asked all the right questions. They educated me on what to expect. The environment was very clean and relaxing.Chris ,my masseuse, asked what areas I would like him to focus on i.e. neck, shoulders, or back.There was a education session for questions both before and after the massage. This included how to stretch out tight muscles.Great experience! I will be back!

I’ve recently had two visits with Alexander “Xander” and he is absolutely amazing!! I am a busy bee always on the go and i was due for a total body stretch! My flexibility has truly changed since those two appointments. The rapid tension relief is life as well! i feel less stiff and stressed. Definitely will be coming back!!

My membership at Massage Envy has been a game changer. I feel so much better after each visit. Matthew is outstanding at what he does. He is great at hitting all my trouble spots, but he usually identifies a few I didn’t realize until he took care of them. Well worth the investment!

Cathy was extremely knowledgeable and I absolutely loved her personality. I was amazed how great my skin looked after my microderm infusion treatment and this was my first session. Cathy and I worked together to put together a scheduled skincare plan at home as well as with her. I am looking forward to seeing her for my next appt in a few weeks.

Herbert was very excellent! This was the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in a very long time. He worked on everything that was giving me problems and listened to what my needs were. Will definitely go back to him

My experience with this massage therapist was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. I have been a customer of Massage Envy for several years. This was my first time visiting the Willow Lawn location. My massage did not begin until 20 minutes after my appointment time even though I arrived at least 5 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I only received 40 minutes of the hands on massage experience and it should be 50 minutes. She you rough when position my arms and legs and the massage was not congruent at all. She would kneed one side and stroke the other. She would yank on the sheets as if she was making a bed not as she was just sliding them over for privacy.I was called earlier in the day asked if I could come in 30 minutes earlier which I could not due to my work schedule. It seems as if this could have been the reason for my horrible experience. She also coughed and cleared her throat the entire time. I am praying that she did not come into work sick and possibly infect her clients. I know people have good days and bad days but she needs to learn how to better conceal when she is not 100% because it should never effect the clients experience.

Ryan was my therapist. I walked out feeling new and energized! He even gave me a few tips on my Sciatica! I felt so at ease I think I may have snored a bit! I thoroughly enjoyed his massage and will be back! Thanks Ryan

I drive across town to go to this specific Massage Envy, specially for Travis as my therapist. I hate to recommend him because I don’t want all his appointments booked when I need one! Absolutely the best at deep tissue. Some folks just massage your skin, not this one.. amazing! Highly recommend, it was trial and error until I found someone who actually focuses on my problem areas, and listens to my requests. Books up quickly, but worth the wait!

Matt was a great therapist. He was very professional, and focused on the job. He even gave me some great stretching tips for my injured neck! I feel reset and Pain free.

I have been a member for approximately 10 years. Hands down, Herbert gives the best massage! He takes the time to listen to you and what areas need work but he seems to just know what areas need it! I actually don’t want to recommend him because I am afraid I won’t get an appointment:)

I had a very pleasant first visit. I had a gift card and chose to use it on the 1 hour massage, and it was delightful. My masseuse was very careful of my arthritic limbs. She didnt make me feel like I had to carry on a conversation, so I was able to just relax and enjoy. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didnt get the hard sell on joining the spa when all was done. They just explained their program, gave me a brochure and that was pretty much it. So this was my experience at Massage Envy. I recommend going. You will be glad you did.

This was my first appointment for my skin Cathy was absolutely amazing prior to this I had literally just been washing my face with Cetaphil and she was able to get me set up with a skin routine that was doable for my lifestyle. Her professionalism was incredible she asked me lots of questions and talked to me about all different options for my skin. If I could give her six stars I would but alas I cannot. If you’re looking for someone to go to I recommend Cathy.

George is amazing. He did deep tissue work to loosen tight muscles that were causing mobility issues. We have also incorporated a 30 min stretch pre massage that really feels great to loosen them. I highly recommend his work.

I had Chris as my therapist this time. He was fantastic. Pressure was perfect for me AND he was able to diagnose some habits I have that are contributing to my areas of tension. He taught me some stretches to help. Very knowledgeable, but not forceful or overbearing in his info either.

I could wait for my 90 minute massage was over.Truly a waste of time & money . First time booking myself a massage, and read the reviews and thought this would be a good location. Maybe it is, but I never got to go. My appointment was scheduled for the first appointment of the day on a Sunday last week. I was sick all night with the stomach bug, so instead of taking my bug and spreading it throughout the business, I thought it was considerate of me to cancel. Unfortunately, because it was the first appointment of the day, all I could do was call and leave a message for them to listen to when the staff got there. I got an email confirming cancellation 3 hours after my appointment time, and I have yet to receive a call about rescheduling my appointment. BUT they already charged me my late fee. Of course they’re going to get their money and not care about the client. I will only give Massage Envy once more chance, and I’m going to make sure it’s the next time I’m contagious. Maybe if everyone calls out sick they’ll understand why they shouldn’t penalize someone for trying to keep people healthy. First time customer and last time customer.

Horrible experience! The therapist was late and didnt offer an apology but finished early.I asked for medium to deep pressure but got whatever. When I complained about the pressure she said maam I am just waking up your tissues and I never received the desired pressure requested. Her skill set and mannerism was awful. She was disconnected and impersonal. I asked for concentration on my lower back and left hip but left there with the same stiffness that brought me there in the first place. She really just poured a lot of oil over my body that I had to end up wiping off before I could even get dressed. Not a word from management although several messages were left. Thats no way to treat your customers. So very unprofessional and disappointing.

Had a 90-minute massage yesterday and Kasmer worked out all of my tension spots. There were spots I didn’t know that needed that extra attention. I was also very stiff in my glutes due to sitting all day for work and this morning when I woke up, no stiffness. Thank You Kasmer!!!!! Awesome session!!!!

I travel frequently and this is one of the nicer Massage Envy facilities I have been to. It is always very clean and smells amazing in here. I had a massage from Pamela last night and left feeling so refreshed, she did such an amazing job working out the soreness in my back and shoulders. Cant wait to visit this location again!

I’ve been going to this Massage Envy location for 2 years. I’ve done a number of services here, massage, stretch, and facial. I’ve had wonderful interactions with the staff, Kathy (aesthetician), Matthew (masseuse) and Herbert (masseuse). They’ve been very professional and helpful. I’m so happy to be a member of massage envy and have a nice location that I look forward to going to as often as possible.

I’ve been having massages for 40 years and Herbert is the best! He custom tailors deep tissue and lighter touches based on my needs. Extraordinary!

Between short pump and Willow Lawn locations, there are a couple really good therapists who listen to you and work really well. At the willow lawn location I like to schedule with Ryan. At short pump, big mike was my go to guy but since he has left I have started seeing Tremont who is also wonderful. Book with these two and you’ll have good conversations and feel relaxed.

I usually just get massages at this location but got a PCA peel there yesterday by Kaysie. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional, leaving me feeling safe and well cared for. I can already tell Im going to have great results. Thanks so much, Kaysie!

I have been a member for quite a while now and recently moved so I will be trying a new location next week. I usually saw Meghan who was great but the other ladies I saw were great as well. If I tried to call to reschedule because of my work schedule they were very flexible. I even was able to come in for same day appointments if I was flexible with who I saw and was never disappointed. If I had to leave a voicemail they always called back. The front desk is always very friendly and some of them knew who I was when I came in.

A Friend booked a one hour massage for me as a birthday gift. I just got back from my appointment. I have to say, not only was I unimpressed, I am angry that my friend payed $40 for this dismal experience. On my form, I requested a deep massage with special attention to my neck and shoulders. I have herniated discs in my neck and really wanted special attention paid to my neck and shoulders. When the massage therapist came in, she told me she did not have training in deep massage technique and would have to go find someone else. The young woman that was sent in her place was very pleasant. Too bad she never got to the areas I had specifically requested attention for. My neck is still stiff and my shoulders are still tight. The massage she gave my back has left me in pain. Then, after the massage was over, she didnt even have a towel for me to wipe off the massage oil with. She had to go get one. Overall, I think my friend wasted her $40. Ill never go to Massage Envy again. They should give my friend her money back.

Miss Scarlett is very professional and accommodating to your personal needs. I always feel better after a massage with her. I have been VERY pleased with the Willow Lawn location in every way.

If youre looking for massage and physical therapy in one, then Zander is who you want! Im 10mos post op from an extensive back surgery where I was told not to do anything but walk my first 5mos and my muscles had frozen. My first visit with him was fantastic, he focused on certain areas and spent a lot of time on each one until he saw/felt some break through. Im a work in progress, so I signed up for the membership. Zander is extremely educated in his field and I immediately trusted him to do what he needed to do to help me. Thanks, Zander!!

I wish I could remember the names of both men that helped me.. I started off with 30 minutes of Stretching.. I do stretch 2 times a day, every day but this was amazing! Deep stretches.. he didnt push past my limits and if I didnt think it was enough, he listened to what I NEEDED.I then had a 60 minute Deep Tissue. Before the hour was up, I was fast asleep. I was more tense then I even realized. Again, he listened to what I was having issues with and went to work to loosen up the severely tight muscles.When the massage was done, he told me to meet him outside the room.. about 15 minutes later, he came back, knocked on the door... I had fallen back to sleep.. a deep sleep.To say I was comfortable and truly relaxed is an understatement!! I dont have a membership but do go as often as I can. Im a true and faithful fan of Massage Envy.

Great first experience with the deep tissue massage. I have a lot of tension in my neck, to the point that I can barely look over my shoulder. Zander was able to release the tension by relaxing the muscles in my neck, down my shoulders, back, arms and hands. Its like he pulled it straight from my head and released it through my hands. He said I may feel a little sore day 2 but I dont, this is a great massage for people with muscle stiffness, tightness or tension from stress. They have Great Hands at ME @ WillowLawn next time I am getting a stretch before my massage!!

Herbert is an angel sent from heaven and a maser at what he does. I’ve been doing tree work for almost 5 years (climbing, dragging brush, and carrying wood every day) and I pretty much wreck every muscle group that exists. Disappointed when you request work on particular areas and that is ignored. You ask for deep pressure and you dont receive it. Of the 3 Massage Envys Ive been too my least favorite. I hope they make some changes in their skills and listening to their customers.

Ok first off, Maurice Wells is my father-in-law. Not sure where the disconnect is on my end but my name is Yvonna Wells and I saw Lamark on Friday July 22nd. Working with Lamark was very relaxing. He wasn’t too firm or too soft. Perfect medium pressure which is my preference. I seriously couldve went to sleep right there on the massage table. Missed work and everything but I had to go lol. Definitely will be seeing Lamark again for my next appointment.

Julienne knows how to make you feel fantastic. She gets in there and destroys the knots all over your body. You hurt a little to feel great right after. She worked out my low back pain from being a stupid chef and dead lifting a very full 60 gallon trash can. I wasnt ready but thank goodness for Julienne and her hands.

Please don’t sign anything here regardless of what you are told. Or maybe pay cash and don’t give your contact information. My wife was verbally told if she signed up for a membership she would only have to pay when she went - inaccurate. Told cancel any time - not accurate. She called to cancel and was given a hassle but ultimately they did allow her to cancel. After this she still received an additional monthly charge.I recognize that my wife is not a contacts lawyer and could have done better reading throughly, but also many people out there trust what they are told and just sign, particularly with retail outlets. If that is what you do this place may charge you for services not rendered. I fought the charge through my credit card after no one there would answer locally and they won that appeal due to the contact. Worst of all - my wife didn’t go back because they aren’t as good as others in the area - so I paid for massages not received in addition to the ones gotten elsewhere.

Chris is a wonderful masseuse. He listens to what you want/need. He knows alot about body mechanics and freely shares is knowledge to help his clients eliminate the cause of some of their pain. Couldnt ask for anyone better.

This was my first massage, and my massage therapist Lamark did a fantastic job! The atmosphere was very relaxing but also professional, and everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Kashmer was Amazing, gentle ,communication perfect, and I felt so relaxed, very professional.As a black women I felt so relaxed when it came to my hair and her handling my scalp (a big plus for me )I Will book again .

I just signed up for a membership about a month ago cause I had such a great massage. Due to crazy work schedule I missed one appointment, meaning I canceled the same day which cost you $20.00 dollars. Very disappointed in the managers luck of empathy when I asked for this charge to be removed as I just joined and was hoping for some flexibility in that regards. I get it terms are terms just wished for a more pleasant experience but I guess that is to much to ask.

Ryan is amazing and keeps me enrolled at Massage Envy. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, and he always manages to work out the toughest points of tension in my body in an expert way. He is the best!!

William has been my massage therapist for over a year. He is very good. His personality, calming communication, and massage skills always relax me.

I’ve seen my therapist Ryan a few times now to help deal with shoulder and neck pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and is studying to become a PT. I am in more of need of sports type massage to get my muscles functioning in the right way. He has done wonders and will be seeing him on a regular basis to keep my pain at bay.

I love the welcoming attitude of the receptionist. My masseuse William is awesome! He’s very skilled in what he do and able to answer any questions that I may have concerning how my body is reacting to the massages being given.
