My favorite vape shop in Richmond, the owner and all of the staff that work here are always more than friendly and helpful. Have been coming to them for a couple years and have never been disappointed!

Anybody who leaves less than 5 stars hasnt been here. From the regular employees to the owners, these. Guys. Rock. Very knowledgeable, will do their best to cater to your needs and they take the time to understand what you want and need. They also have very good recommendations if you are undecided. I cant recommend this place enough. Their customer service deserves more than 5 stars, seriously. Ive been going here for a while and if you come in you might even see my wife and me in here. The young man that works Friday and Saturday is awesome. He always takes the time to help me out and and answers all of questions. I always go back on Fridays and Saturdays because I know he is working. They also have great products at very reasonable prices.

They dont try to just sell you most expensive items, they take the time to discuss what you actually need and give the pros and cons so you cam actually make the best decision for yourself. Never going anywhere else for my needs!

Place is pretty good, they are on the new delta 8 trend. They were out of cake XL’s today and the dude recommended a different cartridge that is unlabeled white. It tastes like chemicals and doesn’t really have a measurable effect. Just sucks smoke shops don’t give refunds.

Nice, well stocked store.Attentive store cashier. But I dont see what the excitement is about the prices. I generally purchase all my vape products online. The pricing isnt great at all. I spent double what I would online. So whats with all these inaccurate reviews? It just doesnt add up.

I just found this place as I drove home. I this place is amazing. I found everything I need and more. I enjoyed Josh he was such a sweet and understanding person very knowledgeable about all products in the store it’s been a moment since I have had customer service like this. This is the only shop I go to now! The staff is super knowledgeable and will do what they can to make your budget work for what you need. They restock weekly so there is always new flavors and products to check out.

Josh was very straight forward and honest. Ive purchased two electronic cigs from different places in the last 7 daya and they kept malfunctioning. I came in to get a replacement tank becausw mine was broken and cheap. He taught me about the Orion and i was sold. I didnt plan on soending that kind of money. I wouldnt be surprised if the stores sales have increased since his employment. Nice store!

I bought Smok vape device in 50 dollars a month ago. Now the device is not working, it keeps firing. I was happy it is still under warranty . Today I went to the shop I found the same gentleman he sold it to me. He said he can not refund or replace. He refer me the company. I called the company they said you should get the refund from the store you bought the device from.
