Michelle was really helpful today when I placed an order and my delivery was surprisingly fast. Ill definitely stick with them for as long as I can. I have nothing but good things to say, and Ive never even been inside the shop. I’ve been to many vape shops in Richmond and I’ve got to say my best experience has been at Driply. Shamus helped me pick out a new mod with the features to that were most important to me along with some juice. Everything I wanted was in stock and not overpriced. After a couple days using the mod I know it was the right decision and I’m very happy with my purchase!

This place is great! Went in for a disposable and was surprised at the many brand choices in the place. The guy Dylan behind the counter was super knowledgeable and helped me try a new vape Id never seen. Will definitely be coming back here soon

Was on my way to ring in 2022 with family in VA. Needed some coconut coals. Drove around and found Driply Vape Shop & Lounge. What amazing service and wide variety of products to choose from. Coals are long burning, making a great smoke. Thanks again for being so generous, patient and kind. Definitely my go to smoke shop from now on!

This shop is seriously the best! I do business with them from an hour and half away! They have luxury products that most stores don’t have as well as great hours. I was highly satisfied with their customer service as well as how they went out of their way to get what I needed when they were the only supply available!!! Staff is consistently enthusiastic and helpful. I go here every chance I can get. They have a great selection of the disposable vapes. Store is a little small to house a huge selection of mods and tanks but they seem to have any kind of coil you could need. I would bet this place is doing well and will be expanding soon into a bigger space. Support them with your patronage if you vape! ItMs a collection of really good people and I am saying that strictly as a satisfied customer; I don’t know a single one of them personally.

Great selection always cool and welcoming. My vape was leaking and wouldnt charge so I went in the next day to get a new one and I got a new one free of charge. Definitely recommend going in for a visit. Is the only place I go to get my vapes now. 10/10

I went in looking for a new device about a week ago, the girl working said she didn’t know a whole lot about the devices and called for her manager, when she came upstairs to help me she was super helpful and enthusiastic, really knew her stuff. I settled on a nord; she helped me get it set up and showed me how it worked. 10/10 would recommend driply, and whatever that managers name is, she’s a rockstar.

I went in looking for a blue raz hyde, they were out, but the manager working told me she had just ordered more and would have them in soon, she gave me good suggestions on a replacement and I left with the flavor I wanted in another brand that is honestly just as good. I’ll for sure be back next week to buy up some Hyde’s when they get in.

Nick set me up with a Mi-Pod. Love this little device! I’ve had zero issues with it at all. After using several pod systems this is the only one that hasn’t given me any problems. Staff is super knowledgeable about new vaping technologies. They even gave me a great deal on juice! Definitely check them out!

Went in with an amount I was trying to spend and they showed me a number of great options. Later after trying my purchase I was slightly dissatisfied with amount of nicotine even though the bottle said 3mg (which is what I asked for). I went back in and expressed my concern and they helped me out and I left feeling completely compensated for my prior purchase! This shop actually cares about the people walking in and helping them as much as possible!! I am defiantly making this my go to store for the future

Was nothing like I was expecting from all the rave reviews. Im not into the Delta-8 or CBD so I cant comment on anything related to that aspect, but as far as strictly nicotine based vape supplies they were in very short supply. Only one pod system in stock. The lady that helped me was tryg to sell me a 200 watt RDA system for salt nic so Im thinking either she wasnt that knowledgeable or she thought I was stupid and was trying to pull a fast one on me, not sure but I wasnt impressed

Absolutely awful. Received a phone call this morning stating my delivery order was unpaid (from over 2 months ago). Sent screenshots showing the amount was indeed paid on the day of the order then sent another screenshot showing the refund they claimed I requested was never refunded. I am now being told until they receive the funds they will not longer be delivering to me. Fix your systems. After being shown proof that I paid them I then received a text saying if I dont pay they will be contacting the police.Update: was told 4 days ago by one of the owners i had disputed the charge (did not happen) and the money would be back in my account. Never went back. After informing the owner thats never happened he is now saying he is going to contact his bank and mine. This is all absolutely ridiculous for something I paid July 30th.

This was the first store I visited after moving to RVA. Their late hours are great for my schedule and theyve got anything I might need in a pinch. Dylan was especially helpful in answering any questions I had. def coming back again

This is my favorite vape shop in RVA. The owner, Scott, is amazing. I came in one day cause my vape (that I bought from somewhere else) wasnt working and I had no idea why. Rather than tell me to buy a new one, he literally sat down and spent 20 minutes examining it to figure out what was wrong until he fixed it. Not once did he try to upsell me anything during this time. Seriously probably the most amazing customer service Ive had in a long time. He was also really fun to talk to, I felt super welcome there and like the staff really care.This place also has a great selection and, unlike most other vape shops, is reasonably priced so you dont feel overcharged for anything.Amazing service, great quality/prices, and probably the most trustworthy vape shop in RVA. 12000/10. Ive been to pretty much every vape spot in Richmond and this is my favorite. A lot of the shops Ive been to are really cliquey and dont make you feel welcome when you walk in, not the case at Driply. Great value and locally owned.

Ordered 3 boxes of coils at $5. Received 1 box. Called to let them know that I only received part of my order and they told me they had them listed incorrectly on their website and felt it was ok to charge me 3x as much as advertised for one pack instead of apologizing, offering a refund, or simply honoring their advertisement. I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on and they wouldnt answer when I called again. I understand things get mislabeled, and I would have been cool with the error had someone explained prior to my pickup that there was an error in the listing, but this was handled completely inappropriately. I hope a $10 mistake is worth driving off a customer and a poor review.Edit: Filed a Paypal dispute, during which the owner admitted he was lying after trying to blame me repeatedly for being incorrect. Ultimately got a partial refund for the product I didnt receive thanks to Paypal.

My Trips to Driply Vape be litt , The Cashier Dylan is always helpful trying to find some good items and new stuff in stock; and Driply definitely have good prices in the city Fasho. Between Tyra and Dylan and another girl there sometimes at night those are my Favs in Driply.

I had a faulty device I got from them and they replaced it, i didnt expect that at all from them. They put customers first. Wide selection of juice and mods. If you havent gone yet, you should.

There was a misunderstanding with a delivery taking a longgggg time..I had posted a bad review about it but turns out it was the delivery drivers fault not driplys.. just wanted to update this review and mention that the owner came out and personally delivered my order himself.. he also threw in an extra bottle of juice! I usually come here for the batteries and theyre real nice but this last time i drove an hour even brought people with me. This is by far the best vape shop in Richmond I have been to because of the friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, central location, and THE LOWEST juice prices in town. The team at Driply made the process of quitting cigs so easy and fun for me, and no point along the learning process did I feel like I was treated differently for being a novice. They also have popcorn, refreshments and video games that make the place really feel like home! All vape stores should be like this one.

Stellar, just over the top help from Michelle today in getting me my order safely after several nights of unrest in the city. Driply has been great during the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining service safely and now again proving they not only care about their customers but their employees safety as well.

The GM T is amazing. She was incredibly patient with me. Even though my vape was a completly disaster and gross, she taught me how to take it apart, clean it, and replace parts.

Nice place, friendly dude behind the counter. Prices are double what you find on alibaba for the same mods but thats understandable because of current tarrifs, them needing to make a profit and you dont have to wait for a month with no updates from a seller in China.

This shop is great. They will work with you on finding what you need and if they dont have it they will try to get it for you. The atmosphere in the shop is very chill and relaxed as well which is nice.
