I am changing my review from my last visit. Recently I have received coupons by mail, when I took the coupon to the store to purchase The vape and the sales girl told me that I cannot use that coupon because the boss man told her not to only time I can use the coupon if that from HEB back off their receipt. And I show it to her that coupon that I had it shows I could use that coupon at any of the three locations. But she still refuse me to use my coupon. I would like to bring it to the owners attention stop sending coupons by mail if you are not going to accept it. Until this problem is resolved I will not change my review. I just want this things to be resolved and bring it to the owners attention and I would like to continue shopping here.

Every time I come to this store I’m always greeted right away and the one person who always stands out to me is TINA. She always remembers her people even if we haven’t came in a while she still remembers you. The way she runs the store is amazing she’s amazing very sweet attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to some vapes cause that’s all I get. She deserves a raise cause she’s just that amazing at her job. NOW there is one woman who isn’t so people pleasing she’s kinda rude when she talks don’t really help as much as the other woman do. Love this place it always smells good as well !!! That’s all folks 😊

They’re always so nice every time I come in, and it’s not like they try and push you to buy other unnecessary stuff either like other smoke shops. The main girl that works there (i don’t know her name, but she has ginger hair and blue eyes) but she’s so nice! Always recommends good stuff and so sweet. Definitely my favorite place to go

BEWARE! this shop doesn’t do returns/exchanges on items, disposables at least. i went in here looking for an hhc vape and happily saw they carried the kik kalibloom brand which i really enjoy! the one pictured specifically caught my eye as i’ve never heard or seen it before so that’s what i chose to purchase at $39.99 which is what i normally pay so that was cool too. but then, i get back home and start trying to find this vape online as i want to see reviews and check to see that it was all valid and not a counterfeit product. i couldn’t find a single thing about it anywhere. not even on sites that i know smoke shops often use to purchase their products. it sketched me out and i didn’t really want the vape anymore. another thing that creeped me out is on the official kik website i couldn’t find the corresponding batch number AND when i went to click on pictures of other vapes on the site, the sticker where it states the “strain” and license number, qr code, etc; it looked awfully different. on the one that i purchased, it shows the batch number 220000 (which doesn’t exist on the kik site), what type of vape it is, and that it’s indica. welllllll, on the official kik site the label only shows the license number (which is located on the BACK of the box that i purchased) whether it’s sativa or indica, and how much is in the vape (1000MG). overall just tripped me out, guy called his manager and i got a big fat “nope sorry”. just wouldn’t go here, wouldn’t trust it. i know it’s a gamble buying these products at any shop but bahama mama in richmond, tx would never!! they let me exchange a vape that didn’t come with that little plastic seal on the mouthpiece!! now that’s trustworthy. it’s just plain strange they wouldn’t let me return an unopened product purchased less that 5 minutes ago

This place is AWESOME! So much inventory! We went to 4 other smoke shops around town looking for a particular vape juice, and none of them had what we wanted. Complete rip-off and unethical practices. I’m new to the area so I dropped in and bought some eliquid for $29.99…it was supposed to be a 2-pack…when I got home, there was only one bottle in there…when I went back to the store the girl, after talking to management, said that even though the box states it is a 2-pack, they sell them individually for $29.99…so this store opens boxes or packs, sells individual items, then reseals the box? Not only that, the actual 2-pack is online for $25…so they will sell something that is $25 for $60 total…what an absolute rip-off…she said there are 2 price tags on the box, which means each bottle in a sealed box is sold individually…what planet are these people from? Anyways, my mistake for not going online…won’t happen again…TO THE OWNER: I would be more than happy to take you up on that offer. Please let me know how to accomplish this.

Every time i come in it is really good , they have great customer service and it smells great and it is clean.

My partner went in here to buy a disposable vape and when she searched it up online, there were no results (very sketchy already) and within 5 mins of her buying the vape, she tried to return it because it was sketchy (who wouldn’t return that?) and when she asked to exchange the vape, she was told no. an unused and unopened vape? vape city or bahama mama would NEVER give this kind of service, i highly recommend checking one of those two places out before wasting your time on the sketchy people/products.

They claim they have %50 discount when all what they do is double up there prices before the discount. Overpriced before and even after the discount.
