I had visit here early in the year, but only to pick up a pack of cigarettes. Foolish me! I have been wasting time & money buying Delta 9 from other shops & online. Meanwhile, the 🔥💥🔥has been right down the street the whole time! The guy behind the counter was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I will be going back! Soon!

I went into this store for the 3rd time in the last month to buy a single D8 edible.. the first time it was 5$, the second time it was $7.. today I went in and the same thing was $12... I explained to the fella that I purchased the same exact item from him specifically for $5.. he insisted it was $12.. without even explaining the price had increased. I feel they were trying to ro take advantage of me as a customer.. so i went over to Carytown Tobacco where I learned that selling delta 8 gummies has been banned and actually was willing to buy their $12 delta 9 edible which is preferred.. Im never going back in there as a customer because they lack integrity in their business practices. Unless theres been a price increase.. the price shouldnt increase twice in 2-3 weeks.. im not a fool buddy but thanks.. I found a better product elsewhere 😄

Expensive!!! And terrible, horrible customer service. Younger Dude was at first nice but after 5 mins he became impatient and rude. Barely asked him 3 questions before he rudely slapped the counter and barked, minimum purchases requirements are $15! No care about your vape questions! Uh, What?!!? Thats crazy!Stay away! They are Just looking to rip you off and pocket any money they can get .

After shopping in this establishment this evening, I had to do a review once I got home. Tonight was the best experience Ive ever had in a vape store. The young man working there was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday on Black Friday I had went to one of the larger Richmond vape stores (probably 9 x larger in size then this establishment) and was highly disappointed. The salesman there was pushy and didnt really listen. I felt like he was trying to rush me out, even though there wasnt anybody else in his store to wait on. That establishment didnt have the coils or liquid I was looking for. But this establishment had everything I was looking for and more. And customer service was so much better. This will be the establishment I go to from now on to buy mods, coils, liquids and anything else Ill need for vaping

Visited March 2023. The ONLY person working does NOT understand English even REMOTELY close enough to answer the most BASIC of questions :/

Excellent customer service very huge selection vapes,E-liquid,kratom,cigars,and many more I just went and got my wife a smoking kit as a gift and the price was amazing didnt Hesitate at all grat prices and Ab thank you so much I will definitely be back more often 😀

My customer service here was absolutely amazing! The owner was so sweet and kind to my husband and I the whole time we were there. Showed us some pen batteries in hopes its better than ours now haha. There is so much in there to look around at! I definitely recommend!!!!

Dont expect these guys to answer any of your questions accurately. Asked for a 14m bowlpiece and they tried to tell me a 10m bowl was a 14m. This is a glorified elfbar store. They dont know anything about the glass they are selling you.

Called in for specific product, they said the have it, double checked again by calling back because it was a 40 min drive. When came in the gentleman mentioned that the lady that answers the phone “is crazy” and that’s why she said they have it but in real life they don’t.

Over $20 for a good 30ml bottle of salt nic vape juice that I can get online for $11. The man at the counter didn’t understand what I was saying at all either.

Awesome customer service, knowledgeable, fantastic selection! I vape and just found this shop for the first time yesterday, and luckily its right around the corner. Much more laidback feel than Avail, and looked like a wider selection, without being out of stock constantly. Carries top brands of vape products from what I could see, wide selection of glass pipes as well, and some of the best delta-8 selection if thats your thing. Didnt get a chance to browse the cigar selection, but Ill be back frequently, thats certain.
