The guys at vapor stix are great! I just moved to Richmond and I went through the drive thru and they accidentally gave me the wrong juice. I went back the next day and they totally replaced it with the right one! Always great service and awesome guys! They always get right what Im looking for and have had great experiences every time.

Very friendly staff. The man that works there, and especially the woman with glasses, she is really amazing! I love this store, I would shop there exclusively if they carried Twist: Chilled Melon Remix as well as Twist: Wild Watermelon Lemonade. The lady always recommends crazy new juices for me to try, and Im a bit of a connoisseur, so I end up spending hundreds of dollars there trying the juices she suggests to me. Seriously, the best Vape store in Madison County. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

They carry my gfs strength and flavor, I can drive through and be on my way. Always friendly and helpful. They have a little rewards program that helps the cost some. We will continue to be a regular customer.

Great place and very knowledgeable staff. Bought a 26650 battery (I know not common), wouldnt work for me. Went back up there and while prepared to replace the battery the person did some magic and got it working. Also amazing selection of juice and hardware.

Ive been with Vaporstix and had the opportunity to become involved with this great company in 2009, but I was in the middle of obtaining my automotive dealer license and took that route instead. Really impressed with the growth and expansion of the company since its debut. They have managed to roll with the punches and stay on top of the new and improved products every year and grow into a respectable business. Very well pleased. Good job guys!

Nice young guys. If they raised the legal smoking age to 21, these guys definitely needed to show me an ID cause they didnt look past 16. But all in all, decent selection, place was clean, smelled nice, my only thing was the prices. WOW! What I pay in Lexington is about 20% lower than my usual store in Lexington. But this was an emergency lol. My original vape fell and broke, I was in Richmond and had to have another immediately! Thanks guys! All in all a very pleasant experience. 😊

These guys were awesome! While on our honeymoon, the owner made me a box called Cubula on a deadline that he met with flying colors! They guy that helped us made sure I had the same setup as him which was funny! On another tank I purchased they gave coils without hesitation when there were none in the box. Stop by and visit them at any time if you are looking for great customer service! My only complaint is that they didnt have a large variety to choose from.

They have so many flavors and really amazing staff they always treat there customers like family. If they dont have it they will gladly make a special order for it the parking lot is small but they do have a drive thru window if you dont want to go inside and amazing addition for this stores location they also have competitions from time to time if you havent yet check out the store

Great place to get all your vape juice and accessories. Super friendly staff and awesome weekly deals and overall great prices. They get in new product regularly with a large selection. I recommend them to people all the time.

Will not be back! Slow as molasses. If you got lots of time to kill their not bad. Most of the employees stand around and talk to to other employees or I assume friends that are hanging out. Also dont bother standing in a line, they serve who they want, in the order they want not next in line. They went from a great store when they opened to, well you read my first sentence. I have started going else where and found cheaper to.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products which are priced very competitively. Much more cost efficient than most other shops Ive been to and their rewards program is great.

Decent selection. The young lady working was very nice. The young man working was a bit rude and acted like he was to good to be there. Still a good spot for vape juice in a pinch.

Been going here on and off since 2012, back at their old location. Nobody else has a claim on consistently good products and high quality stock in the Richmond vaping scene like Vapor Stix, and their clearances cant be beat.

Customer Service, great. Product knowledge, poor. I purchased 2 coils for my Cleito Aspire, instead of asking OHMs or anything such as, I was rang up and sent on my way only to later find out that my purchased coils arent compatible. They will also not fix the mistake they made on their part. So Im out $5 due to their mistake.

Its okay if you need something someone else doesnt have. But the staff and the products are somewhat lacking. I would assume its hard to be in the vapor industry right now. Im not trying to be a negative reviewer, just being honest as a consumer I would expect more.

Vapor Stix was the first ever vape shop I ever went to which was in 2014. Which was when I was in college, and here I am 4 years later still going in to the see the guys that saved my life by switching me from smoking to vaping. I highly recommend everyone go to vapor stixs to see Sean, Dexter, and the rest of the staff, theyll make you feel right at home like they do me.
