On occasion, I frequent this establishment when my work brings me to this area. However, my recent visit left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Upon entering, I found myself waiting for assistance for a considerable 10 minutes, despite several individuals arriving after me being promptly attended to by the cashier, identified as Charles B. Eventually, another employee emerged from the back, seemingly unaware of my presence until then.As a regular patron of Wild Bills, I place a significant investment in both time and money during each visit. Regrettably, the lack of attention and priority given to customer service at this location falls short of expectations. I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment to others who value efficient service and a respectful treatment of their patronage.Instead, I urge prospective customers to explore alternative tobacco shops in the vicinity, even if it entails a slightly longer commute or a marginally higher cost. The commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism displayed elsewhere outweighs the inconvenience of seeking out other options. Personally, I am willing to invest a few extra dollars to patronize a business that prioritizes the satisfaction of its clientele.Do better guys!!

This place is awesome!!! Troy is amazing with customers. This is the only smoke shop I will come to. I get the Mr. Vapor Elite’s and they are so good!!! Anthony is the manager and is friendly and easy going as well. 😁😁😁

The whole staff is incredibly friendly, informative and fast to get ya what ya need and ready to answer any questions. Anthony goes above and beyond and is always a pleasure to deal with.

Aaron & Troy were extremely helpful to me when I visited a couple of days ago. I was having problems with a vape pen & they helped me solve the problem even though it took a some time to solve it. They were very patient & helpful. They also told me if I any problems to come in to see them. They are awesome.

Bought an Evolve Plus XL 3 days ago and the power button broke today and I have the receipt. I called them and they said I only had 48 hours to return it and their keeping my $42. What a rip off

I chose to stop at the richmond store on my way home from my daughters house . I am SO glad i did! I needed a new vape pen and had no idea what i really wanted in terms of convenience and discretion. A young man by the name of mike was so helpful and didnt make me feel like an idiot. Im very happy with my purchase and richmond is now my home store.

Horrible customer service at the richmond location. I went in the store & the two people working acted as if I was inconveniently interrupting them by wanting to purchase a couple packs of cigarettes. The brand I smoke had a two pack special advertised so I said to the girl ringing me up that I want two packs so I could get that price. After I paid I noticed I was changed about a dollar more than what it shouldve cost so I said something & was told that is the price if you are a member. First off, it doesnt say anywhere about that price being only for members & then when she told me what she said she never asked if I wanted to become a member, instead she just gave me the cold shoulder & sent me on my way. That was the last time that store will get any business from me.

I come here everyday. Spend close to $20 a day mostly everyones nice in here except one girl with brown hair kind of short she is never nice to me as a customer she dont even acknowledge me which is okay but I could do without the attitude that she displays. So be nice to everyone else but I have not even done anything to this girl for her to even have an attitude. I can always go somewhere else and spend as much as I spend here it adds up for the end of the week of what I spend in this place. Besides that everyone else is nice but when shes working Im just going to have to start taking my business somewhere else

Walked in to get a new rig and nail, SURPRISE! HALF OFF every single piece of GLASS! it was awesome and it wasnt just for like the day this was a couple months long of a sale. also they had half off all Newport torches so I had to bite... very good variety. headed back today bc my buddy broke my rig! (only paid $25 tho 😏)

I go to this location only because it is close to home, but every time i buy something from here it id BROKEN! I bought a pipe and it had a hole in it. When i brought it back they said they couldnt do anything about it. I then went back months later and wanted to buy a vape pen which the staff didnt know anything about and just guessed which one, it then broke a week later. I just thought it was because it was a cheaper one. (Still should not have broke within a week). I then thought i would give them 1 more try and bought another vape pen for $55 and that worked for a couple weeks and then stopped. When i brought it up there the girl stated were not managers so there is nothing we can do. I will definitely be taking my buisness elsewhere since they sell things that break within a week!

Terrible vape shop. They never know about/have the coils I need for my popular eleaf tank. I have been given the wrong resistance of coil I asked for. I asked for a regular pure michigan eliquid and got home and tried it and it was the menthol version. The staff clearly has very little knowledge of ecigs.

Hiring thieves at this location

Ive been there at least 4 times for a carton of VS menthol lights in the last 5 weeks, but they have yet to get them in stock after repeated telling me next Thursday. Apparently there is no Thursday in their week! Will not be backď
