Just had my first, but not last massage here. I liked that the parlor is very clean and I really liked the masseuse I had (Linda). The service I got was a 60min full body that included hot stones. The massage was good and something I really liked about Linda was that she asked me how much pressure I wanted (soft, medium, or hard) and applied the pressure I preferred. Might seem like a little thing, but it’s something I really appreciated as I am not usually asked this at other places I’ve visited. She also gave me my head massage before she applied oil to massage the rest of my body, which again was very appreciated because I am not a fan of getting oil in my hair and don’t feel like I have to wash it right after the massage.Overall my experience was really nice here, especially considering the price. Yes you can hear quite a bit of what goes on in the space because the rooms are not fully enclosed, however this didn’t really bother me. I guess if it ever does I will just put my headphones in? Since there’s not much that can be done about it with the way the rooms are set up. Didn’t personally find the receptionist rude, she was very friendly with me so not sure if this is the same person everyone is mentioning in the comments or not. Wishing others as good of an experience as I had!

The Mosa Spa massage is great although sometimes painful on my leg and onto my spine. Maybe I should not eat or drink some sweet prior to getting any massage.And secondly, actually the name on my Mosa Spa stamp reward card is for my name; you do not need to put the name of the specialist on that name section there since next time I come I will be served with different specialist other than Tom that he did on June 29, 2024. You do not need to cross out my name and write a specialist name in case I will be served by different specialist the next time I come here. That name section is for my identity to demonstrate that this stamp card is mine. So I have crossed out specialists name and wrote it in front of my stamp card instead.Thats why I decreased my star to 3/5 for this facility. Besides that, massage is good and relaxing, and also this facility was improved that there are no more people talking so loud while our massage is in session.

I went there for a 60 min body massage with essential oils about a week ago. I came there to relax and spend an hour in peaceful, quite environment. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The front desk lady kept playing some videos/movies loud on her phone or computer. That totally ruined the experience for me. I could not relax and enjoy the massage at all. Even after my masseuse asked that girl to turn it off, she just lowered the volume slightly, so rude. Then she had a super loud conversation with one of the customers. I tell you that, the masseuse was ok, but the place has no atmosphere at all. I will not be coming back. They have no respect for their customers at all. She also had an attitude when I told her it was not right.

I’ve had this place on my list of “want to go” spas for quite some time, and today it quickly became one of my favorites. Cindy did not disappoint- she eased all of the built up tension in my neck and shoulders like a pro. After my 90 minute session, I went ahead and bought a 6-hour package because I can’t wait to come back again. This place is so worth it.

My husband and I used to go there on weekdays & weekends, but there is a problem. The receptionist always pesters my husband to buy gift cards. Not only that, she was very unfriendly and rude. My husband wanted Linda’s service, however, the receptionist would introduce others such as CiCi or DingDing. My husband did not want them and only wanted his desired choosing. In addition, we also preferred the other receptionist that we see on weekends, as she is respectful and very nice. I havent seen her for a while however...

This was my first time in this place. I was walking around in the morning and felt pain in my feet, so I went in. This was a good idea because I got to relax my feet for an hour. It was wonderful. The nice thing about the place is the cleanliness and the friendly staff.

I had a horrible experience here. First, the front desk - the young lady who works it offers you a lot of attitude when you walk in. It sets the vibe into an immediately apprehensive place. The massage I received was pretty bad; in fact I was in pain and tighter in random spots throughout my body for the better part of the a week. I stretch often, do yoga, and consume lots of water. This isn’t my first massage so there’s no reason my body should’ve felt like that. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. To make matters worse, the masseuse applied essential oils to my body which was part of the package. She then went ahead and massage my head and forehead with it; but she put so much on here hands, rubbed it into my eyebrows and when I got up I felt it immediately slip into my left eye. Before I even left the shop, my eye was absolutely tear, bright red, and instead of making sure I was okay, the front desk girl wanted to make sure I tipped the masseuse. No apology. No thank you. Not even “are you okay?” Go here if you want to waste your money, want gross service, and want obviously untrained/unlicensed massages from novices.

I highly recommend this location highly professional staff very friendly. Location is very clean. The staff does an incredible job. I give them a lot of credit for what they do highly recommend this location.

I am very disappointed by the receptionists performance yesterday. I wanted a specific person to be my masseur; however, the receptionist did not respect my wish and continued to disrespect me more by pushing someone else. My family has been coming for a long time and has had a similar experience. The receptionist still insisted on pushing a different person they clearly did not want. They were met with annoyance by the receptionist, almost as if WE were the one that harmed her. Recently, the receptionist has been harassing them to purchase a 6-hour bundle with doterra oil. When my family members kindly declined, they were met with an aggravated attitude with extreme levels of disrespect. It is a shame since we preferred and enjoyed the company of the previous receptionist. My family not be going back and will look at other spas.

I had such a great experience here! Beautifully decorated and clean space. I went with my mother here for a 60 minute foot and 60 minute back. I had Cici; my mom had Nee. WOW. I have never experienced anything like this before — they literally were on top of us putting all their force into our backs, using their elbows, hot stones, etc. I feel like a new person. Opted in for the 6 hour package and we will be returning next month. I was hesitant reading the reviews prior to coming because of the complaints regarding tipping. I can see why the employees would be upset if someone gave a small tip because they really take pride in their work and make sure the customer is satisfied. Yeah, tipping is voluntary, but if someone provides you a great service, tip them as such or don’t even bother going. You can afford the service; you can afford the tip. They deserve as much as possible; I tipped around 30%. Thanks Cici, Nee, and Mumu!

I`ve had a very bad experience in the last two weeks. My nephew would go and recieve a very relaxing massage from Linda & Lin; however, I`ve had a terrible experience with the front desk lady. Often giving me a heavy attitude and constantly talking and trying to sell my nephew a VIP thing that we quite frankly have no interest in. I am wondering where the previous front desk lady went, she was extremely respectful, quiet, and set a nice atmosphere to the store. Now whenever my nephew wants to return, he does not want to deal with the front desk lady. It`s a shame as well since my nephew has been a long time client. In addition to my nephew`s experience, I`ve also went and gotten a massage myself. It reflects what my nephew has experienced. A great quality massage, but a front desk lady with an attitude and disrespect while being ignorant. She has also tried to sell me a VIP thing which I also have no interest in. I understand that being able to sell is important, but it becomes quite annoying and drives a good amount of customers away once it becomes annoying.

I came for a massage with essential oils. The administrator suggested lavender oil. I said maybe you have orange oil? She agreed. In the end, I waited until the last minute for orange oil to be applied but nothing happened. I asked the administrator why orange oil was not applied? The massage therapist has nothing to do with it. There was simply no oil in the salon other than lavender. And instead of honestly admitting it, she deceived me and was just silent. Despite the incident, I paid and left a tip. Do you think the administrator asked for forgiveness or said thank you? No, she was looking at the computer and didn’t even say goodbye (she usually never smiles or says goodbye first).By the way, once this administrator “forgot” to give me $5. I’m not a conflicting person so i didn’t demand them back. I also think that the administrators might receive tips for good service they provide but not in a way of forgetting change. A completely unfriendly and impolite person as a salon administrator just makes no sense from good business practice point of view. Despite this, the salon itself is good and the massage therapists do their job well.

1. The “chose the oil”’is a deceiving service,the 2 last times i went,there was no oil used2. The masseuse have no clue what are they doing,we are all bruised and sore 3 days later,they rubbed us with the elbow so hard and repetitive that we had to stop them few times3. Super loud,everyone is yelling in the hallways and talking loud in their language while you should relax!!4. We tipped 10$ per each masseuse,totalоf 20$ ( couple massage of 1h costed us 120$) they looked at us with attitude and god mad!I will never come back here! I gave them a second and third chance but its clearly a scamOf a place!

Bad service, massage and atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy with the prices I saw but this was well below expectations.Bad service - didn’t know I was coming in even though I booked an appointment and I had to start from the beginning telling them what I was there for, what treatment I picked, how long etc etcBad massage - definitely didn’t know what they were doing. It was like they saw somebody perform a massage a few times and they were just mimicking what they saw. Didn’t actually know anything about how the body works and reading when things are working and not working. Sped through certain parts and lingered well to long on others that don’t do much.Bad atmosphere - they take you to the room which is next to 10 others and you can hear EVERYTHING. You can hear next to you and in the hallways. You have people playing loud music and talking loudly in the hallway. Horns from the street. How is anybody able to relax in a place like that?Idk that was bad

Last time coming here. They need to get ad free music streaming. Nothing more unrelaxing than listening to an ad during a massage. Masseuse was also too rough when I told her repeatedly to be more gentle. Left salon feeling sore.Edit: you can pay for Spotify monthly or Apple Music or pandora for ad free. Like literally every other business on the planet lol

This is the best massage parlor I have been to. The industrial style is the main one, giving people a refreshing feeling. The space is large enough, and some green plants are added to give people a different feeling. The environment is beautiful and the master craftsmanship is also very good. The only downside is that the technician only speaks simple English and communication with him is not very smooth.

I did not even get to have my massage.My husband, seeing how hard I had been working and how stressed I was, to the point my back is full of knots, wanted to treat me to a 1-hr massage, followed by dinner. He made me an appt here for 6pm, and a dinner rez for 7.30.I arrived on time. The person at reception, who was not particularly welcoming, asked me if I could wait 20min. I said no because we had a dinner rez. And that was it. No apology, no offer to take me on time. Nothing.When I told my husband what happened, he told me that the same thing happened to him one of the two times he came here. Except he waited 30min.To me, this suggests a poorly organised business with little respect for its clients’ time. After all… the receptionist had my mobile number (and they had sent me an sms earlier in the day to confirm). Why could they not have been considerate enough to message me and let me know that they were running late so I could avoid going there for nothing ?Neither my husband nor I will return.

Have been here twice now and will most definitely come back for more. Fabulous foot massages in low light with gentle music - they’re great for walk-ins. Love Mosa 💖

I just went today (July 25th) to try it out. In the morning, it gets quiet. I really enjoyed it and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Avoid this place! I came for the 60 minute back/30 minute foot massage for $80. Massage was okay, afterwards i tipped $10 and handed the cashier $80 (4 $20 bills folded in half), and the cashier told me that i should tip more. After i said no, she said i only gave her $60, i counted my cash again and asked her if she’s sure, she said yes. Then i looked over the counter and she picks up an extra $20 and said “oh it’s right here”. Whole interaction took about 90 seconds and the extra bill was right behind the lip of the counter, clearly in here field of view. Absolutely no way she could have missed it, and immediately found it as i look over the counter haha. Can’t believe she tried me! Had to completely remove the $10 tip, congratulations you played yourself. Don Chen (owner), your spa’s days are numbered, I don’t expect to see it around next year.

Great! Thank you CC :•) I was able to get a same day appointment. The prices mean that even with a substantial tip you can still get an hour for under $100 which is unheard of elsewhere. The open top cubicle rooms mean you hear people outside of your space, but the massage itself was unreal. Feel better than I have in months! Thank you again I’ll be back for sure

The night before I booked I was searching for a local spot. Sometimes you need a local go to for a quick pick me up. Making a reservation was pretty seamless and didn’t require a credit card. There is an option to add additional remarks such as male/female masseuse or any other detail you may want to share. Upon arrival I realized I had passed by this location many times and hadn’t really noticed it before. Going in I absolutely loved the plants that gave the space a serene and natural atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and informative, she did offer me the VIP plan but since this was my first visit I didn’t want to commit. Jason was my masseuse and he did a great job. I started with a 30 minute foot massage and then had a 60 minute body massage. The lights were nicely dimmed and the aroma was pleasant. Why didn’t I give them 5 stars is for maintenance that can be easily resolved. There was no music until and hour into my visit which I resolved by listening to Apple Music. There was a hand towel in the bathroom that appeared to be used and really shouldn’t be there and fly tape in the bathroom. I get it you have many plants and that’s to catch any insects but there are alternatives that don’t tacky the space. Also the rooms are private but you can hear conversations being had at reception which can take you out of the mood. I would definitely recommend this location due to accessibility, massage and the prices were really good.

This was my first time getting a massage ever, so I came here for a massage (walk-in)because why back and shoulders were hurting a decent amount I asked the receptionist what she recommended she pointed out the essential oil body massage with hot stones as well as was oils she recommended which was lavender and peppermint. BEST hour of my life! Linda was the massage therapist that I had and she was honestly the best she got all the knots out in my upper back. She made me feel comfortable and constantly check to see if I was okay and if I was comfortable. I would recommend this place to other people and I will definitely be a customer at this establishment.

The person behind the desk was so incredibly rude and hostile! It would’ve been a higher rating if it wasn’t for her. The rest of the experience was great, clean private rooms and they let you choose the scent of oil that you get - Emmy was great.

I had the best massage in the City here. The real deep tissue massage after you feel your muscles ache for days. But help with my neck pain a lot. The 1 hour massage is only $55. I left $20 tip so total $75. You can’t find anywhere this high quality massage for this price. My opinion though, but I won’t be cheap when I give the tip for the workers. Consider the price is low so you will compensate the masseuses.

Came here for a much needed massage, and I was not disappointed. My knots feel as though they’ve been melted away. I appreciate that the person who did my massage focused on my those spots and still didn’t neglect the rest of my body. Everyone was so wonderful. Whoever designed the lobby did a fantastic job. Beautiful place, amazing massage.

Went to this spa today with me and my significant other. After the spa, I told the workers I will go to the bank and come back to give them both a tip. Me and my significant other went walking down the street and a worker came out stating “My manager told me to go with you guys to the bank because you won’t come back” I stated we are coming back and the bank is right here. She still proceeded to follow me and my significant other. As we stopped her and told her we do not want to be follow. She grabbed my significant other and stayed for her to stay back while I go to bank. I then went back to the place and told the front desk lady it’s not professional and a tip is not mandatory. I’m giving a tip out of kindness and because I loved their services. I asked to speak with a manager and the front desk lady said “our manager is not here” I told her what the lady had told me when I walked out stating her manager told her to follow. The front desk lady then corrected her and suggested I didn’t have to give a tip. Overall, I felt my experience here was unprofessional and made me never come to this place again.

I went there yesterday with my wife and my son, I paid $65 for each one of us $195 total.At the end I tipped $10 dollars each person that provided the massage, the lady at the front desk told me that the required tip amount is $20 each.I think tip is based on how I feel the services was provided and this definitely was not the experience I was expecting, I will never come back here and dear manager do not bother replying this message with an apology and saying you are taking care of the situation unless you are willing to refund the $60 dollars your front desk attendant charged me on tips yesterday.Also you can expect 3 more negative reviews from my family members that felt this experience was very rude and unprofessional.The customer tip is voluntary but you want to increase the tip so your employees don’t leave you, increase their salary if the economy is bad, plus you want to have the customers to Increase the tip so you don’t have to pay your staff higher salary, what do you pay them? Minimum wage?I feel like sending you the department of labor to investigate how much you are paying the staff that you are FORCING the guest to pay a high tip rate, this is not a restaurant where you charge the tip to a desired rate depending on the size of the party.You know what I will report this place to the department of labor so they can investigate if you are paying them lower than minimum wage.

Not sure if theres a sign of a credit card surcharge as per NY law but wasnt informed either.. Otherwise my masseuse did a good job

Very friendly staff. Very nice and clean establishment that looks very pleasant and inviting. Clean private rooms. Very good massage. The masseuse asked if I wanted hard or medium which I really like. I highly recommend and am so glad there is a place like this in the neighborhood. I will definitely be going back.

Hi,I am very disappointed with Mosa Spa. A friend had recommended this place and right away I booked an appointment because all their services had 30 percent discount. I booked my appointment at 1pm and I didnt get the service on time. When I did get the service ,a male therapist was about to enter but I immediately requested a female and I had to wait again. The receptionist should have asked me what would I preferred, a female or male therapist. I had a full body massage which was rough because at first the massage was done with a blanket and then the therapist used her hands. Are massages done with a blanket? The foot massage was good.Even though I had to wait for the massage, which was done with a blanket, I still recommended this place to a friend but that was a mistake! My friend also got the full body massage and she claims it was good, but the therapist or the receptionist were being rude. They were talking in their language about not beingpleased with the tip and looking at my friend with angry faces.To sum this up, due to the discourtesy, now you lost 2 clients. Since this is a new place in community, your staff should be more respectful and organized. I suggest that gratuity should be suggested on the receipt and not argue whether the tip is enough or not in front of the customer.

I highly recommend Moses spa. They are truly professional 60 minute massage with hot stones and oil was absolutely amazing and the cupping as well. My therapist hit all my pressure points and made me feel Brand New once the session was over. thank you Linda!

Foot massage was good, but my 60 minute body work massage was awful I was in pain the entire time. I asked the guy to apply less pressure and I genuinely feel like he applied more pressure purposely. I couldn’t wait for the experience to be over. I walked out with pains I didn’t walk in with. I kid you not he was being so rough the massage table was sliding all over the place from all the pressure. I had really high hopes for this place but a massage should not hurt! And i shouldn’t feel worse leaving than I did coming in.

This is probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Truly, and I get a lot of massages. My friend and I went and had massages in the same room together which was fun. They are very queer friendly and nice. The place was very clean and had cool design. It was so affordable for how great a massage it was

This place is a budding gem in the neighborhood! I had the massage and hot stone which I highly recommend! Linda and Steven were so knowledgeable about the body and pressure points, paying close attention to your tension areas and knots. The hot stones were perfect, I was basically falling asleep by that point lol. Will definitely be coming back on a monthly basis and already bought a gift card for a friend!

They are super clean, quick and professional. This is the spot you want to go to if you have time after work since they are open until late. The staff offer you water and snacks after your massage and are always kind enough to book you for when you’re ready for your next appointment.

First time experience was great. Second time experience was just very bad. Receptionist was welcoming but the guy who did the massage did not know what he was doin. I still tipped and told the receptionist that I didn’t even feel I got massage he didn’t know what he was doing and she just said sorry instead of offering me proper services for the money I paid! I am very disappointed

Worst massage of my life. I kept telling the young man to go lighter and he never changed the intensity. I am in absolute pain and popped a pain killer to help. I blame myself. I should have got up and left after repeatedly telling him to apply less pressure.

First time here and I would recommend. The massage was descent and the prices were fair. $55 massage for 1 hour.

The Spa is nice, the employees are very nice as well, I recieved my massage from Steven I believe.he was ok hes a bit to heavy handed a little too rough for my taste. This was actually my first time ever at a spa and to be honest my upper back and lower back is hurting me after the massage, they have to learn to be a little more gentle cause me and my sisters have pain in our backs and we shouldnt feel this way after recieving a massage.

I came here because of the strong recommendations from others, but my experience here seems to have fallen short.When I first walked in they all seemed to be hanging out and once they noticed me they looked scared. I did not get greeted or anything. I got a pure yes? I told them I had an appointment and they looked at the book and seemed lost as if they couldnt find my name. There were 4 appointments in the book and 3 were crossed out. Nonetheless, they found me and asked what I wanted because the book only said 1hr + 30 mins. I told them 4x times 1-hour full body and 30 min foot rub. They proceeded to look at me lost.They asked if I wanted a female or male therapist. I said female and right away this lady came. She did not introduce herself and showed me to a room and grunted. No instructions or procedures. I know some massage places prefer you to keep your underwear on and others ask you to take them off. I kept mine on as I felt more comfortable that way. She seemed annoyed about it once she came in to give me the massage.The whole time she seemed angry, and let me tell you that she surely took whatever anger she had out on me. The massage was aggressive and rough. You could tell that I was in pain at times and she never asked if I was ok or needed to take a break. She just kept pounding on me as if I was a piece of meat and she was the mallet.The massage finished and no communication whatsoever. I only knew the massage was done because a timer went off.I walked out and she greeted me with a bottle of water, but no smile or anything welcoming about her. It was almost as if she was forced to give me a bottle of water. She waited at the counter and glared at me as I spoke to the front desk. My wife had already pre-paid the massage with tip and they had no record of it. Luckily, we had a confirmation text with a receipt.While they squared the issue with their boss you could see the glare from the therapist get stronger and she started yelling at the front desk in her language. I explained to the front desk to please let her know that she was tipped because the screams and glare were getting stronger.I know they are fairly new in the neighborhood, but if I could give any recommendation it would be more welcoming, organized, and communicative.I left in more pain than I came in. I had to get a massage after the massage as I was in so much pain. I felt like I played 2 back to back games of football.I only gave 2 stars as the foot rub was the only thing good about the whole thing.I wont be coming back here.

I decided to surprise my wife with a massage for her bday.I clearly told the receptionist Swedish massage with a foot massage NO DEEP TISSUE AT ALL.I clearly told her make sure its a woman giving it..not a man!. I also clearly ask for a chair cause my wife had surgery on her torso,& she has an issue with her spleen & cant have any strong pressure on her torso(back&spine)..& THE WORST THING WAS THAT( SHE TOOK NOTES ),AS FOR I REPEATED MY SELF SEVERAL TIME,she was quick to offer package deal ,as if she didnt care for my concerns, MY wife said she told the man several time to stop but he didnt listen!..when u walk in a massage parlor1-u must fill out an assessment for,which asks you if any surgeries/pregnancy, wire,pins in your body!Shes still in pain for his elbows digging on her back ,I also know your not supposed to put any pressure on the SPINE!2-you must ask if u want to take your clothes off,she had gym short for that reason ,but was asked to be on her panty & take off her bra..smh..now after the manager contacts me which I know they will I will want to see the certification from there therapist!..I really hope my wife doesnt have any complications from her horrible experience. IM VERY ANGRY!...HAVE ENGLISH SPEAKING THAT CAN ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS, clearly the receptionist didnt understand a word I said...SHAME!..

Ohhh this spa is EVERYTHING! I have already been treated 3 times... tried a back/neck, foot massage and scraping with Peter who might have a language barrier, but in his country he has spent 20 years practicing and he was able to relieve me of some shoulder and neck painfrom a fall. and the space? Gorgeous and their VIP deal? Awesome for people like me who gets massages regularly! try it!

It was clean, neat, but a bit hot. I gave the male massager a 15 dollar tip as he appeared to be annoyed and then started to tell the front desk female about his tip and showed it to her which was pretty distasteful.

Very cute space, and good service. I bought the foot massage package off of Groupon.. dont! You get it cheaper in person than online for whatever reason.

This place is awesome ! I just wish they had a sound proof system of some kind… after all this is a place of relaxation … it’s very difficult to relax listening to the employees speak in Chinease or other customers entering ..I’m surprised no one commented about this ???I will however continue to go , the price is right ,and there masseuses are good .

Jason and Tom are really good at their job with massages - a bit of a language barrier, so if at any point you want less/more pressure or you need for him to focus on areas, you can just show him and he’ll get it.You can also go into Google translate (or your translate app on your phone) and typeIn English>Chinese translation to help. Usually that works as well.

I was violated here by the male therapist an when I reported to the front desk after I left they said they didn’t know who it was. It was traumatizing and I felt very unsafe

The place is incredible, I passed through those streets and I was curious to ask about the services. I was so in love that I decided to buy the 6-hour package. This way I have the excuse to go for a massage 😂 Lili and her partner were incredible.

This is a two month old spa. The front desk service was great and the masseuse was great too. I was very relaxed that my head was tingling. The only down side and the reason for my 4 stars and not 5 starts is due to the reason that 2 people started speaking very loud and it echoed in the space. Aside from that I will definitely return. Give new places a chance, and support each other!!!This is a spa that has been open for two months. The front desk service was great and so was the masseuse.
