No way this is a five-star business. I paid for an hour massage and I did not get an hour. During my time, the girl giving me a massage would stop to text. She left her phone on buzzer so it was buzzing, she was picking up, texting them back, and then getting back to the massage. She was also answering the front door every time someone came in. She walked in and out of the room at least eight times between greeting people or I dont really know - I was on the table. They ask you to pay up front and charge you $5 if you use your credit card (Yes, if you use a card, they tag $5 up front for that, then expect cash tip at the end, too).I didnt tip her. Definitely not sorry I didnt tipped her, her service was lousy. Someone should explain tips are not required or mandatory, theyre based on service and her service is garbage. Save your money and time, go to Manhattan, put it toward a real professional. Youll thank me.
Candy is the BEST! Such a relaxing space for massage
