I called and made an appointment for 1 hour. I requested a man as I wanted a very energetic massage, and I was fully satisfied! Rex gave me a massage including hot stones and scented oil, all at a very affordable price. I left a 65% tip because I think he was really good! I will definitely return! relaxing environment despite the influx of people and staff!

Received a massage the same day on a Sunday. I called for me and a male friend. The location was along a shopping area and a walkup from the street. A receptionist desk greets you. Place was warm and welcoming. We were placed in our room almost immediately but had to wait about 20 minutes before the maseusses arrived . Light relaxing music was playing while we waited.My friend who is a male had a female and myself had a male massage my body.The price was reasonable. My guy had me in pain yet it was GOOD - it must have been a deep tissue massage - *they never asked what I preffed but i definitely would have them adjust the pressure if its too much -- but I welcomed the pressure! Hot stones were included.I will likely return. I was sort of sore but 5 days later I am without any. And thats my review!

Putting 2 stars instead of 1 as I went previously without any issues and was always satisfied with the service. Unsure if new management or new masseuse that was with me today.Scheduled a 90 min massage, arrived on time and she started the massage without setting the timer (Which they always do) and from there she had no clue what I was talking about so felt like she was new right off the bat. Then she started massaging in random places as it there was no routine she follows. I usually do my massages hard and it was good, until she kept using her elbow very hard and doing it on the same spot like crazy. Not sure if language barrier but I said your elbow hurts. She said okay medium but tldr, I came out feeling much worse than coming in. Wanted to add some back story for the main issue for this review.Now main reason why I am writing this review and never coming back now, is because they hit me with a forced tip. I did a 90 min massage for $75. Since I was not happy with the service at all, I wanted to tip $12.50 as that is around or a little more than 15%. They said no, 90min is $20 tip. Now, I have came to this place before and never had issues, I would tip $15+ and $20 if they didnt kill me and the massage felt very good. I said Bruh, her massage was terrible and I can feel my calves crying for what she did to them Then and there I said what ever, paid and will never come back.Time to search for a new massage place.

Although it looks a little sketchy on the outside, the aesthetic inside is very pretty, clean, and relaxing. My boyfriend and I went for the VIP couples massage which was great - it really helped relieve my back and shoulder pain - and I was very pleasantly surprised by the hot stones they used for a period of the massage. The only complaint I have is that I wish they incorporated some aromatherapy as well, even if its just candles or an essential oil diffuser.I would definitely visit again :)

Had a very pleasant 90 minute session today and 2 weeks ago. Im consistently very pleased with my experience here. It is my go to place in the neighborhood when I need a deep tissue massage and whole body relaxation 🙏🏾💆🏾‍♂️🧘🏾‍♂️

I don’t normally leave reviews unless the service is very good or very bad. Unfortunately in this case the service was extremely terrible. I left this place worse than when I came in. I come here a lot and never had this bad of an experience. My masseuse took a phone call during my session and when the call was over, she left her phone on the table so I could feel it vibrate from all the notifications she was receiving. I was hoping to relax but I left feeling even more tense. Then to top it all off the next morning I could barely move. She had tweaked a nerve in my back and now I can no longer bend. But wait there’s more, The 90min massage was $75 (which is a great price, one of the reasons that kept me coming back before) I was ready to tip $15 (20% which is more than she deserved). So I gave her $100 expecting change and this woman did not want to give me my change back

Went and had a 90-minute massage with Andy. It was soft, but also hard when it needed to be, and I left feeling great. The place is very clean and the music played during the massage was very soothing. Overall, it was a great experience and worth the time and effort.

Always had a pleasant experience here on each of my 5 visits so far. Winnie and Annie are fantastic, but Andy has been my favorite so far. I leave feeling relaxed and loose and always sleep soundly that night. Payment is cash, but they have an ATM on site. Call and make an appointment. Show up a few minutes early and ALWAYS be prepared to tip. (You are purchasing a personalized service, not a medical procedure or retail item. 20 percent is customary nowadays. 15 percent means you’re an unappreciative cheapskate OR you received bad service. NEVER not leave a tip. Complain or take your business elsewhere, but this is how their staff get paid. If you’re not prepared to tip, go to a chiropractor instead. Spa Heaven’s low service prices are more than enough to compensate for tipping a generous amount.) Sometimes I’ve had to wait a few minutes to be seen, it’s no big deal. They always do a thorough job, so it’s not like they’re rushing people and in and out just to stay on a perfect schedule. Some of these other review comments seem like they were written by belligerent children. Love this place, no complaints at all.

AVOID at All cost!!! They really try and make you give top saying it’s required and a minimum of $10! They all gather around and force you to give tips!! They don’t respect when you say they are hurting you by putting all there body weight and strength on you they just say ok and continue doing it!!!

I started going here because it was a local spa in my old neighborhood that offers massage therapy . Not every time I was overly satisfied but I am cordial person , so I don’t complain as much. Due to the inflation, the price went up to $70 for a hour (hot stone massage). That wasn’t the issue .. the issue is the tip they demand you for ! I paid $76 after taxes. Although I wasn’t satisfied , (the masseuse was extremely rough on my back & I had to tell her numerous of times to go softer) I decided to tip the masseuse an extra $10 . The masseuse caught a major attitude & began sucking her teeth & almost felt like she was demanding me for another $5 . A tip is a tip is not MANDATORY , it’s a courtesy ! . They do this quite often from the few times I have been there but I will never go back here again. A lot of other reviews look fabricated . But if you want the real I’ll tell you !

I have been going here for about a year. It’s been great until today. I called in at 7:38pm to schedule an appointment for 8:30pm for myself and my friend. I requested a certain masseuse who I go to at spa heaven and they said she would be available at 9pm and there would be a masseuse for my friend at 9pm as well. This was great because it was a 40 minute drive and it gave us enough time to get there. When we got there they said that we never made an appointment. I showed proof of the time I called and the and I explained verbatim what was said on the phone. The woman at the front desk said I spoke with her and I again mentioned what was said on the and she agreed that I called in and made an appointment for two with my requested masseuse. She mentioned that we can get a massage at 9:30 and 9:45pm but that was too late and it wouldn’t be with my requested masseuse. Because of the commute and her mistake I asked if they can compensate and give me a free or discounted massage and she refused. I spoke to her about how that was bad for business to guarantee clients slots with a masseuse and then turn them away and say we never made the appointment. She realized she was wrong and finally agreed to a whopping 5 dollars off on the next massage.I’ve never had an issue with this place and I’ve been coming here for a while. I would have thought because I was a recurring client they would acknowledge their mistake and help me out but they didn’t. Never going back.

Great massages and availability. My neck was whack before going in because my ex-wife makes me sleep on the couch now due to gambling issues. But got a 60 min massage here and feel amazing now. Good music too.

I have been getting a full body massage every 10 -14 days for the previous 10 years or so and Spa Heaven has a masseuse named Lucky who has the best massage skills i have ever encountered. I usually get a 60 minute body massage and a 30 minute foot massage and its only $50 an hour plus tips. I have been getting a massage every 2 weeks for over 10 years and i am always looking to find a better masseuse, but not anymore, since i have found Spa Heaven, specifically a girl and an extremely talented masseuse named Lucky, there is no need to look for a better therapist because Lucky is the most talented, hard working and smart massage therapist that i have encountered and i now get a massage from her every 10 days as part of my wellness routine. If you are looking to heal your body from any aches and pains please set up the appointment, you will be happy you did and your body will thank you! I tip her $1 per minute because she deserves it, so for a $50 massage i tip her $50 but the minimum you should tip Lucky is $25 on a $50 massage, it is not like a waiter where a 20% tip is good that is not the case when the therapist works every second of every minute to heal me!

Ive come here for quite some time... I even have a frequent visitors card! Lately its been completely non-enjoyable because of weird stuff happening while were there. Last time we were there my poor wife was trying to enjoy a couples massage with me and the guy massaging her kept leaving the room to yell at the other masseuses. This literally happened several times. At the end, they tried to upsell us more time or more services, but we were just over it and wanted to just get out of there. The price is right, but the service is weird.

Pleased to say that past me didnt steer present me wrong. This place is still quiet, clean, not too bright and they give one heck of a massage. The price is good, so make sure you put the money you save into a good tip cause these folks work hard. Shout-out to Candy who did an amazing job at the end of a long day that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Nope.Only wanted a 30 min foot reflexology but after being told 3 min I was told 8 minute then 5 then finally 3 again after which I left. Totally wait time= 30 min for zero service.So I did not get to review the massage service but the customer service was awful.Maybe better luck with an appointment but also the my should be honest about wait times. Will not go back to wait again for nothing. Waste of time.If you’re in the city I recommend Canal Body works who are now located on Doyer street, they are super customer service friendly, a little less on price which offers for greater tip and they take walk in’s right away.

After spending my money on a consistent weekly basis at this place, they have in the past month under new management double booked my appointment, triple or more booked my appointment with people standing frustrated and upset asking why they are doing this.They simply do not care about professional courtesy or respecting anyones time let alone mine. You go in and sit for a half hour past your appointment time to lay again in the room for 20 minutes until a therapist comes in. They double charged my card and then asked to give me a credit saying they couldn’t give me cash until I pushed them.They also hired untrained therapists that I’ve literally had to send out of the room due to how obvious it was they were not a therapist.This place has fallen apart.

Go somewhere else. Staff is rude and the receptionist lady will try to intimate you for a bigger tip. My friend and I tipped $28 in total for a $100 couple massage and she demanded we give her $10 more. Looking at past reviews that is something she does regularly. Place is sketch too. We wont be back

I called to schedule an appointment and had to wait a little bit for Andy because they were very busy. It was well worth the wait. After a full body and foot massage, I left feeling totally renewed. I had no idea how tense my body was before Andys worked on my body. I woke up the next morning feeling great. Great work.

I pulled my back due to a sports fitness related injury. They really took their time with me and my back was much better after! The massage was great. No need to go all the way into the city. True gem in Queens. Even added hot stone for free. Go!

At first you see the location and it’s next to a Burger King, and it doesn’t seem like much, but I must admit the decor inside was nice, clean, and airy.Yet let’s get to the part that matters. This was by far the worst massage I have ever received. I booked a last min couple body work massage for me and my husband. Thankfully they put us in a room together. My husband requested a women as I stated that I had no preference. His and my pressure preferences are different, yet we both left in great pain. We both actively spoke out about the pressure being too much, and with the indication they both understood there was still no change! We endured the massage, but right after we went to rite aid to get some epsom salt to soak tonight.And out of good faith we still tipped for time, and “effort”.WE WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!The only reasoning gave this location two stars is because of the the last minutes slot, the cleanliness, and the decor...O yeah! The prices also don’t match up to what is advertised on the website.... beware.

I have been going to Spa Heaven for a couple years; religiously every month and this place is absolutely wonderful staff and all. Andy has always been my masseuse and I could not do without him, he has me walking out of there feeling totally rejuvenated and limber :) Ambiance has always been zen and relaxing as it should. Definitely implore people to experience it themselves ;)

My go to place for a massage and facial. Really nice facial and fair prices.

My husband and I went for a couples massage. The aesthetic is lovely and very clean. Both our massages were fantastic were both very tight (he’s a touring musician and I run a nightclub on my feet crazy hours) we both feel amazing.I’ll be looking into the facials!

Groupon deal. There was no waiting. They took me right away for my appointment. I was told I had to pay $5 tax (unexpected) right off the bat. Got upset but let it go. This was the first time I have had ever had a professional massage. A male performed the massage. The massage was great. When leaving, I was then told that it is mandatory to give a $10 tip. Never heard of such a thing before. I feel the tax as well as the mandatory tip ($15 total unexpectingly) should have been told prior to making the appointment or in the ad itself. They strike me as being a money hungry place and a definite turn off for me. I will not be going back to this place because of this.

Enjoyed a great couples massage. Would be nice if they continued playing relaxing sounds after it stopped playing also the room smelled dusty they need some kind of warm relaxing aroma that’ll enhance the whole experience there’s a bath and body works across the street. The massage was painful. I’m looking for a massage place to soothe my skin and slight pressure to ease my tension. The massage I received was for a person experiencing lots of knots that was not for me at all I had a lot of pain the following day my back felt extremely sore. The slightest touch on my back was very painful. Looking for a new place.

What fantastic rates and amazing quality. I havent felt this good from a massage in a long time. The place is clean, the towels smelled fresh, and the rooms were roomy and private. I cant believe it was only $40 for an hour!! They use towels covering your body and then towards the end have warm hot oil and hot stones and towels. Mimi worked on my head, shoulders, and lower back jumping over my back and on top of it like my own personal private body ninja. She is seriously talented... But just know you need to tell them whether you want it strong or not. I loved it strong! This is not for the faint of heart. I got a fantastic deep tissue massage which was exactly what I needed. My body feels amazing and aligned. Thank you SPA HEAVEN! :)

I paid for 1hr full body couple massage and there were minimal interruptions. We had 60 minutes of actual massaging; the timer was not started until the masseuse began and when time was up, my masseuse continued because she had not finish massaging my left leg. The place was clean, had a peaceful atmosphere and it was empty. Each masseuse received $20 tip; thats how efficient they were. We were relaxed and no longer feeling sore from gym workouts....and dont expect weakness. The ladies are strong!

Worse experience ever. I waited for one hour because they overbooked. The lady gave me a terrible massage - just put A LOT of oil on my back and thats it. At the end I told that I didnt like the experience and she pretty much forced me to tip her. I did not want to talk back because there were other clients. Im very used to go to massage places and this was definitely the worse.

Just had a 60 minute deep tissue massage today & it was amazing!!! Leo was my masseuse and he was extremely professional. He made me feel very comfortable and the massage was beyond excellent! He really listened to me when I told him my lower back was my biggest issue. The place is very well kept, very clean and private rooms. Pricing is also really great. Also they have a Groupon, they charge you $5 for tax if you buy from Groupon and there is a $10 tip minimum, which I didn’t mind. I was very impressed and will be back!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great clean place. Massage was excellent. Therapist was welcoming and communicated if the applied pressure was fine. The room ambiance was harmonius and calm. My body is relaxed. Will come again.

If I had to describe my experience in one word, it would be EXCELLENT. The place was clean and very quite. The staff was very friendly. My therapist asked me like 2 times if she was hurting me in anyway (thats very important). From the moment she put her hands on my back I felt relaxed. I would recommend going to this place, get a deep tissue massage and youll be amazed. Im definitely going back!

David & May were awesome and professionalI had the couples deep tissue massage.They go in and break-down your knots and tension.They listen and communicate with you on how the massage is working with you based on tenderness.I recommend this place as I have been looking for a good deep tissue tension massage with a clean and pretty environment.They also offer waxing, foot and other services

Got a couples massage via groupon. I made an appointment 3 days prior but they did not seem busy when arriving on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was very polite and courteous. We both got the hot stone massage. The massage was excellent and very thorough. I would highly recommend this place and will visit again. Remember to bring a cash tip for the masseuse and there was a $4/each tax charged upon exit.

Excellent experience. My initial phone call to make a reservation with a lady was horrible. Fortunately my two calls following were with a gentleman who was very kind. The masseuse was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure. If you are into detailed massanging, this is the place. This was also my first time getting a hot stone massage.

This place has the worst customer service. The extremely overweight lady that just sits at the front desk and does nothing productive was extremely rude and her actions were unprofessional. Found every single excuse to not accept my Groupon even tho I purchased a massage from Groupon website itself. I went there twice and decided to take other customers over me just because they paid cash which makes no sense since I have a working voucher. Overall place looks dirty and hood and I would rather spend my money in an establishment that values their customer and knows how to be professional and courteous.

The lady at the desk has a very nasty attitude I used come here often but the last 2 times was when i realized that I won’t be returning. They want you to pay before services which I don’t understand and when you try to explain to her exactly what you want all she keep saying is pay 1st, pay 1st smh it’s like she’s not even listening to you.

Had a Groupon purchased for me for a couples massage. First day I called to make an appointment, I was told they only take Groupons before 5PM. Called back another day and was told the are not accepting Groupons after 3PM. Clearly this establishment are playing games with individuals who use Groupon.Nevertheless I booked an appointment for 12PM. Surprised at how nice the spa was on the inside. Coco was my masseuse and she was excellent. My shoulders and lower back are problem areas and Coco seems to know without me telling her. She relieved the pain and tightness that I previously had in those area. Coco actually walked on my back and massaged my back and arms with her feet. I’ve never had that done before and wish I would had a pic of the moment.The experience would’ve been 5 stars had it not been for the over weight female receptionist shaking me down for a $30 tip at the end. What’s sad is I can afford and practice tip etiquette. I know to tip a minimum of 20% and dont need intimidation or a shake down to do it. I literally asked the receptionist to give me change so I can tip both masseuses. I gave coco the tip and the overweight receptionist had the nerve to not only tell my the tip is a minimum of $15 but verify with coco that I indeed gave her that amount. Come to find out the receptionist that played games with appointment times for Groupon users is the same one who aggressively demanded the tip. Totally ruined the experience!!The massage was so good that I will go back but if anyone tries to shake down for a tip I’m walking out of the establishment without giving one!!!

Never again, they had my friend and I waiting for 15 minutes mind you our appointment was for 3pm. The service started out okay, until the therapist added her elbow and deep pressure onto my lower back which I did mentioned to her I didnt want a lot of pressure on my lower back because it hurted, but she kept putting pressure. Being that the service was a Swedish Massage The pressure was good on my shoulders but just not my lower back, they didnt even massage the front of our legs. I hope these therapist are Licensed.

Very reasonably priced, clean, and private rooms. The massage was thorough and the woman really listened when I said my neck was the main issue and she spent time working on it. I have been too very expensive massage places in Manhattan but they were not as good frankly. One criticism is the disco reception desk. Wasn’t sure what kind of place I was walking into.

Only four stars because the communication is not good. Massuer Lucky is very,very professional and has great hands. I will return.

I was long overdue for a massage and Coco did an amazing job today with my full body deep tissue massage. She worked through all my knots without leaving me sore. The hot stone was a plus.I enjoyed my massage so much I added the 30 min foot reflexology. Left there feeling completely relaxed.Thank you Coco!!! I will see you next month.

Excellent! They know what they are doing! Had bad shoulder pain and their deep tissue massage helped me. You will be in pain for a day or 2 after a deep tissue massage but just get adequate rest and wait because the magic starts from day 3 onward. You also get every minute of your massage time. They dont cheat you.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a spur of the moment couples massage close to home. We found the perfect place!! It was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Definitely recommend this hidden gem in Brooklyn. We are returning back again today!! Be mindful- my boyfriend never really wanted massages prior to this place.

This Alene sharing, and the full body work and foot massage was so great. I even fell asleep. The messages was so great too, my neck pain and back pain I had for years went away I was feeling livid!! Can’t wait to come back next time!

My husband and I had a couple message scheduled for 4pm, we got there at 3:50 and was told that they are busy and cannot see us until 5pm. We were of course frustrated however being that we had a sitter for our two kids we decided to go back at 5pm. We were taken to the upper level at 1st the room has a odd smell not a good One then we were told we would be message by two gentleman when asked for a female they took some time to return. My husband has a great experience with his message however my message was anything but relaxing the guy keep putting too much pressure I had to asked a few times to go softer and the next day my whole body especially my neck and back was in pain. I would not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been getting massage from this place for 4+ years. This is a hidden gem and I feel the massage technique is exceptional compare to many other places. In some other places, you could feel the time is wasted as the therapist walk around, or not focusing on you, but this won’t be happened in Spa Heaven. They also provide hot stone for free , which is a extra.I highly recommend people to try this place.

The main lady (assuming she is the owner) is always, ALWAYS nasty. Always has an attitude and will sot there and argue with you when she herself in in the wrong. Stubborn nasty lady. Not sure why I’ve given a lot of business yo them, including the many friends I’ve brought with me. They just want your money. They don’t care If you’re happy or to keep you as a customer

This place is great! Went there for a couple massage with my wife and they did their thing. It was the best massage we have had. They worked out the kinks and knots. I also discovered today that I had kinks and knots in muscles I didnt know I had. They were thorough. I know not every massuese is the same, so Grace worked with me and Eddie worked with my wife. Enjoy!

I went to this place for my first time last week. I was fortunate enough to have Kevin as my masseuse and oh boy he did an amazing, amazing job. I was really tense and he give me one of the most wonderful massage ever.... definitely recommend this place, is clean the staff is friendly and Kevin was wonderful. I even took a picture with him to make sure I get the same person next time. Lol

I hesitated to buy my Groupon to this place. I read some bad reviews. It was very clean, nice calming music. The massage was great. I got a a VIP couple massage. Very tentative. I also did the cupping for the first time. It was great. We will definitely come back.

For a no frills walk-in massage spa, I’m so happy to have discovered this place. The prices are reasonable and the massage was great. It is very clean and warm (great for a cold NY day). I feel incredible after the massage.

Needs a little update to the massage tables used. And street parking will be hard to find if you visit during busy hours of people shopping in the neighboring stores.The masseuses are nice. Not too bad, however I stopped going after front desk personnelle tried to force me to tip larger than usual. They tried to make up some minimum tip rule that never existed. It ruined my mood and left a bad taste in my mouth. Smh. I’m not sure if they felt desperate and pressured due missing out on funds due to closing so long during the start COVID, or what. But after over year, I just couldn’t anymore

First, I had to wait 2 weeks to use my Groupon, as per Ms. Yung who indicated that she was advised by her boss anyone using a Groupon must wait for the week days slots and appointments must be before 12 noon to use the voucher .I explained to her that this information was not disclose in the voucher summary. And it was not suitable for my schedule.She basically said well if you would like to be accommodated for any day or time you must pay cash.In short, I waited for the massage, however they were overbooked and over crowded as I arrived, nonetheless I had to wait over 30 minutes. Then rush to pay taxes.Massage was uncomfortable, and ruff.Very unpleasant feeling.

Great massage. Will definitely go again. Avoid taking the Groupon for this place. This turns out to be more expensive than the actual cost. We got a Groupon for a couples massage and it turned out to be 90$. And the actual price was also $90. No point in taking the group on.But the massage was excellent. We felt very relaxed after the massage. Very professional.

I pass by this location several times, but the appearance from the outside made me feel hesitant to use the service. Out of impulse, I decided yesterday to book for a facial. When I finally arrived, I was surprised to see how clean and organized the establishment was! I was so content that the a facial was followed by a 30 minute back massage, both were performed by Coco, who was surprisingly strong :-). After this experience, I decided Spa Heaven is a keeper! Received a Christmas gift for a VIP couples massage that we finally got to use today, and boy was it wonderful. Cindy and Coco released all our knots and stress in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely do again.

I had a couples massage and the two massage therapists were talking and laughing to each other throughout the massage. It was extremely unprofessional and distracting. The male employee who was doing my massage used an incredible amount of pressure despite me asking him to lighten up multiple times. I was in pain for a lot of the massage and my back hurt a lot the day after, more than any other massage Ive had. I would not go here again or recommend

Just came from Spa Heaven after reading reviews I was curious, finally decided to go there and I was very satisfied by the service my masseuse was Winnie she was great. I told her my chest was sore from working out and she healed my pain, I feel like I got a whole new chest. She did the body first with hot stones I thought she forgot about my chest but I was feeling good so I didn’t say anything. When she turned me over and got to my chest I knew she was a professional. My chest felt like I never worked out , all the soreness gone! I will be back soon, thanks Winnie.

First off, Ill say it wasnt a bad massage. Not the best by far, but not bad. Facilities are clean and well kept.Every other part of this experience was completely frustrating...I went with my mother and we purchased Groupons, $38 for a 1 hour massage thats regularly $70. When I called to make an appointment I was told there is a $5 tax when using a Groupon. When I questioned this nonsensical statement the woman on the phone basically pretended she didnt understand me. This turned out to be a trend, and while I understand that English is not everyones first language, if youre running a business or a receptionist you should probably be able to answer simple questions about the buisness.When we arrived we discovered that a 1 hour massage is $45... We were told that the Groupon is for a $70 VIP massage, which curiously is not posted on the menu of services. The difference? 5 minutes of rubbing hot stones in circles on your back, definitely not worth a $25 up charge.After the massage a sign that was on the reception desk concerning their minimum tipping policy was waved in my face as they demanded a $10 tip... I was in the middle of considering what to tip, but at this point I I just threw a $10 bill at them along with the buisness card I had been given and let them know I wouldnt be returning. Unsurprisingly, they didnt care.In conclusion...-Not a terrible massage-Clean facilities-Deceptive pricing policies-Not relaxing-STEER CLEAR

I have been waiting so long for a massage and I never got a massage before ever in my life. 3 months ago my Grandma passed away from cancer and it broke my heart I was sad and depressed and I just knew a massage was going to help me get rid of that pain I was having of griefing. When I first got to Spa Heaven I was nervous but when this beautiful Chinese lady started taking care of me that was it she made sure I really enjoyed myself and I sure did and I would want to go back again.

Nice atmosphere, made an appointment the day before. If you are using Groupon make sure you have enough to pay mandatory Tip and taxes! It was 10$ min tip each, and tax was about 5$ overall nice massage for the price 💆

After Reading the reviews I was determined to try this spot. Eric was amazing. He was thorough, he was consistent, strong yet gentle. The atmosphere was quiet and clean. I had a late appointment so I dont hear voices or cars. Just us breathing and the spa music. ( yea kinda cool!). Will definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I got a vip couples massage gift via groupon. We read the great reviews and were looking forward to our massage despite the outside appearance. By all means we were willing to give this place the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived they asked us to be seated in the waiting area, which was extremely dark . We didnt wait too long, but during that time the staff were arguing with eachother. We put that aside, and continued to keep an open mind. When the staff brought us to the room, it was extremely cramped and dark and she left without saying anything. My boyfriend decided to turn on the lights and we realized we were in a tiny storage room with two massage tables in it. We were no longer comfortable there and didnt want the services anymore, so we immediately walked out.

I arrived 10 mins early. It is 13 mins now past my appt time and the lady isnt here. As a customer they hold you to coming in on time but they dont respect your time. Unreliable.

This service was purchased on Groupon, after purchasing this I called to make an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to told me I cannot make an appointment during the weekend if its with a Groupon, they rather take clients thats paying cash or credit. I understand business was bad for the last year or so but if this was a thing maybe they could of mentioned that on their groupon details and not waste people time. That was very unprofessional of them to even mention that, thats no way to run a business. Now if they dont get any services for the day I was booking now they making zero money. I rather spend more money elsewhere then give this place a dollar of my money.

Steve is sent from heaven. Directly. However, I’d skip the Groupon scenario. Regardless of the advertisement, in reality (because you pay a $5 fee at the spa) your savings amounts to exactly $5 off. For that, you get a headache and whoever might be available at the time. Stick to main menu and someone you enjoy.

Been there twice and like it very much , you have to do a couple massage nice soothing experience , especially Eric and April they are awesome and great massagers they ask you always if it to soft or hard and checking up that you are content. Your body comes out of there so relaxed and calm. Granted the first time a little achey but it was ok because its normal that the body goes thru it because its adjusting the second it was fine and soothing. As long you continue to go your body will benefit. The front Host I believe her is Nicole she very welcoming and nice. Always make sure we get the right room and attentive.This place is worth the money and also worth tipping them because they will always take care of you good,every time.

I took my husband for an early B-Day gift.. It was great! Reception was welcoming, as soon as you walk in you feel relaxed! They worked all the kinks and knots out of the both of us! I just wanted to sleep after! Body felt like jello! Fantastic! Were talking about making it a monthly thing!

My experience was horrific, i had a male massage therapist who was poking at my back. i can’t even call it a massage. i was in pain throughout the entire massage. i told him several times it was painful and he still continued to apply more pressure. it’s been 12 hours since my “massage” and my back is sore and it hurts to the touch. upon completion we were asked to pay $9 “tax” and mandatory gratuity (min of $10). i do not recommend this place to anyone. my boyfriend said it isn’t spa heaven, it’s spa hell.

I received a massage from Linda and I was not 100 satisfied. This is the first spa experience that I did not enjoy. First and foremost, the masseuse should inquire if there are any particular areas on the body that may be hurting, sore, or sensitive. In addition, she never spoke to me about anything, she went straight into the process. She walked out for maybe about 3-4 minutes to retrieve the warm stones, which was annoying because she did not make up for those minutes within my hour long session. Towards the end she decided to rush it because the timer went off. Due to the lack of communication and mediocre service, I would not return. I am glad others experiences were enjoyable. The massage itself was ok but I went in by myself and the male masseuse made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’m a 26 year old female and went in alone and idk if everything he did happens to everyone else but I found it very odd. He did perform this stretch multiple times on my upper body where my top half would lift up from the table and my breasts were totally exposed to see. Also throughout the massage he kept pulling out his phone when I was face down and using it. I don’t know what he was doing but being a young woman laying naked on a table with only a tiny towel barely covering my butt and he is standing over my when I can’t see using his phone is so I inappropriate. I wish I would have said something in the moment but just be careful about who your masseuse is here.

A feisty bunch of gals: they spent their time talking about other clients and criticizing them one by one in front of me. Rolling their eyes at new clients coming in a very conflictuel mode. This isn’t professional at all.they clearly do not understand what service means and that people come to a spa to have a good, enjoyable time or break. The woman that did my brow was nice and did a good job.

The place is very clean and friendly staff. They do not speak English well but they use the app to translate your require. Make sure you talk with them where on your body need more attention. Also, you should tell them in advance if you want female staff do the massage.

We made an appointment for 8:30pm that evening with the anticipation & knowledge that I would be adding an additional 30-minutes to both of our massages individually, thus making our massages 90-minutes each. Upon our timely arrival, I informed them of the Groupon deal that I had purchased and my request for additional time. We proceeded to our room, changed and enjoyed our massages.My friend expressed to me, that she would return with her boyfriend and that Eric, had worked her back nicely. Eddie, the gentleman that worked on my back, had also done a satisfying job.We proceeded to get dressed and join them at the front desk.Once we reached the desk, I handed over my printed-Groupon sheet as well as my credit card for the additional time that I had purchased. Only then, was I informed that there was an estimate that was a bit higher than I was expecting which included the following:10% surcharge-fee for utilizing my credit card$8.00 additional taxes added on top of my Groupon dealand a MANDATORY tip on top of the cash we had already given the (2) gents that worked on our backs.I stated in a respectful manner that we never made aware of these fees up-front and that tips are not mandatory. They are to be left to the customers discretion.I paid for all of my fees and explained to Hannah (front desk receptionist), that we had already tipped the guys that worked on our backs. She proceeded to rudely launch an 8x8 sign that was hidden in a small corner of the front desk at us and demand that we tip more for the services rendered.At that point, not only were we taken aback by their position, we were highly insulted. I turned to Eric & Eddie and advised them that this was extremely unprofessional and that it was bad service to treat clients in this manner especially after we had already tipped. They both proceeded to rudely ask us to Leave -We will never return to Spa Heaven nor will we recommend this place to anyone.In addition, I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, for the practice of charging the 10% credit card fee which is not legal in New York.I highly suggest that prior to booking an appointment or spending money in this establishment, consumers educate themselves with the services and fees so that they are not met with the same hostile experience that left a bad taste in our mouths.Spa Heaven is more of Spa Hell after our experience - They need to do better!

I always go for a quick massage after working out when I get really sore and usually go with my sister in law in a couples massage room. The massage therapist almost always carry on a conversation as if they are having coffee which is why I took off one star. 2nd star taken off because even when I tell them to focus more on a certain part..my sore legs from working out, they go through the same routine as always. I guess you get what you pay for because its not expensive

Basic no frills massages. If you are a woman and are not comfortable with a male masseuse you will need to let staff know ahead of time. I got him, but did not mind. If you need strong hands, he is the one for you.

I made appointment with the boss and she confirmed it. The day of the appointment she tells me that I can’t use the Groupon that day. We rescheduled it for the following Tuesday and the boss never put it in the books. So I wasted my time to get there and pay for parking and they wanted me to reschedule for the 2nd time.

I went here the masseuse was struggling with me I am a little taller than the average person and a little built. It felt like a kid rubbing my back. The massage table is uncomfortable and what ever lotion or oil they use clogged up my nose. Full Pass for me.

This place is horrible. They schduled me for a 10:15 am appointment, and were not even open, and didnt bother to call me and tell me they were running late. When i called them they were rude and hung up on me. I called a few more times and no one answered. When they finally opened and I went up, they were rude again, nasty attitude, and barely spoke english. When I try to talk and tell them about my appiontment, the man at the desk told me to sush while he made a phone call. Well I couldnt beleive they could be so rude to a customer. I left, and I will not be going back, nor recommending them to any one. If you need a message go to a professional. Very poor customer service. If i could give 0 Stars I would.....
