The Deep End

I love having the Deep End in the neighborhood. The food is so good- the smash burger is my partners favorite in all of NYC. I love the wings. Drink prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly, and they host great events. Awesome murals on the walls. Truly hits all the marks.

Catering, wow! We got a spread of tacos carnitas, veggie, and chicken from The Deep End for a 30-person picnic in the park, and what amazing compliments we got!I’m Mexican, so have very high standards for tacos in NYC. As a Mexican-owned restaurant, they definitely delivered! They even brought their own hot pan to help warm the tortillas. These were certainly a hit!Added a photo from one of their karaoke Sundays for fun. Also a blast and v warm, community and LGBTQ+ friendly feel.Highly recommend!

This is a fun dive bar. I had the privilege of DJing a party here. The staff were great. Seems like a very inclusive place. There was a drag show/contest beforehand. I would come here regularly if I lived nearby

Good place to come chill and relax with friends. Drinks are decently priced (paid $52 for 4 margaritas) and taste ok. Coat check is $3 and there is a bigger dance floor in the back with a dj, disco ball and neon lights.

Been coming here for years as Im part of a monthly cosplay circus show, Cats Eye Cabaret, which is venued here, and know the owners. Its really a mainstay of the neighborhood at this point. I always look forward to doing the show and getting fries, tacos and a drink after. You should definitely check it out!

I hate when a place cancels an order with no adequate reasoning …if one item was out of stock or something, why not say that? Maybe that item is not actually a requirement - am I supposed to chase them down and ask why they cancelled? It’s very unprofessional 60.00 of business lost for them. I just did 7 rounds of squats, I’mStarving! There’s 40 minutes remaining until they stop deliveries so it’s not like the closing soon. I’m sure they had at least 1 of the items I wanted but no one from their restaurant has reached out attempted to accommodate me. And this was my first time trying them. Not a great first impression.

First-time time visit. Loved the music of old school R&B. Large warehouse setting but great use of space. We had chocolate cake, quesadilla and margaritas. Then there was karaoke!!!!

Was here for an art show by bunny. Artist bunny boi productions. Food was ok. Bar food. Nothing special. The place was cool. Parking is a bit difficult but over all good place to have a good night with friends. Drinks are not too expensive. Able to book for private partys. Hipster/artsy neighborhood. Nice place

Fiend may cozy environment, gets pretty full on weekends. Always good to be at if your just looking for a chill and warmth place to have a drink and socialize with friends.

I’m so happy to come back to the new patio and new menu! The summer cocktails are perfect for hot days and the menu is hearty and delicious. The patio is actually on the sidewalk instead of crammed in a parking spot on the street. Summer bliss~

The food here is delicious!!!! And it looks really cool inside. Though its entrance is easy to almost miss. The chips and guac were amazing. The French toast is heavenly, so light and fluffy. 10/10

This place is awesome, especially with so many different venues to choose from in the area this place stands out.For starters the Manger was fine with a carpet performance which worked out perfectly and the security was way cooler than most other places.The place has excellent attitudes and vibes and stands out for being a great place to hear great music to dance or chill with..The Deep End keep up the great work 👍

I went on a Saturday morning for Drag Brunch. I visited as part of a bachelorette party and we could not have had a better experience. The staff were so kind, and fun, and really became our brunch spirit guide. They were the only person working, and our glasses were never empty and we never felt like a burden despite being a loud group of 10. It was the best, I would recommend The Deep End to anyone in Bushwick. We saw Jette Grey preform and she is a beautiful human, and even hung out with us and took photos. It was the best brunch ever. 10/5 stars!

Awesome staff, fun events, cool murals and decor, great sounds and music, BEST TACOS IN BROOKLYN! The owners are active members in the creative and arts community, and are always allowing unique projects into the space. Theres even an event room in the back perfect for art galleries or special occasions. Safe space for all peoples. I LOVE THE DEEP END!

I go their on Thursdays when I can with my younger brother to play Super Smash bros. on the switch, but they have other events.

Simply, the best bar Ive ever been to. The drinks are strong, the food is actually affordable (and delicious, to boot), and the folks are fantastic.One of the few things in Queens Ill actually make it out for. 😏

Fun bar with extremely friendly employees! Went with my friend Mike while visiting from out of town. While day drinking I met the owner and one of the best mix masters. She made me a Mezcal Margarita that was awesome 😎 🌴

$10 COVER CHARGE. This place has repeatedly waited until I’m inside ordering drinks to tell me and my friends there’s a $10 cover charge. You can even ask the bouncer if there’s a cover and he’ll say “no” and then someone inside will wait until you’re settled then tell you that there’s some sort of special fundraising night happening for the bar. If the bar is unable to stay afloat without lying by omission to people about there being a cover charge maybe they should just shut down! Don’t go here, they pull the same stunt every time!

Reliable neighborhood spot with a funky, eclectic atmosphere. The murals that line the walls are fun to look at while you wait for your drink from the bar. Literally anything from the menu is incredible.Also, fun fact, the team gave away free meals to neighbors in need weekly during the height of the pandemic. If you havent yet, definitely check them out!

So much fun dancing, wild shows, and good vibes. Every time the crowd is great, nothing but happy nights. The food is delicious too, omnivores and vegans will all be licking their lips 😋

This is a really fun dive bar with quirky decor, decent cheap drinks (including wine that doesnt suck) and a greasy bar food menu. Come for the entertainment! They have a lot of fun burlesque and karaoke and circus shows both in the main and back rooms. Bring a coat in the winter since the insulation isnt great in this post industrial space.

Fantastically unpretentious. Decent sound in both rooms, good drinks, and great basement sound events. 🧡👀👂🏾

I went here with my sister for a gay burlesque show and we hung out afterwards. The show was great. The venue was easy to find which we were very happy about. The guys that worked there that night were so awesome. We drank and danced and had an awesome night. They had great dance music. Its in a good clean area so no crazy people around. They have a small menu. We got tacos which were a little spicy the sweet potato fries were so great I highly recommend them. The place isnt too big but the atmosphere is just amazing. Its warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend anyone to go here. They also host a lot of shows. We found our tickets on Groupon and Im really glad that we did. It was worth every penny and we will definitely go back again.

The bartenders were super friendly and had a great energy! Chicken tenders were the best Ive ever had, no joke. The drag queens gave mesmerizing performances. Music was dope and this spot has an amazing ambience overall. Highly recommend!!!

I really cant wait to go back to The Deep End. I love the murals on the wall they were absolutely beautiful, I had got a breakfast burrito and mimosas everything was so delicious and my server Sasha was amazing. Im definitely telling all my friends about this place!!

Every quality about this place has been paid attention to in detail. The food is better-than-restaurant quality. The parties are always fun, the music is always good, they have an awesome event space, and most of all the service couldn’t be better. Highly recommend, so happy they’re back. 50 cent wing Wednesdays 😍🚀

Songs are gonna be bump-y but often no words. Bathroom available and no cover at least on a Friday after 1. The bar tenders look out for women especially the guy with dreads.

I really want to like this place, but on a Friday evening the vibe was dead, the cocktail was not worth $10, and the chicken fingers gave me food poisoning. The only redeeming quality was the attentiveness of the bartender. I might try again on a Saturday night, but not a great first impression.

Food is really good, kinda dark inside but they have outdoor seating. Probably one of the coolest bathroom situations. Drinks are amazing as well. Really good pricing.

Great music, awesome bartenders, and delicious food. I love their Rodeo Drive salad and their goat cheese balls are a must! Ive come here so many times for various events and I always have fun.

Huge space, and good drinks. Personally i do not enjoy the music. It is usually empty and people are usually bored and nobody is dancing (I’m guessing it’s the music). The whole production is cheap. Last Saturday they had a projector playing the same 1min clip of guys “vogueing” until the battery of the macbook died lol. The decor and the whole idea could have been better. It needs a lot of work and definitely better djs if you are gonna charge 20$ entrance.

Very few bars in this area make you feel like family. Very few bars give a damn about you as a person. The Deep End is the epitome of a regulars bar. If you show your face a few times a week you become an automatic VIP and the owners start giving a damn about seeing your face again. Go in with dive expectations and leave with a sense that you got an experience a notch above any other dive bar in NYC (mostly because the food is cheap and amazing). These guys know how to do it right, and I love them for that.

Amazing staff! Adriana and jorge are the best people on this earth! Also the food is amazeballs and fresh too! Very good at maintaining covid protocols! And as for drinks? Try the spicy tequila margarita! It will blow ur socks off and have u dancing all night! Its always a great time and great company :D

Awesome space and great events catering to a unique Brooklyn crowd. People are friendly and not generic. Great food and drink selection. Big fan of this spot and its located a block from the Halsey L so thats dope.

We had brunch this time and it was excellent. Breakfast chorizo tacos, avocado toast with home fries and a side of goat cheese balls with honey. Friendly service. We love it.

One of my favorite karaoke & event bars, but I do wish they would add more plant based menu items because I am limited to eating only the incredible sweet potato fries.

The Deep End is such a chill place to hang out and have fun. Brunch on the weekends is only $30 for bottomless mimosas and an entree. Such a great deal!

Not swayed by being ravenously hungry but the burger was actually really good! Just to make it a bit more appealing, pls throw the hardened plastic glasses away and use glass! Otherwise keep up.

Had an excellent burger and fries. Went there during a quiet period so cant talk too much about the usual atmosphere but the staff was nice and it ended up a great place for a catchup with friends.

A very special place. There is live entertainment, games, just a lively welcoming environment. I especially love Wednesdays, half price wings. The sauces, the crack, taste the best.

All I did was order some food and leave, but everyone was really respectful the whole time. They know the reason why people go to bars. Great experience, would come back to again. 10/10

The smash bros tournament on tuesday nights is poppin! Tacos and margaritas all night for taco tuesdays. Quesadillas are dope.......Pretty much everything on the menu is made with love. Youll have a great time no matter what you came for.
