Amelie is just wonderful! For every facial session I get I make sure to request her personally. She goes out of her way to make sure Im comfortable every step of the process. She always has a sweet, positive attitude and always follows up with how my previous treatments went. This makes me feel special that she remembers her clients. She makes my visits so worth it.Ive been coming to this location for over a year now and its my favorite out of the others near my area. I have not had a good experience with them, I book an appointment for massage and because my daughter came with me they cancel my appointment on the spot. Also,the massage therapist got paid fully for not providing the service. The receptionist did not allow me to book another appointment to make up. Also the massages are not always the 60 minutes when you paid for it. Its not worth having a membership. Your better off getting a massage by your significant other

I booked a 60-minute facial for $200+ and I was only given 23 minutes. Massage Envy’s advertising online is extremely misleading. I’ve had facials before and I’ve never experience anything like this. I was considering joining but this experience completely turned me off. When I brought up the time discrepancy, the esthetician said she had been doing this for 14 years and that’s why my session was so short. I booked 60 minutes not 23. At the very least, it should’ve been 50 minutes with consultation time. Fair warning for those who are trying Massage Envy for the first time.
Today I had an appointment at the Riverside Plaza location. Ashley was AH-mazing!!! Unfortunately for me (but fortunately for her 👍), she’s transferring to the Fontana location next week, so anyone who wants to go to that location please, PLEASE request Ashley. She listens to what you need and want and she follows through! My massage today was one of the best I’ve had in years!!! I had an appointment scheduled that I was really looking forward to on Christmas Eve morning, 2022. I received a call saying my therapist didnt show for work and if I would prefer another therapist, I declined as I have a right to do, I wanted a female therapist for my first message. They suggested an appointment for Monday, I declined because of the holiday Ill be out of town. Tonight, I received a call confirming my appointment I explained that I did not make an appointment for today, the caller said, well unfortunately it shows you have an appointment for tonight and if you dont show we have to charge.. I interrupted and said, no I did not agree to an appointment for tonight because I knew I would be out. She insisted that my husband made the appointment and that I was going to be charged for not showing. I got very upset, I asked her name, I asked to speak to a manager, she insisted that Unfortunately ( she said it 3 times, her co-worker scheduled me and there was nothing she could do but charge me a cancelation. Uh, no. I was heated called her a sorry b and she hung up. I wasnt right for reacting to her lack of customer service ability, I blame that on the center that employs her. I feel like I was made to feel unheard, her insistence that Id made a commitment that I wasnt going to keep really upset me, I was shaking. I called back and Adriana wouldnt give me the name of the girl who was unprofessional over the phone. I will not be using message envy in the future. If they lack the ability make me feel comfortable and relaxed through a phone call I highly doubt Id have a pleasant experience in person.
Y’ALL LOOK! PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION!!! I’m a 36 year old woman & all I wanted was to enjoy a relaxing spa day before my birthday this weekend.So basically when I booked, I was asked if I had a preference & I specifically stated I wanted a Female massage therapist to book my massage with. So boom…Now I’m scheduled for a one hour full body massage! Everything is cool & I arrive the next day for my scheduled appt. (7/26)I am not a discriminatory or a hateful person in any way. I accept whoever for whatever…I never trip on nothing. However, I am not comfortable with men or a biological male touching my body for what I feel to be an intimate setting unless it’s my man. That’s just period. And a full body massage is as intimate as it comes.For some reason during my massage, I began feeling uncomfortable. It was legit an eerily disconcerting feeling I felt. So after the session ended now I’m walking down the hall…why I see my masseusse in the hallway face to face, & that’s when I peeped, this might be a man! Like be for real! I was in shock! Lightweight livid! Because WTHeck?! I didnt know what to do, how to react, who to talk to or nothing. I have no problem with transgenders, but I don’t want any transgender men giving me a massage. Not to mention I was informed my therapist was a female.I spoke with the assistant manager the next day and the complacency, non-chalant response, and smug attitude was beyond me. She unapologetically told me that they assign therapists “based on how the masseuse identifies their gender in their paperwork.” I feel lied to, betrayed, and seriously violated. I am undoubtedly upset over this! I literally can’t stop thinking about this. It’s crazy to me that they didn’t even give me the option to go with someone who isn’t transgender. So heads up…If you go to this place, make sure you speak up and be vocal. Especially if it is important & matters to you whether your therapist is a biological male or female.

Miguel was the masseur I had for my full body massage birthday present from my wine. Miguel gave me an EXCELLENT massage, perfect pressure..no pain..perfect relaxation with his excellent techniqueWould have given it a 5 star except rating the booking on the internet was confusing and trying to cash in on the gift card was a nightmare.The several girls at the desk tried to help but I wad there 30 minutes before it was. The front desk should have the ability to secure the gift card # via the booking number ..the code was sent to my wifes spam and there was never an indication one needed a gift card number..something definitely missing.BUT THE ACTUAL MASSAGE FROM MIGUEL WAS PERFECT! the website booking and the cashing in was really a disaster and although the several sweet employees tried to help they should have had the authority and knowhow to not to
Just realized I havent had a real massage in quite some time. Was gifted a massage for my birthday and let me tell you I embarrassed myself several times but still left feeling relaxed and renewed. My only suggestion would be for them to offer water. There are a lot of in treatment additions that I wanted to try, they offer facials, which was news to me, will try and go more often

Horrible experience with management. Ariana (assistant manager) is the worst and has no integrity. If she promises you anything, make sure that you get it in writing. Ive tried canceling my membership multiple times due to medical issues. At first she says she can cancel for me. Then she says she cant. She said she can only temporarily freeze it. They froze it for a short period of time but continue to charge monthly. Still had the medical issue and unable to use. Was charged monthly.... Sometimes twice a month for a membership I couldnt use. Towards the end of my year membership, Ariana promised my card would be no longer charged because my contract was coming to an end. My contract ended and I still got charged... but this time almost $10+ more ($70)!!! I called Ariana who is the one who promised me my card would no longer be charged. She said that I had to fill out paperwork first and I couldnt not receive a refund. I filled out the paperwork and emailed it to them so I could at least stop getting charged. 3 weeks later my card is charged AGAIN. They charged my card TWICE in July when I was not under contract with them... when Ive repeatedly expressed not wanting the services anymore. This second time Ariana claims to never have received my email with the cancellation document. I send it again! She confirms receiving it this last time but again says I will not be refunded my $70 and that I have 60 days to use any credits I have on my account before theyre all lost. Now Im forced to rush and get all of these services within a short period of time because they refused to refund me. It was not relaxing at all. It was actually a very stressful experience. Stay away. Soooo unethical, rude, and unconcerned with clients health, and well-being! Get ANYTHING promised in writing!!!

Facial was good however once your done, they pitch you their products explaining how superior they are compared to the market. No biggie right? Well after you pick some products they walk you to the counter and pitch you their membership.Once you decline they try to set up another appointment and when you decline that, they make an appointment for you and charge you a $120 no show fee using the card on file with no permissions to keep the card information.When you call about the charge, the entire staff who answers the phone have so many calls about this per day they use strategic and repetitive sentences th cover their hustle and scam. Pay with Cash please watch out. Good luck!

Wonderful place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Diana was absolutely incredible. I am a busy mom of 5 and constantly having stuff going on. And during my session with Diana, she was able to get me to relax and clear my mind. Which hasnt happened in years haha. I would recommend her and this place to everyone. I will definitely be going back monthly.
So I was taking care of a love one who had a stroke. A friend had recommended this place. So I sign up for membership but what they fail to mention is that you can’t cancel the subscription for a year which is really horrible especially with this pandemic. So buyers beware a ripoff.
The Massage Envy in Riverside scammed $600 from my disabled sister!!! Do not EVER go there!This location is managed by the most uncaring scam artist! My sister verbally requested to have her services discontinued at the end of last year due to health issues that impact her both mentally and physically. No one told her or her husband, who was with her that day, that they do not honor verbal requests. Instead they continued to charge her for 10 month even though no services were rendered! When it the charges were noticed I immediately drove my sister to their location (since she no longer can drive). They refused and still continue to refund her money! They only thing they offered was to let her transfer the 10 months of massages to other people but at an additional cost of $10 per transfer. After some more back and forth both with the Riverside location and their corporate offices, who cannot do anything since each location is privately owned, we still have absolutely no reasonable resolution! My sister is both physically and now mentally imparted due to a chronic illness but their management does not care! They deliberately took advantage of her quite obvious mental and physical deterioration but since they have $600 of her money that she desperately needs for treatment, they do not care! I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!
Due to some injures I had to my low back I was advised that massage would be good for me. I went to a few places having to keep price in mind because I am on a tight budget. I finally made an appointment with Massage Envy and luckily I got Diana, she is the best, does so much for my pain and the money is well spent. I highly recommend her if you are looking to just relax of get some pain relief.

They botched my account (I somehow have two separate accounts and yet can access neither) which has made me unable to get access online or book any services that I was paying the monthly membership for. I have called, gone in person, even filed numerous email complains, nothing was ever even acknowledged, let alone resolved. Ultimately filed a complaint with the BBB - lets see where it goes from here.
Manager Ashley was awful, poor customer service! I tried to book massage at 130pm for 7pm, after calling back to confirm it was booked by someone else. Ok no problem I tried a few other locations. Then called back and couple hrs later to see if they had any other openings and the 7pm was available again,great book it, then while on the phone she put me on hold to come back a said her colleagues just booked it. Really... so not available. Ok now it seams bogus! I will take the late one at 9pm,Im a member and my husband is not so I cant book a couple massage with him. Such a joke! Horrible customer service!
The entire thing, it is a great story to tell any who i bring it up to.Melanie was phenomenal. I ended up getting two massages in one week even though i slightly bruised from the first one, and she was very attentive and kind considering id never had a massage at an establishment before.It begins as most stories do...an inexperienced first timer who thinks he knows what deep tissue means. Alas, i knew not the true depth it could go. I know now, that which i didnt know then. When i thought id had pretty deep massages from exes in the past, i did not realize how woefully wrong i was. When asked how much pressure i wanted between the 4 or 5 options i confidently chose firm/deep... I was unprepared. That elbow reached deep under muscle groups i didnt know existed beyond the rim of my shoulder blade i didnt know could be accessed. Yet as time went on, tension began to give way, and through many bouts of holding my breath through a mixture of agony and enjoyment, i came out the end of a 60 minute session feeling torn (no pun intended...maybe). I had become accustomed to being surprised to what hit next, and now it was over. Well i got paid on the following thursday and on friday i returned instead for a 90 minute volley. I have since signed up for membership and look forward to more sessions, now that i have seen the truth.Jokes aside, it was a wonderful experience and Melanie was both helpful and professional. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.P.s. If this makes it to Melanie, marry me? Lol :D
Robert is my man at Massage Envy. He has been my therapist since this location had been open. He can give an excellent massage at any pressure levels. He also is fun to talk with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent massage!
Massage was decent, but it was hard to relax when in the halls people were laughing and talking the whole time. I mentioned to the massage therapist that they are loud. When I checked out the cashier just said oh sorry.
Horrible experience trying to purchase a gift card @ Rvsd Plaza. At about 6:30 on Friday evening Sept 6th, I entered wanting to buy GIFT Cards, I was asked for my telephone number. I explained this was a GIFT and I see no need for them having my number. I also wanted to avoid, as I perceived, any future sales calls. The acting manager stated my number would be used to look up the credit if the card was lost or stolen. I assured her it wouldnt be LOST or Stolen. I said I simply want to buy a gift the card.Her tone changed deeply from perky and light to ANGRY and she said, okay fine, I cant sell you a card then, and she dropped her pen. I said, okay okay I will give you A number. Lol, then she says are you sure? I dont want to make you do something you dont want to do..I have to note that at this point I felt I was dealing with a CHILD. I certainly hope they have a video to refer to.I turned to walk away stating I wouldnt be doing business with them and she asked me WHY not? I said its mostly YOUR ATTITUDE. Im sure im older than you and I refused to be treated badly and talked to that way. Its been a long bad day for me and Im not giving you my money. (104degrees) I would rather go someplace else.Shame on Massage Envy- Riverside Plaza for allowing this acting manager be an example to her young colleague, her name started with a V and stated ahe was the Acting Manager. Tbis happened Friday Sept 6th approx 6:30pm.CORPORATE: I hope you can see this young lady on film. Definitely take care of their guests! The staff was friendly and attentive and made sure I was always taken care of. This was my first massage experience and I recommended my friends and family to come here for a relaxing time.
Loved the atmosphere staff is great..so I paid for 60 min facial 60 min massage both turned out to be about 40 mins instead for whatever reason they stopped early on both services idk why so that obviously bugged me.. also I didnt like that me and my cousin whom I took to pamper, could smell our massagers unfortunately my girl smelled down there if you know what I mean I felt so bad but how do you tell someone they smell and im telling you im one of those people who apologize constantly so I couldnt bring myself to say anything I thought it would be mean but I had to lay there and not fully relax because of it and also the guys massaging my cousin reaked of cigarettes unfortunately the very nice relaxing atmosphere didnt match the people.. sorry

They started doing rapid tension relief and its improved the quality of the massage. Really helps with my stiff shoulders from desk work.

It was true that I couldnt go out at that time and they didnt call me before the appointment to cancel it, they called me at 8 at night, they said everywhere DO NOT GO OUT. AND THEY WORK??I cant find a place to delete my bank account information, there is no place to delete it. I feel insecure. I hope they dont make any other charges because they know that I COULD NOT GO BECAUSE OF RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE CITY. They shouldnt even have worked.But its okay. I WILL NEVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE AGAIN.For me, they should charge for scheduling an appointment but during the time you schedule it, and only 10 to 30%NO MORE.
