To end my husband’s surprise birthday getaway weekend, I found this gem of a spa. From booking appointment to actually experiencing their “Spa Dream” package for 2, was a whole vibe. The staff were amazing, attentive and super welcoming.We came out feeling relaxed and satisfied. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to. 😀Such a great way to end the weekend.

A great local spot that has great hours and can get you in at pretty much any time you’re needing, is priced very well, and provides fantastic service. I’m no expert, but I think the massage therapists do a great job of incorporating some Asian massage techniques in with their Swedish massages such as the stretching and knocking components, while keeping the session majority of a Swedish style massage. The 3-4 times I’ve been there have all been excellent and I look forward to making another appointment.

Let me begin with the most important thing, customer service. It was amazing! I booked an express facial for myself and my fiancée and we were on our way to our appointment when I realized I forgot a gift certificate I had. We called to ask about their late policy and they said they would be accommodating but that our appointment may be cut short. We were okay with that since it was our fault. We arrive a little over 15 min late but they still gave us a full express facial. Very appreciative of the manager for accommodating our lateness and the staff for giving us a full experience giving the time. Our facial did last 30 min which in believe is the advertised length. The facial itself was very relaxing and our skin felt great afterwards. Would definitely book again! (Except arrive on time and not late!)

Professional, Clean, calm, quiet environment. Very pleased with my services which included cupping for an additional price, they offer many other services I look forward to booking in the future.

My fiancé and I came here for my birthday in March. One of the best massages we’ve had in a very long time. The ladies communicated well with us, asked if the pressure was enough and adjusted if needed. Very clean and professional. We’ll be returning for our next massages.

Worst experience I have ever had for a message. The masseuses applied zero pressure and it felt like I was being tickled the whole time. If you want them to put more pressure, you have to pay an extra $10. I have never seen that anywhere! We got the couples romantic package and realized that we paid extra for 2 lindt chocolate and orange juice. It was not worth the price. I left the place with my back feeling more tense than it was when I entered. And on top of that, they wanted me to tip. No way! They will not get my business again. I was looking for a luxurious experience and got ghetto.

Very overpriced. I paid an extra $10 for deep tissue. I was given a soft Swedish massage. I asked twice for more pressure. Which she accommodated for a minute and then switched back. You have to pay in advance. They charge 8.75% to use a card to pay or they have an atm machine that charges $2.The massage therapist left the room during my massage. She said the receptionist didnt come in. Very disappointing. I would not recommend going here. There are many massage places in riverside that cost less and give a much better massage.

My favorite spa to go to always have availability and specials are great! The ladies have me feeling renewed everytime I get a massage.

My masseuse, who I unfortunately didnt get her name :(, was extremely professional, very attentive to my needs and very courteous, ensuring I was comfortable & enjoying the experience.I chose a relaxing massage with an added body scrub, hot stones and aromatherapy.The combination was perfect.Just what I needed after a 16 hour shift.My masseuse was friendly and courteous to my privacy as it is an intimate experience, she did great with the massage applying just the right amount of pressure and gentleness, making it extremely enjoyable and not painful at all (Im tender & bruise very easy)Her techniques are commendable, she has really great hands, not rough at all.The body scrub was such an amazing experience it feels so refreshing as it gently exfoliates and leaves your skin feeling amazing.The masseuses application was perfect, ensuring to cover all surfaces.The time of massage was distributed perfectly, my body, feet and skin felt fabulous after my massage.I was so sad it was over. Ive been here 3 times with my girlfriend for the 75-minute couples massage. The staff is always so kind and we are always treated very well. The actual service is amazing! Grace in particular is great! I like very hard, deep tissue, pressure and in general most places Ive been to miss the mark. Grace definitely did not! My girlfriend really enjoys it as well! This place was absolutely wonderful. I have a little Days by myself down the street and I have a many claims that referred me here. This place is magnificent. I cant wait to go back home already planning to go back and I just left a few days ago. This is very very very clean and very professional the owner is so sweet and kind along with the entire staff. They offer something to drink once you get started with your treatment and theyre just so accommodating. I absolutely love this place and Ive been looking for somewhere that would be as welcoming and peaceful as this. Definitely going back and I definitely recommend!!!

I came here on my birthday for a couples message. I initially called in on a Groupon but end up not using because the in office deal so much better with more perks. Everyone was so nice professional and helpful. Grace and coco did an amazing job. The back walking was my favorite part. Its very clean and relaxing. I already booked my next appointment and they offer gift certificates. 5 stars

The ladies are very sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, my Swedish massage was not great . Not enough pressure even though asked and confirmed by the masseuse. I left the place with knots and feeling the same when I got there. Overprice for something that was not good and for $100.

Highly shady practices with Luxury Health Spa.I went in for a couples massage using a Groupon coupon on September 11, 2023.The GOOD news first. The facility is nice, clean, and inviting. The massage was also nicely done. The receptionist was sweet and inviting.The BAD news. I will NEVER go here again. The reason is the OWNER herself. The OWNER has very limited hours for Groupon couple massage coupons. I suspect the same for Groupon coupon in general. She had maybe a 2 hour window on weekends where she MIGHT be able to work us in. Weekdays was basically 12-3 pm availability, which means the average person would have to take off work to meet her availability times. Nothing in the late afternoon or evening at all. When I asked her a question to the availability, she got very rude and ultimately blackballed me from using her services. She even kept my phone number to make sure I was blackballed for appointments. We were ultimately able to get our massage after speaking with the other receptionist and using a different phone number and name. That receptionist was wonderful as stated above. She knew how to give customer service. As for the OWNER, learn some tact and work with guest on making availability helpful for all guest, even if they have coupons. You offer these Groupon coupons, then you should treat them like regular guest, not 2nd hand trash. You should use the coupons to build business and word of mouth, not disrespect clients. Sadly, we tipped the masseuse less due to how she treated me and her complete lack of customer service. She was a total failure on guest service, not just once, but twice. You lost my business and I will not recommend this place to my local friends all because of the owner. She is LITERALLY losing business/tips for her team, sadly because of her RUDE, DEGRADING ATTITUDE. She is the WORST! This experience was one of the worst customer service I have had in my life. I highly recommend NOT using Luxury Health Spa. I hope the OWNER doesnt treat her employees like how she treats her guest. The OWNER is LIAR and does not except any responsibility for her action and rudeness.

I love luxury spa they always know what to do I been coming here for a while I recommend for pregnancy massage I was in so much pain and they were so gentle with me but also got all the pain and ache out my body I highly recommend them

The owner is absolutely the worst part of this place. The receptionist (that isnt the owner) is so sweet, the masseuse was PHENOMINAL. I liked the environment and quiet music for the background noise while you get massaged. Wendy, you did an amazing job!But to the owner; youre extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Booking with you was the most frustrating part of the whole process. My interaction with you was genuinely the only negative I had for my experience there. I hope you dont treat your workers like this because they are all extremely kind and dont deserve your misdirected anger. Neither do your prospective customers. This affected my tip and future business. Will not be returning just because of the owner. Fix your sour attitude. Also a friend of mine had the same experience but with GROUPON and basically got yelled at and blacklisted because the hours they accept groupon are not favorable for any working person. By the time he called back, they said they wont accept him as a customer because he voiced that he already bought the Groupon but their times didnt allow it?If you accept groupon, dont make it impossible to claim, and definitely dont blacklist someone because your groupon window is 3 hours of a 24 hour period. Make this clear and dont treat people like this because YOUR information is not listed

They stole all of my cash $250 out of my purse during my massage and conveniently none of the security cameras were working during the time that it happened. I was forced to not only pay but still pay full price when it obvious that one of their employees did it. I had to force them to question the masseuses that were in our room because they were “busy” and they still tried to blame it on me. Filed a police report and will not be returning ever again. BEWARE!!!

I like the place. Every time were in the area, we come here for a couples massage. I brought my mom here for her birthday, and she loves it. Customer service is always great. They are always helpful, and they always respond quickly to any questions. And they always have good deals for all occasions.

Got a couples massage with my bestie, and we truly felt pampered! Aromatherapy, hot stones, and back scrub were part of our package. We decided to add the mini-facial at the last minute, and boy was it worth it! The whole experience was calming and both of us felt listened to about our pressure preferences. We will definitely be coming back and making this a regular occurrence!

Consistency is key! Ive been a member of Burke Williams, Glen Ivy, and perused many Riverside spas and massage parlors. I can tell you right now that Luxury Health Spa takes the cake. I’m not forced to go in and ask for a specific person because every single employee does exceptional work, 100% hands-down. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere cause not only are the massages phenomenal, the customer service is amazing too. I’ve tried every service they offer from facials to table showers to body scrubs. Everything they offer will leave you feeling like a brand new person!PRO TIPS:-Show up 10mins early to fill out your little form of preferences and change your clothes so you can maximize your massage time.-They aim to please and always ask if the pressure is ok. Please be honest and let them know so you’ll have a pleasurable experience.-Be sure to bring CASH for your tip cause you can’t add it to your card. These employees work hard to provide QUALITY SERVICE. This is not your fly by night cheap foot reflexology place where you kick them $5 and call it a day. This is a Nice, Relaxing, Professional establishment where they CARE about your well-being. If you’re too broke to tip for impeccable service then you need to go to a bootleg place where they don’t have a license and you wake up the next morning unable to walk. 💋

The massage was great but the practices of this business are not client friendly. I had a gift purchased by my family for a massage: however I was told that since I ve been there before I have to pay extra. I couldnt even get a refund. So I paid the difference between the gift price and the massage price.

I booked a last minute lets celebrate package for my cousin birthday and everything was amazing! Corie at the front desk was attentive to our wants and made sure to verify what event we were celebrating. Grace and Tina gave us the best of care, our massages were fantastic. Im from out of town but my cousin will definitely be back soon. She found her new favorite massage location.

First went a few years ago through Groupon and did a couples massage. We both left feeling AMAZING! Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, you pick you massage pressure and can adjust during massage, music is peaceful, always leave them a tip. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I am 4 months postpartum with a lot of body pain. Husband bought me a 90min massage with scrub and mini facial to help. I KNOW this place is amazing because the next day I could tell the lactic acid was releasing from my muscles. (That nauseous flu feeling) 48 hours post massage I could move again without pain and stiffness. Ive gone elsewhere when I moved out of state and no place compares to here. They truly get rid of your pain. 100% recommend. I get medium pressure and in some places its a bit rough, but youve got to breathe through it to get those knots out and the blood flowing.

Wife and I came here last year. Very good massage and overall great experience. Definitely coming back soon. Highly recommended.

The experience began great when they could fit me and my two friends in at the last minute. We waited patiently as our rooms were being prepared. The facials and massage we received were amazing, but sadly the great experience came to an end when it was time to pay. We had a smooth transaction, although when it came to tipping they said it was cash only. While 2 of us had cash to pay, one did not so we were going to leave. As we were leaving, the girl at the front desk began to pressure my friends to leave a tip and then suddenly the rules changed to where we could send our tip through zelle. I always tip and will continue to tip, but not for greedy and rude people that continuously ask for a tip. Sadly won’t be coming back because no one is required to tip or should be penalized for not tipping.

We’ve been to this facility 3 times since 2021 and absolutely love the environment and massages. It’s a very relaxing experience and afterwards you leave feeling like you’re on cloud 9. We will absolutely keep coming back and highly recommend them.

I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and my masseuse did not disappoint! Great place and great atmosphere. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! Great service and they were able to get me an appointment on the same day I called.

Shout out to the spa for having last minute reservations available. Came in on Valentines Day for a couples massage and my man and I were blown away. The entire spa was decorated with flowers and balloons and the massage room was decorated with rose pedals, candles, and balloons, it was beautiful. The massages were amazing. Thank you so much for making our night special and memorable.

The massage was awesome. Atmosphere is relaxing, but a little bit cold air in the room. What was upsetting, that we with my friend paid 269 bucks for session and administrator ran after us asking for tips. I know American tradition to give tips, but I think it still must be clients decision without pressure. I took 1 star just for administrator’s attitude.

I found that my scheduled appointment had been overlooked, resulting in a considerable delay. Another surprising aspect of my experience was the spas additional charge for not using their ATM.I was taken aback by the spas mandatory tipping policy.I had no phone signal and told the lady Id do the Zelle transaction once I got a phone signal. She said I needed to do it there at that moment. I was doing it before she even asked about tips, but with her rudeness and forcing me to tip my mom and I felt very uncomfortable. Mostly because we genuinely were trying to get our phones to get signal to be able Zelle or Venmo but her forcing us to do it what supposed be kind gesture and VOLUNTARY was mandated in aa very rude and disrespectful matter. Massage ladies great service but customer service is a big zero. Which kill the experience.

Ive had a few massages over the years, but never one as good as what I had at Luxury Health Spa. My wife and I went for our anniversary to have a couples massage and the experience was so great that were considering making monthly return trips even though its a 45 minute drive from home.The massages were excellent, the ambiance was very soothing, and the staff were extremely friendly. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment to get 30 - 90 minutes of sweet, blissful relief from the nightmare of your daily life stresses, you wont regret it.

This place did such a great job on making me and my partner feel comfortable and as well made the experience very relaxing and soothing which is well needed because as a nurse who does 12hr shifts my lower back kills me and my feet. They did such a great job at releasing my pain from my feet and lower back and will definitely be coming back!

They have a beautiful facility and are prompt when providing service. I had deep tissue massage and it was AMAZING! Bella was my masseuse and she did an amazing job and attended to my entire body especially the areas that had knots, she applied the correct amount of pressure 10/10 I will go back. *the only reason i gave 4 stars is because they charge for aroma therapy and i feel like that should be included in the experience. still will go back above all.

Came to get a facial. Service was great the only thing is if you are a first time customer or new to getting a facial they do not go over what exact products we’re used through out the facial.The message was great. I probably won’t do the facial services often but for massage definitely.

I had a decent experience the first time. I decided to reschedule and request the same therapist since I did get some relief to my shoulder and elbow. While making the appointment, the owner tells me and my wife that the therapist that work on my wife would be in vacation but my therapist was available and she would be assigned to me on todays appointment. On todays appointment, I had a different therapist. If it werent for the fact that my wife was enjoying her session, I would have ended the session within the first 20 minutes. I feel worse than the way I felt going in. My shoulders hurt, and my elbow is inflamed. I understand that after a massage, you do feel sore, but this is not soreness. This is actual pain for being hurt. After the session, the owner insists on us writing a review to get a discount. I hesitantly agreed again because my wife enjoyed it. I asked the owner, who were the therapists assigned to us today, because my experience was not the same. After fumbling through her notes and not being able to give me an answer, I just asked her to charge my card and stated that I was disappointed and probably would not return. That would have been the end of it, right? Wrong on the way home. The owner calls my wife and confronts her, stating thats it was our fault I didnt get the therapist I wanted. Im not in charge of scheduling and her inability to make proper notes to herself and accommodate customers requests. Her exact words were : Im sorry your husband didnt like the massage, but Im really not sorry because it was your fault. She went on saying that its OK if we didnt return. Honestly, I doubt I go back and not because of being hurt but because of the way she handles the situation.

Came here twice. Angela and Grace are the best. Very reasonably priced, nice rooms. I am very picky, my Aunt is a massage therapist so I have been spoiled. This is the first place I have been in years that I have actually enjoyed a massage..

Husband and myself enjoyed a 75 minute couples massage with back scrub and hot stones, very relaxing. Kelly and Jenny along with the staff were professional and courteous. Inside, the waiting area and rooms were clean and neat. Location was easy to find, available parking. I had called late in the week and they were able to give us a weekend appointment. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Even husband suggested a return appointment.

My husband purchased a package on Groupon! The check in person was very polite, atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. My massage therapist Jessica was/is amazing, I didn’t want to leave, it took me several minutes to get myself out of the bed! I get massages 4 times Year by my mobile therapist but my experience with Jessica was 10x better! You know it’s an amazing massage when you can’t shake it off the major relaxation, took a nap when I got home!

Visited today for the first time for a couples massage with my love! Scheduling was very easy and accommodating! Staff were very nice and inviting! We appreciated wholeheartedly that the business is utilizing Covid measures for safety of guest and staff! We had the 75min aroma therapy hot oil/rocks, and body scrub massage! Jenny and Sophia were amazing by focusing on the areas we requested as well as discovering some spots that needed extra attention! They were very attentive ensuring the pressure was comfortable.The combination of the great massage along with the relaxing atmosphere made this a wonderful experience! Had our couples massage today for 75 minutes with a back scrub, hot stone, and aromatherapy. Rose and Sophia were our masseuses and were wonderful! The couples massage room was so intimate. Everyone was friendly and courteous. FYI they do back walking massages if you really need a deep tissue. I will definitely be trying it next time!

The absolute best massage weve ever had. Today we had the couples massage, with hot stones and a foot scrub. Hubby had deep tissue and I had medium pressure. Lisa and Rose are phenomenal. They were kind, unrushed and we feel great. Will absolutely make this a regular event. Happy to have found our new and only massage place.

Wonderful spa. Maggie is excellent and I always feel better when I leave. Walking on back is great, cupping is good for really bad pain which I got the first time I was there and it really helped. I wish I could come here every week. Highly recommend to anyone who can surrender themselves to a great massage.

I was giving a Gift Certificate back in November of 2022 for the amount of 100.00I completely forgot I had it. I called to make an appointment I was told they would only honor 50.00 and I have to pay another 50.00.I was trying to book an appt for 4 people that would equal 400.00 plus tips (and we tip well)I would never go there again, that only shows poor customer service and bad business.You lost about 500.00 for a 50.00 and gain bad review. First time here and I went off the reviews I had read on yelp and they were absolutely true 👏 I went in for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and Wendy did an amazing job. Brought my sister for the first time to get a massage and we are hooked!! Great prices and great service! I’ve told all my friends and this is the spot for all our relaxing needs. They had aroma therapy that wasn’t overpowering, I paid just a little more for the hot stone massage and back scrub and honestly was soo worth it! Received a 60min Couples massage w/ Aromatherapy, Back Scrub & Hot Rocks as a gift from my son & daughter (in-law) who raved about their visit. My husband was hesitant because hes ticklish, but we both loved it! Eva & Jessica were very professional, the massage was heavenly, the ambiance was relaxing. Were already checking our calendars for when we can visit again!

Awesome wanderful experience it was my first time I started with the 30 minute massage to match the price since I have never been there happy with the outcome I had Tina I will definitely do an hour next time I had a regular full body massage in the end I gave Tina her tip $20 in cash in advance to keep on me and the lady at the front desk informed of everything first of no surprises and cause I made sure to bring cash an call in advance of direct communication and they were very informative with me and I called to ask if it was okay to still verify and confirm my walk In appointment to be considerate of their time and they are very high in demand :) also they have skin care and body care products I purchase body oil since I love to use after my shower on a regular basis.

This was was my first experience with any spa places. Me and my wife were nervous since we haven’t done one together before, but were greeted with such professionalism. And hospitality. I recommend this spot to anyone who’s curious to try something new with their significant other, or any friends or family! I also recommend the standing massage! New but amazing experience! They did an excellent job. My husband and I both enjoyed our massages and will be back very soon for another one. I booked at the last minute and was happy there was an opening. This was my first time and I will be back. I had so much tension and pain in my neck and shoulders. My masseuse was Kelly and she was amazing. I got the hot stone massage. Next time I will do more add-ons and go for 90 minutes. The spa is quiet and very clean. I felt so relaxed after I was done. I honestly had no idea they were there so I am happy I found them!

Went in for a massage. Paid full price, no discounts, no coupons. Total: $140 including tax. Massage was decent although felt rushed at the end and didnt do full body (chest area, low back or feet) but overall decent experience. Paid and Booked online BEFORE I arrived. At the end, the lady at the front desk attempted to make me pay a tip. Let her know that I didnt have card or cash to pay additional tip and that I already paid online. To pay tip by card adds a fee. When her bullying tactics didnt work, she made a scene by calling therapist to the front and including calling me cheap in front of other customers. This is after she charged my card for $140. Wont be going here again until they pay their workers better and dont harass customers for tips

This place was great a few years ago. However, the last time I came here the massage was not great it seems like the massage lady was not engaged in her work or didnt wanna do it. It was uncomfortable.

I had a Groupon for this place and I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the service. The package included aromatherapy, hot stones, and a back scrub which I had never done before but it was great. My massage therapist was Sophie and she had perfect pressure the entire time. The entire place was really clean and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

This is my new go to place for a massage! Me and my husband booked a last minute couples massage. The first plus was when i called and no one answered but they called me right back! They were able to book us last minute on a Saturday. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, and thoroughly explained everything. We arrived a few mins before our appt, it was clean and very welcoming. The ladyet us know the room was being prepared and she’d come get us. Within a couple of mins she took us back, the room was clean and so nicely set up. Tina and Sofia did our massages and were AMAZING! I will definitely be going back and recommend..

I write this review for one purpose only. It truly is a sad day when someone spends their hard earned money on a package deal (Groupon or not) books the deal with a business, gets the confirmation of date, time and price and then the next day gets a phone call from some crazy lady telling you that the only way you can keep what you already paid for and booked with confirmation is IF you upgrade your package $60 bucks so you get a Teddy Bear and some rose petals and candles in your room.....Of which the couples massage booked already had the candles.....Her reasoning you ask? Because the room booked was already set up that way.... mind you it was booked yesterday (Wednesday) and the massage is Saturday .... guess business is booming?I understand the desire to upscale and if a box of chocolate etc or a good polite attitude would have been presented I might have said ok. But to demand $60 more on something that was bought and booked already is insane.Then to make matters even better she canceled the appointment and declined any type of refund because her demands for more money wasnt met.This Spa will never see another penny of mine or anyone I know.I hope anyone reading these reviews takes this one into consideration.

Very nice massage. It was my husband and I’’s first time here but definitely will be going back. I feel like they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to provide a relaxing experience. The combination of massage, exfoliation and hot stone felt wonderfully indulgent.

I received a Groupon for a couples massage here as a birthday present. When I called the receptionist, I booked an appointment for 4:15pm almost a week in advance. The woman on the phone asked for the Groupon redemption code just to verify it was a Groupon and ensure it would work. I foolishly gave it to her. I received a text confirmation and everything was set. 2 hours later she calls me back and says her company doesnt honor Groupon customers after 4pm. What?? No where does it say that. I explain that I am only available after 4pm every day of the week. After speaking with her manager they said they could try to put me on a waitlist and call 10 minutes before an appointment became available at a random time and I could come down. I live 30 minutes away so I obviously said no. They said they would be unable to honor my Groupon then and I could refund it. The very next day, I requested a refund through Groupon. Luxury Health Spa lied and said I already redeemed the coupon and used their services. When I put in an escalation, they then lied to Groupon again and said I canceled my appointment within 24 hours...despite the original booked appointment still being 4 days away...it was then denied a third time with them stating I never showed up to my originally scheduled appointment...that THEY canceled and refused to service me. Long story short, they kept my money and refused to serve me. They are thieves and incredibly shady. Side note: they state on their appointment confirmation form that a tip is required and if you use a credit card they will charge you an additional 9% fee. Insanely greedy, please stay away from this company, especially if you bought a Groupon.

My partner and I had a great first time experience at Luxury Spa. We were able to enjoy a 75-minute massage and enjoyed every minute of it! The visit was exactly what we needed! Our favorite part was the back scrub and hot rocks. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Eva and Kelly!

I got a voucher for this spa for my birthday from a friend and didn’t know this place was so close to me. The front desk women were so sweet and nice they explained everything to me from choosing scents and what areas the masseuse was going to work on. Once I get into the room they were 1000% professional and respectful. Then Eva came in, ladies when I tell you this woman is a gift from god I mean it! I didn’t realize how many knots I had in my back and that she was able to get them out! The melodies of the calming music and the beautiful scent of sea breeze calmed me while my back was getting handled by the wonderful angel vice grip that Eva was suppling. Once the hot stones came in she tested them and made sure they were the precise temperature that I can handle on my back. I was in heaven the whole time I didn’t notice that the hour went by so quickly. I 1000000% will be returning to this place and will be booking with Eva!!

I gave 2 stars as Linda the masseuse was sweet but clearly not trained. She simply rubbed oil all over my back and massaged the same way my husband does. No trained muscle manipulation to coax out knots. The worse part was the forced way they make you post a 5 star review, which I have since deleted. First they will offer you a discounted price if you post a positive review on the spot. This is against google and yelp policy. The receptionist literally took my phone, as at that time i was willing to leaving a kind 3 star review, so my account was open. She quickly swipes 5 stars and posted it. I was a bit shocked. This is inappropriate behavior and needs to stop as it leaves a misleading impression for interested consumers, such as myself. I do not recommend Luxury Health Spa.

I went to Luxury Health Spa on my birthday and they made me feel like a Queen. The massage was at great quality for a fair price. The employees are so welcoming , made feel like I was right at home. I’m planning on going again and I hope others will try them out .

Emailed on Thursday and called on Friday morning to try and set an appointment did not get a response until Sunday stating that I couldn’t book my appointment after 3:30 PM. Business owner did nothing to try and earn my business. Just stated that I couldn’t book the appointment even when I offered to pay more than what the Groupon plan was and just book as a regular customer I was denied service. This business owner does not care about her customers time or situation. You need to book when is convenient for her so good luck on using your Groupon at a time that’s convenient for you. All this business owner needed to do was say unfortunately Groupon doesn’t allow you to book appointments after 3:30 PM but since you were interested in doing business with my company I can charge you full price and get you in the time that you needed. Everything would’ve been resolved they would’ve gotten five star review and business would’ve been great.

I had a 60 minute massage with hot stones and body scrub. This massage was so good, the girl did the perfect pressure. Everyone was wearing masks and made me feel safe. The place was quiet and relaxing. I had my own private room and it was very relaxing. I will be back.

Just had the best massage Ive ever had! Bought a Groupon, called for an appointment, they were able to accommodate me with no problem. Communication was great! They texted me to confirm that Id made an appointment, texted me (my choice) for additional info prior to coming in, also sent me a reminder the day before.I walked in to find a dimly lit lobby, was greeted by a friendly woman who got my info before taking me back to my room. Linda was amazing! By far the best massage ever, not even taking into account the hot stones & back scrub (that was my 1st time as far as that goes). Salt rock glowing along with some other mood lighting, soft spa music playing, & your choice of scent for the aromatherapy as well creating a very peaceful ambiance.Will definitely be returning soon thanks to a great experience!

I recently had a massage at this location over the weekend 10/17/20. Facility was clean, and massage was good wish I could have smelled more of the aromatherapy. Im giving it this rating because at the end of the massage, my massuse Amanda asked me how I felt and told her I enjoyed it which I did. But when I gave her the tip she thought I gave her less money than what she saw and was about to say something, I tipped appropriately and she only saw one dollar bills before unfolding all the money which is VERY RUDE to do in front of customers. And when she saw that there was more money she then said thank you. I really didnt like that especially because it was my first time at this location. Not sure if I will go back.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Luxury Health Spa! Stumbled upon them through a Groupon and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had! It was very clean and the massage was great, the only thing that bothered me was that the therapists were forcing us to give them each a $15 tip for our couples massage. I understand they did a great job but $15 each, thats $30 on top of what we already paid. so we ended up just giving them $10 $5 for each and they looked upset.Never did a massage therapist ask me for a tip when I already paid a fee for the massage, and forcefully.Will not be returning for this reason.Update January 19 2020, wow now that we got this response that is very disturbing and we did punch anyone around, if we did you would of told us something along time ago. There was another couple there before we left hearing how your employees were forcing us to give them a tip.Please if your going to response to your past client about an issue they had, then just respond with an apologie. Not a make another excuse or try to accuse your clients for things that did not happen. I always speak the truth when I review any business. I have many reviews and always speak the truth about my experience, so please do not make an excuse. We never said that the service was bad all I wrote was that we did not like that your employees were forcing us to give them a tip. They definitely do not understand Customer Satisfaction. I will never try too get anything done through this company again. Then messaged them and they had said it was no show and charged me the full price. So I asked if I could come in right then and there. Which was about 10:30 and my appointment was at 10:00 supposed too be about customer satisfaction and completely just didnt care about my situation and wanted me too pay 40 dollar reschedule fee. Will not be attempting too book in the future.

First off if your thinking about it , just do it . Self care is number 1. They exceeded all of my husbands and I expectations. Excellent and fast communication. Very nice. We felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time . They always made sure we were ok . The music to the essential oil aroma was everything to me . We will definitely be back .

I went this past Tuesday on October 26th. It was just incredible mind-blowing. The massage therapist knew exactly where to rub, knead and press. I left calm and stress-free.

Not a good place to get a massage.paid for one hour massage 20 min into the massage she walked out of the room for 10 min to cash out a customer because the co- worker was having problems. As she came back to explain her problems. Then one min later she walked out to answer the phone for 6min and she came back and said Ill give you extra 10 min because her boss lever her in charger after 5pm so she have other things to do while massage is in session. although that was not mention before hand.. than after I still tip her 15 dollars she got upset and ask for more money ..ans ask for 30 dollars. Please stay away for this place.. they are rude plus the other lady standing outside the door talking to her as shes massaging me. This was a bad experience.. 😬😬👎👎👎

I went to get a massage recently after they re-opened and I had a lovely experience! The building is very clean, they take temperature at the door, it is by appointment only, and the massage table was clean with disposable/washable sheets. If anyone is worried about what is going on with Covid but needs a massage please go here!! I’ve gone to almost ten massage places and the masseuses here are the best and most accommodating. The manager Kiki is very patient and friendly as well :)They also have their own parking lot which is a great and makes it easier to get to. I highly recommend it here to anyone dealing with body aches right now.

When i called for an appointment i spoke with kiki. Kiki was very professional and informative. Though they do not accept Groupon kiki says they still can honnor that price i just had to pay an extra $8 which was totally fine. Mom and sis went and enjoyed every minute. The atmospher was calm and relaxed the aroma was amazing and overall they treated mom n sister like the queens they are. My husband and I went here today for a couples massage. He got a deep tissue and I had a regular Swedish massage. Eva and Yo Yo were our masseuses and everything was great. They constantly checked with us to see if the pressure was ok...which it was...and my husband had back walking while we both had hot stones with a back scrub. Its probably the best massage Ive had ... I even feel asleep for a little. My husband said it was the best deep tissue hes had period. We were very pleased with the level of service and care Eva and YoYo supplied us. We werent disappointed by any means. When it comes to the tip we were pleasantly surprised that they accept venmo... makes life so much easier. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys again!

Luxury Spa is my favorite, affordable message place in Riverside. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, and they have a lot of availability, which is great because you can schedule day or with no issues. They do allow walk ins as well.

The reasoning why I am giving this review is because overall it was not a good experience. I called about a groupon and they said they dont accept it now so it is cash only. They said i can come in with the groupon and get that price but they will refund the groupon. I told them it was fine i will just keep the groupon for future use. The lady was then a little rude and said well you cant keep it if we give it to you for that price. She didn’t understand what I was saying but still, did not need the attitude. So i was gonna hang up and i told them never mind then they said just save it for next time and they will still give me the groupon price. I said alright only because my neck and back have been hurting like crazy. So my appointment is at 1:30 and im getting ready to leave at 1:00 and they call saying they need to schedule me later because their previous client has not come in and they are running late. Like really? Reschedule me because they were late. I said okay thats fine so they scheduled me for 2:30. I was already annoyed because they should have told the lady coming in late to either wait after me since she was late or cancel her appointment. That is not my fault she was late. So then I get there and everything goes smoothly but the Massage was terrible! She literally just rubbed oil all over me and that was it! She didn’t actually massage or anything! Not only that but she was very lazy about what she was doing. She barely put any pressure and I asked her to put more. She then did not even wipe all the oil off right so now im oily driving home. She also left some of the scrub on my feet and the whole time was just like a rub down with oil. Never going back again. The lady I got her name was Anna. She looked the same age as me (20) and I dont think she has her massage license.

The stated prices in the website are different from the prices in person. When I went in, she increased the price by $10 per person. The receptionist was also very rude and had me waiting for 30 minutes after I scheduled the visit. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. There are other Spas that do honest business. Avoid this funny business.

After making an appointment over the phone they refused to honor it, claiming that this was a walk-in and cash-only time. Bizarre behavior and the focus on cash is very much in line with the other people reviewing about pushy behavior when it comes to tips. Customers beware!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had I had a mark on my back and they got rid of all my pain and my sciatica I have a trigger finger that was hurting me really bad she fixed it I have TMJ and she made it feel better they do everything there they do stones they exfoliate you I did the 75 minute massage with my daughter for her birthday I will definitely be back Michelle
