I have been here many times (every 2 weeks for months) and have always left feeling good. Today was my first time back in a few months.. paid $62 for an hour full body.. started at 430 ended at 520... And with all the Im and out and talking I maybe got a 35 min massage. I am very frustrated the massage was also horrible she didnt know what she was doing left feeling worse and more sore. All massage techs have different ways however all do the same things and release pressure and stress... Not today worse massage and I really needed to relax today. So upset $62 for a 35 min massage that only made my pain and stress worse was not at all okay. I wouldnt have tipped but you have to tip ahead. I almost just stopped it but i was hoping it got better, and the for it to end early is just not okay.Not sure I will be back

I received a gift card for Christmas from a friend for an hour full body massage. I came here today to try out the services of a masseuse. She was very professional. She first asked me what strength I needed, and then used hot oil and hot stones on me, from head to toe. After I finished it, I felt very relaxed. I gave my massage lady 20 tip, I thought she deserved it, I loved her massage. I will make an appointment with her next time.

I highly recommend My Happy Feet for your next massage or if you havent tried them in awhile please give them another chance because so worth it!! Different massages at reasonable prices and Ive tried 3 different licensed masseuse here and all have been wonderful. You get an entire hour of care and they are so well trained. I prefer the private rooms because the massage table is heated and my back and neck can be worked on really well. If you have the time to get the 90 minute youll be so happy you did!! So clean and comfortable!!

Horrible place to get a massage. I went to get a 30 min. Massage for $29 like it says on the window. They ended up saying my total was $40. It definitely wasn’t worth the $40 because it was painful and I didn’t enjoy it. AT THE END SHE KEPT ASKING FOR A TIP.

I went to this place a few months ago and it was ok. I went last week and it was a very bad experience. The two ladies who gave me and my wife a massage had no experience and technique and hand no strength to handle a massage . They were playing like 10 year olds and talking to each other .We kept asking them to be harder and we were serious but they never were able to .I decided not to tip them when walking out ,and I did not want to ask for refund either.One of them followed us to the door and had the courage to ask for a tip .I went to back to the guy behind the desk and I told him about what happened.He never apologized or gave an explanation . He kept translating to them what I say .I threw an extra $20 on them because she looked so desperate for that tip.Never never again

Howdy my folks in Riverside! Come give My Happy Feet a try, their place is always clean and has lovely music to aid your relaxation. Ive been getting my massages from Eva and she gives exceptional massages. She has the experience to know what areas of your body needs work. Ill give you an example; I usually have a lot of tension in my lower back shoulders and calves... I didnt even have to tell her, when she reached those areas, immediately started adjusting the pressure and actively asking if its good enough or not. I always feel better when I leave this place and Ive noticed a better flush of toxins in my body. Also pricing is wonderful 👍

I love how its decorated inside - so pretty and serene and calming. The therapists so petite that when I saw her I thought shes not going to be able to adequately massage me. Im a big girl! But I was wrong! She was phenomenal!

I have went there yesterday at 5pm for 90 mins massage. Its very wonderful!! I feel very relaxing and comfortable. Jessica is very nice, and made me feel so good that I almost sleep inside. I will come back next time!1 High Recommend!!!!

I used to go here for foot massage, but today is not really a good one, the lady asked me to pay upfront $40 for foot massage that finished under an hour, she did a lousy massage, seems like she only applying lotion on my skin and not massaging, no pressure whatsoever,After shes done I handed a $5 tip cause I was not satisfied, but her and the other at the counter brought out a paper indicating I have to tip $10 or more, whatta..did not we tip for the service that they gave,? I have to tip even for a lousy massage?I think I wasted my total $50 today!Never go again..

My son and I went in because we saw an Internet special that was $40 for an hour of massage. He enjoyed his massage. Both ladies were talking and it was hard for me to relax. My lady was a bit too rough and I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t speak English. At one point she put the towel on my eyes and walked away for a good 10 minutes. She was too rough in my lower back area and I tried to tell her I had back surgery. At the end my lady demanded I tip for $10 which is 25% of $40. I got the impression that they were not certified as stated.The lady who gave my son the massage also demand $10. They made me feel uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ll return.

NOT COMING BACK! I have been here multiple times and enjoyed my services, however my last visit was not pleasant at all. First when I paid for my massage the woman asked immediately about a tip. I told her I have cash. After my services were done(I got a 90 min massage), I asked this same woman if she could break a $20 for me. She then asked “how much” I said $10. She then said “You give more because you got 90mins. $10 is good for hour only”. And instead of giving me 2 ten dollar bills she gave me one ten and 2 five dollar bills. I gave the woman that gave me my massage $10 and was proceeding to leave. Both women said “No, it should be $15”. I explained to them both that I didn’t HAVE to give anything. Both women kept saying I need to give more. I at that point, turned around and walked out. Demanding a tip is not a great way to do business. This company has definitely lost a customer!

You have to pay upfront. Should have been a red flag! And a sign that states they are certified massage therapist. I paid for a 90 minute massage that ended 10 minutes early with the quality was equivalent to what my 6 year old would do! When I requested assistance no one was available. Keep your money and save your time!

I’ve been going to this place for a long time. Today it was a new lady at the front desk asked me to pay. I paid and she said I should pay over 10 dollars as tip.i paid 15 but she demanded more than that. So I got my money back and left. I do tip 20 dollars if I really like the massage. How can you expect me to pay a tip even before I got the service.

I and my mother have been here multiple times especially with our girlfriends.This time we will not be returning and recommending our girlfriends do the same. We go for a full body massage and I’m assuming because of new management the services aren’t the same. The ladies who massaged us not only didn’t know how to write us a receipt or even find them we wanted a full body massage because they kept just massaging out shoulders and neck until we told them aren’t you guys gonna do our arms and legs . When they did at the end very briefly and not at all what I expected because before they did a excellent job and than demanding a tip of $10 or more. We will not be returning and we are now looking for a new massage place.

I have never had a more disturbing massage in my life. The man who did my intake also did my massage. (Not normal, he was in plain clothes) . I do not believe he is licensed and he touched me in areas that were not appropriate. The whole thing made me sick to my stomach. I looked them up with the state board and they are not showing licensed. I filed complaints with the city and the state board. I thought by reading the reviews and seeing it was clean when I entered was enough....boy was I wrong!!3.2.23- notice management did not respond to this review!! hmmmm?

They make you pay before the massage. When my massage was over the girl waited for her tip, when I gave it to her she pointed at the money & demanded more. The lady at the front desk said I need to tip more & they recommend at least $10. I told her you cannot tell me I HAVE to tip more. She continued to laugh & repeat herself that they recommend more while the girl who massaged me just stood their staring at me. It was very uncomfortable. I’ve been here a few times & it’s never been that bad. They always stand around waiting for a tip but never have demanded more. I will never go back here & tell people I know to never go here.

Went in tonight for a couples massage, we didn’t the names of the people that gave us our massages but they were amazing. My wife had a masseur and he was able to get her to relax and leave very happy I had a masseuse and she did an amazing job, I fell a sleep. We will be back maybe for the 90 minute massage.

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When I walked in, no one speaks English so it is very hard to communicate what it is that you want. After pointing to what I wanted on the wall, I was charged full price (I came in because of their deal) They rushed me over to a table in the front, fully clothed, placed a towel over my eyes and lightly rubbed my arm for 20 minutes. I started getting uncomfortable with how awkward it was so I took the towel off my eyes and found my “certified massage therapist” as they advertise when you walk in, watching her phone as she was rubbing my arm with one hand. I quickly asked for a refund and they then said they would get someone else in a private room with a real massage and I very kindly said I would like a refund.I would be very careful about going to this place. They very clearly don’t know what they’re doing and can really hurt you. Pay the extra money and go to a certified massage therapist

Ok. Ive tried some of the other legit massage places and I recently received a coupon to try this place. Kept open mind and did the couples massage for 1 hour. Property is clean, parking can be a bit tight but its ok. Inside its clean and the ambiance is tranquil. Got helped right away and put in a private room.. had a guy and gal help us.. both very professional and both did a good job.. oh,, the hot towels and stones were awesome. I entered a bit tense and exited very relaxed. Id recommend this place.

Been here many times, the massage was good, lisa and Jessica gave us a full body massage, they worked really hard and I still got the massage I wanted. Ive been to other places to do it, but this is my favorite. Our whole family loves to come here too.

I have been coming here for over 6 years today I had the worse massage ever!!! He started after everyone and I was finished early, picking up calls and going to help walk ins. My massage was nothing but pain and not massaging more like pushing. I was digested and mad I came to relax after a rough week and got nothing but a person who obviously didn’t want to massage! Felt like wanted to hurry and make a dollar!

My friend recommended this massage store to me. Last Sunday I tried couple massage in here. My husband had a female massages and I had a male. Wow! So fantastic！We got full body massage with free hot stone.Allen is very professional and relieved every sore part of my body. After the massage, I was very relaxed. I will come back again!

Positive: easy to make appointment. $50 for 1Hour body massage.Negative: Sketchy area next to a liquor store. I had a male and felt uncomfortable. I was asked to remove all my clothes except my underwear. He rolled my underwear 1/2 way down and kept putting his hands all the way down my butt. Then he jumped on the bed and massaged my thighs including next to my private part. I did not feel comfortable.

My friend give me a Christmas gift for 90mins body massage. I tried today. That’s Amazing massage. Yo-yo did a good job, she is very nice and professional , I will come back for her.

First time back after several years. My experience was excellent. Had Jason who gave me a very strong foot and body massage which was just what I needed. Place was clean, quiet, peaceful, relaxing..didnt smell any smokiness. The receptionist gal was sweet but needs to be more fluent in English, difficult to communicate with and yes..the fish could use more room but that wont keep me away.I will return..price is very fair. They DEMAND $10 tip and don’t let you leave unless you give them the money , they even have a sign hidden that they pull out if you don’t give them what they want , horrible experience, massage was ok , nothing outstanding

Get a women to do the massage. I got a Male this time around and even after I asked him to be gentle. I was sore from my shoulders for like 3 days. We normally get women but this time onky one was available. Overall really great place and affordable.

New ownership and clean renovated facility! I used to love going here because the therapists are so great but the place was so beat down and dirty that I stopped going. Recently they’ve made some great changes and its my favorite place to get a massage. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I received their 70 minute foot massage and the massage itself was fantastic. However.... this massage parlor is small and the first smell that hits you when you open the doors is cigarette smoke, and smell that does not go away throughout the different areas. Everything in it seems old and stingy, even possibly not clean though it was hard to see much since they keep the lights so dim. The location is pretty sketchy, I was there after dark and as its right next to a liquor store and boxed in by a hotel, even though my car was directly in front of the door I was still nervous to walk out alone. I guess if you can get over these things this place might be worth it, but in my opinion there are nicer places in the area spend my money at.

My wife and I went on weekday afternoon. Allen and Jessica took very good care of us. They even adjusted the program to our needs. The price is little more than before but it’s still worth every penny.

I had a wonderful massage here. I was able to easily make an appointment and then enjoy hot oil and hot stone massage. They laid a blanket over you and used gloves for COVID. Will definitely return to get more stamps on my loyalty card!!

The massage is wonderful. $20 for 1 hour full body massage. On the negative side, I had a masseuse that was sick and I had to listen to her suck snot up into her head for an hour, and then I ended up getting sick. Also, the masseuses talk a lot during, so it can be a little hard at times to fully relax.

Please read the reviews before going honestly this experience has been one of the worst experiences I have ever been me and my partner have went to happy feet for are first time every thing was going great the lady was being pushy about the price getting longer massages until we had walked in and got are massage the lady was been very aggressive with my back massage so far my partner they ended up burning the back with the hot stones they didn’t ask if the temperature was okay . elbow way she was doing with was extremely very aggressive and wasn’t very helpful that she had just put oil on my back had done nothing after she was done she had thrown the towel on my face and said go sleep which once we had done all that we were leaving and we had tried give tip and the lady wasn’t so happy because the other lady wanted more tips she had forced us to give her more and she had locked us inside was poor service

Allen does an awesome job. I took my father for his birthday and he sure enjoyed it. I definitely recommend to get a massage from Allen. Make sure to book an appointment with him. His amazing.

I was so surprised that a full body massage for $32.00 would be so effective and thorough. Jack was my masseuse and he had the warmest, strongest hands. They do an acupressure type massage that leaves you completely relaxed and pampered. They are totally focused on healing without the unnecessary mumbo jumbo. If you have phobia of being touched they can do massage over a fuzzy blanket allowing their hands to glide over skin w/o using oil. Their private rooms are actually open ceiling so you dont feel closed in with a stranger. I highly recommend to all but especially to those wary of traditional massage parlors.

My sister purchased a gift certificate from here in December that they said theyd keep for me at the front, but they claimed no knowledge of it when I came. I showed him my sisters name and the date she said she purchased it, and he didnt even try to look it up.

Owner was arguing with someone the entire hour I was trying to relax during my massage. Someone peeped into my room and said something to my massage technician in another language. NO RELAXATION HERE. Paid 40 plus tip for this.

I go to 3 different locations that do the same service. I always give $5.00 tip for a $23.00 service. Most people I talk to, say they give $3.00. Twice now after handing the tip, the person say ,only $5.00. I never get that response at the other locations.

My 1st and last time. I didn’t appreciate how Grace was rushing with my service and also running the front desk. I will not recommend your establishment. I put Stop on your tip, your service and customer service was very unprofessional.

A good massage for the price -- other places will charge way more for an hour massage with foot reflexology. They soak your feet, massage your face, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, then massage your feet and legs.If you like really hard pressure, ask for a male masseuse. Even their medium pressure will kick your butt.

This is not a professional massage facility. Lady walked on my back and slipped 3 times off muscles, inappropriate covering, and demand tips before and says how much. Id rather pay a lil more at a professional place.

Its okay there are better places out there. Outraged at the demand for a $5 tip which I dont mind paying but they made sure it was $5. There was no sign indicating $5 must be required as a tip due to this I will not be returning.

If your hurting go to Dr.. you will regret confusing soreness or something as a creek in the neck. Dr. 1st then here they are good but a little rough for my liking

We were there yesterday for a full one hour body massage first of all all they did was massage the top shoulders by the neck very unprofessional I asked the lady we pay for a full massage she pretty much ignored us & kept massage in the back wanted us to take our clothes off we’ve been there several times I will never go back they had a sign that we had a tip $10 & above I told my daughter maybe they’re under new management because it was never like that before you could tell the ladies We’re not training for massage was not good at all I was very very disappointed thank you 👎👎

This place is very relaxing except for talking between the employees. It should be a lot less talking between employees and leave the door closed between the office and rooms.

I would of enjoyed it more if the employees didnt talk to each other during the massages.
