I absolutely love this place!!! No other glass place has this type of selection, PRICES, and amazing customer service! If you dont see what you like, tell them and thy will find it. Curious about the pull on one? Just ask and a water test can be accomplished! Who else does this? My partner and I are in here almost every 2 weeks, and all our glass is from these guys! We restock on incense here constantly, and they have one of the BEST selections of almost everything. Plus everyone working inside is super friendly and knowledgeable, my partner has been coming here and to the other location for years. Now I will be too, we wouldnt trust anyone else for better pricing, quality, or service. 200/10 here!

Despite what others have had to say on the reviews I had a really great experience. The staff was really very helpful. I had the guy show me no less than 10 bubblers before I chose one, the price on my C vault was very reasonable. Great place and a good range of selections

Visiting from out of state where vape supplies are limited. Went into Glass Warehouse and we had excellent, friendly service. Matt spent as much time as we needed answering all of our questions. He showed and restored products to us when we were undecided. Knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Zach also offered great help and advice. We will shop here again on our next visit.

The guy who cashed out help us pick out things and gave honest opinions so we can get the best. And they gave us freebies for our first time! Definitely recommend this place. WIDE variety. Nice place, has lots of selections butttt. The girl that worked there was not friendly and seemed like she didnt want to work there and I doubt she knew anything about their products.she showed me a couple options and didnt say a word about them. I like when they let me know what different features my choices have

Hands down, THE BEST SMOKE SHOP. I’m from LA, moved out to riverside not too long ago. SHEESH MUST I SAY! This shop is the best smoke shop I’ve been to. I’ve legit gone to this shop every single time for some “last minute” purchases and each single time this shop ALWAYS HAD IT. The prices are INCREDIBLE and the customer service is immaculate. No smoke shop can honestly compare to this place. I don’t even bother with any other smoke shops at this point tbh lol I wish y’all would open earlier but that’s not even an issue in the first place!

So being disabled, and in pain, I decided to park in front of the store (yes, in the fire zone, I was willing to risk a ticket), I limp in the store cane in hand, and the punk behind the counter tells me to move, the closest spot was occupied by a mental homeless guy.I said no problem, and moved my car, across the street to another vape shop!REAL COMPASSION!LONG TIME CUSTOMER LOST!!

This place is my go-to for sure. The people are always friendly and they have everything I need. They also have awesome birthday discounts which I didnt know about until today. If you need glass or any other accessories, go here!

I had a very good experience. But trying to choose, a different experience. I had a very hard time choosing, there is sooooo much cool stuff. But I go in there about 1-2 times a week. Sometimes just to look.Great store. Highly recommend it.

Friendly staff. Womens wednesdays if u wanna go when all the guys r gone. Great reward system for frequent customers. Wide variety of merchandise as well at reasonable prices and specials.

Poor customer service. Sold me a $60 piece that will not smoke properly and claim that because i used it already that he could offer me no money back for it or even store credit and just offered me a discount on buying something else. I will not be coming back and feel offended as a customer.

Really excited to get my bong until it broke 3 days later from setting it down. Cheap glass snapped perfectly around the bottom rim and store wont do anything for me. I dont want a refund all I want is an exchange. Looks like they lost my business, hope it was worth it.

Customer Service should be better and inappropriate pipes. Pipes should just be a pipe... not that hard to not order something like that. Very unprofessional. I came in with my wife, as we were walking we saw these inappropriate pipes, seriously its so embarrassing. Im not going to get anything from there ever again.

I do not know what you are talking about with a detox cleaner. I have no reason to ever use that. I was in there just buy a pack of cigarettes. I was in there the other day and the customer service was not good. It really made me not want to ever shop here again.
