I LOVE this place, and I have been coming here exclusively for over a year. Channel is phenomenal at what she does and the services always exceed my expectations. There’s plenty of parking and they are always ready for me when I get there for my appointment (no waiting). The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and professional. 10/10 recommend for any spa service you are looking for. They are the best!

LOVE this place! I stoped by after a crazy day. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. The front desk person had a soothing calm voice and helped me check in. I was then given a nice rope and slippers to change into. I was also offered some refreshments, which of course I went with the mimosa. Then I was asked to go into a room where I got my facial.Channel asked me what my concerns were and what I was using on my face. One of the things I told were my problems with blackheads. While doing the facial she made sure to extract them all. I will definitely go back for more services!!

Ive always been insecure about how i look and ive never wore a robe infront of anyone before but these ladies, they made me feel so comfortable and they did a wonderful job on me and my sister they were so sweet without barely even having a conversation everything they did was amazing and it even smells good in there. it was worth it 100%. 10/10 would go again. 10/10 would recommend!!

Chanel and the Glow Spa team are beyond amazing. My friends and I booked a pamper party for Mothers Day. We were greeted with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries candied grapes, warm slippers and plush robes. Honestly, just sitting in the waiting room with my girls was enough for me. However, my massage and facial was amazing. I will be back next week, I’ve already booked my appointment.

Amazing experience! I have had several different treatments at this spa and every single occasion was awesome, amazing, and the results were astonishing! I started my journey with Chanel prior to GlowSpa and knew I found my miracle worker. I started with waxing which by the way she makes you feel very comfortable and at ease, I also had my first facial with her! Chanel is an amazing soul, very knowledgeable, informative, warm and funny!! Always a good time and experience when I see her. As she says trust the process and please do trust the process because I am amazed by the results!! I listened to what Chanel recommended and started focusing on getting my skin right. I went from oily rough texture big pores dark spots to my face finally glowing rejuvenated and so soft. They love to educate their clients on with process and what works best for you and your skin. Chemical peel;Experience, service, and results 5/5 stars. Chanel is very informative, professional, and give you the glow. This was my second round of a chemical peel, both was a year apart. I love a perfect skin, so the chemical peel worked perfect for me. I been servicing with Glowspa for 3-4 year for facial and waxes, and the service only get better. I am 100% satisfied with my results. If you are looking to get your skin in a glowing space, where makeup is not an option, I recommend GlowSpaRoc.

I remember my first appointment for my wax and i booked a full body wax without even knowing what waxing was all about. Channel made me feel so comfortable she worked with me throughout the entire process and even played the kind of music that i like in order to make me relax. She was very patient and even offered me a hand fan 😂. Her customer service is excellent she is very friendly and professional. The spa is beautiful. I originally started my self care journey by getting my brows done with Glow Spa. I very quickly realized this was my place to go for all my needs. I was worried about price, the need, and, more importantly, if I deserved it.Channel and Emily took the time to explain their process for booking; moreover, they reassured me that they would show me what I needed to improve my skin.Immediately after the treatment, my skin broke out (which is expected); however, a couple of hours afterward, it began to glow!Glow Spa is a valid name! As a black woman, I was cared for by caring for myself while aiding a black woman-owned business.Even if that does not matter to you and all you care about is good service, it will behoove you to book at Glow Spa Roc. Channel is a very knowledgeable esthetician who has been in the business for quite a while and it reflects through her service & her facility. She is professional & welcoming along with her staff. Glowspa is the epitome of what affordable luxury is! The spa is warm, welcoming, comforting, therapeutic & literally an escape for all who enter her doors. I’ve been going to Chanel before she opened this spa and never once got disappointed! they’re very thorough and clean. they’re always sure to give you a covid screening and take your temperature on arrival which shows much they care. very friendly, understanding and clean. Best wax place i’ve been too !

I went in not knowing how much fun I would have, with a simple eyebrow wax and tint. All of the GlowSpa ladies know their craft. They love to educate you on what will work best for you. They are down to earth and the spa is beautiful. You feel so extra special when you are there. You leave with a glow inside and out. Thank you Nel, Char and Em. You have shown me how I should be treated when I get a luxury spa service. Next time I’m in town you will be my first stop.

Going to GlowSpa is always a treat. Channel and the girls always make me feel relaxed but the environment is also fun. My skin never looks better than when I get pampered at Glowspa. If you are looking for a spa who offers everything from face to body treatments this is the place for you!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Glowspa for all skin types! If you have great skin or problematic! The atmosphere and experience at this spa will change your life!!!! Chanel literally saved my face. During the pandemic my face broke out bad, I mean extremely bad with cystic acne (google it if you dont know what that looks like). It was painful large and took over my entire face, Chanel literally reversed my skin in 7-8 months or less! She is literally the sweetest and most knowledgeable esthetician. She instantly knew exactly what to do and explained to me the process of what it would take. Ive been with her for now over 2 years (consistently) I go see her 1x a month just for regular maintainence (self care) because I no longer have marks or any sign of cystic acne! If you are hestitant in booking dont be!! Your skin will thank you!!!

Extremely professional, felt comfortable, at ease & relaxed. I may have even dozed off a bit while I was enjoying my rose hydrating jelly mask- which was INCREDIBLE! I couldn’t get over my skin afterwards, it was quite literally GLOWING! And has continued to feel supple, hydrated and bright! I can’t wait to come back!
