If youre buying from here, you have to sign up for the club. They give you gift certificates based on your purchases. This place does not disappoint.

Best place for glass in Rochester. Theyve got a parrot in the store, and its loud!! Employees kinda tried to upsell me on a better bowl but they werent pushy and were extremely friendly and helpfull. I havent used a water pipe in 10+ years but they helped me pick out a perfect piece that fit my needs!

Asked for a nicotine product and the girls sold us a nicotine free product without informing us before purchase. We noticed before leaving the store but there are no refunds after a sale. Very bad service on their part, large thumbs down. Fail.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves praise. Apparently a local family business, owned and run by two brothers. Had a chance to talk to both who were helpful and friendly. First time here this week, bought a Cake cart after spending some time with owner to pull up the lab test results (based on QR code on packaging). Then I had some problems with it (due to clogged airways) and returned to the store a few days later, Left the store with it fixed (by heating) and with another cart. Great service, wide selection, and all around nice place. Will be back!

I have been to this shop a few times. I am extremely impressed by the variety and the quality of their items. Also the people that work there are very helpful and can answer most of your questions. There’s nothing worse than going to a smoke shop when they can’t answer your questions but not this place. They are on the ball!

The edibles they sell are hit and miss not to mention they are selling 1000mg of d8 on a Snickers, but really all they did was open the box it comes in and replaced it with a normal Snickers lol what a scam.
