Puff Palace

Love this place! They are very friendly and always so helpful. I bring my dog Charlie with me and they are so welcoming and nice to him. Makes me so happy to spend my money there and support them. I drive out pretty far about 25 minutes to see them and have several smoke shops close to me but nothing compares to their service. We always feel so welcomed going in and they even give treats to Charlie. I couldn’t make it out for a few months and recently came back -Sam and Alex remembered my dogs name as soon as we walked in and came right over to us to say hi! Can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks for the awesome service guys. Def recommend checking this shop out- they have a ton of stock at all times and lots to choose from 😀

Ive been coming here for years! Amazing customer service especially from Ryan and Jess (Im 75% sure thats her name...I am forgetful) I get all my pretty rocks, glass and vapes from here! Very welcoming and helpful staff, love this place...or palace?

I feel like the hydes die quicker than other places but the workers are absolutely amazing. They are SO nice and have nothing to do with that problem.

Very polite. Knowledgeable. Wish they had the cigars out where you could see them. However thats not a big deal. Prices were good. And thank the good gods they open on Sundays.

This is the coolest smoke shop I’ve ever been to! They have a wide selection of products, and they show you how to operate the vapes that you buy there! You leave feeling like a pro! They also have friendly staff. I highly recommend going to Puff Palace, the service is out of this world!

I dont even have words for how good the service here is!I showed up near closing time, we were cared for kindly, questions answered, and in looking for a vaporizer to buy, I was guided to something cheaper, that theyd make less money on, as it was the best entry level option. I very much felt good vibes, and like they were looking out for me.They also are joined with a shop that sells swords.This is one of the strongest 5 stars Ive ever given, and if you asked me on the street, Id stand by these words.

Such a clean and happy place to shop! Wide selection of anything by you need, the employees are friendly and know their stuff! I will definitely be coming back! This is the only smoke shop for me now!

Cool staff, good variety. Smaller wrap selection for a smoke shop, and some were crispy. However, the wraps were buy 4 get one free, so Im not mad. Worth a look.

Fantastic selection, very clean and organized. One of the employees was very helpful and friendly and helped me make some decisions based on what my husband might like.

Decent shop theyve got a very nice selection of coils and mods amongst other things, everybody is pretty chill as well however you will overpay for it theyre definetly overpriced I can go down the street and get bottles of juice for about 5 bucks less a bottle for example which is why theres only 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 cause the pricing sucks

This is a great place. Im a first-time vapor and all my questions and concerns wear answered. The sales guy was helpful and patient. There is a great selection of glass I was very impressed

For what it is. Great small shop, plenty of Water pipes, good vape selection. Drinks are there if thirsty, they have a rock/precious stone cabinet with alot of cool pieces. I shop here all the time

Good hours, really helpful staff, and a very large selection of many different smoking and vaping products. I didn’t exactly know what I was looking for, but felt welcome to ask questions and didn’t feel like I was being rushed to buy something I was unsure of. I will definitely be back.

Out of all the shops I’ve been to I feel the most comfortable here. They have anything and everything you could possibly imagine from knives , cigars , e-cigarette, smoking accessories. but my personal favorite is there rick and morty glass pieces display case all mostly made in America can’t beat it. Lastly I don’t feel like I’m getting middled you pay for what you get and they have yet to disappoint.

That are always willing to answer questions about products and show you anything you want to see. Very friendly and we love this place.

This is by far the best vape shop I have been to. Not just in Rochester but across the country Ive been in several. The staff is knowledgeable and super cool, their prices are on point and cheaper than most with all the top brands. I walk in and they greet me by name maki g the customer feel home. Wont go anywhere else and recommend you dont either. And on top of vapes thefe is tons of other cool stuff there..Check them out and im sure you will write the same review i have on them...Keep up the good work guys..
