Best humidor in all of Southeast MI. Amazing selection of fine and rare cigars. Mark and his staff always have a smile on their face. I have been smoking cigars in their lounge for 10 years now, stop by and enjoy a smoke and great conversation with Jimmy the Greek and all the boys. 5 stars for Mark and his amazing leadership with his team.

My favorite place to enjoy a cigar! Well stocked humidor, large variety of cigars and very friendly staff. The lounge is truly one of a kind. The regular customers are a great bunch of people, always inviting you to sit down and enjoy a smoke.

I have been to multiple Cigar/Smoke shops, and not one compares to this one! Mark (the store manager) is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and willing to help! This store is the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about vapes and the glass pieces. The store is always clean and lively. You really feel like part of a a family when you walk in. Humidor is also the best selection I’ve ever seen!

Very friendly staff, Mark helped me today, i was kind of in a rush and knew what i wanted, they have a nice welcoming spacious humidor with very good selection all range of pricing. They even got me a discount without asking for one. This is my first time there, definitely looking forward to go more and learn more from them. Im not sure if they have a smoking area indoor,but i dont think so.

This is my go-to cigar shop. The staff here is great! Theyre always friendly and helpful. I actually have a Wild Bills thats closer to my house, but I definitely prefer this one. Great cigar selection and the staff actually knows about cigars, unlike a lot of other places that just sell them. This a great shop that I would highly recommend.

Dont even know what they are selling. Cant give any info over the phone, dont know the difference between a vape pen and a box mod. Yall are funny.

Went there for the first time to get some vape juice. Bought 2 bottle and some coils. The one bottle I bought, I told the guy that I wanted 6mg but he gave me 3mg instead. I realized it after I had already left. So I had to take it back and get a refund. They shorted me on the refund. This place had hardly any juice to choose from. I will never go back. They are not very professional either.

I really like this store. They offer a very large selection of various smoking and smoke-related Equipment. Everything from types of tobacco to bongs, vaping equipment, kratom, and pretty much anything else you can think of. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions. Also located in a good area so you dont have to worry about your car getting broken into. I will definitely return in the future

Ive lived in the Rochester area for over 28 years. There are many cigar shops that I can frequent. I chose to smoke at Wild Bills in Rochester Hills. Their selection is fantastic and they know their cigars. The lounge is a great place to enjoy a cigar and meet new friends and enjoy the company of your friends. Try it out. Youll love it. By far the best humidor and knowledgeable staff in the area. I highly recommend this particular store over any other Wild Bills. If your stopping in for a smoke, you will be greeted by friendly regulars in the lounge.

Stopped at the Mexican place next door to them, and if they arent already they might as well be pumping the exhaust of their cigar bar directly into the restaurant. Highly inconsiderate and needs to be addressed. I thought someone was smoking in the restaurant its so bad, but its just seeping through the walls and ventilation from your disgusting cigar exhaust. I couldnt care less about a cigar bar and who wants to use them, but whomever is running it should respect their neighboring businesses.

Tried this place a 3rd time before reviewing. The counter guy was rude, owner came out and was even worse. I asked a couple questions about vape juice, he didnt know anything about the products he sells, and then snatched a box out of my hand and said have a good day. Please dont give them business. The other. Wild Bills in my area are absolutely awesome.

I love this Wild Bills, I have been going here for years. I am no longer in the Rochester area but Everytime I visit I make it a point to go to this location. The staff is knowledgeable and fantastic and the owner truly cares about every aspect of the business. They have a wide selection and the store is clean. Highly recommend this location.

This is my go to cigar store. Excellent atmosphere with a great cast of characters. The folks that hang out here are very friendly. The selection is ample and the staff always has great recommendations. The lounge has comfortable seating, Wi-Fi and a TV with cable. They even have a Chromecast attached to the TV.

I recently bought some glass products here which were very reasonably priced, especially on sale. I had actually gotten the wrong size then I needed and the guys were very helpful in getting the right thing and exchanged the product with no issues. Definitely solidified as my go to shop for glass.

A very pleasant and relaxing place to be whether youre going there to smoke or just to buy and leave. The staff are very helpful and polite and the locals are super friendly and made us feel really welcome when we stayed to smoke in the lounge. Looking forward to coming back!

My favorite cigar shop in the area. They have a great selection of cigars in the walk in humidor. The smoking lounge is great too, nice chairs and a big screen to watch. They have a huge selection of ecigs, hookah, and glass wear too.

Clean store and knowledgeable employees. Not sure if he was the owner or manager but he took care of me and helped me with an issue that I was having. Will always frequent this establishment as long as I’m in Michigan.

Probably one of my least favorite wild bills, not a big selection at all. How do you sell Newport torches without Newport butane when Newport butane is the only butane highly recommended for Newport torches with zero impurities.

Long term buyer from this place, and I was very upset with the performance of a new vape I bought. I brought it back in and got credit for a new one, along with happy helpful workers. I recommend this place.

The store stinks, I was there for a few minutes asking about vapes. Came home and couldnt figure out why I smelled like an ash tray until I realized that I just came back from there and had all my clothes smell like I just got back from a strip club. Had to shower and wash my clothes before I could return to work! Very crammed space as well, can barely get around in there! Who the heck rates it well must be on drugs or something else!! Worse than a arbage disposal..

Never have a good selection of deposable vapes. All popular flavors are usually gone when other stores have the same flavors stocked all the time.

No need to go here or any of the wild bills. They typically sell an overpriced vape pen that does not work with every cartridge. Though they have a return policy they make you so uncomfortable returning items as if they want you to think your out of luck on any return. Be sure to repeat yourself 10times if you buy a faulty item from here.

Wild Bills is the only place I buy my Wild berry incense. Fantastic selection and they burn for a decent amount of time.

I was a loyal customer till I found out I only receive $2 after buying 10 cartons of cigarettes. Thats not a perk bc every Wednesday is $2 off never again going there they lost a a $300 a month customer.
