By far one of the best smoke shops in our area! They are always extremely nice and very, very knowledgeable, no matter what product you inquire about. The inventory is very vast and diverse as well, making it a great spot to find everything you need! A friend recommended this place. When I walked in, I noticed this place was very clean and had bright lighting. This location is also a large smoke shop.I have been to a lot of smoke shops in the past, which have low lighting and very little cleanliness. Employees are very professional and polite. They will answer any questions you have and will not look at you with the Are you kidding me? Look. Their prices for their merchandise are the best I have seen in the area. You will not be disappointed if you shop this smoke shop.

I’m sure these guys are great in all other aspects of smoking, but it just doesn’t make sense to me for a smoke shop these days not to carry flower. Every smoke shop in Rochester and Henrietta sell flower. I was in Spencerport for a couple of days on business. Not a single smoke shop in Spencerport, or the area, sells flower.

What a great experience I had at Wise Guys! I really enjoyed talking to Lori and the other guy that was there, Im sorry I didnt catch his name, he was awesome. This store is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful I highly recommend this door to anyone who needs accessories of this nature. Definitely going back, fully appreciate the people and the venue!

Wise Guys is my go to for zig zag cones and Caliburn G coils. There prices are great they always have what Im looking for. The employees are all super friendly knowable and helpful. Id recommend Wise Guys to anyone whos looking for a good head shop.

I’m not sure if I’ve left a review here or not. I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Everyone who works there are always friendly and extremely helpful. The selection, prices and quality of everything is always great! Also, their reward program is far better than other reward programs I’ve seen. I always have a $25 credit waiting for me once a month. Their points add up fast and pays off to shop there. Absolutely 100% recommend this place!

Bought 3 cigars, a Fuente Special and 2 Oliva Nubs, which I have smoked many times before and are usually very good. The cigars were very under-humidified - bone dry, had a very loose draw, and did not taste good at all - they ended up being thrown into the campfire. This place is a scam and full of false advertising. Quick to change prices at the register so hopefully if you shop there you know your math. When I offered to pay cash it was the manager and possibly the owner who voided my tax but added on 8 bucks to my order which only cost originally 12 but tried to charge me 20 last minute. I call back after I walked out the door with no purchasing and she claimed she would have honored the price her employee quoted me on not only today but other days. You guys at wise guys owe me for going out of my way and lied to. Someone should check and see if they keep good books for paying taxes they were quick to void my tax. Place is a scam!

If you shop here and buy something that is defective be prepared to have to take time off work and be inconvenienced to come return it when the manager is in. Even then they will push you to to go through the manufacturer. I’ve had great experiences here and okay experiences here. I’ve bought most of my bongs from here. A few times I’ve bought Juul pods. They have a good variety of incense that my roommate and I enjoy. There is usually someone friendly working there. I’d recommend.

Very unprofessional. I have not purchased products from this smoke shop before however many of my friends have after reading good reviews. THIS IS A LIE!!!!! The new lady working at the counter that has helped my one friend in particular was rude and unaccomadating when she had a problem with a faulty juul pod. Come to find out the pods were from 2016. Upsetting to see this happen as usually workers are kind and helpful.

I used to be a regular until I found out their pricing scheme. I usually bought 100ml of Keep it 💯 one week it would be 19.99. Then I’d get a notification that the whole store is n% off. would go back and buy the same juice. Then the third week the same bottle would be $27.99. Yeah no thanks. I’d rather a place be consistent with prices than recouping for their losses during their flash sale.Stay away from this place unless you don’t care about money.

I will not shop anywhere else. I was looking for Zippo lighter fluid. Shopped all over. Nobody but nobody had it. Stopped into Wise Guys and they had two different sizes. The price was less than expected. The girl working the counter was super cute too. Reminded me of a girl I dated in high school. Aaah, to be young again.

I have been vaping for approximately 5 years now. In that time I went from shop to shop looking for the best prices, service and variety of juice, mods, etc. When one day via the Fivestars app I received a notification that “Wiseguys just sent you a reward!” So I found the location and stopped in.I have to say, Wise Guys is hands down the best or close to that, for ALL of your needs! I always receive exceptional service; like today when I called just to inform them that a couple packs of coils I had recently purchased seemed “bad” as I had just put one of these coils in and not even a day later I am getting that wonderful burnt taste we all know and love. Well, needless to say, I wasn’t looking for a refund or replacement. Just a friendly note to say something wasn’t right or not seeming that way at least. However, the wonderful lady who answered my call was more than happy to fix the issue and even to send in the “bad” coil for the manufacturer to investigate!Hands down my favorite place for any and all of my vaping needs! HIGHY RECOMMEND! :)

Horrible customer service. Bought CBD that is clearly bad and looks to be compromised. Spent hundreds of dollars in this place frequently. Went back a week later with the unopened product and they refused to exchange or return it. I planned on making other purchases while there, would’ve been happy with a discount off the purchase of a new one. Instead the gentleman behind the counter was rude, combative, extremely unhelpful and had to call his mommy when I asked for a manager. He also said returning CBD is illegal?? Pretty sure that’s just a store policy and not a law. Truly embarrassing service. With all the health rumors around vaping, you’d think they’d be happy to exchange or return something that looks so damaged. I think the management has changed - it was great for years but I will never be back. Sad because I’ve introduced 2 other people to this place and now I have to tell them I no longer can stand by my recommendation. Go to exscape instead!!

I like to refer to Wise Guys Smoke Shop, as Mommys, Toys R Us. They have wonderful people & awesome wares! It is definitely a place youll want to check out. Its your one stop shop, for all of your paraphernalia & vape needs. If Im not mistaken; they also have dry herb vapes, as well. Im not sure, if they still carry them, but I had gotten mine, from Wise Guys, about 1-2 years ago & once I figured it out; I fell in love with it. Like I said, you should go check it out. I think youll be very happy, you did.

Bought juul pods from here back because two leaked in less than one day. I tested it in both my Juuls, and they leaked in both. It also happened to my friend who got it from there a week prior. I was offered a $5 refund even though I brought back the whole pack to turn in. Terrible coustomer service. Very rude and was told two different things by different workers. (The JUUL pods I was sold were distributed in 2016! Lol the packaging has no bolded cancer warning on the front as such that the 2018,19 do there for the pods were stale back stock and when compared to other pods you could visibly see the discoloration definitely a no go!!)

I believe many people are confusing Wiseguys smoke shop with the store that was 2 doors down, VC Cigars which has now moved to W.Ridge Rd and is now called Nicks Cigars when they refer to the selection of cigars.Wiseguys has all of your smoking and vaping needs and then some!
