Nirvana is quickly becoming my one-stop shop for all things vape! There are a handful of other friendly and lovely shops in town but Nirvana is the only one who is never out of stock of what I need. It is especially helpful because the coils for my vape are less common. The staff is not only kind and helpful but straight up fun and welcoming. They care about your experience just as much as your shopping needs. Its a nice big store with a lot of variety. Check them out!

Went to the shop today, they advertise they open at 11am on Sundays. Nope, didnt happen! Waited but after 15 minutes and I went to another shop. Another guy followed me. Be there during the hours you advertise your open. Its that easy!

Very clean and organized inside, large showroom with just about everything you could want or need. This place respects the old school but also recognizes the new school when it comes to the types of products they have. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Smokers cabinet definitely has some strong competition here. The wife and I will be coming back here in the future. They even have military discount. Highly recommend to all.

Love this shop!First off, inventory is awesome. They literally have anything you would need for any vaping needs. E-liquid, salt nic, batteries, accessories and tobacco products, they have a wide range of selection for each category. Plus, all the prices are reasonable/competitive and if not cheaper than ordering online when including shipping.Second, with having all various types of products the staff there is excellent with helping compare which solution is the best for you. Their knowledge on what each product has to offer from a pros and cons perspective makes me feel confident with each one of my purchases every time I go in. I end up spending most of my time just chatting with the friendly and nice staff that makes it a really great experience.If youre looking for a one-stop-shop, Nirvana Smoke Shop is the spot!

Bought a disposable vape, opened it in the shop. It seemed to work then. Got home, completely stopped working.Brought the product back the next day, was told since i left with it there was nothing they could do.I have used the same brand for years now and never had an issue. Decided to try out a newer local shop and am highly disappointed.I have had issues with products in the past, with other local shops.. these things happen.Never have i left unsatisfied.Highly recommend checking out the surrounding shops for your tobacco/vape needs.

Really bad customer service, honestly its not that hard to not be a jerk.

The employees are super nice, they have a great kratom selection and were incredibly helpful when I picked out a new pod kit. They were very transparent, knowledgeable and friendly. Great smoke shop, and great prices!

I can’t lie. The place is nice. They have a lot of stuff. BUT the customer service just feels off and it feels like they could smile more and be more enthusiastic about their job... overall a decent experience. Smokers cabinet’s staff provides a better overall experience.

I bought a vape from here it was a complete dud. Was supposed to be Mint but had no taste & was completely stale. So I brought it back into the store 3 minutes later. The employee (long haired white guy) tries it & says “I agree I see what you mean but I can’t exchange it my manager will be upset” … if the manager can’t stand behind their products then he or she does not need a business. I normally go to vape & tobacco across town & I’ve only had one issue in over a year but they quickly exchanged the dud for a new one. I spend $100s on vape every month but I won’t be returning to nirvana.

First time in to Nirvana smoke shop. Totally accommodating guys in there. Bought a piece. At no fault of the mine or the shop. There was a defect. And the shop totally made it right. Got another piece. Totally will be back.

Shout out to Henry who stayed open for me. I rolled up 2 minutes after closing (not realizing it), after driving from charlotte, based off a recommendation. Henry and an associate were closing up, but he opened back up so I could pick up some glass. It was a super cool move. Love my piece, and youve got yourself a customer for life, Henry.

Great prices on vapes and glassware! Unlike many smoke shops in the area, they don’t just try to sell you something and get you out the door, they have great product knowledge and customer service, not to mention a very clean sales floor and store front. Morgan is the best!!

Only place in rock hill to carry Breeze and Breeze prime disposables

Very clean and well kept! They have been great about having most items in stock throughout the pandemic, and keeping reasonable prices. Definitely recommend if you’re in the rockhill area.

Super neat and clean store

On the way home from dinner this evening, hubby & I spot this new place called Nirvana. Naturally with a name like that, weve got to check it out. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Amanda & Brian. The vibe was super chill, the store was clean, well stocked & the employees were very friendly & helpful. They knew their products well! This shop has everything from herbal vaporizers, disposable nicotine vapes, eliquid, shisha/hookah supplies, kratom, incense, sage - all with fantastic pricing, there are no huge markups here - its Nirvana after all. Glad to have you in the Rock Hill area, will definitely be recommending you, & stopping back by soon!
