I went there because after searching Google to find one that has good reviews and is somewhat close to where I live as my town doesnt have a place like this. I can tell you that everyone there so far that I have worked with is TOP NOTCH! Absolutely the best experience I have had anywhere in years. A few days after I made my purchase, I began to have trouble. This I already had figured to be operator error. I went back to the store after one week as that is when I have a day off. Again, the BEST Customer Service around! Extremely knowledgeable. They know exactly what they are talking about and are very willing to spend how ever long it takes to make sure you are happy.Thank you to all of you and I will certainly be back and also tell anyone that may be considering trying your products to go straight to your store so they will get the best help on the planet.
Ive bought multiple bottles of nic salts from here the other day, I just realized that all of them are at least 6 months old. So I wont be going back. Theres no confusion here, if I pay for a product with a best by date on it and its currently months past that date then Im not getting the quality that Im supposedly paying for. It says best before 03/22 on the bottle and I bought it a week or 2 ago. Why else would they even put those dates on bottles if they mean nothing?

These guys are awesome. Theyre friendly and quite knowledgeable! If you have any questions, concerns, or just need advice, these guys usually have a solution. Plus they use a card known as App Card where every purchase with the card gives you points. They add up quick; we often get our third, or fourth bottle of vape liquid at a great discount!
Excellent juice selection at fair prices. Friendly expert staff always willing to help any way they can. Hardware selection is a little below average, but most of my hardware is ordered online so it works great for my needs. Would love to see them become more rebuildable-friendly in terms of selection
These guys are great and really know their stuff! I told the guy Im working on quitting and he helped me to set up a plan to reach my goal. He didnt try to upsell me on anything. He actually sold me something cheaper than what I had gone in for because he felt it would better suit my needs. I dont know about you, but I wish I could get that kind of customer service at every establishment I walked into! Id give more stars if I could!!
I placed my first order about 4 days ago for Juno pods which I thought were discontinued. In any case they are at least hard to find and purchase. This was the lowest price I had seen and I have never heard of or dealt with this company before. The product was exactly as described, prices much lower than anywhere else I have seen and shipping was faster than expected. As long as I use this type of product and they are able to supply it I will never look or shop anywhere else.

I been a customer for over two years with no issues but when I had a issue with a vape I had purchased in the last 30 days I kept getting a no atomizer I changed the coil a couple times and cleaned it before approaching the store.So I went in the store on cherry road I told the guy my problem and he just looked at me what do you want me to do.I told him that something was wrong and if I wanted to fix my problem I would have to contact the manufacturer so I told him that if the owner wanted my business he would reach out to me to help me fix my problem and if he didnt they would lose a customer of two years. He acted as he could care less.So I went to Kure and with the help of the gentleman there he came up with the idea I must had purchased a bad set of coils that I purchased from stateline. I purchased some from Kure and havent had a problem since.This is a business that only wants your money and cares nothing about customer loyalty or customer service I will never go back.Oh and three days later nothing from the owner what a joke!
**Buyer Beware: All sales are final!** Recently got back in to vaping, and went in in the afternoon and purchased an $80 mod and a $25 bottle of juice from here after my lightly used one I purchased from here before wouldnt start up. After getting it home, it would not charge. I went in the following morning and purchased new batteries. On a whim, I decided to pop them in my old unit, and it fired right up. Much to my disappointment, they told me all sales are final, and they would not take this unused $80 mod back. To add insult to injury, a quick search online shows this unit being sold for $53! While I understand the overhead of running a brick and mortar, over 30% markup is a bit much. Ill be lucky if I get half my money back, and I wont be spending any of it here with this poor service. Its one thing to refuse returns on used/open products, but this thing hasnt even been turned on. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Ive been coming to Stateline for a about 7 or 8 months now and I love the place. The employees are awesome people, very knowledgable about their inventory, are really dedicated to helping customers, and will do everything they can to have you leave the store happy. They have a huge selection of house juices and premium lines. Hands down, the best shop I have ever been to.

Use to have a great selection and awesome people. I feel the need to change this. I was a loyal customer but went in one day for menthol juice and a coil. The vape was not bought there. He got really rude like he was mad about that and told me they were phasing out the menthol and showed me a giant expensive bottle that was much less nicotine than I wanted. Said thats. All he had. He was just rude and arrogant. Guess he was new. Never saw him before. Havent been back. And wont.

I’ve purchased items from this establishment twice. The first time I was in the store I was asking questions about their devices and That I was new and inexperienced when it comes to vaping. Like ,which ones did he recommend. He told me the voltages of the device and that was it. He was acting as if I was irritating him with my simple questions. I then went on to ask questions about the e juice they were selling.....same thing. The second time I went in I was purchasing some more e juice. This time it was a women working in the store. THE SAME EXACT THING. Attitude and rudeness. Seemed very aggravated when questioned. I’m not sure if it was because I am a POC or what but I’m sure it wasn’t a coincidence .I will never go back there. I found another vape store near by that was the complete opposite. Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and eager to help.
I purchased an Evod Twist within the last month & I have been very disappointed in the customer service.Of course as I was purchasing it,they were all helpful & friendly. Ive been back to the store 3 or 4 times to get help with several problems,and out of all the people who work there , maybe just one has been relatively friendly and helpful. They keep replacing parts,and pretty much telling me I broke it,and making me feel stupid. I did not purchase this recreational purposes. I am trying to stop smoking & thought this might help. I have never had one of these vape items before, so I was hoping for more assistance. Pretty sure Im taking my business elsewhere
The staff is nice and helpful I will give them that. But, I purchased a vaporesso exactly 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I changed the cartridge maybe a week later due to it tasting burnt already. The new cartridge seemed to be going super fast, and I noticed the vape juice was leaking right out of the new cartridge. Now my vape does not hit properly due to it getting ruined from the vape juice. I called and asked if they do exchanges or anything because I’d only had it for 2 weeks and it was the extra cartridge that came with that vape that leaked and ruined it. The manager told me that they didn’t deal with warranties at the store. I had to email this email that is on my warranty card. Needless to say, I feel like in a way you’re getting robbed your money because you should be able to at least exchange a vape if it’s been less than 30 days, instead of dealing with emailing someone waiting for answers. Also, you don’t have a vape while you’re waiting either, so it would make me want to come buy another one while I’m waiting for this warranty.

I have used Stateline solely for over two years. They provide excellent customer service. That’s the biggest factor for me. When I walk in they know me, know exactly what I want and greet me as a valued customer. They know what they’re talking about. From juices to mods to tanks. Factual information is a must and the staff/owner excels at it. I recently bought an all digital interface mod as my 5yr old mod was shot. Best mod I’ve seen, a real workhorse, made vaping an enjoyable experience again. I would and have recommend this business for all your vaping needs. Just can’t beat them.

I’m gonna start by saying I have been loyal to Stateline vapes since they opened and talked to the owner Gary multiple times. I have spent probably $600-$800 between the Rockhill location and York. I went to the York location and bought another set up it was the AEGIS device with a falcon tank. After about four weeks out of the blue it says it can’t detect the coil. I switch the coil, it says the same thing. I put my crown tank on it and guess what, yea still the same code. I take it in, thinking that since I’ve been a good customer that they will resolve the problem and at least swap a 69$ device out. It’s not like I’m wanting my money back, just a working device like I paid for. A another customer fools around with it and the guy working the counter, they both have their own ideas of why it doesn’t work and think they can fix it. Eventually they give up and the guy just starts helping another customer and is like dang dude never seen that. I say “can I swap it out” or what? He replies nah you need to “look online or try to find a fix to get it working”. Then a lady I know that works there stops by and greets me. She takes a look at it says “well dang, that’s just odd”. I ask anything you can do to get it replaced “no sorry hunny”. No I just walked out because that’s sad that when a customer spends money with you and advertises for you and speaks good on your name you can’t replace a damn $69 piece. Will not be using Stateline at all anymore due to this. Highly disappointed, I work with customers everyday and if we have a customer that isn’t happy with anything we stand to make them happy and would never look at them as if “it’s their problem and “oh well”.

Ive had some of the same experiences that others have mentioned on here with rudeness and non-attentive service but still I have spent a lot of money there.... that is until today. Right in the middle of being waited on by the sales clerk (using that term loosely) another customer walked in and this twerp just walked away from me as I was ready to check out and hugged the new client and started waiting on him.... leaving me standing there!! I left my stuff on the counter and left never to return. Just down the street is another Vape shop and theyre super folks and helpful and.... POLITE!! wow what a concept.... To be candid, I should thank Stateline for the poor service that led me to finding Firehouse Vapes down the street!

Came in for some juice because my regular vape shop was in Charlotte and closed becauseof covid. The guy behind the register didnt acknowledge me even when I was standing there at the counter waiting for him to say something. He just stood there looking at me. I finally him if he could help me find some juice. He said which one. I said first time in, Im looking for mint flavor something like spearmint. He said yea this one says spearmint, you want that? I said sure made my purchase amd left. The guy just seemed to not really care I was there and didnt seem very interested in helping me at all. This i could get over, infact I had gotten over it and in the same situation once again I needed more juice but my shop is still closed. I go back for more juice and this time theres some guy trying to be cute and hit on the lady behind the counter. I have to wait until hes done realizing himself that he has failed to impress the girl with his charm. I see some capes in the glass display and notice they are cheaper than Im use to seeing. I ask the girl behind the counter could she help me. First starts the sale with i dont know anything about vaping, I dont vape myself. And the guy that does is and she pauses and it at the point I hear from the back someone dropping coins in a register till one by one. I can only imagine counting todays take. She hands me the package to read. Now I dont know exactly what Im looking at but I see some description to the battery size and a list of some things in the package. She pulls out the package of the display and shows me. She tells me its a starter pack so it has everything I need to start. So I make my purchase and head home. I get home and open my package excited to use my new vape and find out that it needs a battery. You see I thought that the charge cable in the box was to charge the device not knowing that it needed a battery and if it did that it would have been provided. I havent picked up a package until now that didnt at least let you know that you needed batteries. Like ones that say batteries not included or batteries included. You see i would have noticed something like that had it been on the box somewhere and since it didnt i would have expected the sales person to give me a heads up but remember they hires someone who doesnt vape or know anything about vaping and couldnt be bothered to ask the person in back who did. He was obviously more worried about counting the register so he could leave at close. Its funny i worked in retail for many years, witnessed several people at my job get fired for counting a register before close. I know its probably not the same for this place. But the best part about this story so far is they are closed now. Cant even go back to biy the battery i didnt know i needed. So thus far to bad experiences in this location and im done with this place. Ill even get the battery somewhere else to avoid this place.
This used to be my favorite Vape shop up until today! I or my wife went in here religiously. Sooo today July 19,2019 I asked about a specific coil that I haven’t seen before. The coil was the V12-Q4. Having no knowledge about the coil, I advised the female behind the counter that I’ve never seen before, and could tell her knowledge was lacking in the store, told me that it could fit my V12 Prince tank. THEN SAID, yea it’ll fit, though larger, it’ll fit and went on about some other coil story that fits another tank and that these “light up red, I thought they were on fire!” Well having my hopes up to using the coil and get home later on, they don’t fit AT ALL!Soo I call and the manager picks up. He gives me the spill about no returns on the coils. And I explained the whole story of asking the staff, that’s SUPPOSED to have knowledge, of the coil sold me the wrong one after telling her I HAVE A “”””V12 PRINCE.”””” I told him that that is a staff error! So he proceeds to tell me that he was in there when she sold me the coil. LIE DETECTOR DETERMINES THATS A LIE! She was the only one up front! Next, if you were in the back and heard the whole conversation, why not correct it???? It’s ok though, I’ll never go back and continue to spread my story.WHAT A S#!++y way to treat a loyal customerSincerely Tyrel Graham

Great service and great selection of vaping products. Best juice selection and pricing in the rock hill / Charlotte area. Selection and variety on the rebuildable tanks and drippers could use a bit of an update. But they do have pretty much every single subohm tank coil you want there and they keep up with there stock very well.

I love stateline. If you want customer service then you will definitely get it here. I am hooked on a juice that a small companies makes & they only make one flavor, Nerdcore Believe. Stateline purchased it, I tried it & I pretty much purchased all of the order. They now continously order it just for me. Thats personal service. Ive also seen the associates such as Carmen, Shane, & Taylor go out of their way to help someone. Especially to those who are new to vaping. Even the Manager whose name I cant remember right now is Awesome. I also like MadVapes, the guys there & the owner but Stateline is my go to store. They are becoming more & More competitive with online pricing. They actually started purchasing the Beard line because of me. When I say that I mean they had talked about buying it before but I specifically requested the manager to buy Beard #32 & he did. Now they sale the full line & they are Cheaper than eBay & I can walk out with my juice vs waiting 1 days on shipping. You just cant beat that kind of service & dedication to your customers.
Ive been frequenting this Vape store for years now. I get my cutwood here as well as other high end juices. This is a go-to for a variety of juice, mods, and even CBD products. If your not sure what youll need make no other stop than here. Theyll offer advice and even help setup mods and products.
I bought a MVP 3.0 Battery and an ASPIRE ATLANTIS 2 from these guys and the tank leaked from day one! I went back 3 or 4 times to inquire about the leak. The first time I went back, they said it was missing an O ring...so they added an O Ring to the tank...It still leaked! I went back...and they said it must be the coil...so they made me buy the coil...!! However, that did NOT fix the leak... So I went back again and I wanted a new tank, since they couldnt obviously fix it. They told me they would NOT do anything to help me and they would not give my money back! I even offered to buy another tank if they would give me some sort of discount, but they said NO! They are a rip off and I will make sure to tell ALL my friends to go to MAD VAPES (also in rock hill, sc on Celenese Rd). BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! I know I wont be back!!!

I have been vaping for a decade. We just relocated to the state and we were trying to get established with a new shop so tried out this place. This has to be the most unfriendly and least helpful experience that I’ve had in all of my vaping experiences. Would not recommend at all.
Thought it was a pretty cool store someplace new to go to boy was i wrong i bought a v8 stick by smok and three days later it wouldnt charge so i did what the girl working there told me to do and took it back and some young wanna be punk at the counter checked my vape stick out and said ya its defective so i sat there thinking he was gonna replace it and he said its coverd under warranty just not by us and that i was surely mistaken when i told him girl said to bring it back and smiled at me with a condescending look that boy is very lucky that i didnt turn him into a vape stick Popsicle too bad they all arnt as cool as they think they are karmas gonna take care of you mr hiesenburg or what ever you have those little boys call you gary
My boyfriend and I get all of our Vape needs here and on that end they are amazing they have everything you could need. However, their staff at times can be a bit rude and show little to no interest in helping us, its only certain people.

I have learned a hard lesson , and shame on me . I have bought several devices from them and had an issue with an e-leaf device that I bought 10 days ago . Stateline has no warranty on any item not even 10 freak-in days ? I was told to return to the manufacture ,sorry nothing we can do ! So guess what , I will never buy anything from them again and will never ever recommend them to anyone in the vapping community . Yes I am not happy and do not appreciate any retailer that will not stand behind the products they sell !

Great place to get vapes but if get disposable one you have to try it there dont let a non smoker go in there for you to get one because if it doesnt work you wont get a refund due to past people who packed integrity and smoked it then returned it or rigged it and tried to get extra ect.. So try it in store.
