Harmony Spa

Very disappointed with this place. I wanted to get a massage in order to help relieve my back pain. The only good thing I have to say is that they were able to get me into a room right away, however they left me in there waiting for 25 minutes. When she finally showed up, I was given a very aggressive massage. I understand in order to work the muscles, pressure needs to be applied but it was like she was trying to scrub a stain out of a t-shirt with her elbow, not forcefully but methodically working my knots out. During my massage she left the room to answer the phone three times and a fourth time to greet the people that entered the lobby. The first two times she walked out, she left the door wide open!! It was completely unprofessional and a blatant disregard for my privacy. But wait there’s more. After 45 minutes, she said my 60 minute massage was over. Not only did she keep leaving but she cut it short too saying she came into the room 10 minutes earlier than she did, but as someone in pain watching the clock waiting for her to enter the room, I am positive she is incorrect. After bringing this to her attention she told me all she can do is not charge a card fee. I was very unhappy with this but did not want to stand there and argue so I said that’s fine. She then asks how much I’m going to tip and argues with me that my tip is not enough. Overall, I just have to say go somewhere else. While I was waiting in the room for 25 mins to be seen, I overheard the customer before me paying and telling her that he will not be coming back either, not sure what happened with him but hopefully he leaves a review on here too. Waste of money, spend $5 more and go to Happy day spa right down the road, they’re always incredible.

Fiona gave me a deep tissue massage and I felt so much better afterwards. The environment was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. Fiona was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Harmony Spa.--Laura S.

My massages here are always fantastic! Masseuse knows how to find and work out the trouble spots with ease. They are respectful, friendly, and the shop is always clean. I hadn’t found a better masseuse in the area and for the last year have not had any reason to keep looking. I very highly recommend Harmony Spa.

I love this place. People are very nice, I always get the relax that I need. It’s away from the busy Standford Ranch traffic, in the quiet plaza, easy to get parking spot. Across from a fine Japanese restaurant, next to the kid’s park where you can drop off your kid so you can get the peace and quiet relaxation. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Impossible to get a massage here by appointment. I have been trying for over a month now to book an appointment and every time the lady is not there or does not want to. Why even work?
